The shop is clean and inviting. All the staff I interacted with were very professional and friendly. I worked with Chad on a custom design that is very personal to me with a lot of symbolism. His design was absolutely beautiful and hit on all the elements I was after. The execution turned out far better than even I expected. Every time I see my new ink, I smile.

I had Rachel as my artist, she was amazing! So friendly and when it came to finding a perfect angle/side for my tattoo she did it perfectly! Everyone I encountered was very nice as well, the inside of the building is also very beautiful!! 10000/10 would go back again!!

He was professional, funny and made sure that I was comfortable and at ease during my session. Everyone in the shop seems friendly and helpful. Also a very clean environment. This place is amazing! Robyn pierced my best friend and I. She is such a professional and super friendly. She walked us through the entire process and made us feel so comfortable. I should mention, I got 4 piercings (nostril, septum, conch and one ear lobe) and she was perfect for each of them. We also interacted with other staff who were equally as nice as Robyn. My best friend and I had such a great experience here and will also come back for tattoos because of how fantastic everyone was.

I got tattooed by Brian today and am very pleased, love how it turned out! Robyn Kopchinski did my roommate and Is doubles and helix piercings and it was the best experience ever. She was so professional, and walked us through the entire process which made us less nervous. Amazing!!! Robyn is beyond words phenomenal! My daughter wanted her ears double pierced and I was not into the mall experience for another go. I viewed Robyns work online and read previous reviews. I reached out to her and I AM SO GLAD...she helped calm my daughters nervouness. Robyn has an awesome vibe, she talks you through everything, and there wasnt an ounce of pressure, reservation, etc. She is the real deal piercing professional! I was so impressed with the studio upon entering, super welcoming & tidy. Then robyn did an amazing job on my septum piercing, she really is great at what she does. I reccomend this place over the other piercing places Ive been in around racine.

Went in to get my back dimple piercings removed. I had the dermals in for 10 years and they were veryyyy healed to say the least.Robyn was so sweet from start to finish. She never once pressured me to keep the piercings in as so many artists have in the past. She asked questions to make sure I was comfortable and even offered me water. She also explained the process to me and reminded me to take deep breathes during the removal. It hurt extremely bad but I was so thankful to have them removed and by someone whom I felt actually cared for my well-being.My husband and I have already talked about coming back in the future to get more piercings/tattoos. P.S. Place is extremely clean!

The piercer Robyn is so kind and informative! I got two piercings done, an eyebrow and a vertical labret. The positioning was perfect. after a piercing u get a card telling what size the piercing is, how long it will heal, and how to take care of it alongside contact information for the piercer and the general shop.

Robyn is an awesome body piercer. Shes patient and thorough with placement and care education, and her personality is welcoming and fun.

My camera quality sucks but, this is a very clean tattoo shop. Their body piercer Robyn knows what shes doing and does a great job! Have gotten 4 piercings from her and they look great!

I went to this shop because Tyler had done some work for me in the past at a different shop, and I was amazed at how pleasant the experience was compared to the other shops in Racine. The environment is very welcoming, not intimidating at all for people who have never gotten a tattoo or first time customers. The artists are all very helpful and treat you as an actual person. They are willing to work with you without making you feel like youre being difficult and are very accommodating during the actual process. Tyler has done two of my tattoos and both times they turned out even better than expected. I would definitely recommend Ink Era to anyone and will continue to go there for any more work I need done.

Tomas is an incredibly talented artist. He did my first tattoo in 2012 and Ive gone back for another every year since. The most recent he practically free-handed. Im blown away by the detail and realism hes brought to my pieces. Each one is unique and special to me. Im so happy to see this shop thriving! Well deserved!

Super clean shop. The team does a fantastic job of making you comfortable and confident that your tattoo will be even better than you thought it would be. Tyler has done some amazing work for me, however, any of the artists there will give you the best work in the area.

Im giving it a one star because although it was clean I was treated like they had no time to talk me on a tattoo or even was interestedin talkingto me about getting one. I felt very unwelcome like I was being rushed out the door. When asked about a piercing the one man said well I dont do that but thats the prices and we dont have anyone here for piercings. I was surprised to hear that they didnt have anyone because apparently all their crew was out of town (which i thought was b.s.) plus they didnt even want to try to set up an appointment. I was from out of town trying to find an artist to do a simple tattoo and hopefully some more tattoos down the line. But if this is how I get treated then Im glad I didnt get anything done here.

Shoo is clean, artists are friendly, I’ve been here many times and seen multiple artists. Can be difficult to book here. I waited an entire year for the soonest available date with one artist and got cancelled on and never rebooked which was very disappointing.

Called them they were super nice got me a consultation for the next week. That week came and I even got a reminder text its to bad the artist didnt get one!!! I get there and their closed!!!! So they must not want business since they close early and dont ca cel the appointment. Also I heard music playing when I was at the door! I wont be coming to them again.
