I’m from out of town so I have been researching some aesthetic work! I had a hydra facial and it was amazing. Natalie was a professional and nice to chat to! Definitely gave me some recommendations and some facial samples. I also did a filler/injectables consultation. Nurse was informative, honest, and not pushy. I definitely trust their expertise and plan to return :). Everyone was sweet, office nice and clean, and prices seemed very fair! Kuddos to Dr. Gideon and team!

Yaz is beyond talented and sweet. She takes her time to perfect her artwork. I have admired her work for some time and see her grow through social media to truly mastering it. By luck I recently won a giveaway she had and from the first phone call she treated me with white glove service and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and am in love with results.

I have been going to Skin Perfect for years. When I first started I didn’t feel very good about myself and I had low confidence. The staff became family to me over time and they helped me to feel better about who I am naturally. They always treated me with care and respect. Mayra is such a sweet and caring person who always makes you feel like you’re taken care of and she takes the time to talk to you. Justyne has helped my skin improve dramatically and she is so lovely to be around. Her skin care and procedures are a game changer. Liz always gives the best injections and has the funniest reactions to my stories. She has helped my boyfriend who had an extreme problem grinding his teeth. Marie helps everything run smoothly and always has a nice smile. James gets the best social media shots and always makes me laugh. Meeting all of these people has changed my life and I can’t imagine it any other way. If you are looking for a place that will change your life for the better, look no further.

I recently came here for collsculpting with Eva, she made my experience so comfortable and explained the process of everything. I had no idea what i was doing so i did appreciate that very much. Mayra, and Marie are so friendly ans i love their pretty smiles. Overall great facility with an AMAZING, Friendly staff.

I took a day off work for my appointment only so they could cancel it on me last minute . I get that emergencies happen but what I dont understand is how they dont have another provider available . Not only did they try to reschedule my appointment without asking me which day works for me but they also couldnt squeeze me in within the next two weeks . I will not be coming here again. Very disappointed as this was my birthday gift to myself .

I have been coming here for years! The entire staff is absolutely amazing! Including the front desk- James, Marie, Gabriel, Juliann, and of course Gideon, both Evas. Trish is my go to injector but everyone is lovely. The products are efficient and I always feel like Im visiting besties! Also, I have the best lip filler out of all my friends muahahha! Thank you!

I’ve been going to skin perfect medical since January 2023. I remember I was trying to find the right place to go to because I wanted to find the right group of people to help me. Sonia has been great and all the staff have been super friendly as well every time I’m there. They’re truly there to help everyone feel great and help them achieve their goals. I felt like Sonia really listened to I had to say each week at our appointments and always asked what my goals are and if they have changed to make adjustments. She’s been super supportive and giving helpful advices to help guide me these past couple months. I feel like I’ve been in control with everything and she’s there as my backup. I would recommend skin perfect for anyone if they want that genuine support for what they’re looking for in their beauty journey!

Their customer service is atrocious. I got a consultation done in December 2023. The person that did the consultation said they would email me the quotes for the services I was interested in. They never did. Its the holidays, I understand, Ill be patient.She gave me a business card with her email on it. Ill email her in the second week of January. No response.Third week of January, I call and ask if they could email me the quotes. They said theyll look into it and get it to me by end of day. They can see in their systems that I did have a consultation with them.That was two days ago, still havent heard back. This place really likes to waste my time and apparently doesnt want my money. If they are this negligent, Id be afraid theyll be negligent elsewhere, especially making sure I have the right pre-op and post-op care.

Pricey, definitely other places with better prices, but very friendly staff. Very clean facility. Lots of parking, easy to get in and out of. Good location. Would recommend.

