I have gotten 5 tattoos done here by Megan, so trust me whenever I say the tattoo artist in the shop are all amazing, the are all kind, funny, and comfortable to be around. The tattoo shops environment is clean, comfortable and open. I would definitely recommend getting tattoos here the pricing is fair and good and the quality of work is amazing.

Great atmosphere and customer service was phenomenal! I sent pics early on to the artist Megan and she created something so beautiful and meaningful in honor of my mom! Will recommend them all day long to everyone!

As someone who has gotten tattooed around the world, Angry Owl is by far one of the nicest, cleanest and most professionally run studios Ive been too. The owners are super nice and ever more talented. Ive been working on two arm sleeves between Taylor and Meghan, the lines are crispy, the colors vivid and artwork phenomenal. I suggest this shop to everyone who asks about my ink.

Very cute, clean shop in downtown Palm Harbor. Wanted to get my septum re-pierced and my sister n law wanted to get her nose pierced and this is the place that came up locally with good reviews.To be honest besides it being nice and clean (the gentleman who probably owns the place and is also the piercer) didn’t come off to friendly but don’t let that fool you. Taylor (I think that was his name) was actually very nice after being there for a little and funny. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Taylor was professional, great with placement of our piercings and a nice guy.Thanks again!

Taylor was awesome! I had done a quick search to find tattoo shops near where we were staying during a family trip. Angry owl showed up first on the list and Taylor responded quickly to my inquiry. I was looking for 3 very different tattoos for myself and 2 family members. The shop is clean and welcoming. He made my mother in her 60s (2nd tattoo), feel very at ease and comfortable. Great conversation and even better tattoos! Looking forward to more angry owl tattoo time in the future!

Best tattoo experience Ive had, by far!!! Megan and Taylor are incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. Ive gotten a piercing and several tattoos (including two cover-ups) and I cannot recommend them and their shop enough!

I looked at a bunch of different shops and this place had the best reviews by far and the most impressive gallery of work! I went in for a walk in appointment to get a daith piercing. The place was super clean and looked very nice, the environment was welcoming, and the owners were super nice. Taylor pierced my ears and the process went very well. I’m super happy with the results. This will be my go to spot now and I will definitely be back here for more piercings as soon as this one heals.

Everyone at the shop is no doubt gifted. Taylor has a kind, detailed, and warm way about him. Not to mention the energy in the shop is peaceful and clean.I am so happy with my piece which is a tribute to Taíno peoples of the caribbean. This sybmol is said to mean unity in diversity.

I got my first tattoo from Taylor here and I was really nervous at first until I saw his art and his plan for my tattoo was better than what I was planning!!! He is very talented, nice, funny, and made me feel safe barely even felt the tattoo being done!! Highly recommend this business very good vibe and beautiful art. It was a pleasant experience! I got a neat spooky Halloween tattoo from the lovely Megan and actually learned that some of my tattoos linework was too deep and scarred but Megan worked super well with the cover up and added her own twists to things! ♡ friendly and funny staff, almost passed out (due to my own rookie mistake) and they were really sweet and helpful! Brought me back pretty quick. Everyone was clean, washed their hands, and followed all sanitation rules.

Honestly one of the only shops I trust. They’ve done my friends neck tattoo and all my piercings. Very safe and clean. Taylor is very funny and makes the experience one of a life time. Megan is very sweet and has amazing work. I highly recommend this shop

This establishment was definitely amazing all around. The staff here was very friendly, very funny, and very professional. I’ve honestly never had so much fun getting tattooed before. I came to their shop the other day and I got a decent sized mermaid piece done on my upper right arm by Conrad, I was at the shop for about 7/8 hours my tattoo was very detailed it took about 3 hours to draw it and about 3 hours to do the outline and shading. Conrad did such an amazing job and I can’t wait to go back for my last session. Very happy with the work, the shop is very nice and the people here make it even better! I would recommend you to go to this shop.

