I didnt take pictures because my anxiety had the best of me. This place is Awesome. I was greeted with smiles and grade A customer service.I thought I needed my nose re-pierced but to my surprise she told me she could check to see if it only needed to be stretched. I had never heard of this before because my nose has been pierced three times.She takes me back, I was so nervous but her voice was so soothing and her communication kept my mind at ease.Mind you I havent had a nose ring in my nose for two years, I just knew that before was going to be pushed through my nose🥹To my surprise she smiles and says, it just needs to be stretched. I was so happy.The atmosphere ​is inviting. The prices are reasonable and the jewelry is Beautiful ❤️I love how she took her time with me and also started she can check my tongue the way she did my nose to see if it doesnt need to be re-pierced.If you are nervous about piercings this is the place to go!!

I had a second set of ear lobes and my first helix done here. The whole procedure was professional, fast, and affordable for what you get. There are so many choices for jewelry and they’re all beautiful. The piercing itself was quick and easy. I’m already thinking of new piercings I want and excited to bring my daughter here once she’s old enough.

I have been to Obelisk a couple of times for some different ear piercings as well as some downsizes. The staff is professional, the studio is super clean, and the jewelry selection is unmatched out of any of the other shops Ive visited. I will definitely be going back for any of my piercing needs.

I received my very first body piercing here when I was 18, and the entire staff plus the whole experience was absolutely wonderful. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. The shop was pretty small, yet I found it to be quite adorable and cozy. Everyone there were super friendly and professional, and they did not hesitate to make any accommodations to ensure my comfortability. I got my navel pierced and it’s one of my favorite piercings by far. They even threw in a free complementary can of cleaning solution afterwords which was also a plus. Highly recommend!

I just replaced an earring here and I had a pleasant experience. Great environment and extremely friendly and helpful staff! Their assortment of jewelry is GORGEOUS! I had one new piece installed and paid half up front for another piece I hope to have placed next week. I appreciated the kindness of all staff members and the fact that they were willing to answer all of my silly questions. I am new to piercings so feeling supported when I do ask questions means so much to me!

I got my septum done and my friend got her nostril. Our peircer was Abra and they were so wonderful. Very clean and professional. They also explained what they were doing the whole way, and had me take a deep breath to keep calm. All of the other staff were also super kind and helpful. I will definitely be back!

Ive been turned away from multiple shops about my right ear lobe having closed. Numerous shops told me I wasnt trying hard enough to get an earring through or I was doing it wrong and needed to shower and stretch the lobe, etc.The folks here actually took the time to look at my ear lobe and confirmed I accidentally made two extra exit points and it caused my piercing to close. Im SO THANKFUL, they took a moment to stop, listen, and actually look instead of brushing me off like everyone else. Thank you so much, Abra, for being really kind, helpful, and for your professionalism. I appreciate you so much.I know next time I need any help with piercings or want a new one, I will be coming back to here because you guys are exceptional.

Naomi, the owner, is professional, clean and makes you feel at home. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about her craft. All of the employees seem to be cut from the same cloth. Her shop is comfortable, clean and has a vintage vibe. I love it here, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been to this studio a handful of times, and have been helped by everyone here at this point! Everyone is so kind, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everyone is so soft spoken, and it really helps me (someone with debilitating anxiety) stay calm. I’ve been here to be pierced, for retainers, troubleshooting a piercing, and help putting jewelry back in after having to take it out for surgery. Abra is wonderful and has helped me the last couple of times I’ve been in. So thankful this studio is so close to my house. The only downside is parking isn’t ideal. There is parking nearby, but sometimes I have to circle the block to find a spot. I usually just leave a few minutes early to find a spot, definitely not worth knocking a star off for!They also have quite the assortment of jewelry to chose from! Beautiful and great quality.

I had a great experience here! They were very clean, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciated their calming demeanor. They made it so easy, and I was shocked how little it hurt. When I got a little woozy after, I couldn’t believe how quickly they were right there with water and some sugar to help me feel better. And it’s been healing up super great too. Couldn’t recommend this place more!Update: Just want to write an update because about 5 months later I was having a piercing issue and not only did the squeeze me in same day, they solved my problem easily and professionally. Cant go wrong with this place.

