Ray did my first tattoo and did an awesome job! He made sure I was happy with the way the design looked and took his time making sure everything was right. He made sure I knew how to take care of it until it heals. The shop was clean. I will definitely go see him again if I get another one!

Business was clean and the work area was spotless. Took me grandson the to get a tattoo. They charge $150)hour. A but pricey, but worth it. Excellent work from what I could see on a customer and what my grandson have received earlier

Price for piercings is like everywhere else. Their customer service is on point. The piercer is friendly and he breaks it down to u on what he is going to be doing a couple times. 5 stars across the board

Got my nipples pierced at a different place ( wasnt good)..came to monsters ink today to get an opinion on what I should do with them and the guy (didnt get his name) helped me with EVERYTHING I needed, was very kind, honest & knowledgeable with what he does! I left with new piercings and Im feeling so much better ! Thank yall SO much! Will definitely be back!!

Very clean. Everyone is very nice!Theres a lot of apprentices there but theres no one to oversee what theyre doing. Weve also gone there to see Jake for a couple piercings.

Got my nose pierced there. Guy was awesome. Checked I liked the placing multiple times and adjusted to my feedback. Made sure I was comfortable. Was fast and he let me know what he was doing as he was about to do it. Game me succinct aftercare instructions and was overall a great experience. I usually hate needles and he made me super comfortable when I was already nervous and out of my normal comfort zone. Am absolutely going to go back for more piercings. They gave me the courage to do some of the things I have been scared to do bc they were so awesome. Thank you and see yall soon!!

Went in there and got 2 sets of ears pierced was very pleased with not only the work, but the discussion and the want of understanding before we even began sitting in the chair. My daughter who is around 10 years old got her years pierced and the piercer did a great job talking to her and keeping her calm after mine was done.

With the staff, everyone is so incredibly nice and welcoming. Even though I didnt get a tattoo that day because I didnt have money on me at the time. I personally prefer to get to know the artist before getting tatted. But Ray was more than willing to tell me what artstyles he can and cant do, as well as provide a business card if I ever do decide to get tatted by him. Im definitely going to go to Monster Ink as soon as I get the money!

It was a great experience very professional. Me and my daughter got are noises pierced together. He did such a great job she didnt flinch or nothing. This was like my fourth time getting mine done and it was the least painless. I give my props to the piercer for doing a really good job and being very professional. Thanks monster ink next on my list is a tattoo.

Ray did a coverup tattoo for me today and did an amazing job. He worked with me on exactly what I wanted when other tattoo shops said was not possible and they are good on prices as well. Ray is a master of his craft and I have never dealt with anyone more professional, personable, and gifted as he is when it comes to tattooing. If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely awesome people. No other studio or artist out there can even measure up. If you don’t go here to get tattooed or pierced, you’re doing your body a disservice-it’s worth the wait!

I went to monster ink to get my nose pierced because i heard great things about the piercer. I told him my goal was to eventually end up with a hoop after the piercing healed. The piercing process went well, but i found the piercer to come off quite condescending when explaining the aftercare. I am an RN, so i understand the importance of keeping a wound clean. Anyways, i followed his aftercare and waited about 4 months to go and see about possibly getting the stud changed to a hoop (i was told by the piercer to wait a minimum of 3 months before changing it). When i got there and asked if we could change it, he said he would sell me a hoop, but he would not change it and i was basically on my own. He said that too many people “dont take care of their nose piercing properly, so i dont change hoops because im not fighting with it.” I was pretty disappointed considering i told him from the beginning my goal was a hoop. I asked if he could recommend me somewhere that would change it and he said nowhere around the area. So im basically left to try and change my jewelry myself. This is very unprofessional and deceiving.

Piercing went well but employee was really rude. Had smart comments about everything we said and acted very agitated with the group I was with. He will tell you your piercing is messed up if it wasn’t done by Monster Ink.

Wonderful tattoo shop! Best of the best! I first came here to see Jake for a daith piercing. He was great! Very professional. He explained everything to me and I felt comfortable and in good hands. Ive been there three more times to see Molly and she has done eight hours of work for me. She is incredible! She takes her time and is an amazing artist. She explains everything for before and after care, she would check with me to see if I was okay or if I needed a break, she was very understanding to my busy schedule and did her best to fit me in when it was convenient for me. My husband has been going to Ray and is very impressed with his work. Ray is very passionate about his work and does a great job. Very detailed work. We have been really impressed with this shop. The atmosphere is very fun and silly. The shop is very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for the best tattoo shop in our area you have found it. You wont be disappointed.