Ive been coming to Skin Perfect with my beautiful wife for over 13 years now. I feel very confident with the experience the Dr. And his staff have. Youll always be welcomed by the friendly staff no matter how busy they are. I just love the service I get at Skin Perfect Medical. My favorite part of walking in there with my Service Dog Sicily🐩is the welcome we get from our favorite Girl Mayra, one of the Front Office Assistant’s. Before we get out of the car, I tell my dog Sicily “You want to see Mayra?” and she just gets so excited wagging her tail and giving me kisses!🥰 As soon as we get in there Sicily goes straight for Mayra!😊 Mayra is a very nice and Sweet lady and has always gone above and beyond to help me and I appreciate her very much! She makes sure your points or coupons are applied that you get from the manufacturers, as well as reminding me of my appointments. Marie is another assistant that is very nice and helpful! The Dr. Is great and it’s always a good time with him making me laugh, and it makes the procedure go much smoother. 😂 I also like that he makes sure his staff of RN’s are up to date with the latest training in the field, so no matter who does your treatments you can rest assured that they are all educated and trained by Dr. Gideon. I am getting married in 1 month, so I went in to skin perfect in rancho to get a facial and decided on the oxygen facial with Ava, she was amazing !!! And I also want to thank the front office receptionist Marie and Mayra for being so accommodating and generous and providing me with an additional facial ! I appreciate you girls very much ! Very clean facility. I am always greeted by the receptionists when I walk in and I have never waited more than 15 minutes to be seen. Nataly is my esthetician and she is so sweet and personable. I really enjoy her services. She is gentle on my skin and I see instant results after she finishes treating my skin. When I come in for laser peels, Justine is my girl. Justine listens to my needs and addresses my problem areas. The staff is really kind and sweet. I recommend the Rancho Cucamonga facility to my friends and family.

Skin Perfect is one of my favorite places to just treat myself. I found Skin perfect through social media and I followed Dr. Gideon because I just loved watching him work on Instagram. I was afraid to inquire because I figured that he would be expensive. Therefore, I went somewhere else to get my fillers. Well I was disappointed with my result with another practitioner. I urgently direct message Dr. Gideon on Instagram with my photos and my concerns. I had a body building competition and a photoshoot in less than a few weeks and needed him to fix my face. Without hesitation he was able to book me in, see me, dissolve the filler that was done on my face and then have me come back in to properly fill my face (with my significant weight loss for a bodybuilding show, I lost fullness in my face and looked tired & deflated in my face). He worked his magic and I was happy with my results. I went to my show looking younger and feeling confident! It has been two years now that I have been going to Dr. Gideon and I dont plan on going anywhere else.The staff is also so fun and friendly, they are excited and make sure that you are well taken care of. Went for Mothers Day and it was a nice treat to feel pampered!

After a year of recovering from a breast reduction, I came to Perfect Skin to reduce the visibility of my scars that were placed underneath. I purchase the seasonal offer of 3 micro needling sessions for the price of $1,200. I was told that I was healed enough to begin the process. The micro needling sessions were each 6-8 weeks apart. I was assigned with RN Justyne Viera. However, I truly believe she did not prior experience doing micro needling on breast reduction scars, only faces. My skin was still healing above the breast and made the decision to micro needle an area that was not requested that had no prior scars. However, I did not question it because I thought this was the best given judgement on her performing the micro needling sessions. Soonly after, the micro needling ended damaging the skin so much that it created they so called “hyperpigmentation” that resulted very clear redness, skin sensitivity, and blue veins popping out. When I wear a bra or a low cut top, it may appear as a bruise, scar, or a hickey from a far away distance even though that was not intended of my idea from the micro needling sessions. I was hoping micro needling would reduce the appearance of a scar, not create a new one. As I arrive back at the office multiple times and spoke to two different managers, they once given me a non-sealed box lighting cream and to was advise to keep come backs months later to stall dealing with this matter. Therefore, I felt I was getting no where and most likely a refund was out of the question. I felt unheard and given multiple scenario excuses from Justyne and the Managers. If I could take back ever getting these sessions done, I would instantly. I regret trusting this clinic & Justyne with my body. After waiting almost a year for healing, I’ve spoke to two different surgeons, Dermontologist, and licensed estheticians and nothing could be done about my scars. I basically paid to be given a scar in an undesired area. Everyday I look in the mirror and reminded of a regretful decision that I made at Perfect Skin. I wish there could of been a different outcome.

Very friendly environment. All the staff definitely know there job when it comes to customer service. Natalie is my girl I request her every time she’s amazing and takes 10 years off my face every visit. I leave there feeling brand new every visit I recommend Skin Perfect. Definitely visit Rancho location you won’t be disappointed. You will definitely want to keep coming back for more.

