I love this place! I got my septum and nostril done here a long time ago, the piercer was excellent and I had zero problems with the healing. I went back today to buy some jewelry and they were so sweet as always. Their jewelry is priced fantastically, and they have an especially cute selection. I can’t recommend enough.

Got two new lobe piercings on each ear by Koko! She was very sweet, knowledgeable, and checked in with the placement multiple times till I was happy. Would recommend! Definitely will be back.

The customer service is great here! Not only that, but the prices are amazing. Everything they use is sanitized and overall the place is clean. They genuinely care about their customers and their questions. Ruben was amazing at doing my tattoo. He’s amazing at his job and charges amazing prices. Definitely recommend and am coming back soon!

A very nice lady named Coco did my piercings on both earlobes. I decided to walk in after having trouble deciding which studio to get them done. She was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The piercings did not hurt, turned out amazing and are healing well. If you have any doubts about where to get piercings, this is the place to go

DO NOT GO HERE. I went for a forward helix, the girl had no idea what she was doing. After she put the needle in she was struggling to put the earring in, so AFTER 20 MINUTES with this needle in my ear, i told her to just take it out because i was in so much pain and she obviously had no idea what she was doing, then she said “no we’re almost there”. overall the experience took about 35 minutes it was HORRIBLE. she finally got the earring in and… she put it in BACKWARDS because my ear was “too small”. The second i left i went to another place to get it removed because it looked absolutely horrible, and they said she used the wrong jewelry and it was pierced at the wrong angle. Thank god i went and got it out. Do not go to this place if you want a piercing other than on the lobes DON’T GO HERE. This is absolutely not what that kind of piercing is supposed to look like.

We came as walk-ins, wanting to get my boyfriends first lobe piercings, and on a whim just got my belly pierced which I’d wanted to do for years.So glad I decided to Come here! Koko was absolutely so sweet and professional , and the entire staff were really easy going and nice to be around. Walked in - waited only 20 mins and was checked on 3 times. I got a second nose piercing on the right side of my nose and was not rushed. Placement was perfect and everything was sanitized and brand new. Aimee was my piercer, she was super friendly and I couldnt be happier. Great piercing place, Ive been to other places and this doesnt compare. Will be going back! :)

This one was a bit different it was difficult and it was a huge cover up for a tattoo I got at a young age and hated it since I got it 🤦🏻‍♀️ Well today was the day Ruben fixed it. Came here spontaneously to get a small tattoo, they were very inviting and clean, but I noticed after a few days, the artist did not go deep enough with the needle. It looked like I wrote with a barely working pen on my skin, pics attached.The artist (Oswaldo) said I could come in for a ‘touch up’ and never got back to me. And completely disregarded the fact that my tattoo wasn’t properly done. I then contacted the ‘’management” who literally said “let me ask him ok” when asking for a date to get it touched up. I never got a response from either. Screenshots below. Had to go to a completely different tattoo studio to get it fixed. But I guess you get what you pay for, $70, but that’s absolutely no excuse. If you don’t care about what’s on your body, this is the place for you.

Went there today as a walk in to get a double nose piercing. Right out the gate I was super impressed by the chick up front and her customer service! She totally made me feel at ease and was completely professional, articulate, and helpful when I asked questions. Everything was super clean, I was listened to when I had concerns about placement, and the end result was beyond perfect. I left there feeling better than I ever had from previous tattoo studios. Definitely coming back!!

Aimee was very nice. She ensured to use fresh instruments, cleaned the selected location for my piercing and provided topical numbing agents to ease discomfort. She provided clear instructions on after care and encouraged me to return in case of any issues. I will definitely return for future services and encourage others to as well! Thank you Aimee!!!!

Just got my tattoo. I am In love with it, Ricardo did an amazing job. Kept everything sanitary. Grate music taste too lol. Definitely recommend him.

Came in about a month and a half ago out of the blue to get a tattoo and they fit me in perfectly and worked with me and my fragile spanish lol to get me exactly the design I wanted, but it came out better than I could have ever expected!! They even made a point to hear out my story on the meaning behind the design and it was an amazing experience. 10/10. Thanks a million!

Popped in on a Thursday night to get a third hole put in my lobes. They were busy! However, I was still greeted promptly and kindly. Paulina pierced my ears for me and she was gentle, professional, and attentive to the details for placement. Great experience and I would absolutely visit them again.

I got my septum done with a friend and it was super quick and painless! Prices are also super good as well, and the customer service was super dope. The women working were both super nice and helpful with any questions I had. 10/10 would recommend coming here for any piercings!

I got my vertical labret done today and within a couple hours my swelling went down and I have the girl that pierced my lip today to thank. She was super dope and very caring during the whole process. I left with all the knowledge needed to care for my peircing. Please forgive me for forgetting your name but I will be back when its time to change my ring and get another piercing done.

I got both my nostrils pierced here about 3 weeks ago. I forgot the womans name but she was super cool and made the piercing process very fast and as painless as it can be. Both piercings have healed perfectly, I love this lil shop I’ll definitely come back soon for another.

Great place place and great customer service! Had a great first tattoo experience! If you plan on getting a bigger tattoo make sure to bring some snacks to ensure your stomach doesnt get empty to prevent nausea. I will definitely be going back and be recommending other to come here for their piercing and tattoos.

We just took our 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and the girl did AMAZING with her. She explained every step to her and made it the perfect experience. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their kids ears pierced.

