Hey Everyone!I am using my husbands google to leave a review.I give Jen 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!I was very, very nervous to have my brows done. In fact, I cancelled my first scheduled appointment 2 years ago even after talking to her. I mean...if someone messes up a procedure on your face it can take years to correct itself. I summoned the courage to have it done in May and then my touch up was last week. It has turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it to turn out. She listened to everything I said. I was worried about the thickness and if the color would be too dark etc...they have peeled/flaked now with second procedure and are PERFECT. If I could only have one procedure done to my face out of everything including eyelashes...this would be it! It looks great on every age of a woman. Makes you look so refreshed and alive! Had my eyebrows done Feb 27, 2024, they looked great for 2 weeks , then they flaked off , never came back, so I texted Jen , she states it’s the pigment ! So I wasted 300.00, and my eyebrows look just like before I got them done! Would not recommend Jen for eyebrows!

I just got done with my second touch up appointment and my brows look amazing! I did a lot of research prior to booking an appointment, and Jen did not disappoint! I’m so glad that I found Jen. I had been wanting to get my brows done for awhile now, but I always put it off due to the fear of what the process/pain was, so I would hide my thin brows under bangs. She spent a lot of time drawing the shape of the eyebrow. The procedure is not painful. I would recommend her to anyone - which I did today after overhearing a conservation. I decided to get microbladed in January 2019 after seeing so many amazing results from others online. This has easily been one of the BEST decisions I ever made and I would highly recommend Jen and her services to everyone. I get SO many compliments from friends, family, and strangers, and the best part is nobody knows its microblading until I tell them. Her work is so well done, it looks like my brows are naturally beautiful. My initial appointment in January and follow up in April were both excellent experiences. Before I found Beautiful brows by Jen I went 2 hours away to a eyebrow place in boilingbrook Illinois which messed up a $500 service which she made one of my brows higher than the other and orange. She did not agree with me that I wanted a dark brown color and would not microblading my whole eyebrow when I asked. Jen did my eyebrows perfect and fixed the messed up brow! They look so natural now.

I had been wanting to get brows done for 2 years but I was so nervous that something would go wrong and that it would be terrible and irreversible.When I decided to get it done, I strategized that I would just commit to the best provider within a days drive. I thought I would probably end up in STL or Chicago but I came across Jen and she had a really strong body of work with very diverse clientle. I carefully reviewed the consistency of her work and her reviews. By the time I had my appointment, I was pretty confident that she was the best.When I arrived, I found the salon to be clean and organized. The equipment was up to date and in good condition. I was greeted when I walked in and my appointment started on time.At the time I was seen, I was still uncertain if I was a good candidate for the service. I had given up on my eyebrows because they were a mess. They were thin and assymetrical. There was scar tissue on one brow (but not the other) and both had an odd peak in the middle that could make them difficult to sculpt- Jen seemed to immediately know what to do with them. She explained her appraoch as I sat back and let her do her thing.She was personable and relaxed and I was comfortable as she worked. I am still shocked at how perfect they turned out. I kept looking in the mirror as I drove home. I really didn’t think it was possible. I am so happy with everything.

I had seen Jen now 3 times in the past 4 years. Every time has been better than the last. I was an over plucker in the early 90’s and had little brows left. She brought my shape back in the beginning and has been able to keep them looking their best over the years. Jen was very professional and friendly. She explained exactly how the process worked and really listened to my feedback in order to find a brow color that I was comfortable with that would match my skin and hair color. She was meticulous in outlining and measuring to make sure the brow shape would be perfect and symmetrical. My natural eyebrows are practically transparent, I am so excited to wake up everyday with visible eyebrows! The healing process has been very mild. There has been some flaking when I wake up in the morning but I have been keeping them lightly covered with Aquaphor during the day so it has not been noticeable. I can’t wait for my final touch-up in a few weeks!

One of my biggest insecurities has always been my eyebrows. I would never leave the house without filling them in, but since i got them microbladed it has boosted my confidence SO much & it has cut down my “getting ready time” by a ton. Jen changed my life. I grew up in the era where we tweezed our brows to a bare minimum. Mine never grew back, and I even lost more throughout the years. I’ve been drawing my eyebrows on for 22 years.
