I can not recommend Christine enough! Christine has such a calming presence. She made me feel so comfortable. I do not do well with people touching my face. She walked me through everything she was doing, why she was doing it. Such a talented women!Can not wait to do my next piercing from her once this one heals.Not to mention her assistant (I do not remember their name) is also fantastic. So personable!

Try to contact this shop to set up piercings for myself and two other people. Called and left a message and an extremely nice lady called me back a short time later. Unfortunately I had already booked an appointment and had service done before hearing back from her. However, she was so pleasant and so kind and understanding. I would absolutely recommend this shop!

Christine was so wonderful and helpful! She masterfully assisted in removing and correcting my stuck nose piercing, and was able to pierce my septum expertly even with the tiniest sweet spot. She has the most amazing energy and put me at ease throughout my entire experience! Also, the shop is extremely cute and sanitary! I will definitely return and recommend to friends and family!

Me and my sister went to get our nose pierced and Akira and Christine made the whole process very easy and comfortable! They provided us with a lot of after care information and answered all our questions. I highly recommend going to them as they care about post procedure care.

I had a consultation with Jess about a piercing I got somewhere else recently and to plan my next piercings and everyone there was so sweet, and comforting. Jess knows what shes doing and is realistic about what can be done and when to do it. She really cares about her clients wants and needs! Im so happy to have found her to continue my piercing journey with. The Blue Lotus itself is a beautiful, clean store with a wide variety of beautiful jewelry for any aesthetic. Christine did an amazing job with my daughters first ear piercing. She was so patient and talked my daughter through the process. The shop was very clean, and they used an autoclave to sterilize equipment and jewelry. The jewelry selection was vast, which made picking difficult. I highly recommend this shop and will be back for more piercings in the future.

We’ve had multiple cartilage piercings by Jess, and all have been outstanding. My teen daughter was VERY anxious, but really wanted to get the piercings, and Jess was so lovely, so patient, and so incredibly kind. Highly recommend this very amazing, competent human being.

I had a CT Scan scheduled and quickly realized that I needed help removing my nose piercing, I called with about an hour window before my procedure. From the beginning the awesome gal that answered checked to see if I can get in, greeting me with a smile when I came in. I got my piercing removed for my procedure for a minimal fee. I then decided to return to have my jewelry put back in and decided to purchase a new piece of jewelry and she was able to put that in without an appointment . The owner was also there and helped me with jewelry selection, all 3 gals were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable! The place is clean and very nicely decorated I will be back !! Christine removed my dermal of 5+ years quickly and as painlessly as she could and I was so impressed by her professionalism and knowledge. The site is healing wonderfully and the care taken around maintaining sterility was also impressive. Highly, highly recommend Blue Lotus!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! Christine and Akira were so kind, caring, professional and knowledgable from the moment we walked in the door. My 14 year old son got his ears pierced and we felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. Akira helped us feel fully informed about the healing process. And Christine, a true professional at piercing, made sure my son felt at ease and empowered. She even provided gummy bears and a water to help calm his body after his piercings. She was sure to fully check in with him to make sure he was okay before we left. It wasnt only a piercing experience but a calm & caring environment. I cant imagine going anywhere else in Petaluma for a piercing! Blue Lotus gets an A+++.

Love my nose piercing! Christine was super precise with making it look good on my particular nose and super clean. She even spent time to care for piercings I got at Claire’s that were getting infected (don’t get pierced at Claire’s)! I’m super grateful and appreciative of her bedside manner. This is such a great piercing shop!!I had my septum pierced here over the summer and had absolutely no problems, it has healed perfectly and was placed perfectly. Christine is so sweet and very clear through every step of the piercing process. I would definitely recommend this shop to North Bay residents.

Christine was beyond professional in both word and deed...she took her time and explained what she was doing every step of the way. I had a challenging piercing, difficult to get it in straight, and Christine did it perfectly. I plan to go back very soon!! Highly recommend this studio...its a beautiful, immaculate space too. I came here having a reoccurring issue with my lip piercing (that wasnt even pierced here) and left with knowledge on whats going on with it and new jewelry that she put in herself. Only cost me $32. Extremely cheap for what I got - someone who FINALLY knew what was up with my lip!! She was lovely to work with and if I didnt live two and a half hours away, Id come here for all my piercing needs. Hell, I still might!

