Body360 Tattoos and Piercings

As many of you know I’m an avid piercing getter and I have usually always gone to body 360 and have had a couple mis haps but they usually fixed it for free which is why I didn’t mind going back because we all make mistakesI’ve had this spot pierced 5+ times and each time they have pierced it crooked or it has not healed right and I used to think it was because of me but over the years I have notice a significant decrease of care, sanitation, or respect for their clients. When I came in I knew it may not be possible to repierce because of scar tissue so I asked if it was even possible and they said totally, the girl that pierced me had a client before hand which she did not sanitize anything after that client, no sanitizing the chair or washing or putting hand sanitizer on. I had never seen this girl in there so she had to of been new I instructed that it had been pierced crooked there before and to please make sure it goes straight through, she said that shouldn’t be a problem, she proceed to mark it and did not know how to align it to any of the holes I had earring in so she let me mark it myself, which is fine I don’t have a problem, but does seem a little unprofessional seeing as how I’m going there and paying money for them to do it because they are supposed to be professional piercers, she then put the needle to my nose straight up, didn’t use a guiding tube or clamp or cork, that is when I started to panic. I wish I had gotten a picture of the jewelry in because the part that was supposed to be inside my nose was completely out of my nose! Not being dramatic the whole thing was visibly sticking out of my nose, not just a little bit but the whole thing out out of my nose, I told her it didn’t look right and that it was literally sticking out she then said “it looks cute to me but if you don’t like it you can take it out” and blamed it being crooked because of the scar tissue, then proceeded to walk away and go straight to the next client again no hand washing or anything. I then called othala tattoo and piercing and talked to them seeing if it could be fixed and they told me to come on in! I saw Amie there where everything was cleaned sanitized and then informed me that this could have all been avoided if the correct measures were taken and she pierced it going straight though , as you can see from the first pic the enter hole is where it should be but the exit hole is literally on the edge of my nose (the bar in the back is the new hole made by Amie at othala) and in the second picture it is lined up perfectly to the enter hole. I will never be going back to body 360!!!! SHOUT OUT AMIE AT OTHALA

Do not go here!!Got my third lobes and navel pierced a few weeks ago and thought all was fine and dandy until all three piercings turned red and became dry and flaky- turns out that the 316l surgical steel they pierce with actually has nickel in it (an extremely common metal allergy) so I had to get them fixed at a much better place. In addition, due to a lack of a proper anatomy check, my navel was pierced too shallow and now I have to take it out so it doesnt reject- not everyone can actually get a standard navel piercing and many require a floating navel!!!! Go to an APP piercing studio near you- they are far better!

Anthony Ramirez is the best hands down piercer !! Anthony is the most coolest sweetest person i’ve known. He walked me through what he was going to do, made sure i was good before piercing , he gave me the time to breath and the piercing came out sooo perfect! i will definitely be going back to him again ❤️

I was in the shop today with my service dog in training. She is a legitimate service dog, for a medical condition, not an ESA. I am well aware of the difference and the ADA regulations as well as the state statutes. My dog is in a chest carrier and tethered to it, she needs to be close to my face to perform her task. She barked once, and I immediately addressed it. I was then told by one of the people working that legally, I can be asked to leave if my service dog is creating a disturbance. When I tried to explain that a single bark isnt considered a disturbance by the ADA or state statutes, especially since I corrected my dog immediately, I was ignored and talked over. I got sick of the illegal banter, as refusing a service dog or harassing the handler is illegal, and not being listened to, so I walked out. This is actually the third time Ive been in the shop with my dog. After today, if I need body jewelry for any of my fifteen piercings, I will go elsewhere.

