Trend Kill

Trend Kill is the absolute best place to go for any piercing! I have 22 piercings and Luke has done about 19 of them. They know what they are doing and will always answer any questions you might have. They make sure to make you feel comfortable. Speaking of piercings, I think it’s about time for another one….

I have gotten two piercings here so far, my nose and belly. They did such an amazing job with both, making sure the placement was exactly what I wanted and ensuring comfort during the process. Both are healing really well and I love them. Definitely recommend Trendkill!!

Justin did a phenomenal job piercing both my daughters! He explained everything in detail and made them both feel comfortable and at ease. Nat helped us get signed up and was extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry! Definitely recommend Trend Kill and will be back for more piercings!

Really friendly staff, there were 3 or 4 people ahead of me and I was still seen pretty quickly. I was a little anxious when I went in and they were really patient and informative, Id strongly suggest going here. The environment is super clean, theyre really nice, and not ridiculously expensive. I got my septum done, it was almost painless and very quick. He did a great job, I love it!

Justin was amazing. One of the best piercing experiences I have had. Justin is the most knowledgeable piercer I have talked to. He helped me figure out what was causing all of the pain with my Daith piercing. Turns out Straight To The Point, a reputable piercer in Portland, not only pierced my daith incorrectly but she bent the jewelry, therefore my ear wasn’t healing properly. Thank you Justin :)

I honestly don’t ever feel compelled to write a review but this place blew me away. Luke and Justin were so friendly from the second I walked in. The entire process was so seamless, sanitary and pain free. I drove in from Bend because I had always heard amazing things and it exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to be back!

Have gone there 3 times now and will be coming back for the next peircing I get. Everyone is always very professional and super good at what they do. Its definitely worth the drive to get there from bend.

Went to Trend Kill on a Saturday morning. Had to have my jewelry resized. They were so great. Very friendly and professional. I love this place so much and strongly recommend. Justin changed my jewelry and was gentle and kind. Natalia was equally great! She was patient, sweet and friendly.

Edited to be more clear.I came in several months ago, with a friend and licensed, vested service dog. I understand that there are laws and rules you have to abide by as a business. I understand that people still try to bring in pets all the time, anyway. So the employee made a point to come around, and say loud enough the other 3 customers could also hear, to tell me “only official service dogs are allowed, and only for people with a real disability like blindness.”First of all, service dogs (yes, fully outfitted, official service dogs as we had) are a medical tool to enable their owners to have a degree of independence. Second, it is not up to you to decide what a disability is or how it should look. That is decided by medical and legal standards, as is what disabilities would benefit from the use of a service dog.Having a disability is cruel and brutal. Just making it through the day and being relatively functional can be exhausting. So imagine if you’re having a good day, and decide to celebrate that by going to get a new piercing or some jewelry. And instead, you’re told by someone that your struggle isn’t good enough. Your health isn’t bad enough. Come back when you can behave “normally.” Whether intentional or accidental, that’s what such thoughtless words as not “not having a real disability” come across as. Bonus, it happened in front of people. Just in case we didn’t feel humiliated and worthless enough as it is. And yes, being callous and unthinking still counts as discrimination.From the response I’ve got from management, I have no faith that such attitudes will change, or are even perceived as being wrong. Good for you, you showed you’re bigger and badder than me. In the meantime, I will not return, or recommend to anyone I know that they go here. Especially if you have disabilities or require the use of a service animal.

My daughters and I got our piercings today and had a great experience. They answered all our questions and walked us through each step. Each person was very patient and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Highly recommend!!!!

They were AMAZING I’m 13 and got my industrial done and my sister has gotten most of her piercings done here and the where really kind and I just love this place!

AMAZING AND QUICK!!! Walked in and got greeted immediately. Explained I wanted a navel piercing and was show jewelry options, along with being provided with pricing. Filled out some paperwork and was taken back within 15 minutes. The piercer was very kind and calm. The piercing took 2 seconds and barely felt anything.! (I even had scar tissue that had to be pierced through) the piercing looks amazing! Couldn’t be happier!

