Sean did my 9 year old daughters ear lobes. Sean was super friendly, patient, practiced great cleanliness, and talked both of us through everything going down. We are about 5 weeks out. Shes healing up nicely with no issues. Definitely would recommend Integrity and Sean.

Whitney got me in quickly and did an amazing job! She was kind, patient, and did beautiful work. It blended seamlessly with the beginnings of a sleeve Ive been wanting to add on to for a very long time.Stoked to have found an artist that does great work and listens to my ideas while refining them with her expertise. Got to chat a bit about the grand plan for this tattoo and I am looking forward to getting more work done.The shop is very clean and filled from wall to ceiling with awesome designs and has a great shop in front. Super comfortable atmosphere as well which was great for me as I havent been into a tattoo shop in 7 years (got the same jitters I had the first time I got ink).All the staff I spoke to from their FB page to the phone and in person were friendly, helpful, and professional. So heres the story. I called these guys and asked if they did dimple cheek piercings. They told me yes and then at that point I went online and scheduled an appointment. Well, when I got there today for my appointment the guy told me that they dont do dimple cheek piercings and that someone wouldnt have told me so. Obviously someone told me yes they do do them, because otherwise I wouldnt have scheduled my appointment after I called and asked. The guy ends up saying that maybe whoever I talked to heard nipple piercings and that they stopped doing cheek piercings because the maintenance on them was too much. At that point I was disappointed, but then the guy starts talking down to me, it felt like, and treats me like I just woke up this morning, no research at all, and decided to get my cheeks pierced. Then he says the closest place that does them is in Salt Lake City or Boise........ok, sure. I felt like he just didnt want me to go somewhere else in town that could do it because he didnt want me to give my service somewhere else. Anyways, if I could I would do no stars for this experience and I gladly went to Tys Tattoos after this and my experience with them was 5 stars!

I got my septum pierced by Sean and it was a great experience. My best friend had gotten her septum pierced both him a few months prior and even though she has a phobia of needles it went well. Sean was very good at explaining all of the steps and ensuring I remained calm. The piercing barely hurt and I absolutely love it. Also he apologized for messing up my lipstick, which was very sweet. 11/10, definitely going back for my other piercings.

Sean is amazing hes pierced my nose and did a dermal on my cheek hes always fantastic. Also got tattooed by Ben and I couldnt be happier with their work. Its a great shop always clean and super helpful staff

I got two tattoos done by Whitney today, I was told it would take 6 hours and it only took 4 super happy with the speed. I was very very happy about the quality of them as well. I’ve been in other studios and didn’t like the environment, integrity was very relaxed environment and I felt very welcomed there. THANK YOU FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE INTEGRITY!!!

I am a travel nurse and try to find the best place to get a piercing or a tattoo while Im on the assignment.I heard good things about this shop but unfortunately they charged me to change my appointment. I was sick and unable to make the appointment, so I rescheduled. When I woke up in the morning , I had a charge for missing the appointment even though it was rescheduled.Update: I did reschedule and recived both an email and a text. I sent the copy of the text in my reply email

I went to Integrity on 10/07 to get my conch pierced. I went to Kolby 13ish years ago for my first piercing. I experienced very minor hesitation seeing someone I was unfamiliar with doing the piercings now. Knowing Kolby is the one who trained him though, it was fine.Sean Yardy was absolutely phenomenal and I seriously can’t recommend him enough!! He was soft spoken and talked me through the entire process, step by step. He was very personable, easy to talk to, and was so kind with all of my questions! My conch piercing is absolutely perfect and I’m already wanting another piercing solely based off how impressed I was. 😂(The 2 cartilage piercings were NOT done by Integrity. They were a bad, Walmart teenage choice. 😂)

