My friend and I both got our first conch piercing and had the most wonderful experience. Vicky and Amy were friendly, extremely personable and comforting. They made the process so much fun and not scary at all. I can’t wait to return to get another piercing. Would recommend this location and these women to anyone.

The entire staff here is amazing! Ive had my daughter’s ears pierced and my nose pierced and both experiences were nothing sort of fantastic! Amy and Bryant especially are so kind, informative, and helpful! By far the most comfortable piercing experience I have had!!Ive also gone to this location for help with broken jewelry and never left less than happy!

Amy was amazing! She helped me find new earrings to replace all of my existing piercings and I ended up getting my conch pierced too. She was so honest and helpful and I will definitely be going back to see her soon for more piercings.

Bryant was amazing! He greeted us when we walked in and was super attentive and helpful to us with deciding what we wanted. He made sure to explain everything in great detail to us first-timers for piercings. The building and instruments were very clean and he walked me through the whole process of getting my ears pieced and getting my first pair of earrings. This was already a special experience for us and he made it all the better. Would definitely recommend coming here… and ask for Bryant!!!

We had a wonderful experience here getting our daughters ear piercing fixed after the original piercer at another establishment botched it, leaving them uneven. FIVE employees helped, all giving us their opinions on how to best proceed to fix it! Everyone was so kind and understanding. Bryant and Amy are fantastic! They guided our daughter through the decision-making process with compassion and warmth. Bryant fixed her piercing and placed it correctly. He was so nice and knowledgeable. They really went above and beyond! Wed give them 50 stars if we could! We look forward to going back again in the future.

Bryant is awesome... this is the second year in a row hes helped me pick out my birthday jewelry!! Hes very patient and allows you to take your time to pick out what you want. He got me hooked to the permanent jewelry(which is cheaper than getting a regular bracelet)... he assisted and welded 4 bracelets for me. Im so in love with the concept and pieces of jewelry 😍 cant wait to go back !!!

Got both of my piercings here! Always a wonderful experience. Staff is always very kind and helpful!100% recommend. All of my piercings have never gotten infected and jeweled has never cause a reaction. Definitely would come again.

Highly recommend! I visited this store to have my starter studs switched out to regular earrings because I wasn’t able to unscrew them on my own. I had the original piercings done elsewhere (Main Line Tattoo), but didn’t want to go back there since I didn’t have a great experience. Banter by Piercing Pagoda at the Outlets was more than happy to help me. The store associate who assisted me could not have been nicer. He was super professional and knowledgeable. The store looked extremely clean and they obviously use sterile tools, etc. They also have a GREAT selection of jewelry here!! Really nice quality stuff with a wide range of pricing options. I will definitely come back again!

Had an excellent experience getting my 3 old daughter’s ears pierced. The entire staff was professional and friendly which helped my daughter relax. They did both ears at the same time for added convenience. No tears at all and we were on our way with a lollipop.

Very happy with my new piercings and the overall experience. They were all friendly and professional. The store was clean and the materials that they pierced me with were thoroughly cleaned and desinfected prior to the procedure. I would recommend banter to all my friends wanting to pierce their little girls ears as well!

I don’t recommend getting permanent jewelry here unless it is done by the male manager. My bracelet came off the day after I got it, went back to get it fixed and it came off three hours later. I asked for a refund because if it’s so called permanent it should not be coming off especially for the price they are charging people and they told me that it was non-refundable. I have respect for the manager however because he drove from Philly to get it right just hoping it doesn’t fall off again.

I drive 45mins to get my daughters ears pierced here because they are the best! Amy was our piercer, super friendly, knowledgeable and extremely good at what she does. My daughter had 2 conch and 2 flats done by Amy over few months, my lil one had her 2nd lobe done - all very professionally done and with a NEEDLE too 💗 She takes her time and makes sure we like the placement before going in. I would def recommend Amy for piercing.

My daughter got ears ears pierced here and they healed very quickly and perfectly that when we came back in again 8 weeks later, she got another ear piercing. I think Brittany was her name who did the piercing the first time and she was very sweet and knowledgeable.. our second piercing was done today by Bryant and he was just perfect. I would definitely recommend 100%. Bryant was very kind and professional. We will be back to this location specifically for these two great people. Thanks!

THIS LOCATION DOES NOT PIERCE BABIES, THEY DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERIENCE, AREA IS NOT STERILE AND THEY DO NOT CARRY INFANT SHORT POST EARRINGS. CLAIRES IN THE SAME COMPLEX HAS THE EXPERIENCE, AND CORRECT EARRINGS FOR INFANT/BABIES.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience! My daughter is 7 with multiple needs and decided to get her ears pierced. Rachel was utterly perfect. She was calm, reassuring, patient, and just so kind. It was more than I could have ever expected and Im beyond grateful for her kindness. THANK YOU!!!!

Do not go here - my 5 year old wanted her ears pierced on her birthday. The body piercer ended up being the one who pierced her one ear while the actual ear piercer missed and then continued to try after my daughter started pulling away crying and asking her to please stop. She didn’t apologize, she couldn’t get the dots even after 6 tries drawing them on, she didn’t ask me if I thought the dots looked ok before she tried piercing her ear. She didn’t explain how things worked to my daughter or even that there would be a slight pinch. She should not be allowed near anyones ears. We left with one piercing and a very traumatized daughter. Worst experience at a Banter I have ever had in my life.

I didn’t catch the associates name and it wasn’t on our receipt but she was amazing and so professional. We took our 10 month old to get her ears pierced and we felt so comfortable with her and she was so quick and did an excellent job. So happy with our experience!

I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Unfortunately, our experience with an ear piercing for my daughter turned out to be quite disappointing. Regrettably, the technician mishandled the procedure, resulting in an uneven and unsightly outcome. Its disheartening to realize that such mistakes cannot be rectified immediately, as we now have to wait for the healing process before attempting it again elsewhere. This incident clearly reflects a lack of attention to detail and patience on the part of the staff. Their hasty approach, while completed quickly, ultimately led to this unfortunate result. I cannot stress enough how important it is to avoid this place at all costs. DO NOT GO THERE.

Great experience getting my daughter’s ears pierced!

We arrived at 11 am and there was one family ahead of us getting their ears pierced. The new employee started helping us but was clearly struggling. The other employee finished piercing and started helping the next family that walked in, and started piercing them although we were there first. It was now 12 and we had still not been pierced and 3 other people who came in after us had been. I looked at my receipt and had been overcharged $32.It was finally our turn and I find out this is the guys first piercing. He touched multiple surfaces with his gloves, and was not supervised at all. When he pierced it obviously crooked he told he me it would settle. I brought it up the the other employees who said well it will be fine. The refund took 3 days to return to my account.FOR $70 I would avoid all all costs.

Lenna, Brittany, and Sky were absolutely amazing at the Philadelphia Premium Outlets location, taking their time to help me get just the right earrings I was looking for and at a great price. Lovely, knowledgeable, and so above and beyond these 3 ladies left this customer delighted and sure to return!!

I forgot to ask her name but I just wanted to say that the women I just spoke to on the phone was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for me to try to see if she could book my appointment for another location because they were not answering the phone.