Ive gotten at leassssst 6? Piercings done here. And I will probably continue to keep coming here until I run out of places to get piercings done. The individuals who work here definitely enjoy their job and know exactly what theyre doing. If I have questions, they have the answers. My Medusa is the newest piercing I got from here. If I can give them 10stars, I would. 🤍

I had to get my tongue repierced. The piercer was very patient with me and explained the procedure with me again and made sure I understood before proceeding. Only place I’ve gone to where they haven’t ruined my piercings and give extensive aftercare instructions. 5/5 would recommend for piercings and tattoos

I got a conch piercing which I wanted for over six months. I had no idea how it was done. Let me just say when that was over I was glad. I am not a fan of needles 😂. I was such a chicken but the guy that did my piecing was extremely patient. He did an excellent job and I’ve had no problems with healing.

I came and was asking how did a certain piercing feel and they just gave off the vibes like either get it or not. Like they didn’t want to be bothered. The tattoo lady was unprofessional as well made and appointment she kept canceling and scheduling different times. They are over priced for certain piercings as well.

My 16 year daughter has gotten her nose and her industrial pierced i was very happy with both woman who did piercing they were very knowledgeable and kind

I got my septum pierced here, aka, my first piercing aside from my ears. The piercer was incredible, helped me stress out less, and did the job incredibly quickly. Not to mention that it looks amazing and didnt really hurt for super long. Overall, great experience

I’ve gotten several piercings in a past couple months here and everyone does a great job and the prices are reasonable! I got my helix, 3rd hole in my love and belly button. All are healing nicely and I’m very happy going here! My sister recommended I come here and it’s the place I’ll keep going to!

Got 2 Piercings done here which were fine. I then decided to get my first tattoo done here which was an absolutely horrific experience. The tattoo artists name was Alyssa. It’s a 15 minute drive from my house. I went in during normal store hours and was told to text the tattoo artist on a work number because she wasn’t in which was perfectly fine. Texted her and she responded late that night saying she wouldn’t be in until the next day. Came in at 3:45 instead of 3 like she originally planned. I showed up 15 minutes after so she would have time to get clocked in and ready and handle anything needed. When I showed up she had someone in ready to do 2 tattoos which was frustrating and confusing. She told me she would call me back when she was ready but I expected the tattoos to take a long while so I drove home. She texted me over an hour later as I expected and told me I could come in. So I drove back, and she almost had ANOTHER customer before me. Didn’t set up any official appointments or anything which just felt very unprofessional and my time is just as valuable as her time. She got me in and I told her what I wanted which was a pretty basic tattoo consisting of fine lines, no detail. I got it about 3 inches big for $90. She did however manage to mess up the tattoo and poke a random dot in a random location in the middle of my tattoo. She then only accepted cash or Zelle which was frustrating as I didn’t have either. So I set up Zelle and sent her my payment which included a tip of $10. She then proceeded to texted me sometime later that day saying she didn’t know how to accept Zelle payments and she could do Apple Pay which I also didn’t have set up. I sent her payment after all of that. A very horrible and unprofessional experience with the tattoo artist the rest of the staff treated me so well and deserve praise. That’s the only reason this isn’t 1 star. I can recommend piercings however I CANNOT recommend getting tattoos here.

I have been suffering from migraines for a very long time now. I have been wanting to get my daith pierced for a few years because I have been told it helps reduce migraines. After leaving work early because of a week long migraine I drove straight to Body360. The 2 employees that were working were so helpful and informative. The piercer was amazing and so helpful! I will definitely be back for all my jewelry and piercing needs! Thank you!!!

Ive known Emily. The owner for years. BEFORE, she opened shop...I have sent my kids. Family. Friends..all of them there..And Emily is not always the one people deal with..Body 360 is the only place that I have felt comfortable and never judged. I can be me . The staff is always friendly and professional at the same time. But they are allowed to be who they are also. They are all very knowledgeable and if we cant find what were looking for, they help with their opinion as well as styles that would so work with what, we, the customers are looking for .Personally, I have never felt so free. Being in tattoo/piercing shop. And its because of how Emily sees her vision and how they all treat customers. Kudos to everyone at Body 360