No real rhyme or rhythm to the way they serve their customers. Had someone helped before me when they arrived after I had already been waiting to talk to someone for about 10 minutes. Then was treated very rudely after I said something about it. Unfortunately both piecing shops in this area are simply jokes.

Brought our daughter here for her first ear piercing and experience was great. Customer service was amazing from start to finish and the gentleman who pierced her ears took time to explain the process and made sure our daughter was comfortable. We are very happy with the end results.

After a less than great experience at a different piercing establishment, I was recommended to get a second opinion from Trend Kill. After feeling beat down and flustered from the previous place, I stopped in here and immediately felt welcomed and supported. My experience was friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and clean. I would recommend everyone in Central Oregon to use Trend Kill for their piercing needs!

Are their phone lines active here? nobody returns any calls nor answers the phone. Voicemail doesn’t seem to be replied to, either. Trying to inquire about prices before going. Better than other piercing businesses around, just doesn’t seem active as far as calls go.

Top notch customer service and professionalism! Staff is welcoming and ready to help and competent at what they do! I always have a very good experience, weather I am there for a piercing or for buying jewelry. Prices are reasonable, compared to others.

I love the place. We get all of our piercings here. Just got my sons ears done here. Love the people. Wait time sucked. But worth it.

DONT GO IF YOU HAVE A DISABILITY!The employees intentionally discriminated my friend who has a licensed service dog when we went in a while back. We were told we weren’t allowed to be in the front store room. Won’t go back, won’t recommend.“ Disability discrimination occurs when someone with a disability is treated less favorably than someone without a disability in similar circumstances. It can be intentional and can include direct or indirect discrimination, harassment, or victimization.”Reply: The correct response would be ”We’re sorry, we will train our staff to treat ALL people better in the future, and learn what discrimination is.”

When I was asked to choose earrings, my choice fell on a gold item. When I asked to see the back of the earrings, the reception refused to show them, citing that they were sterile and the staff only inserted their own product and was responsible only for their own product. With daily ear care, my ears did not heal and were sore for 7 months. I had to take out my earrings. The earrings turned out to be not gold, only a small head on the front side was made of gold, and titanium on the back. I was misled about the product that was sold. The price of earrings is high. All they have to do is foist it on them, and then they wash their hands and are not responsible for anything. I had to contact the owner to get the money back. He behaved rudely towards me, Considering that I have a second pronunciation (English is my second language), he defiantly showed his superiority to the public, kicking me out of the room, as if this uncouth lout could fear for his safety from a defenseless woman .Boorish, humiliating attitude towards clients. I had to contact the police.

Took my 5 year old here to get her earlobes pierced and had an amazing experience. Front desk guy was so friendly and welcoming, our piercers (yes, two! So they were both done at the same time!) Riley and Luke were efficient and precise. She was fully consenting but still very nervous and they were so good with her! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The staff here was incredibly friendly and supportive for my daughters first experience with having a piercing done. They did a fantastic job of explaining the process and aftercare as well as hyping her up and putting her at ease when her name was called. They had a good variety of jewelry for my daughter to choose from and were encouraging and supportive of her getting two different earrings for her peircings. I cant say enough fantastic things about this studio and would highly recommend it.

Went in to get a tragus piercing and honestly wouldn’t come back- which is sad, I’ve gone here beforeThe piercing isn’t even in the middle of the tragus spot.. it’s in the very end and so the hole is right in the tip of that section of ear.Took it out, won’t be coming back

This place is awesome! Not only is customer service top notch, they have great jewelry! Expect a little bit of wait, but the wait is worth it! The reason you have to wait is because so many people are there to get pierced. That should tell you what kind of visit is. They treat everyone great! Being addressed as soon as you walk in makes you feel like you are welcome there! I will never go to another place!

I had my first piercings ever, done by these folks (ear lobes), in March 2023. I had a great experience. They were professional, quick and there was no pain. Aftercare was explained plainly and their pricing was quite fair. I want more piercings and will only go to Trend Kill. Thanks again for the great experience.