A few weeks ago i mentioned to my boyfriend that ive always wanted my nose pierced BUT i would only ever do it at integrity!! (because they are the best, duh)well, today he surprised with a piercing appointment! 🩷 ive never had a piercing done before, so i was a little nervous and didnt know what to expect.when we walked in, we were met by a lovely gentleman named sean yardy. he explained the process thoroughly and was patient while i was looking at the jewelry options. once i got one picked out, he make sure i liked the look of it in the mirror before guiding us over to the piercing room. the room was very clean and has a very comfortable piercing bed.while sean was getting all set up, he made a very sweet comment on how awesome it was that my boyfriend was supporting me in the things i want to do and that he was happy for me. absolutely warmed my heart!! 💖we got started and sean marked where the piercing would be and had me check in the mirror to confirm the placement. once i confirmed it, he had me lay on the table and clearly explained each step to me before he would continue on to the next step.i was getting my nostril pierced, so obviously my eyes watered up, but sean was immediately on top of it and wiped away my tear!! literally the sweetest man ever. the whole thing went by super quick and easy. i couldnt be happier with the whole experience or the results!! 😊after the piercing was done, sean explained how simple the healing process was and highly recommended that i come back for my downsizing so i dont have any issues in the future. he also warned me of how much misinformation there is online about piercing aftercare. he said that if i have any questions or concerns at all, just to contact him and that he is there to help!i really appreciate how quick and smooth everything went. i was in and out in under 30 mins. i will definitely be back again for more piercings and buy more jewelry once im all healed up. 😇 i absolutely love integrity and highly recommend it!! sean yardy is the man!! 🤘

If i could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Sean and Kolby are exceptional and I can confidently say without an ounce of hesitation they are the best choice for piercings in southeastern Idaho. You are treated with the upmost respect and courtesy from the second you walk through the door. If you are looking for your sign to book with Integrity, THIS IS IT! DO IT!

I got my septum pierced by Sean and he was absolutely amazing. He was so professional, and he made sure I was comfortable and knew what he was doing the whole time. The shop was also super clean and smelled fresh.

So it was my first experience was amazing. Kevin Neilson did such a good job coaching me through relaxing and not moving. I cant wait to go back again for him to do my Left shoulder. The picture speaks for itself.Update I got my second tattoo there my dad passed away 4 years ago and Im glad I got Kevin to do my left shoulder done. My wife thinks this tattoo is to real 🤣🤣🤣 would highly recommend Kevin to everyone.

Such an amazing experience that my friends and I are so grateful for. my friend and I got our nipples pierced here and Shaun (or shawn idk im sorry) let our other friend come back to watch even though they have a limit. he was super thorough with his explanation of aftercare and made sure to answer our questions. everyone gave us a smile and a little laugh from one of the tattoo artists because she definitely knew we were nervous. cleanliness was HUGE for me and shaun made sure that he was very thorough with his sanitizing, wiping everything multiple times and washing his hands after touching our skin & his tools. i just really appreciate him working around my friends holding my hands because i was very nervous, but he was also not judgmental whatsoever and joked around with us to ease our nerves. freaking awesome little place, my friends and i will be back soon!!!!

I went here to get new jewelry in a fresh piercing that had the wrong jewelry put in it at a place in Idaho falls as well as get aftercare because the other place didn’t give me any. The piercer here was super kind and did a great job at switching everything out and explaining the right aftercare. He’s the only piercer on this side of Idaho that is certified with the Association of Professional Piercers and it shows. He was professional and I will definitely be going back to him for my next piercing.

Very calm, laid back atmosphere. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Helped me feel confident and comfortable even though I was nervous at first! Had a great experience here and will be coming back for future piercings. They also have a nice selection of stylish, high quality, and hypoallergenic jewelry. This is very important for me since I have very sensitive skin and am allergic to nickel. Highly recommend!

I get all my piercings done from Kolby, he knows what he is doing and takes great pride in doing it. I would highly recommend it and I wouldnt send you anywhere else. As well as buying all my jewelry from them, great selections, great prices, fast delivery, huge stock on hand, custom orders. I cant say enough about this place.They were able to put plugs in my nostrils, so I can continue to gauge them.

I have had several piercings done by Kolby. He is efficient and very calming during the process. The piercing room is clean and I watched him wash his hands multiple times as well as sanitize/autoclave all instruments and earrings each visit. Definitely recommend him!