I really enjoyed my dermaplaning and oxygen facial with Nataly. She explained everything so well and took care with everything she did. Mayra and James were so helpful when checking in and checking out for my appointment. Nurse Justyne was so sweet and I am excited to see the results of my B-12 injection.

The service provided by the associates at Skin Perfect is AMAZING. I have visited a handful of med spas over the years and have never received perfect service from beginning to end like I did at Skin Perfect. They were welcoming, kind and made me the focus of their attention when talking/working with me. Dr Kwok engaged in conversation, educating me on my procedure (dysport) and he listened, which I have found rare in these types of situations. He focused on me and what I wanted my results to be rather than trying to sell me more than I wanted. I cannot recommend them enough.

I came her awhile back to get lip fillers. My first appointment was a consult and I prepaid for 2 syringes. During my consult everyone was very nice and they were even able to squeeze me in to get my 1st syringe the same day. Everything went so well my first visit I was so excited I thought I finally found my Go to place. I scheduled myself an appointment for my 2nd syring 4 weeks from my 1st visit. My appointment was scheduled at 12:00pm (i scheduled my appointment during my lunch) When I arrive to my appointment I was greeted by reception and she had me wait. Im waiting and I notice that people that arrived after me were being taken before but I still dont say anything. I look at my phone and notice that they have had me waiting for 1 hour without any update. I finally go up to reception and let her know Ive been waiting and she gives me an attitude and says Im sorry please be patient. I politely told her well Ive been waiting an hour so she ask my name and look at her computer and says give me a second. She walks back and then Trish comes out and takes me back. THEY LITERALLY FORGOT ABOUT ME. UGH! its so frustrating because you want to be polite and patient because I totally understand things happen but I didnt get any apology or any like omg weve been so busy. Trish literally sat me on her chair and gave me an ice pack and said they just added you on my schedule to take you in so I dont have time for numbing cream so she gave me an ice pack and told me to hold it to my lips. I did that she returned and said if it hurts too much we can add the numbing cream.. at that point I just wanted to get out of there so as uncomfortable as it was i took the discomfort of the I injection. I do think Trish did a great job on my lips but thats not enough to keep going back and giving my money to a facility that can care less about their customers who arent Instagram famous. I really wish I could remember the receptionist that checked me in name because when I left she had the audacity to say wow your just leaving and laughed about it. When youre spending hundreds of dollars for a service I think they should at least be polite. I wont be returning and when I get asked where I got my lips done I definitely dont tell anyone. Small other encounters with staff occured that i wouldnt want anyone else to spend money and get treated poorly.

This was my first time getting a facial so I was nervous. Nataly was my provider and she was so awesome! She explained every step and always made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My skin feels so cleans and hydrated. I also got a discount for it being my my first time there so I was very impressed. I can’t wait to go back and try other services!

Kaylee welcomed me and walked me to the room.Edit:Despite the pretenses of a fun competition for a $20 credit, skin perfect is basically buying 5 star reviews in exchange for a $20 credit. I gave an honest review because I had to wait over 10 minutes to be seen. And in the past I have waited upwards of 30 minutes. I was informed by the receptonist that my 4 star review would not count and I could change my review to 5 stars and get the $20 credit. Mind you I have been coming here for over 2 years. Have done multiple treatment packages and have referred people. But I guess this is a sign that I should consider other locations once my treatment package has been used up.Update:I was called by Kelly a customer service rep with Skin Perfect an hour after I left my comment. She expressed that I was given incorrect info by the staff. She said she would credit my account the $20. I hope this is all true and no other customers have been given incorrect information.

Allie performs ALL of my services and now I dont trust anybody else - I will follow her anywhere. Marie and Gabrielle are always a joy and provide the best customer service. Love, love, love this place!

I came here for my first-ever facial about a month ago and I’ve been counting down the days until my next appointment. My skin has /never/ looked or felt so smooth and clean. Eva left me feeling pampered and amazing and James at the front desk was absolutely warm and inviting. Every doubt I had about working a facial into my budget flew out the window after this experience.

