Clean, kind and professional! I got my earlobes pierced and I was only in the building for 30 mins total, with the actual piercing taking very little time at all. I was nervous but Jessie put me at ease, and made sure I was happy with the placement. Will definitely be coming back when I want another piercing or a tattoo. 😊

The only place I’ll get tattooed from! Tessa is my go to, she’s incredibly talented and does beautiful work! I would recommend anyone from there but Tessa is my favorite! She did my first ever and was so kind and gentle with me, when I came back for my second she was still the same way and continued to talk me through anything! Made sure to check in on me throughout it all too and encouraged breaks when I needed them! 🥰 I don’t have any healed pictures at the moment so these are both fresh but still gorgeous! 🖤

Jessica at IA Piercing is amazing. Ive had pierced nipples for over 25 years but i finally had to take them out due to medical issues. A few short years ago I was ready to get them pierced again but after 3 tries I put it aside since no one could seem to do it. But a couple of months ago I decided to give it one more shot. Jessica did a first rate job and had me in and out of the chair in no time. I would recommend her to anyone. If you want a Piercing Jessicas your girl!

Great People, Great Service, Great environment! I was told about the place from a fellow coworker after telling me how they got schedule for a tattoo from a different place just for them to bail from it. they moved here for a tattoo and got a quick walk-in and excellent service. So I thought, I was paying double the amount from other shops that still did not finish the tattoo. So I gave this one a shot. This obviously became my best decision and my go to tattoo area. If you need tattoos, Larry goes above and beyond with the work.

I started following the shop on Facebook when we first moved here and I liked everybody’s work! Larry has tattooed me and my husband a few times now and it’s always a great experience! Everyone is so welcoming! I recently brought my friends in to get some tattoos and they said Larry is the most approachable tattoo artist they’ve worked with.

They were the only one to let me do a walk in and I had a lady named Tessa. She was amazing and light handed. She did a great job. Made sure I was satisfied and took the time to make sure the color was filled in right. Very attentive to detail. The people inside were laughing and having a good time. Made it a great experience and easy to just relax while getting some ink therapy. Would definitely recommend 10/10 and will be going back.

I have been going to IA for over a year now and this will be the only place I get my tattoos or piercings. Jessi Ann is an extremely knowledgeable piercer and will not let you walk out looking bad or without the proper knowledge and tools to care for your piercing. She goes over the steps multiple times and makes herself available if you have any questions. She really goes above and beyond for each of her customers. Hunter does my tattoos, I have 12 and counting :) He is extremely light handed and very talented. He always try’s to work me in when I need a bit of tattoo therapy. The studio is family owned and operated and you can totally tell when you go in. They are very welcoming and make you feel like one of the family. I highly recommend checking them out for your next piercing or tattoo!!!!!!

If you’re a woman looking for an excellent female tattoo artist, I cannot recommend Tessa enough! She is a young, ambitious, encouraging artist that can literally do anything to perfection. She has done 2 tattoos for me now and they have outshined my others done by “tattoo veterans”. She makes you feel comfortable and you can tell she cares. She specializes in color, line-work; just about anything really. I would trust her with my life, and I’ll never get tattooed by anyone else besides Tessa again!

It was a little hard to find due to how small the building itself is, but other than that it was great. The tattoo artist I worked with knew what she was doing, was very sanitary, and did a very beautiful tattoo for me. I will most definitely be going back for more in the future :)

I have been going to Larry at IA studios for over 2 years. I have never had any issues. Larry has done great pieces on myself and my entire family. I’ve also had Jessi help me out with some piercing issues i had from other studios. They always make myself and my family feel completely comfortable in the studio, it’s always clean and overall a great experience and environment. We will all continue to go back to Larry for a long time.

We took our daughter to get her ears pierces for her 6th birthday at IA Studios and they did an amazing job. Jessi and her staff are incredible and work so well with kids. Their shop is extremely clean and everyone is super friendly. They were very reassuring and patient with our daughter. I would definitely reccomend their shop to anyone!

I’ve gotten several tattoos from Hunter and each piece just keeps getting better and better. They’re extremely friendly, lovely and I find it difficult to go to anyone else but them— even after moving to Louisville. Been going to IA for almost a year now. Very professional and friendly staff. Definitely a place that will treat you like family from day one. The shop is always clean and comfortable. They go to great lengths to ensure you get what you want.Hunter has done all my work so far and as an apprentice his work is top notch. He’s always taken the time to discuss how I want to go forward with the work I’ve been getting done. He has even freehanded some of my design from me explaining what I want and it’s always perfect.Since Hunters station is up front I’ve also witnessed countless people come in for piercings and each and every time Jessi has taken the time to go over everything from placement to aftercare. There’s even mirrors close to her chair that folks can get up and see any angle of their placement and really take the time to ensure it’s exactly what they want. They also wipe down areas before and after each appointment.I can’t understand why anyone would give them a bad review. Only thing I can think of is it has to be one of those people that wants something for nothing.

