Marie took the time to listen to my ideas and provided valuable input during the consultation.The tattoo itself is incredible! I got my youngest son’s name on my ankle and the detail and precision are outstanding. It turned out even better than I imagined.The studio was spotless, and Marie was very professional throughout the entire process. I appreciated their punctuality and the care they took to ensure everything was clean and safe.Ive received so many compliments on my tattoo, and it has healed beautifully. Amar did an outstanding job on my piece.Out of all the artists that I’ve had do pieces for me over the years he was probably the fastest. He knocked the piece out the park with what I brought him. I highly recommend him. I’ve not had anything done by anyone else at this shop yet, however I will be returning soon. The shop is busy which is a good sign you’re in the right spot.

Ive visited this establishment several times over the course of a couple of years and I cannot stress enough on how amazing the staff is! Bo is down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and very good about making you feel calm when getting a piercing! I visited again earlier this April to get my first tattoo done by Amar and hes awesome! Hes good about being careful and making sure youre happy with the placement before he begins which made me feel comfortable and at ease as it was my first time getting tatted! I got my daith and second holes done by Bo and he was GREAT! He guides you through the whole process calmly and is very passionate about the care of your piercings. I’m going to ink factory again soon to get a tattoo and will be going in the future for more piercings and tattoos!

Went here for a tattoo of my childs handwriting. The place was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Amar did an amazing job and was willing to keep my tattoo as is without retouching or resizing it, which is what I wanted. It turned out just like my son wrote it. Amar was a very nice and pleasant tattoo artist. He is very talented and has lots of experience. I will be using him for future tattoos.

My daughter and I drove 3.5 hours from Philadelphia, MS to get her belly button pierced. I don’t have good things to say about this establishment… I have great things to say! The staff was super friendly, the shop clean clean!! Bo! This guy right here!! So sweet and redonkulously friendly. He couldn’t believe we came all this way for this and him. Being a reviewer of horror media, I knew that I needed to celebrate my love for the genre, and there was only one person I had to go see: MARIE! I gave her a detailed list of what I was looking for, she came back with realistic expectations, and we came up with an awesome plan for a full sleeve to be added to later on. I know Ill be back to implement a Batman sleeve on the other arm once I got an idea of who all I want added, thanks to Marie!

Bo is awesome! He pierced the dathe on my left side and put a hoop in my right. As soon as my left heels I am going back to get a hoop on the left side too.

DO NOT, absolutely DO NOT get tattooed here by Amar. I went in for a simple matching tattoo with my sister( just our birth years) and he absolutely wrecked my arm. I was upset with it as soon as he was done. The tattoo itself was slanted, the numbers aren’t aligned & none of the zeros look the same. He didn’t say a word to us and didn’t offer a mirror to check the stencil before the tattoo started. I look at his instagram and see good work, so I’m so lost on how he messed up such a simple small tattoo.

GO SEE BO!!!!!! He was great! This was my second time getting my septum pierced so I already knew what a bad placement/technique felt like. (I.E. the clamp pain 😭) Bo was NOT that and the clamps felt like butter..up my nose lol He was very educated and skillful on the placement, very quick. I was shocked when it was over because I was expecting the worst, again. Hes d@mn good! He was really nice and you could tell he knew his sh!t. I highly recommend! (Also the guy at the front, cant remember his name, was very nice and approachble to everyone who walked through the door. Quite a comfortable environment!)

Bo was great and explained the whole process and made it very comfortable and not scary.The costumer service was great, the piercer (Bo) was so fun and friendly, along with the front desk guy. There nice and I was able to walk in show them what I wanted which wasnt exactly easy since I showed them three different pictures I wanted something from each. And I walked out with more than I expected! The place was clean and professional. And the cost was reasonable and well worth what I received. Oh and Shun was done so fast! He will be doing all my future tattoos! Im already planning my next one!

Clean shop, but it wasn’t as professional as my past experiences here. I also had to wait a couple of uncomfortable days to have jewelry replaced. The following day I noticed that the jewelry was still not what I expected and I was still experiencing discomfort. Very disappointing after recommending this business in the past.

I got a septum piercing from bo a few days ago and it went great! he is extremely nice n funny and it helped calm me down a ton before getting the piercing. the placement is great, it was sanitary, and getting it didnt hurt very bad. i definitely recommend!!

We were a group pf 5 getting a nose piercing. The place was clean and the guy who done our piercing sanitized everything before and after each of us. He was professional and had a great personality. I wish I had caught his name.

I went in to discuss a vision I had with a artist. I met Shun. He listened to what I wanted and was able to help bring it to reality of what I wanted. He drew it out for me and sent it to me a couple days in advance to see if I wanted to tweak anything else. I was in love from the moment I seen it. I went thru two sessions for my FIRST TATTOO He done. Loved Shuns work so much went back for a second. And now a rework of another one. I cant say enough about his work. Beautiful detail and lines. I already have another one planned out for near future. My mom has even got her first ever tattoo from Shun. He is very personable and a comedian. Attention to detail shows. He is very proud of his work and it shows. Not just trying to make a dollar. All the guys and girl in the shop were really nice and that is hard to find.