Great piercing shop. I went in only to have my nose ring taken out and put back in before and after a medical procedure and really loved the vibe of the shop. The staff was super friendly, everything was on time, and you can tell the shop very clean and well-kept. They also have a great variety of high-quality jewelry and can even special order certain sizes based on your needs.Ill definitely come to the shop again for either purchasing jewelery or my next piercing.

Theyre cordial but dismissive about concerns. The piercer wouldnt even look at my dermal without the jewel in during my evaluation appointment because she said it was normal for my skin to be red, then told me to stop taking the jewel out to clean it. She told me the change in weather was the culprit... piercers shouldnt give unscientific advice like that. I followed what she said and it made my piercing 100x worse: it developed a bump and bled a lot because it was clearly infected and festered following her advice (I ended up having to use Bactroban on it). They also dont sell H2Ocean which is the only thing that cleans piercings effectively, especially if theyre already infected. The jewelry is extremely overpriced, they dont let you look at it 360 degrees, and the store lighting is dim so you have no real clue what youre purchasing for way too much money. The piercer was surprised my dermal wasnt rejecting, which makes me think most of the dermals they give people arent great and reject. I havent gotten anything pierced by them, but I wouldnt trust it. They also sold me 2 piercings that were supposed to be the same design but are clearly different (pictures attached, 1 is taller, darker, and has more metal on the face).

I have been coming here for all my jewelry needs. My wife recommended this location. I disclosed my disability and they did a great job on working with me. Misunderstood costs, and I had a freak out moment, but the lady on the other end was very pleasant and thoroughly explained the miscommunication. Highly recommend

Had a really great experience here! Had originally booked for a single piercing since I thought one of my earlobes had closed up, but the piercer was able to verify that it had not and put in the earrings I purchased at the shop. The shop was clean, the employees were very knowledgeable about their craft, and I would deffo recommend them to anyone looking for a new hole in their head (or the rest of their body).

It was a very good experience. I’ve gotten two piercings from here and both came out good. And very simple and fast process.

I got a conch piercing for the first time at this location and my piercer Abra was so kind and really helped me calm down beforehand. She told me the total so I wasn’t surprised after the whole procedure is done. The jewelry is pricey but I can tell they are nice quality and won’t irritate the ear or any part of your body where the jewelry is placed, so I don’t mind spending extra money for that. Abra also helped me with my nose piercing since the bump would never go away and it has been pierced slightly wrong (previous piercer did NOT know what he was doing). She also helped me replace the jewelry with a new one so it wouldn’t knock around as much and the bump would (hopefully) go away with proper care.All in all if you have the money to spend and like great customer service and really nice (also a huge selection) of jewelry to choose from, I’d really recommend this place.

Lucas was so wonderful in helping me choose my jewelry and sign the consent forms. Also, shout out to them for not turning away my 4 year old support person (and my husband).I went in ready to reclaim my body (see:nips) after almost 4 years of nursing. I was nervous taking my shirt off as a chunky chick, but Naomi made me feel really comfortable and secure in the changes that can happen with weight, babies, life. I had everything off in less than 30 seconds! 😆I went in experienced in getting pierced (brows, lips, nose, etc) and was prepared to handle the worst. Naomi made me feel secure in my body and coached me through breathing as she did the procedure. It was the smoothest, fastest, most comfortable piercing ever. Im also introverted and awkward, and she championed her way through that, which definitely deserves praise.Ill definitely be back (once these melons are less kabobd). 10/10Price: yes, new piercing jewelry is expensive because its surgical grade. You get what you pay for.

Had an amazing experience with my septum piercing. The staff was super friendly, the piercing was quick and easy and 2 days later no swelling or soreness. I got an 18g 14k rose gold ring that is absolutely perfect (they have so many good jewelry options). 10/10 recommend!

