Aces Over Eights Tattoo

Hello! My name is Julian, and I recently got an amazing tattoo at this shop by an artist: Enrique. He was amazing along with all of the other artists he worked with. I would definetly recommend this place to anyone!

Dropped by for a walk-in appointment today and had a guy named Anthony do some line work for me. The shop is well kept and very clean, great first impression, and then the staff really makes it a comfortable place. Helpful and friendly without being…like I work in a tattoo shop and I’m cooler than everyone, which can happen sometimes. None of that here. As for Anthony, I do plan on going back to specifically see him. He was polite, professional, but most importantly, he did a wonderful job. Super clean lines. Very impressed.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Izzy at the front was great. Enrique did an awesome job bringing my vision to life. Much appreciated all!

Got my first tattoos here. They responded to my initial email request pretty quickly, we worked on a schedule and got it booked. Paid a deposit on venmo and cash in person. Place was comfortable and clean. Had se nice couches to sit on for waiting. Process only took about 30 minutes of actual ink time. Lines are very clean and it looks very good to me. Would recommend this place for sure.

After going there, I want ANOTHER tattoo!Jimmy Bruce made the whole experience so easy and rewarding. I had a previous bad tattoo experience years ago at a different shop, and needed a coverup. The tattoo I got at Aces of Eights was exactly what I wanted, and Jimmy made it so easy with his suggestions (which I took very seriously as we were working on the design). In the end I was happier with my new tattoo than I ever thought I could be, and now am thinking of something larger, and/or matching tattoos with my kids. I went in pretty nervous because my previous experience, and came out ready to go back for more body art!THANK YOU JIMMY BRUCE!

I got my first tattoo done here by Danielle and ever since I have been going back every month. She is my go to girl. I love the shop, everyone is very welcoming and everyone knows what theyre doing. I dont want to go to any other shop except for this one. No matter what style you want, there is an artist there who can do it for you. I love this shop and would recommend it to anyone who wants a first tattoo and so on.

A few friends of mine and I went in for the 4/20 flash, very happy with the whole experience!Went again for another flash special 5/8 and was helped by a different artist, another great experience! Love the tat. Thanks again Jimmy, great work!

I’ve been waiting to get a full sleeve for a while now, and wanted to get it done by Cody because he has done some beautiful work on my boyfriends arm in the past. It took a while to get in because of wait time, but I feel that’s a positive sign of how good he is! He has significant experience, high attention to detail, and extreme patience to work long hours creating beautiful pieces! My boyfriend and I both got work and he started at 12 and went through until 8 with minimal breaks - always relaxed and good conversation. I’m looking forward to finishing up my sleeve with a few more sessions ahead. The shop is clean, open with the option of privacy shades, positive environment and chill music playing. The location is also pretty cool and relatively easy to find. Really love what he’s done so far and has been the best tattoo experience yet, well worth the wait! He’s worth every penny! I wouldn’t get work anywhere else after this session! Thanks Cody! Natalie works the front desk and is a kind, humorous, and fun administrative personnel- she made is very easy for me to reschedule future sessions and is easy to talk to. Very friendly staff!

By far the best tattoo shop I have ever been to. I feel welcomed in and at home every single time I walk in.If I could be here every month I would!Jimmy, Natalie, Danielle, and Coral have all had a hand in making my experiences top notch.

I had an excellent experience as soon as I walked up. Natalie was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. The establishment is clean and well organized. Good vibe, good music.Jessie was wonderful! She does her job well. I let her create the vision for me. I am very pleased. Will be back soon.

Coral is the real deal! A true artist. I’m an old man artist with a bit of experience. This young lady is an up and coming artist. She is talented and driven. Get to know her before she is too booked up, she will be a star very soon.

Everyone there was very nice and helpful.Jimmy Bruce was referred by a good friend and we were able to spend some time with him and schedule a consultation. So far it was a great experience and I anticipate it going well.I would refer Aces ove Eights to anyone looking to get a tattoo.