Best experience ever. I had my nose pierced in Ohio three times ( unsuccessful) and this was the most painless experience. The place is extremely sanitary. The piercer pierced my septum & he did a great job! Even cleaned my lipstick after because he accidentally smudged it. Piercing barely hurt & offered to change it for me when it healed. I definitely recommend them for piercings! Everyone was so kind ♡

Bo is a master at piercing. Ive had several piercing from him and have never gotten an infection or had issues. I went to another piercer twice, to re-pierce my nose and a Monroe. I got infections both times. I had to remove the piercings and it took several months before it completely healed. I went back to Bo and he re-pierced my nose. No infection. I learned my lesson.

Went in to get a helix piercing done tonight by Bo. Didn’t feel a thing, and love my new piercing! He explained everything and was incredibly professional as well as patient! Could not have asked for a better experience. Definitely going again SOON!

My favorite place for tattoos and piercings. Everyone there is awesome. I had a tattoo done one time and the artist made me feel like he didnt respect me as a customer because most of my tattoos are not visible with clothes on until he started the tattoo on my back and saw that I already had several tattoos. His attitude was much different then. The first time I walked in and every time since try have felt welcome. My daughter and I had mother/daughter tattoos done there and when my son is old enough and ready for one, his will be done there as well.

Went today for piercings and Bo was HANDS DOWN the nicest, funniest, and most comforting person I have ever encountered in a tattoo place. I have tattoos and piercings from other places, but I will never forget Bo! He was great!!! Both in his demeanor and work.

The customer service was phenomenal. The shop is very clean. Unfortunately due to an allergic reaction I had to take out my nose piercing after two weeks😣. If you have sensitive skin please ask for something hypoallergenic or real. It may save you money or at least a very itchy rash. I will try again but now I know what to get.

I believe her name was crystal but she pierced my belly button today and my friends nose and eyebrow. It was the best experience I’ve ever had getting piercings. She was super friendly and made the experience super quick and painless. Will definitely be back soon to see her!

Went here for a piercing last night. Was helped by a guy named Steven. He was awesome. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The place was clean, too. Love the paintings and figurines on display. Ill continue going here when I need new work done.

Everyone was very pleasant during all my visits but my main dude is Bo... He did my tragus and daith piercings years ago but recently changed them out for me. Bo has a gentle hand, which is a plus given Ive been to rough people in the past . Plus hes super cool & fun to talk with as his doing his thing... give Ink Factor and Bo a try, you wont be disappointed

My best friend and I went in to get matching tattoos. We were told it was going to be a two hour wait. We waited 4 1/2. We couldn’t leave because they’d already taken our money. When we got to the back the dude was wierd, he kept talking to himself, mumbling continuously. He barely spoke to us. I’m glad we weren’t first timers, as he offered us no aftercare instructions. The quality was okay, but the price we paid for small minimalist tats was grossly high. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had this done about a year ago. It was a spontaneous trip and I was seen immediately. I have several tattoos and none of them have hurt me, but dude had a heavy hand. The line work isn’t great and I’m actually scarred, not sure if you can see it in the last photo or not. Trying to get it covered and redone by someone else, because I truly do like the ghost.

My boyfriend and I went in and I got my nose pierced and a tattoo and he got 2 tattoos. Shun and the guys are amazing! We got what we wanted and more, all while feeling like we have been life long friends! I highly recommend them!

I just got my septum pierced and it went great! Bo was wonderful and it looks amazing!The whole store was clean and had a great vibe! Will def be coming back for my other piercings!

Piercings, yes. Tattoos, no. Go to outlaw and see Sydney. It’s what I wanted to do and shouldve done. I got two pieces back to back (not noticing the imperfections on the first yet) and one was $160, the other $225. Both overpriced as hell. They basically include a heavy tip for you. The $160 piece that I got first does look BETTER than the other, but neither are the quality I expected considering the first involved literally no shading and only tracing. $385 in the hole for two small tattoos and I’ll need to pay to get them corrected. While the artist isn’t a bad guy, he’s way too new and nobody seems to care or want to be there except for Bo.

Bo is hands down the best. He is so calm and understanding. He has patience like no other and he makes you feel comfortable. I will only go to him from now on for piercings! Thanks Bo!! Youre the best!!!

Had to wait a few hours but it was a walk in pretty much a first come first serve the whole shop was very clean and welcoming the guy who did my tattoo was very chill and professional had my child’s name done on my arm and couldn’t find a font I liked and he came out with the font I was looking for no problem some people say I paid too much but for how clean and nice everyone was I can’t complain you pay more for quality work I’ll be coming back for my second one

Bo, who does the piercing, is so awesome. He really makes you feel comfortable. I have recommended several people to him and they have all had a wonderful experience.