I love my skin perfect family! Jen has been so much help advising me and answering questions. I love her! And Kelley and Gideon are amazing at what the do. I also love Eva for all of my facials. I had an awful experience at this place. I received a consultation for eye fillers, they quoted me for a price, however, when it came to check out I was billed a totally different price. My nurse, Allee, was not personable and did a horrible job with my eye fillers. Addition, she did not mention how many of the fillers I purchased she used. I was told at the front desk that I still had one more filler but did not ask me to book another appointment for that filler nor refunded me. This place has poor customer service and does a bad job. Don’t waste your time or money.

I highly recommend this place! First, everyone is very nice and professional. I was greeted by Ibel at the front desk as soon as I checked in. I came in for lip augmentation and the process was amazingly quick and painless. Jocelyn and Kelly could not be better, they explained everything I needed to know before the procedure and what to do for the aftercare. They will make you feel comfortable, so you will not feel self conscious at all. Honestly, I was nervous at first because it was my first time but everything went well and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

I see Kelly at Skin Perfect for my injections and fillers. She is so knowledgeable, caring and sweet. She never rushes me and in fact makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed while doing my treatments. I am extremely satisfied with the results I get, and highly recommend Skin Perfect!

So I made the mistake of wasting my time coming to get a tattoo removal consultation here. I was consulted my Lexee and it was probably one of the most ridiculous consultations Ive ever had. It appears she was trying to deter me from getting treatment here. Needless to say I went with her undertone of advise. There was nothing in the least bit HOPEFUL or positive about this treatment from her. Mind you I have a small basic tattoo, no scaring or issues with it, just dont like it anymore. She started by stating how my skin may keloid because of the tattoo removal process also there’s a high chance my skin will become hyper-pigmented from the treatment because the lazer can’t tell whats skin and whats the tattoo. I asked what that was and she just repeated because of the heat my skin will become hyper-pigmented. She didn’t get it, so I asked again what does hyper-pigmented means and she said you can google it… then she googled it and showed me what she was talking about. She couldn’t explain what that meant so she just showed me pictures on google. She went on to say the tattoo may not be completely gone and I most likely will be left with the image still there just lighter and hyperpigmentation. She went on to say “and the treatment hurts really bad”. She said she’s going through it and its way worst than getting a tattoo, your skin burns, its like fire on your skin, (in her exact words) she continued on to explain more reasons why this wont work for me and suggested other treatment at another neighborhood facility call dermabrasion or something related to henna for tattoo removal. And then asked me would I like to get started LOL. I received NO info on the company, their background, if they are licensed, who’s doing the treatment, nothing! Idk what going on at this company but consulting with her make this company look terrible and question’s everything about them.

I started coming here in February 2022 in hopes I would get rid of some wrinkles and fine lines. I was referred by Natalie in Apple Valley to come here and get microneedling before under eye fillers so I gave it a try. 2 sessions in and I dont really see a difference just $2250 out of my pocket( plus $270 for facial products they advised me to buy for after care). I have 1 more session and hope that after this final one I will get something close to what I had hoped for. Maybe more treatments are needed but then again I shouldnt have been told I only need 3. When I told the person giving me my treatment I wasnt very happy she said ahe would get back to me but still nothing. Not sure after my next treatment I will return for fillers.

My sister who is a registered nurse told me all the nurses at her work go here for everything because they are the best at what they do in our area. I tried it first for emsculpting and coolsculpting and it was great! I am 39 years old and do CrossFit but belly weight has been harder to maintain and these treatments helped me achieve the waist I wanted.Yaz is wonderful with micro blading my brows!Botox lasts and my lips look amazing. I like a more natural look and that is exactly what I get. Explain what you want and they can do it or they will explain what is a better option.Really appreciate the staff here. They are all polite and helpful 👍😃😍

I had decided it was time to give my thin lips a nice plump. Jocelyn referred me to Kelly who knew exactly what I wanted and didnt want. I was looking to keep my lip shape but just give them a nice pout without looking like... well duck lips😂. After having a thorough consultation I was certain Kelly was the right technician for me. The facility was clean, modern and not to mention the staff made you feel like part of the family. Once my lips were all numbed up I literally couldnt feel a thing, which was a huge relief. We decided juvederm would be the best for my lip shape. I decided to do the full syringe and it looked amazing. I did bruise on some parts of my lip and above it as mentioned but I was able to cover it up with makeup. It has now been 6 months and Im ready to go back and plump them up. This time Ill do half of the syringe as my lips are no where near what they use to look like before and still have a nice plump. I definitely recommend Skin Perfect medical in Rancho. 👌💋

Eva is very knowledgeable in what she does and was a pleasure having. The whole experience was personable and Ill definitely be returning for other services.