I got my cartilage and nostril pierced here and have nothing but great things to say. It was not at all painful, the piercer was really nice and professional, the shop was clean and they answered all of my questions. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Generally, I’ve had really good experiences with Trendkill. More often than not everyone there is all smiles and happy to answer questions whenever they arise. However, I recently got a new piercing done by them and my ears swelled past the jewelry they put in. I called about 2 days after it had happened because I had been trying to get the swelling to go down but I was having no luck. The woman answered and told me to come into the shop so that they could take a look at my ears and discuss options that might be available. She did explain that because of the size of my piercing, options to replacing jewelry would be limited - which is totally understandable and I’m glad she offered that insight. The problem lies on when I made it into the shop after my phone call with her. Mind you, I walked into the shop maybe 10min after hanging up the phone. An empty shop, by the way, as they had just opened for the day. I was greeted by one of the dudes, I’m not going to put names on blast because it’s not productive to me. Regardless, dude was like “yeah those things are swollen” and I was like yep, they def are. I told him I had taken off the o ring bands because my ears had swelled over them. He said great and that I should get an airplane neck pillow and sleep on my back, continue aftercare… so the norm (which is what I have already been doing religiously) and then come back in two days if the swelling had not changed. I asked him that if the swelling had not gone down, what options would I have. Because I really want to salvage my ears and I was/am (they’re still swollen) concerned about the way they’re healing right now. Instead of offering some insight, he just kept repeating “come back in two days” over and over again until I left the shop. This entire encounter lasted maybe 2 minutes maximum. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t be further educated on possibilities. At the very least an explanation of “we can’t discuss possibilities because we won’t know what the condition of your ears will be in two days”. I would have preferred anything other than the repeated “come back in two days” without further explanation. Why even ask me to come in while I was on the phone?

Absolutely love these guys. My daughter and I have had multiple piercings done by them and every time theyve just been fantastic. They are professional, patient, so kind, and each have a great sense of humor. Definitely worth the drive from Bend. Thank you!

These guys are top notch. Quick, professional, and great at dispelling nervousness. My wife got snakebites and I just recently got a septum piercing. Well definitely be coming back for more, very highly recommended. Just be aware its a walk in basis and can be extremely busy at times but theyll work through it quicker than youd think.

Went in for an intimate simple piercing today, Jim was great and made me feel comfortable and even included chatting with hubby on speaker while he was doing his thing! Im visiting from Seattle and decided to support a local piercer while I was in town! I got my septum pierced and had a great experience from the moment I walked in. It can often be intimidating, but they immediately made me feel welcome. Choosing my jewelry was really fun and easy, they have an awesome selection! My piercer as super nice, professional and insanely fast! It was done and over so quickly! I didnt even have time to register any ounce of pain. The placement is perfect and he listened to my desire to have it sit more snug.Highly recommend the crew at Trend Kill!

I had my Monroe pierced years ago and they took great care of me. Today my son wanted his ears pierced and they did a wonderful job. They were patient and fast! My son didnt even cry. They have a wide variety of jewelry also. I will use them everytime for future piercings.

I had to have my septum piercing assessed three days after getting it done at a shop in Southern California. I knew things were not right with my piercing and your very kind staff member was more than happy to assess mine for me. He had to replace my jewelry d/t the original being too small. He did this very well and was kind during the procedure. I felt I could ask as many questions as needed and was provided with better aftercare instructions than given to me by my first piercer. I do regret my initial piercing decision as it was done at a different facility. I can tell that you probably treat your first timers with respect and would have offered an initial safe and clean piercing. Thank you so much for helping me today!!!!

I went on New Years Eve because they had the 4 for 1 special going on. I showed up a little past 11:00 and there was already quite a bit of line. Im a horrible line waiter. So I was dreading the line. I was in and out within an hour and everything moved real smooth. They had a really good system going. The piercings were cake and super quick. I definitely will be going back for the rest of mine and my familys piercings. Thanks for a rad experience.

Went in to get my septum pierced and hadnt really been to a professional piercer before, so I wasnt sure what to expect. Folks at the shop were very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their work. Super quick and pretty painless! Im very happy with the results. Will probably be back! :-)

Highly recommend! The entire team was friendly and attentive. I was lucky enough to have Luke as my piercer. He was highly skilled, easy to work with, and alleviated any nervousness I was feeling about the piercing. It was a great experience!

