I am beyond thrilled that I chose LaserAway for laser hair removal. I was especially anxious but the staff went above and beyond to answer all of my concerns. Lisa Marie was professional making my session more than comfortable. Happy with my results and excited for my next treatment

Ive been with LaserAway for a while now (like 2021), but this being my second time at this location and having a bad experience, left me inclined to leave a review. I checked in 10 min early and 30 minutes past my appointment time, tech walks in to finally start my treatment and rushes through the entire thing. Ive has several sessions in the past so I know what I mean when I say she rushed through the entire treatment, didnt give me time nor the proper materials to wipe down my underarms (used an alcohol pad to wipe down the underarm area after I had asked for the traditional wipe they provide and RE-USED the same one on the other side), didnt even allow time to dry, just went in - I have irritated underarms today - & when it came to taping down my small leg tattoo, did the sloppiest/laziest cover up Ive ever had, covering much unnecessary space surrounding the tattoo. At this point I was just over it and didnt say anything, but this is the second time I come to this location. I previously went to a San Diego location and one in Irvine...the quality of work and patient treatment was set high at those locations compared to this one. I might just start going back there since the quality of treatment is significantly better than it is here, and worth the commute. Do not recommend this location, you will get half-assed work and treatment.

Sarah did an amazing job, you can tell right away that she knows the field and her customer service skills exceeds anything else I’ve experienced in this industry. Beautiful inside and out, thank you again Sarah for making my experience memorable. I’ll definitely be continuing to bring my loyal business to this establishment. Customer service aside my results are amazing and I like it here a lot more better than New Look Skin Center. After just a couple of treatments, I’m already seeing no hair growth.

I have had such a great experience here at LaserAway in Rancho! The staff is so kind! Heather has helped me out the past few times and is so sweet!! She always makes sure I know any deals going on and asks about how i’m liking the services so far! She is amazing! Definitely happy I chose to go with LaserAway here in Rancho 😊

I loved the facility and the lady who did my lazer hair removal/lips/face. The only thing that sucked is that they only have 1 bathroom, so right when we got there, I just drove from San Bernardino and I had to pee. I had to wait for one of the workers get out to pee. Its a pretty busy place for just 1 bathroom. It didnt have stalls. Just the one bathroom.

Reluctant to try laser hair removal due to so many horror stories. LaserAway helped turned that around by being informative , understanding and debunking any false info. The staff is very friendly and inviting and my results are better than expected. The whole experience has been overall positive and the only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.

I did nearly full body lasering here and I absolutely loved it. My nurse Sara was so friendly and attentive, especially once I started receiving treatment for my face. B at the front desk is also always great!

Place is nice and clean.. I went for cool sculpting only problem I had was I wasn’t fully informed on what to expect the day of my appointment like the duration and how I will feel. They took the money but wasn’t really informative. 35 minutes per applicator and the stinging pain a few days after. The pain feels like I’m being stung by a bee in the area. You’ll be numb for a week or more. Also the aftercare wasn’t that much informative either.

I have never worked with a more dishonest salesperson than Jamielyn. She told me that my skin would be clear in 6 sessions. And that if at any time I wasnt happy I could get a refund. She cut me off several times which I now see is a habit of hers, but I proceeded anyway against my better judgement. I had originally requested a video consultation but Jamielyn said it was unnecessary so we did a phone call. Another red flag I ignored because I was so desperate to fix my skin. The 6 sessions would be $3044 for my face and neck for clear and brilliant.I went in for a session. The nurse was very nice and explained that I needed to be patient and that it would take between 6 and 12 sessions to START seeing results. Very different from what I was originally told. The front desk representative said that if I continue my at home regimen of hydroquinone and the laser treatment I should have good results. It took everything in me not to start crying because I just spent over $3000 to stop using that toxic cream just to be told I need to keep using it.I took a day to think it over and I messaged Jamielyn. She called me. She cut me every single time I spoke. She said I should continue and that I havent given the treatment a chance to work. She said try 3 more sessions. I explained my reservations because of what the nurse said (when she actually let me speak and didnt cut me off.) She said wouldnt you be happy after 6 sessions if you had 70% clear skin? No! Not for $3000! She promissed me clear skin after 6 sessions. That was the whole reason I bought the package.She said she would charge me the full price for the one session I already did, not the discounted rate. The reason I am so upset is because she wanted me to keep going. And what would happen if I did? There would be no money left to refund. Each session is supposedly $1098. If I did 3 sessions and wanted a refund there would be no money left to refund. They quote you an inflated price so that they dont refund you on the discount. That was her plan all along. She can call herself ethical all day long as she swears on the lives of her grandchildren as she did on our phone call but that is not ethical to me.I called Laseraway corporate a week ago and am still awaiting a call back. I dont know if this is a dishonest company or rogue salesperson who says whatever it takes to get a sale. Either way, she needs to be held accountable for her words. She quickly reminded me I signed a contract so she knows she can say whatever she wants without consequence. Be so careful when dealing with this company.

