My own personal experiences at this tattoo shop is out of this world. The customer service as soon as you walk in is beyond professional. I know multiple artist at this shop and have had them all do great work with their art and piercings. Nonetheless I consider these folks too be family to me. You will not be disappointed in the work or customer service when it come to South railroad Ink🤙💯

Tori is the best! She’s done almost all of my work and I wouldn’t have it any other way. All artists at the shop are amazing so whoever you get just know you’re in great hands!

Hannah is truly amazing at what she does. I was nervous getting some scars tattooed over but after sitting through the session my fears were wiped. The lines stayed clean while going over scars, even small details in the face held up through the healing process!! This was done July of this year and still healing beautifully, can’t recommend her enough!!

Hannah is an amazingly kind person and phenomenal artist. I have pieces of hers hanging on my wall because they are so beautiful.

Only shop in the area I goooo too💜 you guys are amazing! 10/10 reccomend to everyone that asks. Special shout out to Tori for all my beautiful pieces

Joshua opened early for me and my daughters so we could all get our tattoos . He was patient and so friendly.

Skye was really nice and talked me through the process. Skye worked with me to make sure my design was perfect. She comforted me through it. I would recommend her to anyone.

Found this place last year and now its the only shop i go too. The shop is nice and all the artist are great. The prices are great too, compared to alot of the other shops. I always go to Hannah but all the portfolios are awesome. Ive handed out a ton of their cards.

Came in to have a piercing redone. Steven was awesome and advised that we wait for the site to heal before re-piercing for an overall better result. He gave us lots of advice and an overview of the process. Great experience!

Great experience! I called ahead and was given available times. Everything was right on schedule. Super clean environment and very professional. The good stuff is that it was an enjoyable experience! Steve listened to what I had to say and was able to give me good advice. It’s nice to have a professional give their opinion and care more about what’s good for me than making a buck. The company and conversation was great! I’ve had multiple tattoos and piercings and I have to say I’m impressed that he is confident and precise in his work; which means a lot less room for error or pain for the customer. Follow up care and instructions were thorough and helpful. I hope he has a great career!

I’ve been there twice now to have work done and both times I’ve been absolutely blown away. Everyone there is so friendly and professional. Not only have I had amazing work done there, but I’ve seen absolutely stunning art come out of this little shop. 10/10. Definitely the place to go if you’re in the phenix city/Columbus area!

Went here for my first tattoo and will definitely be back! Everyone was super cool and Hannah was absolutely awesome! My tattoo is healing wonderfully and the design she did has me so in love!I recommend this place 100%~!

The staff is very friendly , knowledgeable & makes you feel welcomed. I love the atmosphere & vibe.The booths & restroom are extremely neat & clean.Jason (the piercer) is super nice, takes his time and doesn’t make you feel rushed or uncomfortable. Big shout out to Hannah she has done a few tattoos of mine she has awesome work and I highly recommend her to everyone! The owner (Eugene) doesn’t meet a stranger & a super nice guy.

My husband and I have a thing about getting small meaningful tattoos when we go out of town on trips. We went on a weekend trip with friends to Columbus for White Water Rafting and had such an amazing experience! We had this rafting guide named Waffle that had great energy and showed us a great time (almost died but worth it). We ended up calling South Railroad Ink and inquired about shop minimum and if anyone there would be willing to bang out 4 small tattoos for us before we left town. The guy that answered the phone (I didn’t get his name) was super friendly and said he would take our message and see if anyone had the time. Two hours later Sable was texting me about ideas and told us to head in. She was amazing! She stayed late and sketched out what we wanted and had all four of us taken care of in about 3 hours! Sable was a little quiet at first but ended up having great conversations with us while she worked and kept me laughing! If we’re ever back in Columbus Ga, we’ll definitely be back to see her!

Really dope tattoo place with super nice artists. Jaw-dropping art and decorations everywhere.Got my first tattoo by Hannah (Insta:lllannah). She was super friendly and talkative, which helped ease me during my first time. Artwork is 5/5 too.All around nice shop. 5 star place here.

Had some great tatts done by Gene. Nicest guy I have ever gotten needled by, and I have lots of ink to compare it with. He was polite, attentive to my wishes and to the details of the designs. The rest of his fellow workers were pleasant to be around and supported the operation whenever they could. Fun place to be in while you are experiencing the tension and pain from tattooing. Five star service! I was asked if I could be helped while walking into the shop. Got in looked around and immediately liked the place. Super friendly staff, got my ink from Kim, easy to talk to and she made sure that everything was just the way I wanted it. She has a very light and gentle hand. No discomfort and I uhhad a great conversation while she was working on me. Ill defiantly be back.

Best place to get a tattoo and piercing done. Shop was clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and accommodating to all my needs. Great work. Fit 4 of us in for a group tattoo. Traveling thru Georgia...(taking a walk we ended up in Alabama) We came across their shop. Go see them. Your tattoo/piercing needs will be taken care of.

The piercer was very nice went thru all the procedures. He didn’t rush on me or my friends piercing and we had gotten a nose and industrial piercing and it was quick and simple with a painless procedure. They make you feel so welcome I would recommend them to any and will go back.

Was quoted a price two weeks in advance over Instagram. When I came into the shop, the price increased. Got 4 piercings on a Saturday, three which were poorly placed. On Monday I had to have one removed due to poor placement and swelling that should have been considered before placing the jewelry. Requested to be refunded only for the piercing that was removed, as it was done incorrectly and did not last, now I’m left with an unnecessary scar that could have been avoided with proper work. After 48 hours of “I can offer you more services” I was not refunded and spent $150 on 4 piercings but ended up with 3 poorly done piercings. Would not recommend this shop for any services.

Eugene Did my nose ring and Tragus piercing he did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this tattoo shop over any.

Go see Steven for your piercing needs such a lovely guy. The only annoying issue was the owner kept coming in and interrupting Steven while he was trying to pierce my diath piercings. I would definitely recommend this place for piercings.

Great customer experience, I worked with both Eugene and Hanna, the artists work as a team and are more then happy to help anyone. Just be kind and give them a couple days notice so they can schedule you.

This place is a hidden gem! Absolutely wonderful! Everyone I’ve met has been very kind and professional. Not to mention their work is top quality. The last piece I got is exactly how imagined it in my head. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else but here from now on.

Been using Skin Traditions but no more. Eugene and his staff are great! Not only does my new ink look great but I was able to walk in looking at artist work and they found time to work me in. I love all the people at South Railroad Ink. They are always friendly and helpful. I and my husband have gotten 5 tattoos there. My 7 year old daughter just go her ears pierced, they where amazing with her and she loves them.