Got a nostril piercing and jewelry change at Obelisk and both experiences were great! Abra and Naomi were both reassuring and knowledgeable, which helped me a lot with my anxiety around needles. The studio also very responsive when my nostril piercing fell out and I got to have it reinstalled free of charge.Just a heads up that the jewelry can be a little pricey but overall the service is professional.

When I contacted to ask whether they would pierce my 15-year-old daughters navel, they said they would and that we would just need to provide ID. However, when we arrived, they turned us down claiming she is too young.

Lucas was so helpful with picking out jewelry. I got 3 piercings done today on my ears and Abra was quick with all of them. They have a beautiful collection of earrings which is a plus! I will be back for more piercings in the future!

Staff is always friendly. I’m particularly fond of Naomi, not just because she shares my name, but also because she is who I have interacted with the most (but everyone who works there is seriously nice!). They carry a gorgeous jewelry selection and clearly care about what they do. They don’t pressure you into making purchases if you’re feeling indecisive. It’s nice to go to a piercing only shop. Even though I am tattooed, I often feel out of place in tattoo parlors. I live in Everett and go out of my way to come here. 10/10!!! Better than any piercing shop I’ve ever been to! The piercer was amazing! I felt really dizzy and nauseous after getting my nose pierced and she was amazing and helped. I felt bad for the way my body reacted but she reassured me and helped me greatly! She fanned me, put a cold rag on me and I felt 100% better within minutes because of her! I will never go anywhere else for another piercing!

They were so helpful and so efficient with my piercings! septum was over in about 5 minutes (including adding jewelry and cleaning) and i experienced no pain after! earlobe piercing was the same! piercer was extremely nice and did an amazing job. these were my first piercings and i really hope to come back!

This is an excellent piercing place. I’ve had my nose and helix done here and my 2 boys had their ears pierced here also. High quality, very professional. My piercer, Abra/Kendra, rocks. I brought my 8 year old granddaughter to get her ears pierced. Everyone at Obelisk (on the phone and in person) was kind and helpful and made our experience a wonderful one. My sister found Obelisk and took me here to get my septum pierced for my birthday. This was by far my best piercing experience. The front end staff are very kind and patient, and answered all questions we had about pricing. Abra my piercer was very kind and upbeat and talked through everything they were doing. When talking about aftercare they even looped on my kid who i had with me and joked with him. This will now be my forever piercing place. They are a little on the higher end price wise but 100% worth it.

My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time by Abra this weekend. It was a wonderful experience! My daughter has pretty severe needle anxiety and ADHD but was determined to get her ears pierced. Abra was so kind and calming, explaining every step of the process, showing my girl that it was her choice every step of the way, and adjusting to suit her comfort level. The appointment definitely took longer than the average ear piercing, which we really appreciate. My girl had the time to work through her fears and not only is she super stoked with her beautiful new earrings, but she is super proud of herself for being brave and listening to her body. I found this awesome place in Renton 3 weeks ago. I read the reviews before I went and it seemed like a great place to go! I havent gotten pierced in over 6 years and I was super nervous on who to go to. Abra the piercer talked through it with me and told me in detail what she was doing next, and even had me close my eyes because I shared how nervous and scared I was. She was quick, I remember I asked her at the end, Thats it?I watched a few septum piercing videos on YouTube and from the videos, it looks like an aggressive thing to get pierced. With Abra, it was not, she was so gentle but also got the job done quick. I love my septum and it is healing smoothly, will come back here again.

Loved my piercing experience! I got two flats pierced. The folks in the shop were all super kind and helpful. The jewelry selection is great (I got the cutest dragon in one ear!). I got my septum pierced here and after having 15+ piercing and numerous tattoos I can say this is one of the most professional businesses I have ever gone to. The receptionist was so kind and patient in helping me pick out my jewelry and showed me the total cost (minus tip) for my septum piercing and jewelry BEFORE I even met with the piercer. The piercer was very kind and went through the process of what they were going to do before my nose was even cleaned so that I was comfortable. The piercing did hurt, but she was very quick and did not pull on my nose as I have experienced with other places. Overall very great experience and I would recommend to any of my friends/family looking to get anything pierced.