I had been wanting to get my septum pierced and was in the area and after reading the customer reviews about the piercer, I decided to go. Per a review on here, they are located in the Plano Bazar, but do not let that fool you - it is expensive to own a shop location and if you work in one, you have to pay part of your fee to the owner, so this is probably the best for the workers there. I was so HAPPY I went! Coco (or Koko) was amazing! She cleaned up and walked me through the process and boom, it was over! It took like 30 seconds for me to get a septum piercing, it was done professionally, perfectly, and painless for me! I will definitely send friends there and go back if I get another piercing.

Got me and my daughters ears pierced by Koko. She was amazing. Very clean and her technique was not painful. Great attitude and environment. Been here for multiple piercings, one of the artists is great, the other- every single one of her piercings i had to get redone because they had poor placement/were crooked....

It was a bit of wait but I did just do a walk in appointment so its understandable! I got my septum pierced and I was a bit nervous and full of anxiety but I got it done by Brooke and she was lovely and attentive I had a seamless experience and I will be back here again for more of my piercings!

I got my dermal there about a month ago. It bled a bit but didn’t hurt too bad. The lady was nice but it’s been bruised since I got it and you can feel the anchor under my skin. It’s been that way since I got it. I called to see if my drivers license was left there also and never got an answer. The piercing is not sitting flat and is sticking out on one end. I guess my dreams of this piercing are over.

I’ll start off saying the staff was so kind and friendly, and the place was clean! But, I had went in for my septum to be pierced hoping this was would be able to do it properly because every time it’s been crooked by other piercers. This time I walked out with a septum piercing so crooked you could spot it from a mile away.

Reuben did a great Tattoo. Great price as well. Turned out very pretty. I can tell he was experienced. Only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because Artist was late. Waited too long to get tattoo started. Over an hour and a half. He explained and apologized which I appreciated! I will go back for more soon. They were inside a Bazaar which I never would have figured out. Gps is the one that directed me there. They should specify where they are located to make it easier for customers.

The owners are super nice and very informative on how to care for my nose piercing. I called their number listed on the website directing me to piercing, and the owner picked up immediately. The shop was clean and (just like a person previously commented) the instruments were sterilized and the needle was new. I totally recommend and will definitely go back if I’m wanting more piercings 🤩😻💖

I got my septum done there today. The lady who did me was very cool and sweet and walked me through it with her encouraging words and made me feel comfortable ❤️. I will be going again for my ears and my right nostril once my septum is healed.

I came in with a friend for an ear piercing and Koko was very nice and accommodating. Extremely professional and explained everything she was using and how the process would go. I would highly recommend getting your piercings here!

Update: it came out five hours after I got it doneEveryone was super nice but... I went in today to get my back dermal redone and when I removed the bandaid I noticed that it’s halfway out my skin and not laying flat. She kept telling me it was in I just had thick skin, but I’ve never had a dermal hang halfway out after getting it done. It’s to the point that it’s going to reject.

After having gone to another place and being told it was too risky to get my septum pierced, they did a perfect job here! Very nice, friendly and skilled experts!!! Highly recommend

The parlor is located inside the Plano Bazar. So don’t be confused when directions lead you there. Koko was SO professional and very thorough with explaining the process. She made me feel extremely calm and talked me through it. I got a second lobe piercing and highly recommended Karma ink Tattoo.

First off this place deserves zero stars I went in there on August 22 to get my bellybutton pierced. I decided to book a tattoo appointment for 2 weeks later for September 4 I got my appointment card she put my appointment on the calendar and I show up for my appointment and Ruben the tattoo artist is not even there and didn’t plan on coming in either when the lady called him she was just laughing and giggling with him like nobody even cared. Horrible experience

DO NOT GET TATTOOED HERE !!! Staff was extremely unprofessional and I ended up with a horrible tattoo that I have to laser. The artist Enrique, showed me his genital piercing unsolicited and was making inappropriate comments about my body. Extremely poor experience and I wish I had paid more attention to all the red flags. Would not recommend at all.

Came here for my vertical industrial and dermal piercing which are both pretty difficult piercings and they were executed perfectly. I have to say I was spooked getting it done here, the shop is very tiny and crammed inside the plaza but they were all very professional and all sterile clean equipment.

I got my nephews ears pierced for his eighth birthday, Mom was there of course, and it was a great and positive experience!

I went in on December 28th 2019 which was the one year anniversary of my bfs passing. My bf had the same tattoo on his left hand and we had an open ending joke about me getting the same tattoo on my right hand. The night he passed I kissed his left hand and promised I’d get our matching tattoo one day. So on the one year anniversary I decided to get it. I googled local tattoo shops that were open in the middle of the afternoon and saw that Karma Inc was open. I went up there and got it done by a dude named Ruben. He was a super cool guy and did exactly what I had wanted! He looked at a photo of my bfs hand and did an amazing job at eyeing it and doing a perfect copy on my right hand. His wife also did my nose piercing. This is a family owned business and the couple are so amazing and made a sad day so much better for me. I will never forget this experience! I HIGHLY recommend going to see Ruben for any work you need done. When I get my next tattoo I’ll definitely call them up and make an appointment.Ps. The white line through the tattoo is a long scar I have from a bad cut I had years ago.

Went in for a piercing ring. All the jewelry is cheap Amazon pickups. Lady wasn’t there. Kinda rude. Also in a sketchy little ghetto mall area.

I called ahead of time asking if they took walks ins they said yes .. I got there at 11:15 with a sign on the door that said “Be back in 20 minutes” . Sat there for almost 40 minutes waiting and no one ever came. The phone rang multiple times and no one picked up.