On March 2, 2024, at around 4:00pm, I faced a distressing incident of racism while at LaserAway Victoria Gardens (12439 N Mainstreet Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91739), involving a female receptionist. This incident occurred in the reception area, with another receptionist, a technician, and other customers present. Upon exiting the treatment room, I joined the reception area where the technician was discussing the discomfort of my procedure with the receptionist. As I quietly observed their conversation, the receptionist abruptly turned to me and then back to the technician and inquired: does she speak English? It was evident that she made this assumption solely based on my skin color and features. I felt deeply offended and demeaned by her racial prejudice. Quickly, I responded, asserting, yes, I do, and I am also a doctor. Unfortunately, the receptionist did not apologize or acknowledge her behavior. Instead, she proceeded to discuss with me the beauty treatment. Despite the discriminatory treatment being evident to all present, no one intervened. Her inappropriate behavior further exacerbates the discriminatory nature of the incident.As a loyal customer of LaserAway with treatments in both Oregon and California, Im deeply disappointed. I no longer feel comfortable attending any of your centers, despite having remaining treatments.

This place is a complete scam. I spent over $10,000 for laser treatment and have 0 results after finishing all 8 sessions. I wrote a complaint email over a month ago and never got contacted by anybody. Then every time i come to an appointment they try to dig more money out of my pockets by offering maintenance sessions or upgrades. If I am 5 mins late to an appointment it will be cancled but when i am on time they start 30 minutes late. I have just about had it with this place and will let everyone i have recommended to come here that it is actually not worth it. I am very disappointed and feel neglected considering Ive been trying to get in contact with someone with power to discuss my issues, and nobody ever reaches out to me.

I had tattoo removal today at Laser Away with Emily although painful she was very quick knowledgeable and was able to explain what she was doing and why i’m very happy with my results and was glad to meet Emily. She has a ton of experience go see her you won’t be sorry.

Im thrilled by my first experience with the admin team Heather who helped make sense of the entire scheduling & smoothness of arrival. My Laser specialist Vanessa got me to let down my shy guard within minutes of treatment. Thanks to miss Jamielynn for bringing this all to fruition from the get go! During my most recent appointment, I had the pleasure of having Ashley F. as my nurse and oh my gosh… she’s amazing! She was so personable and super cool. She was very detailed in getting my courser hair and explained exactly how she detected them which I love because it demonstrated to me that she was not only giving me the best treatment, but she truly loves what she does. Obviously, I know that all treatments are beneficial but I did notice a huge change in my facial hair appearance since I had one particular dark course hair that just wouldn’t stop growing. I’m so thankful for the quality of the nurses at LaserAway ☺️

Had my 3rd treatment today the Staff is very kind and my Laser Tech Vanessa was amazing, knowledgeable and very kind. Lots of good tips for after care. Will be coming back to see her for sure!!

