My daughter wanted a snake bite cartilage piercing. They answered all our questions and made her feel at ease. I believe their names were Alex and Rachel. Its was so nice to have wonderful customer service!!

I have not been into a Claires in forever. But seriously looked like my daughter threw up and tried again. Lets just say easiest Christmas shopping ever! if your kid loves everything sparkling, unicorns, and all kinds of accessories. it will not disappoint!

I️ bought a nose ring from this Claire’s store, and it broke before I️ wore it once. I️ hadn’t even gotten it in yet and the silver broke. I️ went back in for a refund, and they told me they could not pay me back the money i️ spent. Instead, they exchanged me for the same nose ring, and let me walk out without a bag or new receipt saying that I️ exchanged it. Which in my opinion is unproffessional.

The asst. manager was on top of things.. she managed to deal with the store and do earrings all at the same time!!

Got a 3rd piercing in my ear and my 7yr old son got his first piercing. She was very nice about everything.
