Kelsey is seriously my favorite piercer out of everyone I’ve been to. The only ear piercings of mine that were not done by her are my first two lobe piercings and my daith. Not only has she done a majority of my piercings but I’ve gone to her multiple times to help with unsatisfactory piercings from other piercers and her advice has never steered me wrong. Despite how many piercings I have, Kelsey always makes sure to give me a thorough understanding of what she’s piercing me with and what the process is while she does it. Not a single piercing done by her has needed to be taken out due to difficult healing, she gets them all pierced in the perfect spot for smooth sailing. I recommend Kelsey and her studio to anyone who asks where they should go for a piercing because I don’t trust anyone else near my ears anymore. She just did my stacked lobe between my first two lobe piercings and the placement was even more perfect than I could’ve imagined. I’ve gone to her for numerous spur-of-the-moment piercings and every single time she hits the nail on the head. Seriously #1 piercer in the area.

Kelsey pierced my nose and it was an amazing experience. She was knowledgeable, professional, and caring. She took time to advise me on the best type of piercing for my anatomy and the look I wanted, and even tailored my ring to be a bit tighter since I have 3 small very active kiddos 😂 She steered me away from a ring and took a lot of time to explain why she recommended a stud. Once we picked out the jewelry, the actual piercing experience was extremely smooth and she walked me through every step with a calm and caring demeanor. I am 2 weeks into the healing process and it feels like it’s been there for years- much less painful than piercings I’ve gotten from other studios. Kelsey is amazing! And Studio Wren is so clean and nice. In the past, I’ve gotten piercings done at tattoo shops and the experience has not been as quick and easy. One of my piercings is in an odd location on my ear and makes it difficult to pick out jewelry for it. Kelsey walked me through several options and is even able to customize her jewelry to your needs! I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else for piercings or jewelry changes 😇💜 If you are near Plano, she is the best or worth the drive in my opinion!

My daughter is honestly scared of anything sharp. Kelsey was able to do such a great job with her she stayed still and everything came out amazing with minimal amount of pain. 2 days later she’s completely pain free and so in love with her earrings. Exceeded my expectations and I’m so happy! Kelsey and Cadence were so gracious enough to help me remove piercings and two dermals that I contemplated removing for like 5 years. They were both so friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable on the removal process. The removal took less than 30 minutes and in my experience completely painless. I felt totally comfortable with them and I’m so thankful that I had no issues with the removal process.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Kelsey at Studio Wren twice, and I know I will be back in the future. She pierced my conch, flat, and rook, and has done several jewelry changes. I love that she is able to pierce with cute, unique jewelry, not just the typical boring round stud. She also is extremely sanitary and always is transparent about cost. Highly recommend!

Kelsey has previously done my mom & I’s nose piercings 3 years ago, and she did a wonderful job. My mom had to remove her stud so her piercing ended up closing up, so when we went to get it re-pierced by her, she found out that it wasn’t completely closed! She was able to fix it up and put a stud back in. We had a lovely experience both times we went to her. Thank you Kelsey!

[CLEANLINESS, JEWLERY QUALITY, RESULTS AFTER A MONTH PLUS]Kelsey is so well educated on the anatomy and the science of piercings!I got my first piercings with her (snake bites), but already had experience with other piercing shops after helping my friends through a few different appointments elsewhere. Studio Wren is far, far more superior than any other local piercers I had seen. In fact, my friend had gotten a crooked eyebrow piercing somewhere else that got crazy infected- and Kelsey repierced it perfectly!After 3 piercings and a month of time, neither of us have experienced any infection or problems with her piercings. They have all healed beautifully. Her jewlery is all guaranteed surgery grade (I am confident in this because I have a nickel allergy but am perfectly fine!) and she is very respectful of your anatomy, she wont pierce anything that doesnt have a good chance of healing right.She washes the jewlery and her tools right in front of you with anti bacterial machines and takes lots of time to make sure the reference markings are perfectly symmetrical before piercing so that nothing will be crooked. She answered all my excessive questions and even sent me informational guides on where to buy safe jewlery and what the piercings should (and shouldnt) look like with time, even showing photos of how the backs of the piercings are meant to nest (since I got oral piercings).My experience at Studio Wren far exceeds the appointments Id seen my friends go through elsewhere, she is much cleaner and much more knowledgeable. And to top it all off, her prices are very fair, even though she does so much more than the other piercers Id seen, her prices arent any different than the average.

I got 3 lobe piercings done and Kelsey was absolutely great! I am absolutely terrible with needles and have historically gotten nauseous when getting my ears pierced, but Kelsey was super patient, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire process. She even gives a paper handout about aftercare, when you can change your jewelry out, and the size of the earrings you got which I really appreciate since Im quite forgetful. I received a septum piercing today, and it was a pleasure to see Kelsey as always. I’ve been previously pierced by her in 2020, then had my daughter’s ears done in 2022. Kelsey is a phenomenal piercer and professional, while still being extremely personable and helping guests to feel comfortable. I first went to Kelsey to work out a game plan for a cartilage piercing (not done originally done by her) that wasn’t healing correctly. She was super knowledgeable and we came up with a plan that worked well with my needs and gave by body appropriate time to heal before trying again.