Our family has received tattoos and piercings here (from Ben and Kolby), we’ve always had a very pleasant experience. Ben tattooed me many years ago during his apprenticeship with another shop. He contacted me when he came back to town because he wanted to fix it up to his current standards. If that doesn’t explain the ethics of this shop I don’t know what will.Clean, professional, polite, reasonable prices, and great work. They walk you through after care and make themselves available for questions and concerns that might arise. Can’t ask for much more in a shop, I recommend to everyone.

While we were in Pocatello for the New Year holiday our granddaughter shared with us about how some piercing helps with pain and migraine headaches I didnt understand it at first but its working for her and our daughter was here from Alaska and she wanted to do it because shes in a lot of pain but at the time she couldnt afford it so her daughter and I surprised her with it Im so glad we did the guy that did her piercing was so professional and gentle and kept her informed as to what he was doing. would definitely recommend him to friends and family

Went and got a Daith piercing with Kolbe Cain. Hes always amazing. I wouldnt go anywhere else for piercings. The shop is always clean. Everybody is friendly and they do great work.

If you are looking for a clean, professional artist Kolby is your guy. Myself and 2 of my friends are out here on vacation decided to get piercings, after we made appointment on line for what we thought was today. We get to the shop and let him know that we have apts he gets looking into it and sees they were for the following weekend . We leave tomorrow he worked his magic and was able to get us fit into his already booked full day and still provided quality customer service.

Had my first official visit to Integrity today and was pleasantly surprised. I went to see Colby and had my ears stretched. He was as gently as possible and non pushy as far as having me get something I didnt want. Ill definitely be back for my piercing needs.

Was originally supposed to get my tattoo done at another place, but they called the day of the appointment and canceled. Took the art that the other artist had made (that I was Luke warm about) to Integrity, and was told it wouldnt work the way I wanted because of the size and location. In less than 24 hours Benjamin Bowlin created a new design that i love and was able to do that tattoo. The shop is clean and everyone is really friendly! Im so thankful the other place canceled the appointment!

I went in to get a small tattoo, a 5 letter word. I asked for it on my wrist, mind you, my hand and arm are fully tatted. But Wendy thought that it would be an “uncomfortable” spot and not a very easy area for HER to do. I was a little taken back by her attitude about the whole thing. I did however go ahead with the placement that SHE was comfortable with. She has clean line work, I will give her that.If you are looking for someone experienced, she probably is NOT the one to go to.

So I have quite a few tattoos, and they were all done when I lived somewhere else. But Ben took my idea and made a beautiful reality. It is not a complicated concept, but he listened to me and absolutely nailed it. He said got me in for my consultation and did my tattoo in an hour! It was amazing. Thank you so much.

Kolby is the only piercer I will ever trust. He’s done all but one of my 12 piercings I’ve had. Best guy in or around Idaho. His place of work is always so clean and sanitary. I’ve never had a bad experience!

It only made sense to me to go back to Integrity when the time came for me to finally get the second hole in my earlobes that I had wanted to years. Sarah did my piercing today. She was very professional and explained the whole process to me, step by step as she went along. The facility is top notch. Clean and professional. I recently went here to get my rook pierced, and I have to say that Kolby is by far the best piercer I have ever been to. Kolby works very hard to have a sanitary work environment. He also goes above and beyond with his customer service skills, making sure that I fully understood what he was doing every step of the process. I am very pleased with the result and will not be going anywhere else if I decide to get another piercing in the future.

Kolby has been a great resource for buying and installing jewelery; his pricing is great and his studio is is very clean. Mario did some lettering for me and the experience, as well as the product, was terrific. The vibe in the shop is friendly and professional, and the space is open and clean. If I could give this place a 10 out of 5 I would. Not only is Kolby is the best piercer, he’s also super patient. He worked with me for months giving all kinds of earring options and answering every question I had. I have never felt like an inconvenience even though I probably was!I went to a different piercer for another piercing and seriously regret it because they pierced crooked. I ended up coming back to Kolby and he put in a smaller bar for me. Since then it’s been healing nicely due to his excellent work. Kolby pierces clean and with precision. I HIGHLY recommend Kolby!

