Every time I go to Banter at Westfield mall I have a great experience. Zuzanna always tries her best to help me out. She takes her time and give me the best advices when it comes to jewelry. I definitely just look forward to her each time I go there. She is really good at doing her job. She’s the best 😊!

Got an ear piercing from Gisnelly and it was the best experience. She was extremely kind and walked me through step by step on the after care process. Last week I also came to purchase a gift and Daniel was super helpful. They both had great customer service and if you plan to come ask for either one!

Tina and Zuzanna were AMAZING. Im a baby with pain and piercings and not only were both piercings painless, Tina and Zuzanna were super friendly and made the whole experience a lot of fun. Im going back at some point to get more. Thanks again both of you! :)Edit: I went back and got two more piercings by Zuzanna. And these are supposed to hurt at least a little. Zero pain. Zuzanna is the BEST!