10/10. got my nose, septum, eyebrow, and vertical labret done at trend kill. staff is very respectful, helpful, and professional. the piercers are very funny and definitely take some of the stress out of getting ur piercings done and they do it all very professionally. they make ur piercing experience amazing and ALMOST pain free. i will say that if there are quite a bit of people the wait time will be about an hour, but i would 110% recommend to them to anybody looking for any piercings. the actual piercings themselves run up to about 50 bucks and the jewlery ranges from $30-$80 i believe. it is very affordable. eyebrow was about $80, vertical labret was $90, septum was around $80, and nostrils were about $70-$80 in total as well.

This was my first time getting a piercing with these guys and I had an amazing experience. I felt very comfortable and very well taken care of. The studio was clean inviting and just laid back but very professional. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Trend Kill! I walked in on Sunday night roughly 40 minutes before they closed and they were more than willing to pierce me. Every staff member was nice and answered all the questions I had regarding the piercing I got. Signed all papers and was called back into the room within 5 minutes. My piercer, Jim, was quick and talked me through the piercing process. My tragus piercing took 3 minutes total (from prep to piercing to cleaning) and that was it! In and out in roughly 10 minutes. I definitely recommend this location for piercings and definitely will be returning for more. Thanks guys!

I got my ears pierced for the first time here. The whole experience at Trend Kill was great! My friend and I really liked the style of the waiting room, and Luke was very friendly and professional. I had the best experience getting my naval piercing here! the staff were friendly and helpful the moment i walked in the door. my piercer, jim, was great and made me feel comfortable and the whole process was fast and easy. i was there for about 10 mins. prices were great as well. i came from bend to avoid going to starfire, definitely worth the drive.

Every pierced person in Bend said to go here. It was super busy and yet-- when you are with them, they are entirely calm, patient and present. By how many customers they have waiting, I would have understood if they were a little short, but on the contrary, they seemed happy to answer questions/concerns with detail. Lukes professionalism/ love for what he does is further showcased by the certificates of continuing education from wall to wall in the back office. His team all played a part in making it a very good experience.

Exactly what you want in a piercing shop. Great jewelry selection, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, calm, clean, and relaxed atmosphere. Best pricing and most skilled piercers in Central Oregon. I made the short drive up from Bend to get my piercings and the whole experience was great and my piercings are beautifully done and exactly what I wanted. I am for sure coming back.

Went to get both my lobes pierced and got there at 2:30 pm. I didnt leave till 7:15 pm, so make sure you are their early. Other than the wait time, it was a pleasant experience. I watched ELF two times while I was there.

Hands down the best place to get pierced in central Oregon. Their process is easy and their customer service is top notch. I even brought my 13 yr old in for second holes in her lobes. She was nervous but Luke made it a super comfortable experience for her. Love these guys!

I went through reviews of the piercing establishments in central Oregon and found that Trend Kill had the best reviews. I then asked a friend who is a tattoo artist his opinion and he immediately recommended this place.I went in with a friend and everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They gave me exactly what I asked for, giving advice for a better experience, but not trying to sell me anything I didnt want. They also didnt try to pressure my friend into getting anything with me.Luke was professional, easy going, and extremely meticulous. I watched him change his gloves multiple times, making sure everything was sanitized. He talked me through everything he did, making sure I understood what was going to happen, and that I was comfortable the entire time.I will definitely be returning when I want anything else done and will highly recommend them to anyone who asks.Thank you so much for my piercings, I LOVE them!

This is hands down my favorite piercing studio I have ever been to. My papa was in town from our tiny hometown in Kentucky and he timidly agreed to get a piercing with me. Justin was so welcoming and put my dad right at ease and our piercer (is that the right term?) joked with him and made the experience really fun and painless. Will definitely be back for my next piercing and would recommend Trend Kill to anyone looking for a positive and efficient experience.

The staff at Trend Kill no doubt know what they are doing. I had a few questions and concerns about getting a piercing and the staff was a wealth of knowledge. The gentleman at the front desk is so encouraging and enthusiastic about what you plan to get done and our piercer was fantastic!