Had an awesome experience. My friend recommended and we got matching tattoos by Molly. She is a master tattoo artist. I also got a daith piercing by Jake and it was perfect even though I couldnt stop moving around.Jake was very thorough with aftercare instructions.Great place. We had so much fun. Jake Duplantis had a severe case of little man syndrome today, unnecessarily arrogant, made fun of every question asked, just an all around D-Bag towards customers. Appears to be exuding a lot of tiny d energy.It appears that the business does good work and I cant speak as to how other employees are, but we wont be back unless Jakes issues are addressed.

I went there today with no appointment and was seated almost immmediately. Molly was amazing, very attentive. She asked me several times if I was okay, if I needed a break, and was overall very friendly. She made sure I was confident in my tattoo choice. She made sure to explain everything about aftercare and encouraged me to ask her questions or come back if I needed a touchup. The atmosphere was great, very clean workspace, great prices, and friendly workers. Best experience possible for my first tattoo, I will definitely be there again!

Love love love Monster Ink! Jake fixed my nipple piercings after another shop messed them up and did my nose piercing. Al did my first tattoo a few years ago. Jake is definitely the only piercer I trust anymore. Highly recommend! They always do whats best for your body while still giving you what you want!

Hands down the greatest people to go to for your first piercing/tattoo. Haley & Jake did my nipple piercings and they hands down, were the best people for that. Before starting they explain the process and what to expect. They made sure the piercings would be even and gave me the chance to be sure myself that the markings were even. Afterwards they explained the healing process and the what to expects. They also offered some great after care products which are super useful. Definetly worth it!

I had my ears re-pierced today by Jake at Monster Ink! I was made to feel very comfortable. The climate and culture of the shop is welcoming. I had a pre- piercing consultation where the process was thoroughly explained. After Jake wiped a sanitizer on my ear lobes, he drew a mark where the hole would go. I sat on a comfortable chair. He wore rubber gloves, and prepped me for the piercing with a clamp that had a V shaped notch cut in it. He discussed the angle of piercing. The actual piercing was quick and over in less than a second. A shot at the doctor is more painful than a piercing! It was so fast that I didnt have time to flinch! He then made sure that the earring went in gently and easily. He cleaned up minor drops of blood. He had me wait a moment to make sure that I wasnt dizzy. He asked how I felt. Then he gave me a post piercing consultation on how to care for my piercings. I purchased a special soap and anti-septic spray. I highly recommend Jake at Monster Ink for all of your piercing needs!

For my first tag team it was the absolute best by Jake and Haley they did the most amazing job on my tag team nipple piercings. Seriously amazing experience. This was my first tattoo so to say that I was nervous would be an understatement... but I was easily calmed walking into Monsters Ink! I gave Molly my idea for some ballet shoes on my foot, and she did a BEAUTIFUL job. Her lines are incredible and she understood every concern I have. If I decide on a second, Ill definitely be booking my session with her.

Most definitely the best piercing experience I’ve had! After having my nipples pierced by a different shop I was concerned that they weren’t properly done. I had Jake look at them and he ended up taking them out. I went back today to get them repierced and got the tag team with Haley. They were both awesome with placement and care information. 10/10 recommend Monster Ink!!! Theyre nippin’ great!!!!!!!

My fiance got his ears pierced here with intentions of gauging/stretching them so the piercer used large gauge nipple bars as the jewelry. Staff was nice and gave a good experience but the jewelry was low quality, too long and should have never been put in earlobes, his ears months later still hadnt healed we reached out to another shop in baton rouge who we purchased very high quality jewelry from and changed the jewelry out, sadly though due to the damage done by the bad jewelry his ears never healed and he had to remove the piercings entirely. Ive heard the tattoos here are great but from personal experience and other stories Ive heard, its not the place to get a piercing.

Was super funky in there, they got all kinds of little pop figures and cute figurines everywhere and some awesome art on the walls. Everyone was so sweet. The piercer Jake was super cool and told me everything I needed to know beforehand and made sure I got what I wanted 💖

Best ink shop in the local area! Its clean and professional and the artists are experts! You leave completely educated on proper care of your new tattoo/piercing. This is the only tattoo parlor I recommend or will even go to.

The jewelry used here is not very high quality, but you get what you pay for I guess. My conch had a bump for 6 months until I finally swapped the jewelry for an implant-grade titanium stud from a reputable piercer. I had my tragus done about a month and a half ago here and it was done at such a bad angle that it had to be taken out. He never even marked it to show me the placement and it was definitely placed too low.

I thought this place was good until my piercing got infected. I went to my local shop and she said I would be pissed if I were you. It was a $60 double nipple piercing and Im half I didnt spend $80. But now I have to pay to fix it because you people dont know how to pierce a nipple properly.