I have been coming here for 2 years now and have seen amazing results! I have pale skin and dark hairs so it has worked perfectly. My bikini hair is way thinner, underarms almost all gone, and leg hairs are SO much thinner! Ashley F is amazing - really takes care to get those straggler hairs and make you feel comfortable. 10/10 customer experience with her! easy experience, they have great deals for packages, and convenient location.

I’m very upset. I’ve had four syringes of lip fillers. And after a while my lips look the same they lost volume etc. when I brought up the concern and how I wanted my top lip to be filler on the sides they told me they can’t do that. After that they tried a new method and told me hopefully it will stay. Today I went in and once again my lips were the same as when I first came in I was told the same thing they hope they stay this time. I wanted the all the photos of my lips to see that my the filler doesn’t stay and I was told it’s only for the nurses when I asked how many times I had got filler I was given attitude from one of the front desk lady’s. I’ve spent so much money and have no results and when asking for information about my treatments was treated poorly.

Today was my very first treatment ever. Jaimielyn made registering and processing my paperwork a very easy and pleasant experience.I was eligible for a payment plan and it materialized my goal of long lasting hair removal, starting this same day!!Vanessa, my laser nurse, who has also utilized laser services was able to connect with me theough her experience, and techniques for the slight discomfort. She described the feelings perfectly and explained the whys and hows of the entire process. She is a highly competant and and efficient laser professional. Minimal discomfort, and I was out in 15 min!The place is clean and sanitary. Fast and thorough turnovers. Great attention to detail. I highly recommend visiting.

I am on my second treatment...platinum package...Brazil, legs, face, armpits (soon arms). This place treats you so wonderfully and makes you feel special and comfortable. They have updated equipment and are extremely clean. Ashley F is my absolute favorite! She asks necessary questions and checks in when she feels its needed. I cant wait to see my results this time. I recommend this laser away … first time ever getting Botox and fillers for smile lines . This was the best experience ever , I’ll definitely be returning. I was very hesitant especially being first time . Debbie who helped set up my appointment was my first contact , she’s awesome . Then all the staff from receptionist to my nurse Judith was very caring and all very nice . I felt comfortable and thankful, Judith took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for . Let me just say this location always make my visits 1000% better. Nurse Skye is by far, the best nurse i’ve ever had!!! She was amazing, loved my time with her, great listener, answered all of my questions, educated me on my skin, body and the treatments which I’m grateful she does as I am one of those people that needs it. She did my clear + brilliant and my upper body and I felt absolutely no pain, she was very gentle with my face and would totally love to get her everytime for my treatments. Left the office with such a great vibe and energy. Went in for a facial laser hair removal. Had done it as a teen and was hesitant because of how painful it was when I was a teen.My tech, Judith, today was so kind and patient. I explained to her my issues and she was willing to take it as slow as I needed to. But honestly it was pretty painless. The girl was quick and efficient.Definitely happy I had her on my first visit. Looking forward to the next ones.

I have had laser hair removal at laserawayI love my Nurse. Reshma she made me comfortable and she is very knowledgeable with settings and skin type and I have seen my hair vanish away with just 3 v effective treatments. The facility is v clean with all latest equipment and front desk staff immediately acknowledged my presence and are v nice. LaserAway at Victoria Gardens is very clean and professional. The staff is extremely kind and there to make you feel more confident. I always feel welcomed and have never felt any judgement. The nurses are friendly, honest, and very knowledgeable. They want you to have a great experience. Also, the results are great!

First time getting laser hair removal. This location is always clean. Ashley (I believe her name is) made me feel very comfortable. There are a total of 8 sessions. After each session I saw my hair growth decrease, however, keep in mind that I do have dark hair which is ideal. The rooms for your sessions are a little cold, but bearable. Pain FOR ME is 2-2.5 out of 5 (being the most painful). Depending your pain tolerance this may change.

