Great selection and even better staff!!! I was there not too long ago and was helped by this very nice staff member I don’t want to misspell her name but I remember it started with a J. I told her I was in the market for a yellow gold Cuban link chain with a yellow gold saint michael pendant and I’m a big guy so I know I need bigger jewelry but most stores try to push a 20” chain on me and that just won’t work she took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for and even informed me about their leasing program special that they had going on at the time which I signed up for I definitely left happy that day and will be back soon to buy another chain for my grand daughter!!!!

I walked by just browsing for something to add to my daughter’s sweet sixteen gift. I felt a little out of my element just because my daughter has a unique taste. I was greeted by the associate Janeesa she made conversation with me about my daughter’s style. I showed her a few pictures and then she gave me the best suggestion for a necklace and earring. Once my daughter opened her gift she was shocked that I got something so on point with her taste. Will 100% return.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. They were extremely patient with me and my daughters while we were picking out our jewelry.

The girls working were so great with my two toddlers! They pierced both ears at same time. Was also able to take us without any appointment! I was pleasantly surprised!

Very patient with grand daughter as she got her first ear piercings. Grand daughter was brave and there was no bleeding nor did she feel any pain. Her piercings were symmetrical and the actual piercing was fast. There were some problems with computer and it did take a while to actually pen mark the spot but overall, they were great.

Waited 1 hour for service just for the lady to come back and say sorry we are closing (6:45pm?). Terrible service and terrible jewelry. One confirmed fake and was trying to get my money back. Never shopping here again.

Went here to get my two year old ears pierced.. worst experience of my life! they took the earring I chose and pierced my daughters ears, one earring didnt go through so they attempted again and still didnt go through ... as you can imagine I had a screaming toddler. The problem was that my daughter needed a long stem because she has a thick ear lobe. They told me something was wrong with my daughters ear. Maybe they should have checked my daughters ear especially after the second time to figure out that she need a longer stem . I highly recommend Amanda from Claires in the same mall shes the one he assured me my daughters ear is fine and all she needed was the longer stem

Horrible service, Me and a pal were interested in some jewelry but the young ladies behind the counter were obviously not interested in making a sale. We were ignored numerous times so we just walked to blue river to bring our business elsewhere.

Whoever pierced my ears did it so crooked I developed bumps on the back of my ears. Awful experience. The woman didn’t seem to care what she was doing. Just a few months later I had to take them out because they could never fully heal.

The earrings are fine. They are a bit overpriced. Additionally, they charged me for something that I did not by.

Cool kiosk. The woman running it was so sweet, quick, efficient and paid so much attention to detail!

Nobody there, waited 10 minutes for someone to show, just to buy earrings, gave Macys my money, at least I got service.