Mixed feelings on our experience. Shop is clean and providers seem to do a good job but trust your gut when it comes to any infections. Went back to the shop 2 days ago with what I was sure was an infection from helix piercing but was told the ear was angry. 2 days later went to urgent care and we ended up in the ER needing iv antibiotics the infection was so bad. Again, nothing against the staff or shop itself but felt a little misled in their guidance. If concerned with infection, I would encourage folks to not just rely on the shops expertise but also talk to a medical professional.

Jumped on the December special which was 4 piercings for the price of one (doesnt include jewelry). I finally got the middle of my ear done. Making it pierced from the lobe on up! Thanks Trend Kill 😊

I stopped in today to get a jewelry check on a fairly new set of piercings that was done from a different piercing shop as I had concerns with my bars being too short and the problem only getting worse.They were able to work me in super quick and were professional and supportive. They also had a very calming demeanor which helped my nerves.I appreciate the time and help and my piercings feel tons better! It’s the first time I’ve felt relief in almost 2 weeks.

First time trying this specific piercing studio. Felt super comfortable the whole time. Dudes are super relaxed and great at giving information on piercings. Came out happy with two piercings and didn’t burn a huge whole in my pocket! Definitely recommend and I’ll be coming back for sure. Much better customer service than Star Fire Studio. I stopped by Trend Kill last minute today to replace some earrings. Both staff members were incredibly friendly and kind, and extremely professional. I will definitely return the next time I need anything piercing-related. Havent used them for a tattoo, but the shop was clean and Id feel comfortable coming back for that, too.

Could not recommend this place enough. I read the reviews, looked at all the places within 50 miles of me, and this place kept being the top. No piercing guns which was a must. They were incredibly professional, talented, and accommodating for my daughters ages 5 and 8. It was more expensive than I thought but in reality youre paying for their expertise, education, and talent. Money well spent. You dont want some teenager with a piercing gun permanently marring your kid right?If you want to get a piercing for your kid and its within an hours drive you cant go wrong. Thanks so much to everyone there, you rock!

Awesome service, friendly staff, clean shop. Wasnt too sure where I wanted my upper ear pierced, so I let the guys decide and it looks amazing. Jim was so quick and both the lobe and helix felt like little pinches. Super happy with the way my ear looks, thank you!

I felt the need to add my own 5 star review because this place is top notch. My 7 year old daughter thought she wanted to get her ears pierced but when it came down to it, she wasnt ready. We even came back in the same day to try again, and were treated with nothing but kindness and patience the entire time, and they refused to charge me for their time and materials! Friendly, professional team. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, friendly staff and fair prices. I was a little nervous as it had been about 20 years since my last piercing experience, but Jimmy was so great about putting me at ease, walking me through the process and getting the piercing done quickly and correctly. He spent time adjusting the markings to make sure they fit my aesthetic and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. My total for a conch and 2 lobes was just a little over $80 (3 piercings plus the basic jewelry). Will come back here again!

I had a wonderful experience at trend kill. I was getting three lobe piercings, and I was a bit nervous (I hate needles!) but the team was so kind, conversational, and funny. They made the experience fantastic, and it didn’t hurt one bit! My ears have healed nicely without any issue. Couldn’t recommend them more. Fantastic pricing, too!!!!

Brought a little 5 year old girl in to get her ears pierced for her birthday…. Most hilarious/out of place setting to watch two tattooed guys on either side of her pierce her ears- but man they couldn’t have been more professional, calming and steady handed. Well done- they are awesome. Highly recommend.

Wow. I brought my daughter here for a nose piercing based on the reviews and referrals from others, so we drove from Bend to their cool little shop in Redmond. What an amazingly great group of people that work there. Funny, professional and extremely informative. It was an exceptional experience and I will refer everyone.

Had the best experience here today! At 65, I didnt feel the least bit intimidated to walk in to Trend Kill. Justin, at the front counter, was so friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Luke did four piercings on each ear and was phenomenal in every way! Friendly, professional, extremely focused on cleanliness and the proper instruments. I just got my ear lobes re-pierced here last week (I had them done 30 years ago but they closed up at some point). They were just what I needed: clean, professional, friendly, and did a good job. They have a lot of high quality studs to choose from (I need the surgical steel). They used a needle and not a gun, which is what I wanted. I was in and out of there in 20 min. Would recommend!