I’ve been to a few places for hair removal over the years and thought I’d give Laser Away a shot since it’s close to home and they’re able to do all the areas I needed in one visit. Their facility was very clean and welcoming. The receptionist was very friendly. There was a little mix up on my scheduling and they weren’t sure if they’d be able to do all the areas I needed in one visit but my technician Ashley F made it happen! I work a crazy schedule so the fact they could do it in one visit, was great! Ashley was awesome! She had me laughing through the whole treatment and I’m sure I had her laughing too because I uncontrollably laugh when I get these treatments done. Her ice trick worked wonders on the Brazilian area! I hardly felt it! I’d highly recommend going here and look forward to coming back for other treatments!

I like láser away but this location isn’t good !!! They are just way to busy !! This one is closer to home but I’m not coming back here my wait time was like 1 hour and 30 then what’s the point of having an appointment. They didn’t even come check up on me in the room or keep me updated … it’s such a long wait it’s ridiculous. I currently have a package with them so I have no choice but to come back but I think ama go to a different location. They also don’t even have tollet paper in the bathroom I’m very disappointed ☹️

Kim did an amazing super professional job. She made me very comfortable and was efficient yet super thorough. Pain was very minimal and I have only had a few sessions and already seeing results I truly couldn’t be happier. From when you walk through the door til you leave the entire staff is so genuine and welcoming I look forward to my appointments. Highly recommended.

I had my first laser hair removal with Nurse Ashley Martin. She was supremely helpful when explaining how the treatment was going to be done and then the aftercare that i needed to do at home. I am really impressed with her professionalism and customer service skills and will be returning to her for future treatments.

Ashley Martin was the professional lady who helped me and did my hair removal. I was very nervous and she made me feel so much better and went slow the first time to show me it wasn’t so bad. After that Ashley did her job and asked if it hurt and if I did she would put the ice pack to help. Overall Ashley made my entire experience amazing and I can honestly say the o my reason I am going back is because of her and she is the only one I will allow to do my hair removal.

I love the folks that work here but I need to leave an honest review. Ive been to the Pasadena location, this location and a location in Salt Lake, Utah. Here in CA, I had nothing to compare it to. After receiving laser hair removal treatment in Salt Lake, I noticed the difference in quality work. Here in CA, they dont get the probe right on your skin like it should be. My nurses pan outward to make the area of the laser bigger when it should be concentrated and closer. I also noticed how in CA, they rush past areas and are missing areas. Their work here is not thorough. I actually had to buy another package to make up for the poor results. Where they treated me in Salt Lake for the past 7 months... even after a couple of treatments, no hair.I hope the right folks see this review and implement the necessary changes. I know its rush, rush, rush in CA but youre affecting the quality of services and peoples wallets.

I came in today for my first coolsculpting treatment. I was very nervous but Ashley made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions. She constantly made sure I was comfortable and aware of every step of the process. Great experience! Can’t wait to see my results

My experience with laser away was amazing! The staff is super nice and makes sure your well taken care of! I used to be reallyyy insecure about the hair on my legs, underarms and face so I gave laser away a chance and I’ve seen beyond amazing results I never waste hours on shaving anymore because my body is completely hairless! I 100% recommend, if I could id do it all over again

Laser away Victoria gardens is fantastic. The staff is all very knowledgeable and professional and I have seen a huge improvement in my skin since I started going there. The staff at the front do a great job at coordinating my sessions that help keep my treatment plan on point.

I got my lip filler done here. Cant wait to get another syringe in the next 3 months. I love how my lips turned out however i would like them bigger. I recommend coming here just bare in mind its very expensive. So Im giving it 4 stars.

Decided to finally give laser removal for the stache a go and very happy that I chose LaserAway at Victoria Gardens. It was my third time in and I happen to meet Vanessa M. who is wonderful! She’s been extremely thorough and makes sure I’m comfortable during each session. Truly happy with the results so far and am really looking forward to the rest of my treatments with her!

This is an absolute wonderful alternative to any type of cosmetics surgery! I purchased a very big package for maintenance, to age gracefully. The nurses have been incredible, especially, Ashley, who is very knowledgeable and I am appreciative of the time she takes to share and inform you of the procedure & how it works, including pics! I had previously gone to California cosmetics for lip filler and was not satisfied and wanted more volume. I went with RN Ashley Martin for another mL of filler and she did an OUTSTANDING job! She was very professional and made sure she my lips were voluminous and symmetrical. Throughout the process she made sure I was happy with how things were looking. She is the best and you can tell she loves what she does and is passionate!