I have been looking for a piercing place to call my piercing home. I herd of Obelisk online through reviews. I scheduled my appointment online, they confirmed it and in I went. When I first walked in the front desk rep was soooo nice and very educated. He helped me pick out my jewelry and even found my jade jewelry for me since I love green and jade. Naomi was my piercer and her vibe was everything! She was so nice and was so quick. I got 3 piercings and she and she talked me through the whole process. My piercings are doing great and cant wait to go get some more. If you want great service from staff to piercing, you should def. Visit. I drove a little ways out and it was worth it.

Got a single ear lobe piercing on Thursday, July 6th. The staff were all very friendly, the place was absolutely clean, and I really appreciated how my piercer talked me through each step. Would/will definitely use again.

Excellent people, got a piercing and the woman who did the work was lovely and made me feel comfortable and confident. My only gripe is the jewelry is pricey, but I feel like that comes with the territory, which is why its still 5 stars.

I appreciate the gentleness and chipper attitude of all of the staff. The environment and reassurance and knowledge of those working there make it a comfortable place to get pierced. It’s also in a convenient location to my apartment, so I go here. I gave three stars because I’ve come here several times for jewelry and piercings. My piercing jewelry has fallen out a couple of times and those post earrings are difficult to put back in yourself- especially in a tight and secure manner. So I go to this shop to get it put back in for the convenience and because they are the piercers I used for the piercing, but they charge you for reinstalling the jewelry! Which I find to be ridiculous and a bad business model. It shows no faith in the customer or relationship. I already spent hundreds of dollars at this shop- for this exact piercing and you are charging me everytime I come in to get it it back in. I could understand if it’s been over a year, but within the same month! Crazy! idc if it is only $10. It’s $10 for a reinstallation that takes five minutes.I’ll only come here for convenience but it’s not my first choice. Gentleness is not gonna keep me here because piercing shops aren’t the scary concept they use to be, and most places have great customer service AND also do not charge for reinstalling jewelry.

Booking an appointment online was quick and easy as well as getting the piercing done itself. I got my septum pierced by Abra who was super sweet, nice and professional. They talked me through the process, was comforting and helped calmed my anxiety. The piercing is perfect in every way. The person at the front desk (sorry I didn’t get the name) was really friendly and helped me pick out the jewelry. This place is high quality so it is a bit more expensive but 100% worth it. The Customer service is the best I’ve ever received. Everything is clean and it felt safe coming in. I had an great experience getting my first facial piercing and will definitely be coming back here for more. If you’re looking to get a piercing done, this is the place to go.

I got my nose pierced this past Friday and it was a great experience. From the time I walked in the door the service was great! The person at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helped me to pick out a nose ring that was perfect for me. Naomi did my piercing and she was the best. My coworker took me here for the first time (she’s been here for multiple piercings) and i loved it. the front staff were super quick but extremely thorough. the piercer was professional and fun. i was getting my second nostril piercing so i wasn’t too concerned with anything but she took her time to make sure it was perfectly aligned with the other. super happy with it and the jewelry

Just got the start of my triple forward helix here today and it was amazing! Naomi was super friendly and nice as was the guy at the front counter. I love how all they do is piercing so you can tell they really focus on quality and they have a great selection of jewelry. I also love how they give you a pamphlet with the info on the size and type of jewelry and whether you need to downsize or go up. I always forget what size I got so its super helpful! I will definitely be going back for all my future piercings. Thank you guys!I got the last 2 of my piercing a few months back and it was the same great service as before. Naomi really makes the whole process super comfortable. When my daughter is old enough to want earrings I will definitely be taking her here.

I got my nostril pierced here yesterday, and it was a fantastic experience! I did SOOOO much research trying to find the best spot and finally landed on Obelisk. I havent had a new piercing in ~10 years, so I was a bit nervous and really wanted to make sure it was done right. They were so kind and walked me through all of my jewelry options super clearly. I got a hoop which typically people dont get a first for nostrils because it can delay healing, but they had really high-quality hoops designed exactly to combat that which was awesome. The studio was super clean, everyone was very friendly, and Im super glad I went there!