I was referred to Skin Perfect by Jocelyn, who is absolutely amazing! I was super nervous when I went in for my first appointment, but Dr. Kwok was so gentle and really understood that I wanted to enhance my features and not look too overdone. Im so happy with my results, and cant stop raving about him. My second appointment I saw Kelly and she is a magician too! She is truly an artist and a master at her craft. I had Botox and fillers in my face and I love the results....I was such a big baby tho...and they were so patient with me.... I highly recommend this place!

I received a micro-needling treatment and it showed some improvements but not what i expected. So they recommended the pico treatment and they said it would improve my scars, which it didn’t. So I made a follow up appointment and even the girl said the results should have been a lot better. She said that she was going to consult with the doctor and call me in a few days to see what they can do/ recommend, since in the initial consult they said they they would work with me if the results weren’t what was expected . Well she didn’t call me back. I called 3 -4 times over the span of a month and left messages and she never called me back. I finally gave up. So disappointed that they don’t stand behind their work!!!!

When I made the appointment. I made it really clear that I work 6 days a week and I would like to have the consultation done with Kelly on the same day as the treatment. It is really hard for me to make time. I am returning customer and have known Kelly for 3 years! I was first given a package price for 3 treatments with Kelly. Kelly said after the 3 tattoo laser treatments the pricing would be less. So Since this was my 4th treatment I had to do another consultation and that’s why I made it clear to the gentlemen booking my appointment at the time and he said yes that fine. Drove 36 mins here just to tell me that Kelly is the one that gives consultation and pricing and that she’s not here. I TOLD HIM THAT I WOULD NEED THE CONSULTATION ON THE SAME DAY! They said it will be the same as last time, “3 treatments for $900.” How is this possible when 40% of my tattoo is gone and I probably will not even need 3. Also my tattoo is less and some parts of it gone so how will it be the same price. The nurse “Ericka” and the manager did not even care to see my point of view and kept saying Kelly is the one that does the pricing. They said she has not been in for months since the virus and that she does everything virtually. So I said I am already here and drove 36 mins here is there anyway we can “virtually call her” it’ll take 2 mins for a FaceTime. They lied and she is not answering the phone..... Ridiculous! I was being very nice and polite and trying to make them understand where I am coming from and they did not care. They did not even show sympathy and try to see my point of view. I even went so far as to say well I’m already here can we just do 1 treatment for $300 until I talk to Kelly. The said no you have to do 3 otherwise it’ll be $350 for 1! I said what if I only need 2 so what will happen with the last treatment and money. The manager said I “assume” you would get the money back....... “assume” are you kidding me! The only reason I came back here is because they were ok and Kelly was really nice and I have known here for a long time. There are much cheaper place but I still chose to come here. This is how you treat a returning customer for years? WOW! Very rude. They do not care for customer retention. They only care about $$$. This is how a returning customer gets treated! Please do not go here people.

I recently went in and Sarah Pierce did treatment under my eyes and my entire experience with her was so relaxing and my end results were absolutely beautiful, my tired eyes now look much more youthful and rested!!! I love this place, everyone is so nice and helpful. I got my eyebrows microbladed with Yaz, I got a Hollywood peel with Liz and James is so helpful with booking my appointments. I highly recommend this place.

Loved this place! The staff is so helpful and sweet! I booked my appointment through Jocelyn and Kelly Choi performed my laser hair removal treatment. It was pretty painless and I have noticed a big differnce from just one treatment. I live in Miami and will definitely fly back to visit them!