Half of tattoo is gone after less than two months. As I don’t live anywhere near the area I reached out hoping to find some sort of financial solution for getting it fixed near where I live. I was met with this response from Taylor, claiming he would not play these “Karen like games”. Even if the solution I was hoping for wasn’t possible, which is understandable, this seemed like a very unprofessional and inappropriate response to a reasonable request after one day of correspondence.

Taylor tattooed all 3 of us! He was not only easy going and fun to chat with he was extremely helpful with customizing our tattoos and listened to our wants and needs. The place was clean and welcoming! We will return in the future. We highly recommend Taylor and his shop! Thanks Taylor! MN Girls!

Went in as a walk in with my boyfriend who was getting a tattoo and got 2 cartilage piercings. Taylor did an awesome job placing them for proper healing but also taking into consideration how I wanted them to look. The piercings were quick, he explained everything about the jewelry and healing process. Absolutely no complaints! Ill definitely be back!

Came for a tattoo honoring my mom. Taylor helped with placement and his line work was fabulous. The shop was spotless and Taylor was a true professional who even took the time to give my 17 year old daughter some tatt words of wisdom about a future possible placement. Got my first tattoo done by Megan and they did an amazing job! They eased any nerves I had before coming in to my first appointment and actively communicated throughout my session to make sure I was doing okay or needed a break. Megan did my nose piercing- quick professional and beautifully done. Didn’t hurt and healed quickly and nicely. I asked Megan and Taylor about my belly button ring and if I can get it repierced (it had started rejecting then healed after it got torn) I really appreciated their honest answer instead of trying to get money out of me. I recommend this place to all my friends and anybody looking for a quality piercing and tattoo studio!

Taylor at Angry Owl Tattoo and Piercing is always awesome! I have had him do 3 of my tattoos and a piercing for me! The shop itself is always clean and well maintained! His work is impeccable. Got a nose piercing by Taylor. He knows what hes doing and explains everything prior to the procedure. Everything is very clean and the employees are professional! If you want a piercing this is the place! One year later after my nose piercing update....piercing is fully healed with no issues.

This shop is extremely clean, hygienic and conscientious. Theartists are very well trained and are extremely talented and creative. A boutique shop with mad, crazy skills. You may have to be put a their schedule at certain times during their busy seasons, but well worth the wait (to have your permanent body art done properly). I highly recommend!

I walked in today right when they opened up and they were extremely sweet and welcoming! The first thing I noticed was how clean the place was and how sweet they were! I walked in for a bellybutton piercing and they took their time to do it and it turned out perfect! I couldn’t be happier with it and my experience with them! Service was quick, but I did walk in knowing what I wanted. My first cartilage piercing and it went quicker than I thought it would. Super clean and everything was disinfected. Id recommend.

Megan did an amazing job with my tattoo! I came in with a botched tattoo from a previous tattoo shop worried that there was no fixing available to do. She assured me she could help in every way possible. Came in today to get it worked on and she did an amazing job fixing and improving it! I’m so excited to show off new tattoo.

I got my ears pierced and they have been the least problematic piercing I have ever had. The titanium jeweler this shop uses makes a huge difference. It was nice and clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I went to get my nose pierced. Nice and easy process. Clean and comfortable. Went back to get my nose ring changed out for the first time after it was healed, will definitely go back for any other piercing.

I wouldnt recommend it. Staff was very rude and not very welcoming, . Watched the owner smoke then go into the room to do a piercing without washing his hands. Ive been to many tattoo shops and never left feeling as disgusted as I was leaving here. They have only been open for 2 weeks and i wouldnt be surprised if they dont make it to their 1 year markI actually never got up once from the couch unless to walk outside, never once crossed the desk. Sorry you have me confused with the wrong person. I 100% agree with the COVID rules. My concerns werent about that at all.

Amazing place to go for piercings! Taylor did my lip and nose on seperate occasions and both times was the best. I wont go anywhere else.