I’ve gotten two of my tattoos done here and one of them I just had finished today. The owner & his son are incredibly personable and they always make me feel at home. They do some of the best work and I’ll continue to go back. I’m active duty military and they’re one of my favorite places to go to. Not to mention the decor inside is really neat!

My wife and I got a great recommendation for Larry at IA Studios from a complete stranger. We stopped her to ask about her tattoo and she directed us to Larry. We made an appointment for the next day and the experience was great. The shop is clean and Larry was really very friendly. He works quick and has a gentle touch with the gun. Larry did a fantastic job with my tattoo and my wife went back two days later to get some work done herself. She was very impressed with the results. I am looking forward to having Larry do more tattoos for me in the future. If youre anywhere around the Louisville area, its worth a short drive to Radcliff to go to IA Studios.

For my 30th birthday my mom and I decided to get a mother daughter tattoo. Larry was awesome! He got us in quickly, was nice about me changing my mind after he placed the tattoo somewhere else and I changed my mind. The shop was clean and relaxing. Larry was friendly and funny. The pricing was good as well. I will be coming back in a few months to get my shoulder done! I also decided last minute to get my nose pierced. Jessica came to the shop to do it. I was grateful and excited.

I went there on two different occasions the first one to get a simple tattoo for a deal they had going on. I walked in and was automatically greeted by the owners and seen how clean and professional the whole shop had looked. The tattoo didn’t take any time getting done and the tattooist Hunter Young did and amazing job giving me one. The second time I went there I had gotten another tattoo on Halloween which was a Luci tattoo was in and out within 2 hours. The store always amazes me coming in a seeing how no matter if they are busy or what they always greet everyone and are super respectful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This was an awesome experience. I got my second tattoo here and it was a very important piece to me. Larry was so nice to work with and the quality is superb. I could not have been happier with my experience or my tattoo. Both were absolutely awesome.

I called to make an appointment to get my dermals removed by the piercer that put them in. they cancelled on me, the day i was suppose to come in, so i called to reschedule and the person that answered the phone said someone would message me on facebook to reschedule, but they never did. i decided to schedule with another shop to get them removed, while i was there i was consulted on the type of jewelry and i let them know the tops were not removable. i was told this wasn’t common and they were gonna call IA studios to figure out what type of dermal was in my face. the guy that answered the phone proceeded to cause a scene and not give the piercer ANY answers as to what type of jewelry i had. luckily, the piercer said he was comfortable enough to give it a try and was very understanding through the whole process. 0/10 for this shop, flakey, unprofessional, and they have terrible customer service.

My friends and I went around tattoo pricing and Larry was extremely patient with us and very kind. He even helped us design what we wanted, instead of rushing us out like the other shops. prices are affordable. Also, the shop has a relaxed atmosphere.

The studio is decorated very cool. The guy that tattooed my daughter was very good. He kept her pretty cool while he held a pretty good conversation. They offer tattoos, piercings, as well as jewelry. We will be back for tattoo number 2.

I had a friend who came here and they fit her with the wrong piece of jewelry for her eyebrow, and refused to give her instructions on how to clean it. She went back for help and was kicked out. And now it’s been reported that they are deleting bad reviews and placing fake positive reviews. I would not trust them with my tattoos or piercings as they seem to be extremely unprofessional and rude.

After being stood up for a 2:00 appointment at a different studio and calling around multiple parlors, I found IA. They were friendly and great! Got me in and out quickly for a belly button piercing. Fantastic job!

Got my first tattoo and first of all was told I was “branding myself” for getting the initial of someone very special to me. Then, was made fun of for being nervous, and while we waiting for one of my friends to get done with his tattoo, we were told to stop talking because our conversation was “repetitive”, however there was loud music blaring. After that he told me to “loose my attitude” and “he didn’t need the look I gave him”. It made my friends and I very uncomfortable and intimidated. Did not appreciate it at all.

I came in with my wife for a date night. Tattoos on date night I know the idea rocks. Larry and Hunter blew expectations for our pieces out the water. Plus theyre pretty cool to hang out while getting a painful tattoo lol thanks guys well definitely be back.

I have had multiple friends and family members give this establishment a chance. And while a majority of the work has been adequate but the customer service has always been subpar and I think this is displayed even in the reviews.If you take a glance and any review that is in any regards negative instead of responding with professionalism and understanding. It is responded with immature and hostility.Now I believe this establishment can rectify this issues and accept responsibility bettering themselves and business. Unfortunately it is evident that currently they lack the ability and wisdom to receive, process, and accept critisim.

I took my nephew to get his first tattoo from Hunter. It is a big tattoo for his first one and Hunter was very professional. But getting in for a touch up has been a nightmare!! He doesn’t seem to really want to fix his work or get you in! Very frustrating!!

This place literally cant tell the difference between a belly button ring and an eyebrow ring and when confronted about how poorly their service and knowledge is, they proceed to threaten a lawsuit. Terrible buisness by terrible people. They deserve -5 starts 👎🏻👎🏻
