I absolutely love Vamachara Tattoo. I have gotten 4 tattoos in the last year from Patrick. His work is clean and precise. He really takes into consideration all your ideas to help you design the exact tattoo you want. He makes sure every detail is perfect. The size and placement are to your liking and work with your body’s movement. 10/10 would highly recommend his shop. I will definitely be going back for more!

I traveled to see Patrick and was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. ☺️ Patrick covered up my first old tattoo I didn’t want and freehanded dark blackwork. I couldn’t be more happy! I am so beyond impressed with my tattoo and overall experience. Pat is an amazing artist, the shop is immaculately clean and such a comfortable environment. I went for a cover up of a tattoo done a while ago by a different artist, I was very insecure about it over the years and in looking at the final product I couldnt believe I didnt see a trace of the previous tattoo. I cant stop looking at it and Ive gotten so many compliments on it in just the 2 days Ive had it so far. Pat is amazing. I have been with him since he was an apprentice and am so glad he has his own place now. Casper the shop manager has been a great addition. Great vibe. Most people dont believe that Pat does color but he does and he is really good with it. All the work is guaranteed and he does touch ups if needed for now charge. I attached a pic that was taken recently but the tattoo was done 3+ years ago.

I love this studio. I’ve worked most closely with Eric, the apprentice, and have been not only satisfied but astounded by the quality of his work. He clearly has a strong career in tattooing ahead of him, and a great relationship with his mentor Pat. I’ve gotten both a small flash tattoo and a large anatomical heart tattoo with Eric, and I’m so happy with the outcome. He worked with me through references, sizes, and me making him place the stencil three times lol. The whole studio cares deeply for their craft, and the work that comes out of it reflects that. Pat is a great guy and a warm presence. Casper is a joy to be around and a staple at the studio. I’m coming back for another tattoo soon, and will think of them for future tattoos. Their skills are versatile and the product always exceeds expectations. And perhaps more importantly: I feel incredibly comfortable working with each member of the studio to personalize my design. Can’t recommend them enough!

Both Patrick and Eric were incredibly nice and professional. The studio was spotless. I couldn’t love my tattoo and my experience more. I will always recommend Vamachara Tattoo!

Five stars aint enough. When tattoos are literally sacred to you as they are to me, having an artist whos a fellow occultist that understands your intentions, not only treats you with respect but is fully accommodating of personal significance around the experience-- theres nothing like it. Pat is not only a fantastically skilled artist, but deeply knowledgeable about symbolism across different mythologies and mediums. My tattoos with Patrick at Vamachara, with his manager/assistant Caspers amazing support, have been nothing short of life changing. Whether you want cant recommend this highly enough. They both really put their heart and soul into this place, and the experiences and ink Ive gotten here have been literal blessings.

I’ve been to many shops in my life but none felt quite like home until I arrived at Vamachara. Everybody was super knowledgeable and friendly (Thanks Patrick, Casper & Eric!) and the fun conversations made the time fly by. I went in for a hand piece and Pat worked his freehand magic to give me an absolutely incredible tattoo in the style I was looking for. To top things off the shop is super clean and a pretty badass setup if you ask me! Thanks again guys, I’m sure you’ll see me again soon.

This shop is so cool! I loved the one on one experience, it was very personal yet professional. There is so much to look at and little trinkets and jewelry to purchase. Some shops prior to this one found it strange when I walked in with human teeth asking to have them inked on my skin. Vamachara was all about it! I love my new addition. After everything was done and cleaned up we did a blood ritual to seal on our new found friendship. I’m very grateful for the two beautifully spooky love birds at Vamachara.

Would absolutely recommend. I flew in from Michigan to get a piece Ive had in mind for a while now and Pat absolutely nailed it. Surprisingly quick work and turned out better than I had hoped. Artist was lighthanded and healing time has been quick and painless and without loss of pigment. Would definitely come back. Thanks again!

Pat is amazingly talented with his work! And the shop manager, Brenna is always so sweet. After I got my tattoo done everyone kept complimenting how beautiful my tattoo was and asked who I went to and of course I told them and recommended this place. My boyfriend instantly booked his next tattoo appointment with Pat because he couldn’t believe how realistic and beautiful my tattoo came out and that says a lot in its self. They are just amazing people and it’s always very clean and sanitary. I honestly couldnt imagine going anywhere else💛

Casper the shop manager is so accommodating in making sure your comfortable throughout the whole process leading up to great communication on aftercare. Disclaimer, it’s been a little over a year since I’ve been able to get work done here by Pat. This is due to work constraints not being local and hard to plan ahead but I must say it is without a doubt worth it. Do not let a waiting list scare you off. This will be one of, if not the best tattoo experiences you can have.Sanitation is taken incredibly seriously, always has. Not only is the work itself clean, but the whole shop including the bathroom is sparkling.The work itself is creative and shows how much of an artist he is. Much of what I’ve had done by him has been freehand and some stencil. They all healed as if they were recent with the oldest one being 3 years old I believe.The price points are unheard of. I get asked often where I had the work done and everyone is surprised by how much it cost me.Another huge plus is Pat and everyone is socially skilled. Being able to hold a good conversation about near anything adds so much to the hours long experience and makes it much more enjoyable.All together, support your local shops. It’s worth it.

Ive been seeing Pat for about 6 years now for my tattoos. Hes always super friendly and professional! Takes the time to listen and create really sick tattoos. The shop is always clean and really well decorated. The shop manager is also the sweetest person on the planet! 10/10 reccommend. At this shop you dont just simply have an artist and a chair to get your work done. You get the full staff and the entire shop to yourself. I have never been so amazed with the personal attention to comfort and atmosphere in any kind of shop like they provide here. Additionally, Pat is a brilliant, well trained and open minded artist that will make sure your piece is unique and fits your body as best as it can, essentially leaving with something you will not be able to stop looking at for a long long time. Shop management streamlines the entire scheduling process and is there to provide additional amenities for the full personal experience.

Pat and Brenna are two of the kindest people in the world. I went in for a scar coverup tattoo, and came out with a piece of true art. Pat was professional, kind, made sure I was happy with the piece at several points during the process, understanding (it was my first tattoo) and overall so talented. Brenna made us feel so comfortable and taken care of, providing me with water and a coverup if I felt I needed it. The shop is beautiful and immaculately clean, Pat is exceptionally sanitary from the moment you lay down to getting it wrapped. My ink took four hours, and the whole time Pat was friendly, talkative, joking- everything took the edge off. Couldn’t be happier with the art itself, it’s so personal, it’s beautiful. Working with these two was worth the 5 hour drive to get here, the pain, and the money. I have absolutely no regrets about it. Whether it’s your first tattoo or your hundredth, this is the place to go.

Please don’t go here. Use Sam Blue in bayshore. I got a tattoo for my brother who passed away. The writing on the tattoo was written like a child. I had to get it covered up cause it was so horrible. I was crushed cause all I wanted was a nice tattoo for my brother. He also gave me a tattoo on my ankle the coloring is all faded now looks black. Now I need to get it lasered cause there is nothing they can do to fix it. I been so upset since this happened and I need to voice my opinion. Please re consider going to him. I hope this helps people.