I absolutely love all the girls at Laser Away Victoria Gardens. The office is clean and chic and all of my services from laser hair removal to Juvederm injections have gone wonderfully with no ill after effects. Every nurse I have worked with made me feel comfortable and safe in their office and the girls at the front desk are always professional and easy to schedule with and make financial arrangements with. 10/10, highly recommend.

All LaserAway staff is always friendly and greet you with a smile behind their masks. However when it comes to doing your laser session Camille gets 10 stars! She is the best nurse ever. I wish we could request the nurse who works with us in our session. Camille is extremely kind, makes you feels comfortable and extremely professional! She goes above and beyond! Ive been to several sessions at LaserAway and she was so awesome I had to pay her back with a great review! Overall I have had a positive experience with laser away. Where I feel they lack is true transparency about what I am getting with my packages, checking in on how I feel my treatment progress is going, and informing me of next steps as my treatment comes to a close. I did clear and brilliant and did not know I was on my last two sessions. If I had known, I would have asked the technician to up the frequency. I did not have significant sand paper feel my last two sessions and I believe it was due to not increasing the level of my treatment. Also, when I purchased laser hair removal for my chin, I specifically asked about hair returning or if hair is not completely removed. I was told that with my package, I am eligible for lifetime maintenance because they guarantee permanent hair removal. Now, I feel as though I am getting the short end of the stick. I understand certain areas are hormonal and maintenance is required. I just ask that this is full disclosed while purchasing because now, it feels as though I was a victim of predatory sales. I enjoy my time and treatment with laser away and I will continue doing business with them, but I do hope they consider these small details on the business side of things.

They just wants to get money from you, and after 8 sessions you won’t see the results you paid for, so unprofessional and unhelpful. I literally have hair growing out in line patterns where they didn’t go over and they dismissed my concerns they just wanted to pay more for maintenance..! Not recommend at all unless you wanna pay hundreds of dollars per 10 minutes

Ashley F. Is fantastic! I love her and her enthusiastic and quirky personality. It makes every visit something to look forward to. The results were absolutely amazing too! Hair does not completely disappear but it is drastically thinner which is barely visible. that is expected for any laser treatment

From the start this has been a great experience and I have to credit it to the technician I always see, Ashley F. She has always answered all of my questions with eagerness and sincere detail. This girl knows her stuff and it’s no surprise why - through our conversations during treatments I’ve learned she’s a 10+ year RN. She has been very attentive to detail and making sure I have the best results possible. In following the recommendations from both LaserAway and Ashley F. I am very impressed with the Laser Hair removal treatment that I’m now more than half way done with.Im needing to shave less and less between visits. Can’t wait for my final results!

Getting treatments here is very expensive and places like these never show prices so I copied and pasted my receipts here. Hope this answered most people’s initial questions. The receptionist at the Rancho location is the most friendly person here and informative. The people who have done my treatments never talk to me or ask about results/progress or anything. They just say “Hi, ( name) I’m (name) I’ll be doing your treatment today. You enter, they confirm what you’re doing, give you instructions, let you change and come back. They ask you to let them know if you want to take a brake (for pain) at the beginning and if I want some aloe and some other ointment at the end. They make it awkward so it’s weird to want to ask them questions. For the price I would expect better service and attention. Offer me a bottled water, some samples ( receptionist gave me a sunscreen sample after purchasing my C&B) tell me about the progress I should see, recommend me something based on my treatment. That’s just my thoughts, maybe someone else would appreciate their service.** if you plan on spending a lot of money get the membership 5,000 from the beginning so it’s worth the money you spend.1. If you guys are considering going thereDONT I paid 4k for 8 sessions for a laser the areas were the Brazilian, full legs and underarms and saw NO results dont put your money there they told me I will get an email to maybe get a couple of free sessions but instead I got an email for 55% off maintenance. Im PAYING 4k and saw no results to pay MORE!!!????Dont put your money there its not worth it at all!!!!