A super lovely piercing studio! Very clean and there’s really a cool display of the jewelry they offer right as you enter. Getting a piercing can sometimes be quite an intimate experience. Naomi made getting my piercings so, so comfortable. It’s obvious the care and knowledge that goes into their services! Great experience. The person who did my piercing explained every step before doing (trauma sensitive best practice) was good at getting me to breath (I usually sweat a lot in these situations and didn’t as much because they kept me calm) also the details in the room help you relax(relaxing words on the wall to read), pictures, music.Provided clear aftercare information without trying to oversell anything(I was almost certain they would say I needed to buy the best product from them) nope.Loved it. No complaints. Was by app. & very covid safe.

They also gave me jewelry options and pricing prior to so there were no surprises. The whole thing was neat, clean, organized and such a positive experience! I really liked my piercer, Abra. She was great, answered all my questions, and she helped me decide where to place my piercing so when I pierced the other side of my nose it would look how I wanted it to. The frustra came about a month after. I scheduled an appointment because I had a big red bump on my nose and it hurt. I went it, the person (who was a piercer) barely looked at it. She had me push on the post, and said if the pist was visible its fine. After another month of having the bump, I went to another piercering parlor and they helped me solve the problem (it was an irritation bump, they gave me some oil and it went away after about 6 weeks). It was just the disregard for my concern, and that I had to go to another shop to get help with my piercing. I liked Abra, but I wouldnt recommend this shop.

I didnt catch the guys name at the front desk but he was very kind and very helpful when it came to picking out the earring and which one would be good for my specific piercing. Abra was amazing! It was very reassuring to have someone kind and knowledgeable talking me through each step since getting pierced is always a little scary. it was definitely worth the pricing when you know you are in very good (and gentle) hands. This place was awesome! I was able to schedule same day online. I had gone somewhere else and gotten new jewelry for an old piercing which was causing pain and problems. The staff here were able to get me into jewelry that took the pain away immediately. Their jewelry is high quality real gold and they took the time to show me how the jewelry worked and made sure I felt comfortable when leaving. I highly reccomend them for all your piercing and body jewelry needs and will be back in the future!

Been here twice, first time was honestly almost 5 stars. But this last time my sister got her rook pierced and the piercer went too far and poked another part of her ear with the needle. Didn’t say a single thing about it, just spent a few minutes trying to stop the bleeding acting as if nothing out of the ordinary happened.My sister wouldn’t have cared if she even lied saying “oh this happens sometimes due to the area of the ear, it’ll heal just fine” but the piercer said nothing about her accident.We literally didn’t realize until we got home and tried to clean it off thinking it was just dried blood, but then immediately realized it wasn’t just a drip of dried blood, it was a hollow needle shaped puncture underneath.That’s when we realized the piercer was weirdly babbling while trying to stop the bleeding because she was trying to hide what happened. It also explained why she didn’t offer a mirror to see the piercing after she was finished.Pretty disappointed, it’s okay to make mistakes. We are all human, but to hide it is unprofessional and disrespectful.

So I went here to get my septum pierced and the experience then was good. But shortly after i noticed that one of the balls on my septum ring was not tightening and I ignored it for a little while, then it started falling off so I called them and was like i need a replacement ball because it keeps falling off. I went in and got it replaced and they told me that i had to pay for it and i was surprised because the ball that they had initially gave me was faulty so you would think it would just be a replacement and it wouldn’t cost anything. Im very disappointed. It feels like all they care about is getting money out of people.