UPDATE! IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND WELLNESS, DO NOT GO HERE! As my pictures show, I got 2 piercings done. I was so caught up in the excitement and adrenaline that I didnt realize after the fact that the piercer DID NOT WEAR GLOVES! SHE HAD HER HAND IN MY MOUTH (SHE DID NOT WASH AHEAD OF TIME EITHER!) Also, CLAMPS WERE NOT USED WHEN PIERCING MY LABRET! As a result, I had to have my labret out completely ( at a way better piercing and tat shop) because it was placed incorrectly and was crooked, so it wasnt healing correctly! And when I realized that she did all these things wrong, I contacted the owner, who pretty much told me, TOO BAD! I will never go to this place, not even for jewelry! And to be honest, their jewelry collection sucks too.Love Body 360! The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have only gotten piercings there, not tattoos. Getting pierced takes 60 seconds, and the piercer will take as long as you want to answer your questions. They are my place for piercings! These pics were taken right after I got them done!

Pierced my daughter’s lip and septum here. They are clean, safe, and always welcome you back if you need a bar change during swelling periods for nothing. Wouldn’t trust her to be pierced anywhere else.

Emily has pierced me on at least a dozen times and has always provided phenomenal service. Whether I was in the shop for a piercing or just some new jewelry, the staff at Body 360 always treats you as an individual and it is a judgement free environment. I feel entirely confident in the advice given to me when receiving piercings and have even gone back in to just have some jewelry swapped out. 10/10 recommend as this is the only shop I trust to pierce me.

I got my septum pierced today and I was so excited when I left I forgot to get my piercer’s name! She was so sweet and patient with me (I was being a huge anxious crybaby) when I finally let her do my piercing I didn’t even feel it! She did amazing and I will definitely go back for the rest of my piercings.

Overall, the prices for piercings are great. Service was quick, the piercer was knowledgeable. Tons of jewelry to choose from also with good prices. You can also find wraps and other smoking devices for all your 420 needs.

Now that im getting an abundance of tattoos from other locations after this place scared me from getting tattoos for years im finally comfortable writing a review. On friday the 13th (a few years later now)they had a special for $20 tattoos. And understandably it was a busy day so i never got to get my tattoo but was told even though i paid for a tattoo i could redeem it another day. But to my surprise that never came and when i called for at least a refund they just pretended like theyd reach out back to me, but after 3 calls it was apparent they were not going to help me so now im out 20 dollars and a bad memory. Just never come here and help this business out because they ruined my want for body modification for years and im finally comfortable do so after finding SAFE legitimate businesses.

Body 360 was clean and well put together. The woman that re pierced my ears was friendly and funny. I enjoyed the entire experience. Plus she took the time to help me with picking out jewelry. I will definitely be returning. Thanks to you!!

At first I did not have a good experience but management reached out and I gave it another shot and they were amazing. The lady Nicole who did my daughters ears was great. I’d tried taking her to three other places and she chickened out each time but this time she followed through and it had a lot to do with the way the piercer approached her. She was also able to redo my nose without having to re-pierce it which was also fantastic. A bad experience turned into a great one!

I got a septum and a second lobe piercing through Body360 as well as brought my daughter to them for the expert work. I plan to get an industrial done through them as well and am looking forward to tattoo touch-ups in the future. They do amazing work and their body modification experts as also some of the best I have ever worked with. As a woman who always said she would never get anymore piercings or tattoos I have to say they have changed my mind.

Ive been here twice and had one bad experience and one good one. I got my tragus pierced, the ball didnt get all the way screwed in and fell out a couple days later. Unfortunately it was at a time the shop was closed, and by the time I got in the next day, the piercing was partially closed. They did repierce it for me, which I really appreciated; but afterwards I had really bad symptoms of vertigo for a while, basically until it migrated itself out. I found out from another piercer in this shop that it was pierced incorrectly.This piercer did my eyebrow, and was very informative. It did end up rejecting, but it wasnt the fault of the piercer at all.I do like the staff here, and the shop is nice, and prices are very reasonable; but my bad experience makes me hesitant to go back.