My technician, Ashley, was great and my services went extremely well. My main reason for my score would be the front desk. They werent rude but werent friendly either. Working in a service industry myself for over 12 years, the front desk should be a representation of your overall experience. Clients come in spending a lot of money and should be treated with 5 star service from the minute you walk in the door. Instead I received a less than mediocre welcome and when I walk in both receptionist just looked at me oddly. No welcome i can assit right here or how may i helped you or even a friendly welcome. Just a stare and a very cold and confused welcome

I was actually looking forward for the laser hair removal treatment. For what I paid for and the time I put in, I would not recommend it! I did my armpits, legs and Brazilian. My hair still grows back. The ladies asked if I wanted to purchase a maintenance touch up, Nope! The ladies working the desk were friendly.But me, personally, I wouldnt do it or recommend it. Save your time and money!

I git my lip filler by Ashley, she was amazing 👏 and done such a excellent job. She made me feel comfortable and nit scared 😱 at all. Extremely friendly. Truly rececommendd her service. The place is an inviting environment 😌 . Very welcoming.

Normally don’t leave reviews but this was messed up! Had a consultation for tattoo removal and we agreed on the price. She then changed the price twice as I was about to make the payment. Why do companies take advantage of people like that 😕 I’m sure I’ll find something else but what a complete waste of time

I go to the Rancho Cucamonga branch and my experience each time has been great. The staff are very nice and friendly. So far I’ve tried the underarm laser hair removal and the clear and brilliant facial and I love it. Ask for available promotions so that you can get good deals. :)

Like most folks who visit LaserAway, I was sold by the heavy marketing across social media, particularly Instagram. For years Ive struggled with ingrowns and dark fuzz on my face, as well as razor burn anytime Id shave my armpits because the hair was so coarse. Ive never considered actually getting services done here because of the prices but I was also not doing anything about my problem areas (hair removal for entire face and underarms) until I decided to bite the bullet and call one day while I was driving. I had not done any research with other med spas or compared pricing (regretfully). Again, LaserAway was ingrained in my mind because of the marketing Id constantly see so I figured they must be doing something right.The rep I spoke to was Evelyn who offered many discounts as she could sense the reluctance in my voice. Eventually I caved and purchased laser hair removal for my entire face and my underarms. Charged my credit card with over $2,000 in total. Yes... $2,000.So fast forward to my sessions, 10 total for the face and 8 total for the underarms which were scheduled together every 6 weeks. I quickly noticed each tech had a different style and technique which was fine but they were not all thorough. Majority of the sessions were done way too quickly and areas were always skipped. There were only 3 sessions that I felt were done completely and 1 of those 3 was done very well - that techs name is Vanessa, who literally was the best and my last. She took her time and covered every area of the skin surface, including zapping the inside of my nostrils which no tech had ever done or offered and my neck area which was also never done or offered. Some techs did my unibrow area, most did not. Some techs zapped the top of my nose, most did not. I would always mention my chin and the ingrown hairs there that had not gotten better and maybe because Id always shave prior like they instruct you to they werent able to see them? Because they would breeze over the area every single time, unlike Vanessa who literally went over everything with precision.Every single time Id complain theyd say, facial hair is hormonal so its more stubborn to remove. Granted, I understand that, but the website guarantees Permanently reduces 10%-15% of hair per treatment so for 10 sessions, that would reduce at least 100% of the hair (10% x 10 treatments = 100%). In my experience, my percentage is 0% on my face, 5-10% on my underarms.Overall, for the price, I dont recommend LaserAway for laser hair removal. Their customer service is great and I was always greeted and met with a smile which I appreciated. But I spent thousands of dollars for guarantees I didnt receive.I have been in contact (or tried to be) with LaserAway after I completed all my sessions in January 2022 and after my original Yelp review. I have an unanswered email thread as well as proof of the evaluation appointment I did in May 2022 and still haven’t heard back like I was promised. I called and was told my case would be prioritized and it hasn’t. Everything grew back normally just a couple of months later. I was told I may have hair that just doesn’t take the laser and would be offered a refund or I can try additional sessions. They have not reached out for either. Unfortunately, I won’t give up. This is not acceptable and I was initially sooo excited to get my treatments here.The 1-star rating is simply for the customer service itself and the few techs who do their jobs well. The facility itself is also very clean and pretty.