I had a great experience at Skin Perfect! Everyone was nice and professional. I was a little nervous about getting dysport for the first time but Mariah at the front desk welcomed me in and answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Ive been to several spas where the front desk doesnt have any knowledge of what kind of services they offer and it was refreshing to have a front desk person know what theyre talking about and with a smile :)I have been back for facials and more dysport since and the staff have been consistently welcoming and very nice to me every time :)

I took my wife for consultation for a hair removal treatment, we told the guy who is so stuck up And looks so plastic, sorry no discrimination, just forgot to ask for his name, he was the rudest person I saw, we asked nicely could you look and see if we have credit with you guys since my wife spent a lot of money with no good outcomes, it was just a waste of money. He was doing nothing just keep snapping at me and my wife. I was planning to go ahead and book the appointment for her and make sure pay the unbelievable price, but I changed my mind, Im not giving my business and pay a lot of money when I get mistreated

I absolutely love Dr. Kwok! He is truly amazing. I was born with a cleft lip, and Dr. Kwok help me achieve a more symmetrical upper lip. Before moving forward with my first session of restylane, Dr. Kwok and his assistant help answered all my concerns and questions. They both were very knowledgeable. I am so glad that I choose Dr. Kwok.

Went in for Under eye filler Trisha was amazing but if you are paying A Great amount of money to get something done of your liking maybe this is not the place for you . They are going to give you what they want . My under eyes still look tired . Even though I said I wanted my under eyes to look a certain way they just did what they thought was right for them . I’m not satisfied at all.

Ive been to this place several times for coolsculpting, laser hair removal, facials, massage therapy etc. and its honestly one of the best establishments for all of the above and more! The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they take their time with me to figure out what I wanted done and if itll work best and give me advice on what to do beforehand and afterwards from some of these procedures and it made me feel extremely comfortable and happy but most of all, relieved knowing that Im working with the best!Jocelyn helped me out the most with insight and learning how to take care of myself. Gideon, Gladys, Kelly and Jen actually helped me with the procedures and all of them did an amazing job and were the best to deal with!I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to take care of their body, skin or if youre interested in weight loss! I came here in 2014 to get a Scar Removal. I thought I give this place a try since Allure in upland Mina is always booked and I was trying to get my Pigment scar removed before an event. Yes, they did a C02 laser but the pigment came back on and made it worst then it was. 😔 they were able to try 3 more times before they charge me to make things better but the pigment was there and scar me even more.

Horrible. Do not come here. We’ve been coming here since early this year. Came for botox by brand to find out now that that not what we have. Then when we went to the clinic to speak about it. One lady just what do you want, do you want something for free? We said no we just wanted to discuss how this is not right we consented to the brand name botox not something else. Once we said that they kept trying to convince us that dysport and Botox is the same. It’s just economically better. And that is was a miscommunication. We spend hundred to thousand of Dollars here to be told this is better and for them to do it without our knowledge. DonT come here , they try to save there own butts and be rude.

Came in for a cool sculpting consultation. Ended up starting EmSculpting. This facility offers soo many services and the staff is friendly and highly organized. Love that they have monthly specials. Will definitely be coming back for other services.

I received my first ever silk peel microdermabrasion facial from Eva and it was amazing! Not to mention my skin was glowing afterwards. Eva was attentive to my skin, is highly knowledgeable, and took her time to focus on my problem areas. I will most definitely continue to receive treatments from Eva to improve my skin and diminish my acne scars and dark spots!

Prior to making my appt. I reiterated; that my birthday was the next day! So if possible, I wanted fillers done after my consultation. My appointment was set for 11:15... I showed up at 11:17. I was called into the room at 11:45 for a 5 minute consultation! After wasting all that time, I was told they could see me at 12:45. Umm.. so basically, you want me to sit here for another hour and wait for over priced fillers?! Hell no!!

This place by far is the best med spa ever. They have everything you need to feel rejuvenated and fresh. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. Mariah Phelps always takes care of me. She is so patient with my wild schedule, but she always finds a way to fit me in. You rock Mariah Phelps.

I paid $1,600 for pico laser facials. I bought a buy 4 get 1 free deal, my aesthetician Trish (who is amazing) even threw in 2 extra sessions for me because even she noticed that it was doing absolutely nothing. The lady that did my consultation/evaluation stated that my dark spots (melasma) was not bad and these treatments would work great on it. Wrong! After 6 sessions the Melasma spots on my cheeks look probably worse than before. Money wasted !