Great service with Carla. She kept me calm while making jokes with each hole jammed in my face😂😂 it was packed maybe… like 15 ppl were there, but they kept moving with smiling faces. I will Update once my face heals! Good luck!

I came here after having a bad experience with a septum piercing from another shop. I expressed my concerns about getting it redone and my piercer, Cory, was very reassuring and thorough about finding the right spot on my nose. He showed me previous piercings he’s done which made me feel very comfortable that I was getting it pierced correctly this time. My girlfriend also had her lip pierced by Jenny here and it was a very wonderful experience for her. This shop is very friendly and welcoming, I recommend it for all of your piercing needs! 😌

So like it didn’t hurt in the moment at all, I just WOOSH everything was going dark I was sweating I couldn’t hear or speak😭 but they gave me a starburst and water, very nice people!! I loved the art on the drawers as well. Very good place, 10/10 would recommend for your first piercing!

The atmosphere is not the same as it was a year ago. I use to walk in to get a dermal change and everyone would greet you as if they missed you. Now when i walk in and the lady at the counter look at me as if i just ruined her day by just walking through the door. My customer service was better than hers and I WAS the customer . Then the short lady with the curly black hair has no hospitality but expects a tip. I asked her “ how are you” and she just mumbles and walk into the back room with her face in her phone. Smh times have changed. 🤦🏽‍♀️

So Im not familiar with piercing shops too much, this being my first ever. Well anyway took my daughter there for her nose piercing. The facility was clean and the staff friendly. They took good care of my daughter and it was very affordable. Great job and my family will be back for more piercings in the near future.

My friend recommended this place to me as I just needed a jewelry change. I drove the 45 minutes to this place only to be greeted by a rude Hispanic woman with black curly hair. I tried explaining to her she needed to be careful because the piercing was embedded because the person who pierced my nose used too short of a bar. But she didn’t let me finish what I was saying and quickly tried to pull the piercing out. She didn’t give any heads up she was going to do so, didn’t check to see what kind of stud it was (L, corkscrew, etc) and when it wouldn’t come out, she pulled even harder. She inserted the new piercing just as violently and was lifting my head up by my nose. I left with a red, swollen and sore nose. It was an awful experience and will never come back or recommend this place to anyone.

Got my nose pierce and of course I accidentally took it out the morning before while cleaning it. I called them and they told me to come right in so they could fix it. As soon as I got there they welcomed me and didnt make me feel any sort of way for it coming out. It was quick, easy and judgement free! Bringing my mom here for a piercing. Only place I will now trust. Thanks everyone!!

Been going to this place for jewelry upgrades since it was in the mall. Staff is always nice and helpful when you’re trying to find the best piece of jewelry for your face. Nicole was extremely helpful in my double nostril piercing change from two studs to hoops.

I usually love coming here, but after being away for a while Im not so sure. Went in for a jewelry change as the piece I had in was causing pain. You would think if I said I was having pain the person would be a bit more gentle. She handled ear roughly and could clearly see I was in pain from it. I had to clean my ear once I got home from the bleeding. I shouldve just changed it myself.

Great experience! Just got my nose pierced today and absolutely love it! The owner and employee were very friendly and personable. They truly made the atmosphere great. Owner was honest and informative about the piercing, which I loved! I recommend this place to everyone!

I had my nose pierced on each side on Black Friday. They use these cheap hook earrings that fell out and I had to get my nose pierced with a proper earring that stays in. The $10 piercing now its going to cost me $50 for piercing. I would not get a nose piercing done here. Plus they couldnt even line up the holes on each side of my nose.

Went to a different shop to have jewelry changed on a forward helix and they ended up putting a gigantic piece of jewelry in there but I didnt have the heart to tell them I hated it. I was so embarrassed to come here and show them the problem but was quickly put at ease. The jewelry selection was great, and the guy who changed my piercing was so calm and patient. I love this place. The piercer and the guy working the front were awesome

I went after work and got my tongue pierced. Ive been wanting to do this for the last 6 months but Im such a chicken. Finally, I worked up the nerve and went and got it done. Corey was absolutely amazing. I told him right off the bat that I was a chicken and extremely nervous. He explained everything in great detail and had such a great personality that I found him to be very calming. I definitely will be back for my next piercing to get it done by Corey.