Was so impressed by Naomi and the shop. If you want a simple piercing or something more complicated, you have to come here! Naomi is knowledgeable, patient, gentle, and kind. Her shop is extremely clean, as a nurse I felt great knowing her equipment and procedure techniques were sterile and clean. She is a professional with great skill and completely trustworthy. I had a really bad experience here. I will never go back and I do not recommend this place. I have had my septum pierced twice before at Slave to the Needle and wanted it pierced a third time so I came here because of the high reviews. Because this was my 3rd time, I went in knowing exactly what to expect.- The piercer was really friendly, I will give her that. But, she was heavy handed and did a rush job when she switched from the needle to the jewelry and again to clasp the ring. She was so aggressive with it that my nose started bleeding profusely. It was traumatic. I started crying because of the pain. Like I mentioned above, I have had my septum pierced two times before and it was a breeze both times- just a quick pinch and it was over. This time it was totally different.-They made me purchase jewelry there even though I brought my own. They said it was a sanitation thing. Dont they have stuff to sanitize jewelry with?-Way too expensive. The jewelry itself was $260! Ive gotten way fancier jewelry at my other piercing place that was only $70. Rip off.-The piercing itself was $10 more than other reputable places.I gave them a few stars for being friendly.

I really enjoyed coming to this shop! The piercer, Abra was very helpful and thorough with not only my Daith piercing but also with my younger sisters lobe piercings. I also gave them a call when I noticed a bump forming a few months after I had the piercing, and they were extremely helpful and insightful and eased my anxieties by sharing the normalcy of this. The holdback from a full five star rating would be that one of my sisters lobe piercing fell out unexpectedly and caused discomfort and bleeding within the first month, though it was replaced at no cost since it was the post and not the gem. I would also say that the prices are quite steep, I also had my septum jewelry changed and it was over $200 -- so if you are not interested in investing that much to your jewelry, I would say seek elsewhere. Their jewelry selection is on the smaller scale but theyre all very pretty overall.

Absolutely wonderful, small intimate space, knowledgable staff with a beautiful selection of real high quality jewelry. I went there for after care on a piercing and couldnt recommend them enough. Naomi is charming and also the owner, and she only recommended what she thought would heal, which was fewer than I described. Will be going there for more piercings for sure!

They did a great job explaining every step of the process. She tried to re-pierce my septum straight since it was crooked before but unfortunately it did migrate back to its original spot. Its very clean and they have a great variety of jewelery you can buy for your initial piercing. Holds around $100 or so but well worth it. I just went with stainless steel.

Had a fantastic experience getting my septum pierced. Abra was super friendly and made me feel super comfortable, cant recommend Obelisk enough. The screw ball came off of my jewelry about a week after getting it pierced and they were able to give me two new screw balls for free to replace it. I paid $90 for my septum including the horseshoe jewelry and a tip for my piercer

Wow! I’m so grateful I found this place to re-pierce my belly button! I had a horrible belly button piercing by a place in Tacoma which was 60.00 and it ended up ripping out. I was terrified that the scarring would never be able to be covered but this place did just that! Abra my piercer was extremely knowledgeable and made the piercing painless, fast and perfect. Now I understand why this place has 5 stars. Don’t go anywhere else but this place for all your piercings! They are truly amazing!!!

I’ve gotten both my nose and my septum done here - both times I had a great experience. Today was different though. I came in to get my left ear repierced bc after 15 yrs it closed and at first Abra tried to tell me it would be $248.I didn’t realize the top row was the expensive jewelry so when I looked at her and asked if they had anything for way less, she gave me slight attitude. It’s literally a hole in one earlobe.. and to top it off, she didn’t even ask me if I wanted the matching earring for my right ear so I left with literally one earring in. I’m just confused and annoyed.I was extremely rushed. Abra is nice and I’ll give her credit for always being thorough once you lay on the table, but the rest of it was frustrating. I liked coming here but it’s extremely overpriced and this last time left a bad taste in my mouth. After tip it was $100 for ONE earlobe repierced. I always tip at least 20% but now I’m wishing I hadn’t. Upsetting.

I got my first cartilage piercing here, and I had such an amazing experience! Everything was straightforward, and everyone is so kind there. Abra helped me to calm down a bit before the piercing, which helped a lot. The actual piercing went great as well, a lot less pain than I’d imagined. I’d definitely come back for another piercing!