Bo knows piercing!!I suffered with severe migraines and was told that a dath piercing could stop or help. I pondered for two years because I was extremely afraid. I researched and found Bo. I visited Ink Factory in Prattville Alabama. He saw that I was Nervous and made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in. The piercing was painless! So much so that I came back 5 days later to get the other side done. He has an awesome personality, very professional and “clean”!! I will recommend him to everyone looking to get a piercing do. BO KNOWS PIERCING!!!

The vibe is just so relaxing and amazing, everyone there are really nice and answered all my questions. The piercer is just amazing and talk to you through everything and even make jokes when you feel uncomfortable.

Went and got the girls pierced today!!! (.)(.) I love my piercing. I was sooooo scared!😭 Bo was very professional. He’s an expert at piercings. Everything went quick and smooth. I was overreacting before the piercing but he was EXTREMELY patient.Pro tip: numb skin with lidocaine continuously for hours before you go. (I used recticare and I felt absolutely nothing!) remember I’m not an expert. Just sharing what worked for me!

Was told it was first come first serve and couldn’t right me in the day before. So I got there 30 minutes before opening and was told I would be second in line and that it wouldn’t be very long. By 12 they still had not called the first person back and it was cooking in the lobby. After calling the first person back and she left I had set over an hour and a half waiting for my turn to go back and nothing ever happened. I finally just asked what was going on and the guy running the counter only could say what you want me to do so I asked for my money back. Idk if the artist is just back there coloring by numbers and or what but do not recommend this shop for tattoos.

I don’t remember the guys name that did my piercing but he did a wonderful job it was practically painless he was Very friendly which helped a lot because I was very nervous came back later to get my ring swapped out he did that also wonderful job. Was in and out in no time

I got my industrial pierced last year in Tennessee and it got keloids and rejected. So I let that heal and got Bo to redo it. It’s healing perfectly and no bumps. Definitely recommend him for piercings.

Paid for 2 tattoos here. Spent over $300. Bo was super nice and helpful. I tipped pretty well, even after a few rude comments. The shading on both tattoos could have been a lot better. I will not be returning and I do not recommend for tatoos. I expected much better results for the price. Peircings might be ok.

I went in for 2 tatts by Blake and ended with 3!! He does a great job and very soft handed. Did not hurt at all. 2 tatts I had picked out, one on my neck ( no pain), and one on my shoulder(no pain). I had one that needed to be touched up and he touched it up in no time, that wasnt even planned but he worked it in anyway. They all look awesome. I was so impressed with Blakes work and such a wonderful personality. The guy at the counter was just as nice and sociable! Prices where great. NO-ONE else will do my tatts but Blake! He is awesome!!!!!!!

First time I went Ryan did very well on my tat. I came back 3 weeks later for another on my bicep. ITS TERRIBLE. The shading is awful and inconsistent. I could have drawn this better free handed. Now I have to spend 500+ to get it covered up, because its a decent sized piece and it shows when wearing a t shirt. Do NOT come here, they will do good he first time but after that its a risk. They dont give a damn about the art, just your money. Dont risk it with these people.

Me and a friend went in there (walk ins) and were told we would be seen by 415 and we didnt get seen until 530. Then we were over charged. 150+ for 15 mins maybe less of tattooing time and 240 for maybe an hour or less. Absurd. So Im thinking this art is gonna be phenomenal...wrong..wasnt at all what was expected...definitely need to come down on prices and up on quality. Check your artists portfolio before they tattoo you....

Carrie did our tattoos! She did four tattoos between the 3 of us. She was extremely gentle, and her handiwork was top notch. We even had a first timer in our group. We will definitely be back.

The artist wont very good way over price I got a small 2 outline Little shading for $220 Is waited all night just to be taken Advantage oh Whens the next day to outlaw tattoos Got a whole chest piece And 2 of my family members got very beautiful tattoos And barely and I mean barely spent more money for all 3 then I did just the one I would never go there again and I would never recommend for anyone else worst hat to shop in Montgomery

My piercing man Bo, he is the best and is totally for his customers satisfaction. Hes always awesome and the greatest, so ask for Bo when needing piercings. He works at both the Prattville and Montgomery locations. My piercing is the philtrum/medusa.

This tattoo shop was very unprofessional. My daughters went in for a tattoo that was well thought out - and was in honor of their deceased grandmother. After being told and watching them write down the date for the tattoo, they managed to tattoo the wrong date as well as made the whole tattoo look terrible. They are going elsewhere to have it covered and even though it is only halfway completed it already looks more complete and finished than it did when they left this tattoo shop.

Very unhappy with the service I received here! The female artist was very rude and messed up my tattoo. I used to like this place, its where I got my first tattoo but its gone downhill in my opinion. I tried to messege them on their Facebook page to see if the next time Im home they could fix it but I think I was blocked after I sent it. I dont like speaking badly of others but I just want to spare other potential customers from the experience I had.

Came in to get a small piece on my forearm and charged me 500.. with spots untouched. Ink came out blue and not black! Charge to much for what they CANT do. Could’ve gotten it done for $360 and it would’ve looked better.