LaserAway in Victoria Gardens is awesome! My first experience with my laser hair removal treatments led me to begin Botox treatments. I can only say great things about all the nurses and staff. Today, I was treated by Nurse Ebony for my second Botox treatment. She was professional, kind and made sure I knew what to do after my treatment. Overall, my results for laser hair removal and Botox are better than I expected!

Working with LaserAway and RN Ashley F. has been life changing. I’m guilty of getting services done in MX for a lower cost but have paid the ultimate price. Working with an experienced and knowledgeable team that takes no shortcuts has been incredible. Ashley is big on educating me on what I need and what I don’t need. Because believe it or not more isn’t always best. Lol My face, neck, quality of my skin, and lips look so amazing! We have to admit we can only be as confident as we look and feel! Thanks to LaserAway and Ashley I’ve never looked and felt so good! I get compliments on how good and young I look and I just love it!! Thank you Ashley for the painful but so worth it thermage, hair removal, and my beautiful Cupids bow lips! All Nurses are super friendly and greet full. Every treatment is done by code, which is super important. All treatments have been amazing and I see great results!!

I have always wanted to receive laser hair removal treatments & Laser Away had amazing reviews so I went with them. I financed the procedure (Brazilian & armpit) I only got approved for a certain amount & I was told during my third visit the remaining amount would be credited to the financing company after making a certain amount of payments of course. At my third visit I was told this was not an option, & I had to pay the amount in full. The receptionist told me I could finance the remainder of the amount through another company which I agreed too. Unfortunately I was declined. She then mentioned another financing company which I was approved for. Not only did they lie about this the receptionist ran my credit TWICE without my consent. I received two letters in the mail from TWO different financing companies which I was declined for. As I had mentioned previously I was only aware I was declined for one and the other which I was approved for. Not only was their misinformation but the same day, the technician practicing the procedure was extremely rude. I was experiencing severe pain & discomfort and all she said was she was almost done. The next morning I woke up to severe first degree burns in my vaginal and underarm area. I hope the technician who did my procedure does not do the same to anyone else. Honestly, after only 3 treatments I dont even want to finish my treatments of how severe these burns are. I also do plan on taking legal action for negligence and emotional distress.

Let me start off my saying stay away from this place! They’re a scam. They will sell you something that you cannot even use. Colleen sales rep in Rancho knew I had a birthmark on my face and sold me clear and brilliant. Now she’s acting like she never knew when in my chart it even says birthmark. They treated me one time without me knowing I was not a candidate. The second time I went in 9/27/22 is when I found out I cannot be treated because nurse Judith told me I wasn’t a candidate and should receive full refund since they do NOT treat birthmark. I have now called laser away multiple times about getting this refund they have all told me that they’ll call me back I’m 24-48 hours. I’ve received a couple calls back which there regionals are very unhelpful and rude one of them even told me she would never give me a refund and that I’m saying two different stories. She never listened to my concerns.They only want to give me store credit on something that is not my fault.They strongly try to persuade me to get more services with the store credit that I don’t want.I have tried asking to talk to corporate and they will not give me there number. It’s been two weeks and still no resolution to my problem why would I want store credit on something I never knew was not going to work. I would’ve never done this purchase if I would’ve known. They’re LAIRS acting like they never knew it was a birthmark. All I want is for them to cancel the loan.

The receptionist working on 8/1 at 2:00pm was unfriendly and unwelcoming. She needs to improve on her communication skills. If you can’t offer good customer service then you’re working in the wrong place. Besides this, I enjoyed the nurse that took care of me.