I usually go to the same lady with tattoos all over. I love the way she talks me through piercings. But recently me an my sisters went and a short Mexican lady with black hair was so rude! My friend got her nose pierced and she just let it bleed. Never going to her again. Sticking with my lady.

Do. Not. Get. A piercing here. Pierced my nostril piercings at an angle, had to go to a second shop to check my piercing out since the L bar shapes kept sliding out. They told me my jewelry. Was RUSTING!! I’ve had them for 2 days. Do not do business here. Almost risked an infection

My tattoo means a lot to me. My Dad passed away on 9/21/19. Cari took the time and effort to create a beautiful masterpiece. It is more beautiful than I expected! I love it! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Staff members are kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my experience. I highly recommend Body 360.

Went today to get my belly button pierced. A kiosk in regency recommended them. Don did the piercing for me. He was very nice and explained everything in a way I understood. Even said they could order a belly button ring that i want but they didn’t have. Overall, I would definitely recommend them and I’ll definitely be going back for all of my future piercings and tattoos.

This place is unprofessional. I paid for my tattoo right before covid closed the shop down. Then I was told a few months later I wouldnt lose my money as I waited for the place to reopen. They called my daughter to have hers fine in their home. This was April and now in the end of November I asked for a time and date, they told me that they would give me her number and I would need to track her down and try to get my tattoo. They didnt inform me that when I paid them for this tattoo that I might have to find their artist to try to get it done. That I will lose my money. How do you pay the shop and if they get rid of an artist that you will have to find them to have it done. Nor did they inform me that this lady left before hand. Or tell me how to find her! Very unprofessional. watch out!

I went in yesterday and got my Daith pierced. The storefront is very clean and well organized. Everything was explained to me in a way that made sense, and I felt very at ease. I would easily recommend going here, and will go again for my next piercing :)

The people working were all very nice and gave good advice. The lady that helped me was amazing- I had several ear piercings in one sitting and got quite nauseous after and she was so pateint and helpful through out the whole process!

Ive had nipples done there. Also eyebrow and cartlidge. The owner is really cool. I bring her her favorite snack when I visit.The staff is friendly and helpful. Its a clean shop. Im probably done piercing, but will go to accessorize and buy cleaner. I highly recommend the place.

I called before coming. Nice on the phone. Came in and they answered all my questions. Super informative staff. I got great consultation. Went back to do my piercing; clean, safe, and nicely made personal in my opinion. Deff coming back!!

My original impressions were good about this place until I bought a bottle of green soap. They diluted the product and repackaged it. Who knows what or how sterile the product was after they got done with it. I confronted and they pretty much said the tattoo guys repackage it for them there. But would refund me my money. The problem is if I tattooed somebody using it and they got an infection or something

Each time I got a piercing at body 360 they formed keloids. Went to a different body shop and they told me that whoever did my piercings did them incorrectly or didn’t have a proper technique at the time. Their jewelry is probably not surgical steal because when I asked them it wasn’t just a straight yes or no, it was a ehhhh maybe. Yes they are a good place to go if you aren’t prone to keloids and want a piercing but just do a little more research if you want it to look amazing

The whole staff is so welcoming and amazing! I got my nose pierced a few years ago and just got my daith done and I swear, I wont go anywhere else for piercings now! Thank you guys!!!

My daughter got her cartilage pierced a month ago and a severe infection set in a few days later. She has been to the doctor 5 times and also had a visit to the ER. She has also been on 4 different antibiotics. The last doctor she saw was an ear nose and throat specialist and he had to put a drain tube in her ear lobe for a few days so the pus and discharge would come out. I would not advise anyone to get piercings at this place. Especially since the cleaning solution she was given from Body360 homemade. Highly doubt it was sterile. It was a plastic spray bottle with a taped on printed label. Anyone can make that. She is finally healing but her ear is really dark and still swollen. It looks like part of her cartilage is gone.