I came in for a face dermal today. Front desk clerk was super fast and nice (sorry dude I didn’t catch your name) and wasn’t pushy at all with jewelry like a lot of places are. Luke had a good sense of humor and made sure to explain the aftercare well. He made the experience awesome and I wasn’t nervous at all once I got in the back room with him. He made sure to give recommendations to make sure the anchor would last and heal correctly. He even gave my boyfriend a free shirt

These guys were great! I had to wait maybe 45 minutes from the time I signed in until I was seen but my piercer Luke was making jokes, made me feel super comfortable and was just all around great! Trend kill is hands down the best place to get piercings in all of Oregon. Both Jim and Luke are outstanding with their professionalism and cleanliness. All of my piercings (nostrils, septum, bridge and nipples) were quick, easy and nearly painless because of how skilled both of these men are. My personal coup de gras about trend kill is how incredibly professional Jim was while doing my nipple piercings. He did everything correct and made me feel extremely comfortable. I cant rave about this place enough. Not to mention their front of house staff is extremely friendly and make you feel super well taken care of. They all take the time to make sure your experience is perfect. If you can get pierced here, do. Best decision I ever made.

Absolutely LOVE this place!! I would give 100 stars if I could! Luke is such a sweet guy! He doesn’t just pierce you and expect a pay check like some places. He talks to you like a real person, and comfort you. They recently took out a hoop of my ear because it was hurting me and I could not personally get it out. They replaced it with a lebret stud I had. I was so scared, but they helped me through it and didn’t charge me $10 to take it out!! I never feel rushed, like things are “my fault”, or bad about my experience. It is always well worth the drive from Bend to Redmond. We love you Dad! And everyone else who helps us!

I came in to get my helix piercing. Jimmy (at the front desk) was very pleasant, helpful, and informative while I was picking out my jewelry (3mm purple opal). I sat down and was waiting for no more than 5 minutes before Luke called me back to the piercing room. He thoroughly cleaned all surfaces and washed his hands at least twice. He put on gloves to sanitize my ear, and draw the placement dot, which he asked me to get up and see if I liked it. Indeed, I did, so we continued with the process. He asked if I had any questions, and answered them thoroughly. Then he made sure I knew about the aftercare. He took off his gloves, washed his hands again, and put on a fresh set of gloves. The needle he used was 16g, and was one of the single-use sterilized disposable ones, which he put antimicrobial gel on first. The piercing was over quite quickly, and relatively painless. He reviewed the aftercare once more, and then gave me the packet (which contained a sea salt pack for cleaning, a pamphlet on cleaning, and the waiver I had signed). Overall, fantastic experience! I would give more stars if I could! Thank you so much, Luke and Jimmy!

My name is Kendra, I drove from Klamath county today to get a second nostril piercing. I REALLY wish I would have come here for my first one. Hands down 100 times better experience then the last place I went in central oregon. Every single person was extremely kind, patient and informative. I had just had a piercing elsewhere the day before and it accidently was pulled out. It was the old cork screw style. I purchased a newer style there and they put it in for free! I took my second daughter to get her ears pierced after having a terribly experience with Claire’s boutique years earlier with my oldest daughter. The difference was night and day! Luke helped us today and was amazing! Im from out of town and decided with my friend to go get some new piercings done, and he was super good at answering all of our questions and making sure we were at ease before he even grabbed the needle! The people were nice, the price is pretty expensive but its worth it for a well done, sanitary peircing. Prices vary based on the type of peircing as well. I love that they do walk in appointments, although if your under 18 you need a parent/guardian signature. Overall a good experience and my helix peircing is healing well.