I have been to two other LA Centers and I will continue to use Laser Away, Rancho Cucamonga. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses and techs that perform the treatment are knowledgeable, helpful and so sweet. I highly recommend visiting this location for tattoo removal.

On June 26th, I purchased one laser treatment for $399. I tried to cancel the next day. However, they told me I had to call back because only Melissa can give back the credit. On the 28th. I was able to cancel and get my refund within 5 to 7 business days. So, I thought. On July 14th, still havent seen my refund. I called back to Victorian Gardens, which I had to leave a message to which Sarah text me back. Sarah text me, she would look into it. No response. July 18, tempted to call Melissa left message. Again, I text Sarah. She was going to get back to me. No response. July 21st, tempted 3 times to talk to Melissa or someone to help me. Yet, still nothing. I finally text Sarah and informed her that I had tempted 6 times to resloved this issue. I didnt want to leave a bad review nor have to file a claim for my refund. So, please have someone resolve this issue immediately. Sarah texted me back stating she will reach out to the regional. That same day Melissa reached out to me through text that she had refunded the money. As of Aug 12th, I had not seen the refund. I had submitted the claim and now leaving a bad review. Honestly, LaserAway in Victorian Gardens has us pay upfront for service we havent received, they should easily give it back to us.

Really not impressed with this place as far tattoo removal goes, the session didn’t go over the whole tattoo I don’t believe their machine is very strong or if it’s the laser and they’re making me wait 10 weeks til the next session. I don’t know if they did a poor job since it was a Groupon to get more sessions out of me but if this is what’s expected I’ll go back to the place I was going to even if I have two sessions left 4-6 weeks apart is better and better results at the place I was going before in LA were far better.

Such a nice welcoming staff, Ashley F is crazy nice, informative and passionate about her job. Will speak to you like a friend and not just another client and helped me feel comfortable asking questions that i was too scared to ask before.

Laseraway has been great so far!! Jennifer has been amazing at answering all my questions since I had my consultation with her. I am very pleased their customer service. Im two laser treatments in at the moment (brazilian and underarms) and they have both been great experiences. The laser isnt painful at all, you can barely feel it! Which was a relief because Ive always heard rumors of it being so bad. I would definitely recommend Laseraway.

I went in for cold sculpting my third treatment. Everything was OK until I left. I couldn’t really feel it until I got home. I was in really bad pain. It looked like the machine burn me.

Just got done getting my treatment. The specialists are great! However, this is my 2nd time going here and the receptionists are clearly not trained in understanding American Disabilities Act.I’m a workplace health and safety specialist in my own occupation for background info and I have a medical mask exemption for a medical condition.Immediately upon entering and me relaying that I have documentation that I’m both, vaccinated and have a mask exemption the receptionist still prompted me to wear a mask despite me disclosing my medical status. This is the 2nd time I have felt discriminated against by this company as they were indicating they wouldn’t be able to take my service despite I’m already locked in to a financial agreement with Ally. What’s worst is they go by the justification of “oh it says you need a mask on the sign”. I understand their policies along with the laws of ADA and HIPAA.. they clearly do not. Management needs to review these types of special cases with their personnel and the laws of ADA and HIPAA. If I’m denied service within the future I have every right to legally sue due to the company discriminating as they have accepted and services my two times.Be warned if you have a mask exemption due to a mental condition cause you’ll need to explain yourself every time you go in.

Be very careful to read their terms, services are non refundable even if services haven’t been rendered. A customer should not have to go through such a hassle to be refunded a service that hasn’t been provided. I’m very disappointed. Read Reddit forum on other people’s bad experiences.

LaserAway is one of the best places. from the greeting to the services everything just feels so natural so genuine and it made me feel comfortable this is the place that I will definitely refer people to amazing work and true results 100% satisfied

I wouldn’t recommend they give you 10 session in between those sessions your hair will grow back & they’ll tell you oh no worries by the next one you’ll see results I did my 10th session & I’m completely unsatisfied a total waste of money