Abra was amazing!! She did my first dermal and the experience was pleasant. She was very friendly and kind, explaining that dermal might have issues and not take/be rejected. I went ahead with it and am not disappointed. Though it hurt, she made me feel calm. She seemed very relaxed and confident in her ability as a piercer.

I’ve had many piercings over the years and have found that only gold jewelry allows my skin to heal properly. In the past when i’ve told other piercers they have dismissed me and led me to try titanium or surgical steel which has ultimately led to me giving up multiple piercings (eyebrow, both of my nostrils). But the team at Obelisk has been incredibly accommodating and helpful through getting my lip pierced, explaining all the options they have in store and things they could special order. I recently downsized my post and i think it’s a bit small so i’m going back to get it checked, but i’m very grateful everything has been a lovely experience so far!I will mention i specially found them because of their speciality (fancy!) pieces, which means their pieces are much more pricey than your traditional piercing shop, but the pieces are incredibly unique, and you get amazing and understanding service with the price.

I went to obelisk to get my nose pierced for the first time. I’ve never been welcomed by such a friendly staff before. The place is small in the most cute possible way. It’s a clean, neat and unique small piercing shop. I’m so lucky to have gotten my nose pierced here. She pierced it with no problem and kept me calm. I definitely recommend this piercing shop.

Im not qualified to comment on their skill at piercing. But I can say that they were patient and kind with my wife, who has a serious illness. They were also patient with me on the phone when I called to see if she would have any trouble with a wheelchair or a walker. They assured me that theyve set things up to accommodate people with all sorts of disabilities, and they were happy to explain how everything would work so we didnt face surprises when we arrived.

Honestly really disappointed with my experience here. I went in to get my piercings switched to a smaller size post. Everything went fine- even though it was over priced.A month later, my boyfriend came in to buy a new gem. Somehow they convinced him to buy two gems AND two posts! Exactly like they had already sold me a month before. Worse still, he said they looked me up and attached the purchase to my account- so they KNEW I already had posts.When I sent him back to return them, they told him they dont take returns (which of course they didnt tell him at the time). I went in myself and was told it was his fault for being ignorant of what he was buying, and that its on the receipt that they dont take returns.So so shady & deceptive to take advantage of someone to upsell them on something you know they dont need, and then refuse to make it right. Obviously they dont care about their clients- they just want to make a quick buck however possible.

I was dealing with a very immediate piercing issue that needed to be addressed ASAP. I called the shop with 15 minutes to spare prior to close. The man answering the phone was so nice and helpful. He assured me that they would remain open for me to arrive and get taken care of. I was charged a lower price than expected and the woman piercing was AMAZING. She is so gentle and quick. I went from having a horrible scary situation to feeling less pain and didnt break the bank. Thank you guys so much! I will be back!

These guys are awesome! Super knowledgeable about piercings and body jewlery and have stellar service. I recently got my daith pierced and had some up keep questions that they answered. My earring also came lose and Naomi popped it back in for me. Both Naomi and Lucas are awesome. I highly recommend this place and will be going back in the future for my piercing needs.

Couldnt recommend more. I have gone here for multiple piercings. Everyone has been friendly, professional, efficient and skilled. Got a dermal piercing that shifted after I snagged it. I went in a couple times and they adjusted it and checked on it free of charge (although I always recommend tipping).

I went in last week and got an industrial piercing. Abra explained every step along the way and also helped remind me to breathe through each piercing. This shop also has a policy that you can stop by anytime as many times as youd like to have them check your piercing(s) to make sure they are healing properly. Overall, out of my numerous other piercing shop experiences, this is my favorite. I will return here if I choose to get another piercing.