I went to Trend kill back in February before the whole pandemic to get my septum pierced and it healed beautifully. From the moment i walked in the door i felt welcome! :)i went in to get my snake bites and septum done the person at the frount desk was super sweet and helped me pick out some good jewlerly ( sorry i didnt get their name) not to mention that the place has alot of APP ( association of professional peircers) information throughout the place! which is a major green flag! the staff were supper friendly not once did i feel judged for the piercings i was getting! Jimmy ( my piercer) was one of the funniest and kind people ive ever got a piercing from. he checked my septum to make sure i had the right anatomy for the piercing. he took time to do the correct placement of my snakebites and doubled and triple checked and i really appreciate that! Jimmy also made me feel really comfortable throughout the whole process. telling me what he was doing to do before doing it, counting down and just making sure everything was okay and i respect that. from the moment i steped into the backroom to the time i left took aroud two minutes to get it all done. thank you! i will definitely be coming back in the future for more piercings!!

I drove all the way from Lapine to bring my 6 year old daughter here for her ears to be pierced. I am definitely glad I made the drive because everyone there was very kind and made the expirence for my daughter great. I went in last Monday to get my septum pierced by Jimmy. Everyone was very kind and helpful. However, my septum piercing is extremely low it was pierced through the the cartilage instead of the actual septum/ sweet spot. I went back in on Wednesday to have the piercer check it out to either fix it or put my mind at ease. I walked in and the guy at the front desk just asked to look at it and he said it was fine and he said that my hoop was probably just too big and thats why I felt self conscious about it. I still feel like its really low. all my friends that have their septum pierced have said it just feels like a little pinch when they get it but this was more than just a pinch. it was pretty dang painful, this is not my first piercing and I feel like I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I felt like I was kind of brushed off, especially because the piercer didnt even come out to take a look. just wish the actual piercing that I paid for turned out like it should have.UPDATE: its been over 2 months now and my septum is not healed at all. When i went in I go new jewelry for both of my daiths (new opal tension balls), new nostril studs and new septum hoop (as seen in the pic). all of the tension balls that were placed in my jewelry have fallen out unprovoked. I dont blame the establishment as a whole but the piercer that did the piercing and placed the new jewelry could probably use some more training. When i got my original daith jewelry placed by Luke they were placed correctly and stayed in place for nearly 3 years until i went in to get them replaced.

Customer oriented business with very approachable and nonjudgmental employees (unlike Jamie @ Starfire who can make you feel incredibly stupid and bad about yourself). Jewelry is more affordable, walk-ins accepted, all around better vibe and experience!

They’re all so nice there. i got my belly and my helix pierced about three and a half months ago and they’re both perfect. i went and got my jewelry changed in both of them today and they were nice and other than the long wait outside in the cold the actual change was quick and painless.

Decided to receive four piercings in a day and Trend Kill was my first pick! They did an excellent job, were incredibly efficient and informative, and if I ever need another piercing, I will definitely go back here.

Both mine and my friends philtrum were pierced very crooked even though they used clamps. Luke pierced me and was extremely slow putting the needle through compared to every lip piercing Ive gotten done elsewhere, it was really surprising. I went back and ended up getting my jewelry downsized three times in hopes that it would be less obvious that its crooked when I smile. It looks better with shorter jewelry but its definitely not straight. Jimmy looked at it and agreed that its crooked and offered to repierce it for me, but I just felt hesitant to be pierced again after the first one was done wrong and didnt want to risk it being crooked a 2nd time. Jimmy is really nice and I appreciate him acknowledging that Luke pierced me wrong, but then my friend went in and got her philtrum pierced by Jimmy when she was visiting here and hers is even more crooked than mine. I was told that she didnt have a good verbal interaction with Jimmy when she confronted him about hers being crooked too, though I wasnt there. Im not sure how both of ours ended up being so wrong, but I expected better results for a shop having a combined experience of 40ish years. Unfortunately Im not comfortable coming back to the shop but I hope that things improve there.

Best place I know of for killer piercings! Great bunch of guys, very helpful and very informative. Its the only place I will go. Jimmy gave me 3 cartridge piercings today and all things considered my ears dont hurt.

If I could leave 0 star review, I would. I recently purchased a piece of jewelry here and had it put into my Tragus. 2 weeks later the piece fell into my ear canal and thankfully I was able to get it out without surgery. When asking them for a refund on the piece of jewelry, as another local jeweler said it wasn’t a good piece of jewelry and was improperly put in, they wouldn’t offer a discount on a new piece or a refund. Severely unprofessional and poor attitude on their part. I would not trust buying a piece of jewelry or getting pierced here.