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. I cant say enough about how helpful and welcoming Natalie is whenever Im in or call to schedule. Codys work is phenominal Ive been going to him for almost 5 years now, I moved out of state and he and Natalie go out of their way to accomodate my hectic schedule help me schedule appointments for when Im in town.

My friend and i did our naval piercings with Joe. He is amazing the best piercer in the world. Not exaggerating this guy is great and very professional. He will put your mind at ease and go over all the info with you. He is super nice and friendly, i would definitetly recommend him and the staff to everyone.

My friend and I went to get conch piercings from Joe. He was really nice and gentle and he explained everything to us and made sure we were relaxed and ready. The whole place was very clean and the appointment was quick and easy.

I got my nose pierced by Joe a little over a year ago. Soon I’m going to get my belly button pierced and I really hope to have Joe do that too. He was very gentle, and it didn’t hurt at all. I wouldn’t have piercings done anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed working with Cody to hammer out tattoo design. He knocked it out in short order , very satisfied I thought price was fair....

I got my first tattoo at Aces over Eights and it wasn’t a bad experience at all. Cody’s work was nice, even though he never did any sort of drawing before hand and he was very difficult to get a hold of. He doesn’t answer his emails or his phone calls. I didn’t have any idea what protocol was so I went with the flow and although my tattoo wasn’t exactly what I wanted, I was happy with it. Unfortunately I had to have it covered up due to miss communication and confusion on the design.I went back to Cody to see if he could design something to cover up what I had. He didn’t seem to be thrilled about covering up his work but I couldn’t leave it the way it was.On the day of my appointment I was almost an hour late because of some really bad traffic and he was pissed off.I sent him some ideas for some designs but I never heard anything back from him. One of the artists did return my email telling me Cody would contact me when he had a drawing for me. I never heard back from him. When I arrived I was expecting to see a drawing but there was no drawing for me to see. Since I was late I didn’t push my luck. After a couple of hours we took a break and when I looked at what he had done I was instantly worried because it had gotten really dark and I also noticed the perspective was nowhere near the way I wanted it.When I paid the $250.00 for the work that was done I didn’t have a tip for him so I told him I would catch up with him for the tip.We scheduled another appointment for a month later to finish. A few days before my appointment I get a text message telling me that he was canceling my appointment because he didn’t feel like I was taking things serious and he couldnt waste anymore time with me because I had not given him a fifty dollar tip like I did previously.Now I am stuck with a terrible looking tattoo that is not even half way finished.The customer service was terrible, the follow up was even worse. There was no communication and a total lack of effort by the artist. I wouldnt recommend Cody to anybody looking for a tattoo artist. He made my first tattoo experience a nightmare. Now I have a piece of crap on my leg that can’t even be recognized for what it is. I was very disappointed with Aces over eights tattoo. Now I will have to pay somebody at least $500.00 dollars to have this thing fixed.

Got my nose pierced here by Joe and he did a marvellous job! Looked at the tattoo portfolios that were on the counter and the art was great, so I may get my first tattoo here as well. 10/10 would recommend

If youre thinking about a piercing, dont bother looking anywhere else other than here with Joe. Hes meticulous and makes sure everything is perfect. Everything youre afraid of, he makes easy. He makes sure the placement is perfect before he starts and its over before you know it. I wont go anywhere else!

Cody is amazing and has surrounded himself with a collection of not only talented artists, but an amazing, and friendly staff. I cant wait to go again!

Tried contacting Nick Lee a few times about tattoo ideas and never contacted me back until 10 mins before my appointment. Unprofessional, how do you expect someone to go in for a tattoo without seeing what the artist has in mind? Go to a Petaluma Tattoo they actually get back to you.

This is by far one of the best shops in sonoma county. Cody has given me all of my tattoos and I have to say I would not trust any other person to put amazing artwork on me.

Had my nose pierced! Joe is exceptional, professional & sanitary. Very knowledgable & precise! Fair prices. Highly recommend. It’s my 3rd visit to the parlor and I am very impressed with the customer service.

All of the artists are incredibly talented and lovely! Natalie, the secretary, is always so kind and helpful! I recommend all of my friends to this shop.
