Like someone else recently reported… Julian is a complete SCAMMER!!!! He took money for my deposit and then tried to change my appointment to tattoo me at his home!!! This is AFTER he also said he was living in an extended stay hotel?!?!? Now, he is refusing to send me my deposit back - even though he NEVER told me that, I have every conversation in writing. He is completely unhinged. Threatening suicide. Threatening me. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS INSANE SCAMMER!!!!

Yall. This place is amazing. The artists are top notch and the eye candy is incredible!! While youre in the chair you can look at so many cool things... There are some Easter eggs if you look for them!!! If youre inky, may wanna stop by.

Scammer!! Didn’t show up for the appointment and won’t send my money back!! Went to him for ALL my other tattoos so this was absolutely unprofessional and disgusting of him!! He is not in the right state of mind to be doing ANY tattoos!!!!

Got a tattoo from Julian last week and it was a great experience overall! He was professional, kind, and funny, as was his wife. The new shop was clean, and easy to find. My tattoo is absolutely beautiful; it has a lot of detail and the line work is amazing. I had sent him many photos for inspiration and he took my ideas and drew a custom piece beautifully. It was my first time meeting Julian and he made me feel very welcomed. I have gotten many compliments on my tattoo already :) Will be back for more!

Honestly this is the best tattoo shop i have been to. julian is the most professional but also fun and great talented tattoo artist, his lines are perfect his shading is amazing. for getting a tattoo done on my hand by him it didn’t hurt especially on the hand because he’s light handed but still gets deep enough. he’s a fun person to be around and definitely worth my money. he will be my main tattoo artist and be doing all my tattoos, i would come back any time.

Julian has done many of my tattoos and there hasn’t been a day out in public when his art doesn’t get compliments on me. He’s professional and has knowledge especially on someone skinny like myself. He’s an actual artist-not one that just copies and colors. He’s now designing my back coverup off of a few ideas I had and I’m happy to let his creative mind work his magic. He’s the only tattoo guy I trust and I look forward to more. I highly recommend Julian-you won’t be disappointed 🌺

Got my first piece with Julian and it was the best choice to have him as my artist. Treated me with such patience and kindness. The experience was so great that just months ago I got my second piece with him as well. Referred family members and they were in love with the experience. Clean, fast and beautiful job! Let me start by saying that my experience was amazing! Julian sat down and patiently listened to the vision I had for my tattoo . And when the first two sketches didnt exactly suit me he went back to the drawing board and made my vision a reality. He was so careful when actually inking me up he made it a really enjoyable experience! The wife and I are planning to come in soon for more .

Julian has by far exceeded my expectations. First time I had work done by him I came in with a concept and he helped me out and took it beyond what I wanted. My second piece I asked for a design and again took it upon himself to make it original and it came out better than I thought. His attention to the customer and willing to work with them on their designs or budget is what keeps me going back to him!

I got a tattoo done by Julian when I was 18 years old and it was my first leg piece and came out incredible ! I told him the quote I wanted and he came up with a completely custom font which I loved as soon as I saw it ! I’m moving to Florida this January and look forward to getting plenty more by him I won’t go anywhere else , tried a place in my hometown and got a botched tattoo and not nearly as friendly of an experience as I did with Julian. His prices are also super reasonable you pay for what you get. 10/10 experience

I was in town looking to get my first piece done and found Jullian at HQ Tattoos. I hit him up and told him what I was looking to do and he got to working on it. Nothing too big but a great first one. Jullian was prompt and informative. Made me feel totally at ease. We had a good convo while he did his thing and it turned out great. Julian is absolutely awesome. I am an older (54) discerning client that is extremely focused on cleanliness, creativity and originality for intensely visual and spiritual expressions of my innerself. Julian has created two masterpieces on me that regularly elicit awestruck comments from martial artists, bikers and executives, alike. His ability to evolve a concept into your own original one-of-a-kind expression is simply unmatched. I will not invest my time, money and skin anywhere else.

Julian is the best!!! Where do I begin....he not only drew what I had in my mind but he added his own details that made my piece even better! It being such a large piece I am doing it in sections and his skills are so good the ppl think its a finished piece...and he hasnt even added color yet! And to top it all off, he offers numbing ointment....which lets me sit in a session for longer than I would without it. So glad I found you for my tattoo!!! And to many, many, many more tattoos with you!

Julian is an absolute pro and tattoo rockstar. Tattoo went on quick, but not too quick, and came out great. I was getting a portrait of my dog which came out fantastic. Give Julian a shout for your next tattoo.

Best place to go! Definite will be making it down to his shop more. He’s super nice and friendly and made us feel welcomed the minute we walked in! 3 of us got tattoos, one a butterfly, a lighthouse and a Japanese symbol and they all came out awesome! He really puts his time in on his tattoos and worked with us. Definitely would recommend going to him over anywhere!

Definitely top notch talent. This was a very personal piece to me and Julian was exciting to work with me and I was blown away. The detail and commitment to making sure everything was perfect was beyond what I could’ve asked for. Highly recommend and I will be going back!

My 2 daughters and I had tattoos done together. I normally would drive to Wesley Chapel to the Tattoo Artist I have been seeing for years. However, this is not feesable anymore. We went to Power Ink and we could not be happier and even have told everyone we know who is loooking for a tattoo to go and see Julian. Julian and his wife made us feel right at home. I cant wait to go back to get a tattoo redone.

Julian’s work is outstanding, he did my full sleeve, and about to do a half sleeve. He’ll do anything you’d like, but also give you an artistic view.. If you visit him, you won’t be disappointed

Absolutely the best artist out there! We travel all the way from idaho to get our work done because we know julian takes it just as serious as we do he is fast efficient and professional him and Taylor make the best team and I would recommend them to everyone!

This kid is shady af he keeps texting begging for money i went to him last year worst tattoo ever my artist had to fix his work he ripped us off dont go there if he was good he wouldnt send out texts begging to pay for his studio and lawyers so bizzare !

Great artist with a clear vision, and good at cover ups. The only advice I can give is do not pay in full for any session work, because after a year of waiting he will just keep cancelling your appointments until you get tired of waiting to get it finished. Sad but true.

Don’t trust this dude. Took advantage of my mom and did a terrible job. Promised free touch ups and when contacted to do so, he blocked her. Shading was done terribly and is extremely blotchy. Very shady person.

Julian did amazing, he was very light handed and made my first tattoo a great experience that was quick and nearly painless.

I love my peace it means so much to me and I’m so happy I found Julian took 6 hours and he did my half of sleeve. If I can give 10 stars I would definitely will be going back !!!