I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service of this shop. I had been in previously to have some jewelry installed and it went well so I decided to have my nose piercing jewelry replaced and the post shortened, as I was told (Pre-Covid) that this was what I needed to achieve the look I wanted. Now, please note, I have had trouble with my piercing: its not placed very well and it gets irritation bumps very easily but I like it so I want to keep it. However, when I go see PROFRESSIONALS in their trade, I expect them to advise me about what is best. So, I left the Obelisk feeling pleased with the new look.By the time I went to bed that night I noticed the stone was flush with my skin. If I would have been told by Abra before I left anything along the lines of hey if this starts to get too tight please come back immediately I would have tried to put my old post back in. By morning, the stone is no longer visible from outside my nose-I can feel it, but my body has tried to heal over it and I dont know what to do. I called the shop and left 2 voicemails, sent 1 email and left a feedback review on their Square app. I thought they were open on Sunday, because Google and Facebook said they were so I drive down their as soon as I think they are open and get to the shop to see the closed sign posted on their door.So now I am scrambling to find a place open and allowing walk-ins on a Sunday to try and help me get this jewelry out of my nose, since I REALLY dont want to pay for a trip to the doctor. Thankfully I found a place who was able to resolve my issue and put my old post back in. Of course, they tell me they would never put a post that short in a nostril...At this point, Im looking for a customer service resolution as I have still NOT HEARD BACK from anyone.

I had wanted an industrial piercing for a very long time, even prior to the plague so I was super excited for my consultation, I had booked online at their website which was easy to do. When I went in I was immediately greeted by Lucas, he was polite and friendly. He showed me some of the jewelry on display and was very informative on piercing healing times, and jewelry types, materials and prices. From there, Abra, my piercer came out and inspected my ear, she informed me that with my ear anatomy, I was not a very good candidate for this type of piercing, she informed me of the risk and complications of possible cartilage exposure and thinning, she said it could be done but that she did not recommend it. She was very professional and informative about it an I appreciated that it was told me sooner and straight up rather than later or to not have told at all. I went back to Lucas to discuss other piercing types and I informed him I was also thinking about getting a conch piercing. He showed me the jewelry types, shared some related facts and offered options and advice. I ended up getting a conch piercing with a beautiful moon stone gem. During the piercing process, Abra walked me through everything she was doing and told me to breathe. The process was fast and less painful than I had imagined. The building space was cozy and clean and they wore masks the entire time, the only downside was the location because of having to find parking but that is not on them. The staff was super professional, friendly and informative, and i just enjoyed being there. This place is amazing and simply put, its because of the folks who work here.

I have had a couple of experiences with spot and everytime it hasnt been a great experience. The people are nice but there have been issues with the piercer. I went in to have a seamless hoop that was boughton there and it took the piercer about 5 minutes to get it in. I made the comment that the hoop is likely to small before it was even taken out of the package the one I was shown looked wider in diameter for my ear to fit but the one they insisted on using was smaller. Now there is no way for me to remove it without the risk of inflicting some sort or injury regardless or how minor it would be. The is a dent in the cartilage of my ear from the ring. The piercing is I got from them was hard for me to see based on location so I relied on two people the piercer and another person to say it looked similar to what I desired I didnt get a good look at it till I was home and could have a proper look at it to see it was off on the location that was specified when I had explained what I wanted. I now have to find a different piercer to relieve m. I know there are others that have had good experiences here but I feel that they dont fully listen

I was wearing neck jewelry thats locking mechanism broke and I was trapped in it. I came here to see if I could get help. Despite the usual mechanism the staff were really friendly and willing to help me and managed to get me out of the necklace without breaking it. Im really happy with the service here and will absolutely be back for future jewelry needs!

I went a couple years ago, but I just wanted to say that you can go somewhere else and get any piercing for MUCH cheaper. After going to other places for piercings, I learned that I was really ripped off here :(. I will say though, that they are very sanitary.

Great experience. I was so incredibly nervous but the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. It was super fast, not as painful as i was expecting, and the place smelled so clean. I would definitely return.

I got my septum pierced here. It was my first facial piercing I was scared but the lady was very gentle and quick with it, I havent had any problems with my piercing.

Everyone is really nice and super professional I was really nervous but they made me feel calm about getting my eyebrow and my septum pierced.

I went to get my ears pierced and although some places are good I think that these people are great. they are nice, positive, respectful, and instead of just saying possibilities they tell you information and reasons.

Just got a daith piercing in my right ear and it looks great! Everyone was polite and professional 10/10 will be going again in the future.