I heard many wonderful things about the Blue Lotus and especially the owner Christine. so I thought Id go and experience it for myself. So I went down at 6:30 even though the shop closes at 7 I went there to buy a diamond stud for my nose. I already had my nose pierced she spend time with me picking out the perfect one and actually bought a hoop too. the price for the diamond dan for the poop when was more than acceptable actually amazing. I love them! She has a magnificent aura about herself she makes you feel very comfortable and she is professional to say the least ! I watched repairs Young girls ears who didnt even wince when she did them. She must have been around 8 or 9 years old when she was done came out to the lobby I asked if it hurts she said she didnt feel a thing and they were beautiful ! Having a daughter of my own Ive seen ear piercing first hand and watched my own daughter cry her eyes out when she had them pierced. I wished I had known about the blue lotus years ago when my daughter had hers done.. after I purchase my nose hoop and my piercing for my nose which is a diamond beautiful diamond she said she would put it in for me and didnt cost me a penny I walked out happy and it looks beautiful she was just a neat person to be around in general her shop was magnificent she was magnificent shes definitely one of a kind . It was actually just nice being around her. I highly suggest any mother who wants to bring her small daughter in or teenage daughter in or anybody in to get their ears pierced nose pierced their body pierced to Christine shes very calming and soothing and k n o w s what she is doing. it is completely clean sanitized and organized shes very professional in every way possible. Shes very kind and comforting. As you can see I can go on and on and on about her business being so professional and about the person she is in general even though I only got to be around here for maybe a half hour to 45 minutes so Im going to stop here in just a go to the Blue Lotus is the best place ever its the safest place ever the cleanest place ever with a wide variety of every kind of piercing possible from what I saw its a great experience Christine is the best theres no one like her Ive been to many Christian shops Im 51 years old have a couple of piercings and Im a nurse so I know about Sanitation just go there and find out for yourself if not get a piercing to just check out her stuff in general its beautiful and so is she yay for the blue lotus! No nasty ear piercing guns here! Christine is amazing! I highly recommend her for anyones piercing needs. She has been in her profession for 25+ years and does ages 6 months and up! I took my 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for the first time and she made the experience truly special. She uses medical grade titanium, hand crafted, set stones, no glue or weird chemicals, with a lifetime warranty. She spent over a half hour beforehand going over everything including where the earrings came from, made of, etc, the process of piercing, whats important and what to expect, detailed comprehensive instructions for after care and what to expect along the healing journey. She went over everything you could possibly think of and is just wonderful with kids. She holds the highest standards of health and safety and everything she uses, including the earrings, come straight from the sanitizer. Im so glad I found her!

I had my belly pierced. Great job. Very clean and they pay attention to keeping everything sanitized. Im very happy with the results. I highly recommend this place. My 13 year old granddaughter had 2 ear piercings done and excellent results also. No infection which she normally gets and has to work through.

Such amazing customer service & honesty! I went to Joe to get my nose re-pierced. Instead of charging me the full piercing fee + jewelry, Joe said that he honestly thought we could just put new jewelry in it without re-piercing. Even though he could have charged me an extra $75 to re-pierce, he took a lot of time and care around making sure I got the best care.He was very kind and cared a lot about quality -- he spent time finding the right fit for my nose and getting my thoughts.Thanks, Joe! I cant recommend this service enough :)

Christine was amazing! I was reluctant to allow my 17 year old to pierce her nose 🙄 and Christine walked us through every step and really put me at ease. I have to say it does look very cute on her and if you’re at all concerned or on the fence talk to Christine! She is lovely!

Very professional, and extremely diligent about hygiene/sanitation. Does a great job with young people - knows how to communicate with them. My daughter loves getting piercings and I will only take her to Blue Lotus.

I got my nostril pierced about a year ago at blue lotus and it was an amazing experience! christine was so great and kind and supportive about the whole experience. the place was also very cleanly and i will 100% return for any more piercing needs

It was a great experience but I am still wearing the earrings from when I got my studs pierced. Can’t seem to figure out how to get them out of my ear and every time I try it is excruciatingly painfully. It has been about three months since I was supposed to take it out and I need instructions. Does anyone know how to take an ear stud out.

I am fairly new to the whole piercing thing. I guaged my ears, pierced my nipples, and recently had two cartilage piercings. Although non were from Blue Lotus, she was extremely helpful on how to care for my poorly healing cartilage. The actual store Nomad, where I original had them done, did not seem to care on my numerous efforts to help them heal properly.There is a great selection of jewlery, especially if you like something less average, unique, or custom. She had great energy, Ive seen her with other customers. She takes her time to individualize the information to you and what you need to know before you make a commitment, with a piercing or even a style of jewlery for your body.

I was so impressed with Christine and how patient she was with me as I have a fear of needles. I got my nose pierced and I am super happy with it. I would go back 100% for my next piercing.

Really hard to get a hold of. Went in to the shop was really nice and so was the staff but trying to get info via phone, website (no website) email is close to impossible. Otherwise nice place nice people

The were too quite spoken, I wanted to walk in and browse for a septum jewelry and they said that it was by appointment only.Which is fine, then I asked if they knew any other places nearby, said no and said that they would call me back later. I said no thank you, but they called me back anyways.I found that very annoying that they just ignored my request of not being call back.