And low and behold, still no jewelry...I plan on giving them until the middle of the month to give them a full 4 months since I ordered to make this right...

I drive from Bend every time to get pierced here because quite frankly there is no where else in Bend (or Redmond) that even comes close to the amazing service and staff. The quick healing process alone speaks volumes considering anything I’ve gotten over at Starfire has had to come out regardless of how well I kept them clean. Ive gotten my nose pierced by Luke before and I told everyone I wouldnt go anywhere else, so here I was today and I got my philtrum (medusa) done. Ill admit with this one I was nervous but I was in very good hands. Jim was my piercer today, he was very kind and gentle and let me know everything that prepared me for the process. It was very very quick and now quite a few hours after the procedure I have minimal swelling and hardly any pain. Thank you TrendKill!

I went to TrendKill after I felt like I was pressured into some unecessary steps to get the double nostril piercing I wanted at a different piercing shop.After talking to Justin, he assured me that I could go home that day with not only the exact piercing I wanted but also in my dream piece of jewelry because it wasn’t necessary to pierce that particular location with a huge piece only to spend more money to change it out later to a smaller piece.Luke was professional and funny and made sure I loved the location of my new piercing and it was such a smooth process. I won’t say it was pain-free but he was so fast that it wasn’t uncomfortable for any longer than necessary.I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere but TrendKill in Central Oregon. My mom asked me if I wanted to go get pedicures the other day and I had been thinking about getting a constellation piercing. So I suggested getting some piercings. We called and found out that they do Walk-ins so we headed in to remind. I have to say the interactions we had with the front and our piercer were amazing. I got a rook, helix and a conch and it took maybe 10 mins and was super painless. My mom got a daith and we were both impressed. I will definatly be back once these are healed.

They were really awesome and I love having my nose pierced again but I had asked them to pierce the spot I had pierced before and my piercer said he saw where is was but after getting home I looked closely and it was not pierced where I wanted it to be. Not 100% sure if Ill be going there again I may and I may not. But right now Im a bit upset with them.

I have been sitting here with a friend for about four hours now. When we tried seeing if they were open they never answered the phone and their Facebook page had wrong hours on it. Every time a person goes in they tell her she’s next and what do you know more and more go ahead and now it’s four hours later. They said they’re not doing appointments right now because of covid but people have been driving up and instantly getting pierced. Normally I have no problems with trendkill but they were terrible today.

They take great care of you and are always super friendly. Ive gotten three piercings here and this is where I will get all my piercings from now on. Highly recommend.

I peronally love the pericing place I have been going here since my very first lobe periceing and through all four gageing and a helix they have been nothing but kind and helpful. I had many metal problems and they helped me find the best metal abit expensive but worth it 100%. I call and they give me price points which are always reasonable. They help me every time I go in and are always have the best costumer service even when asking dumb questions they are considerate of you wants and needs. I love this place and plan on going there for all my future peircings.

My daughter came in for a Philtrim piercing on 8/30/21 while we were vacationing in Sunriver. She had Jimmy complete this process. She went into a piercing store where we live to get a smaller bar and the lady told her she was pierced incorrectly. Jimmy didn’t place a marking on the back either. Please see photos below and DON’T go to them. She ended up having to have it re-pierced!!! Please see photos for reference.The last photo is the corrected piercing. As you can see the original piercing was WAY OFF!! I’ve reached out for a refund and was offered a “credit”. Why on earth would I send my daughter back to a place that did it wrong, not to mention we’re out of the area. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.Update: Please see owner’s response below. How belligerent and unprofessional. Why would you want to do business with someone who doesn’t believe in doing the job right the FIRST time. My daughter wasn’t happy with her piercing which is why she went to someone else.I will be filing a complaint with the Oregon Heath authority as I see this has been a problem in the past as well.

Luke is phenomenal at what he does. He is down to earth, and professional while still having fun. He talks you through every step and makes being pierced as painless as possible. I wont go to anyone else.

I went in and got my cartilage done and I had a great experience with Luke. He was so nice and I was so nervous. I plan on getting my nose done there tommorrow. I would definetly recomend going there for your piercings