I am so happy with my injections from Skin Perfect Medical Aesthetics. Kelly Young explained the process thoroughly and patiently answered all of my questions. The results are natural and I feel much more confident!!! 🤓

I am Beyond shocked of my experience with this clinic...Gideon Qwak the owner himself, severely and permanently scarred me about a year ago...I never ask for any kind of compensation nor proceeded with any legal actions against him!!Continued on getting my laser hair removal treatments form him for another year (and he burned me few times after that too) I fully paid for every treatment, and about 2 months ago I had a treatment with one of his nurses because he was on vacation, she missed many spots so I called and went there again 2 weeks after (very inconvenient) to treat the spots were missed, and after I left the clinic, I get a call to go back and pay for the treatment!! I was shocked! I said “this was not a treatment! This was a re-treatment for few missed spots from 2 weeks ago!!” Didn’t hear back from them...called again few weeks ago to schedule another treatment and the receptionist says “we can’t provide anymore service to you unless you pay what you owe for the missed treatment we did last time! I was in shock!! I texted the owner himself and he never bothered to reply! It totally made me regret not filling a lawsuit against him since day one!!

Beautiful Spa and great staff make you feel comfortable and pampered. I won a free treatment of Sculptra from them at the Womens Expo in Rancho Cucamonga, and was so happy for the gift, thank you Skinperfect Medical, cant wait for the results, have high confidence in this team!Highly recommend!

During my visit at this medical facility I noticed about 10-15 employees, mostly standing around conversing and not a single one wearing a mask. Even the NP doing my procedure could not be bothered to wear a mask. I will not be returning to this place.

I went to the Rancho facility and paid for the Ultherapy. Although the staff was welcoming and nice, the procedure was a complete waste of money! To make a long story short, Please dont waste your time or money! I had talked with the staff after my waiting period for results (which there wasnt any) they offered me a discont on another procedure. Very disappointed! Wont be going back....

So I called this place this morning because I was interested in treatment an I was put on a hold for over 10 mins than I hung up called back an the same girl answers says hello not even the professional greeting with her name an a introduction to the companys name but just a hello. So I say hey good morning I was just put on a hold for a long time did you forget about me lol. And she doesnt say anything other Than what do you want in the most automated way. Like she was just so rude. Than goes on to tell me well what is it that you want. I than tell her I was interested in setting up an appointment for treatment an she goes on to say well I dont have any openings today or tomorrow. . . Okay wow just GOOBYE and the person speaking was a girl who couldnt even express any other days or openings or anything In regards to customer service.

First time I came into Skin Care Medical I was pretty nervous about getting my first filler & as soon as I got there Nataly welcomed me and had excellent customer service and made me feel very comfortable before Dr Kelly came in. Both very pretty & very sweet!!! 💖☄

When getting treatments here I didnt like how my phone call went to voicemail and no one called me back or had record of me calling. With pricing they would quote me a price then change it up. Supervisor Kelly was unprofessional and would patronize me by saying this place may not be whats best for you. Well Im recommending that this place is not best for anyone please do business elsewhere and move on

I just had a great experience with Sarah Peace as my provider. She made me feel extremely comfortable through the whole procedure she performed on me. From now on She is the only provider for me!

Dont waste your time and money coming here. There are other locations that offer same treatments for better prices. If you plan on booking an appointment make sure to not have anything planned afterwards, you might have to wait more than 30-40 minutes to actually be seen. Lol I overheard the front desk girls talking about another patient. It was really unprofessional and gross. I dont recommend coming here!!!!

I paid for spider vein removal in June, they were very minimal and not to noticeable but wanted them gone! 2 treatments done and my legs look exactly the same, did not notice a difference at all! Very very disappointed!

This place is absolutely a disaster .. I️ had Botox done and my left eyebrows was way way higher than the right so I called the spa and I ask them nicely if they can do something about it so they booked me with another nurse I drove each way 45 minutes and the nurse refused to help me :(. she said I need to go back to my original nurse who did the job I went back to the front desk frustrated and she said that my original nurse will be a bailable in six weeks I said I can’t do that the Botox will disappear at that time she said that the way it is she’s busy but it was a lie any they didn’t want to help .I would never go back to this place .My sister and I’ve been going to new look skin Center in Glendale for over 10 years and they literally charge a quarter of what this people charge I was so stupid to go to this place.I️ never leave bad reviews but it feels so good leaving this one