On recommendation of several people my wife recently got a piercing done by Kolby Cain. He did a fantastic job and my wife was very pleased with him, both professionally and on a personal level. Sara was very knowledgable about piercings, and the after care. She was so helpful. Kolby was great for my friends (I didnt get a piercing). They said he was very gentle and did it quick. Were very impressed and if I get anymore piercings I would probably drive up from lehi, utah to get done.

I was afraid that one of my piercings was infected so I went in to have it checked out and they took my conserns Seriously.

I took my daughter in to get her nose pierced for her 16th birthday.Kolby was diligent about obtaining IDs, proof of age and consent forms.He just talked with my daughter, was completely at ease, but he was clean, efficient, and FAST! WOW.He gave excellent aftercare instructions.You may pay more to go to Kolby but its worth every penny.

I called everywhere in Pocatello looking for a 16G Retainer for my Tragus piercing that was longer for my ear being swollen. These guys are the only ones in town that could help me out, and the piece was a little over $9 bucks. I appreciate these folks coming to my rescue, and they were very cool and kind! If I got another tattoo or piercing, or needed another piece of Jewelry Id come here, and suggest to anyone!

Integrity Body Arts is a definite must go place for any tattoo or piercing needs... they are very clean and sterile and friendly. Every procedure is explained and the after care is very well detailed. Everyone there is very professional and knowing in their field of work. The tattoo artists are very talented and are willing to work with you.

Not good. Was told ears too small for an industrial piercing cause they only come in one size. 10 seconds of research and I found that there’s many different sizes and diameters to fit the right sized person on that piercing. They just didn’t want to do the work.

Basically a buddy got me $100 dollars in a gift certificate to Integrity to work on my sleeve. It was for a specific artist but my friend was assured that if the artist was no longer available anyone would be able to help me. When I went in I was immediately scowled at and had to wait to be helped after one of the several maskless employees looked up from their phone. Was told to come back in two hours to talk to an artist. So I did. Then the artist says what do you want? I explain the whole thing to them and they immediately say that cant help me because theyre moving soon and besides they dont work on anybody who somebody already started on, even though my previous artist moved. They asked me if I wanted to talk to the other artist. I said sure. Start to text my husband just about how badly its all going and I hear a voice someone here with a gift card or something another maskless employee who tells me they are fully booked and have a nice day. THAT WAS GENUINELY MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE.TLDR: my buddy lost 100 dollars on a gift card to integrity because some of the most indifferent and unhelpful employees I have ever met refused to even let me set up an appointment with them. Guess they got their money. They get a star because the piercer was friendly and courteous.

Integrity is amazing! The shop is super sterile, the atmosphere is light and fun, the artists (tattooers and piercer) are super knowledgeable and take pride in their work, youre truly cared for, and details matter here! Integrity is the ONLY shop I recommend to anyone. I used to go to Saltys in Pocatello, but not any more. If you want a high quality of artistry, go to Integrity; you wont be sorry!!

I wouldnt trust anyone but Kolby for my piercing and body jewelry needs. He follows APP standards and only offers the highest quality jewelry to his clients! You wont be disappointed!

Clean and ???. Took at least 10 minutes for acknowledgment I was even in the building. 3 that artist just sat there. Body jewellery selection is decent but spendy for two simple hoops. Should be more competitive with 20 other studios in town.

My friend had spoke to someone there sorry she did not get a name and made a appointment for me to get a tattoo when we arrived there was no one to help even though the appointment had been made a week ago We where treated very poorly and the feeling that no one wanted to help then or at a later date. I deal with customer service all day and the feeling was just go away cause you are old . Not a good way to run a business

Kolby and Sean are the best piercer in south east Idaho!

Very clean and professional. Nothing else in town can compare! Just finished getting my first cartilage piercing and they did a really awesome job and put me completely at ease.