Owner was so nice and funny. They were great about my service dogs being with me and very accommodating. Thanks guys!

Service was great! I called about a belly piercing and the guy was so polite and informative. I was able to get in right away! Decent selection of body jewelry too.

I love it here! I’m having a small problem though, I had got my nose pierced about a month ago and it came out this morning, I tried to put it back in my nose but every time I try to put it back in I feel nauseous and I feel lightheaded. Is it because I’m doing it too slow?

I love this store! The staff are wonderful. They are always there to answer any questions i had. Alot of different varieties of jewelry and for a cheap price. Most peircings are cheaper than any shop. Definitely will be going back.

Small shop, clean. Got a second nose piercing, Mika was very patient and has awesome taste in music. Tons of other jewelry to chose from. They also had vape juice which made the shop smell amazing.

I’ve gone for a few things for me my fiancé and my daughter we each have got piercings and changing of jewelry as well and every time we have been greeted and treated like family will recommend and continue to go for more

I have had 3 differnt people do my piercings there. Every time it was horriable. My belly button was way to deep snd crooked, my eyebrow was to deep, and now my septum was done to low. The guy was talking about how dull the needles were,tried to put it threw and it was a dull one he didnt even check it! My nose is messed up. Ill never go here again!

Very inexperienced when it comes to placing piercings. apparently the NON PROFESSIONAL customers are supposed to know the correct spots to place piercings 🤔 but not even two days of having it it had to be taken out. second piercing from this place that has gone bad. smh

Garbage, claims they have authentic RDAs and mods but 90% of them are clones. Who wants to go get juice from a place that has blood being shed on a daily basis?Juice selection is crap and none of them know what they are talking about.If you want a piercing I recommend avoiding a mall shop, I wouldnt get work done in Racine period tattoos or piercings.

Everyone here is so friendly. They feel like family from the time you walk in til the time you leave. Prices are the best in town and still the same quilty. Been going here for years and would never go anywhere else.

I got my nose pierced here about two months ago .. i dont do well with needles or pain tolerance but i was very self conscious about the way my nose looked i felt like a nose ring would make it look cuter if that makes sense so when i got to body 360 the staff was very helpful i dont remember who pierced my nose but she got me a water so i would be calm and was very quick the whole thing took about 45 seconds if that :) recommend to everyone!

Just got done getting a Tattoo and it turned out great. Nothing really big or fancy but it has alot of meaning. Eric did a FANTASTIC job cant wait to get my next one.

I have had all of my piercings done here. They make you feel very safe and comfortable, and all of the piercers have awesome vibes that make this place so dope :)

They messed my dermals up so bad I had to get 2 of them removed. When I went to another Tattoo shop to remove the piercings they said they didnt even use titanium for the metal and my second dermal was actually put in completely wrong. My face had to get cut open and I actually almost past out. Worst experience of my life and I will never go back here again...

I had a septum piercing done by Kyle. I had to have it removed a week later. After a few days it looked crooked to me and I went to another tattoo shop and had their piercer look at it and they told me he pierced it too low and crooked plus the hole on one side was on the edge of my nostril and not inside. So I wasted $45 on a piercing that had to be removed a week later since they don’t do refunds.

Theres a new piercer there thats very rough and rude and she also did my vertical tongue repiercing wrong and it came out from the side and created a new whole. Beside that i like everyone else

TERRIBLE. waited an hour for a cartilage piercing after being told it was a ten minute wait. absolutely ridiculous seeing people ask for the same thing and get in before us. never coming here again and wouldn’t recommend it

Worst tattoo ever I went in with a pic I wanted done as a memorial tat my tattoo looks nothing like the pic and the isnt a single straight line on my tattoo big forearm piece stay away very far away
