Hung out at the mall with my sister. Looked around for silver earrings and found this store in the middle of Rockaway mall. Ask if they had silver earrings and he showed me a variety of selections. I have also been wanting another ear piercing so I just decided to get it over here. Johaun helped me with the selections and was patient with all the placements of the earrings. Overall it was a great experience.

Just took my 11 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. Jahad was kind and patient with my daughter and me. Her ears look great! They are clean and the piercings are centered very nicely! Thank you! Well done Jahad!

We came here to get my 7 year old daughter’s ears pierced and everyone was exceptionally professional, from the gentleman who rang us up (I didn’t catch his name), to Naomi who did the piercing. She was so gentle, kind and patient with my daughter!! I feel like she really understands what a special life event this is and helped with her positivity and encouragement. She also helped my older daughter put her new earrings in. Would recommend anyone to come here, really great experience!!

There is this one young Woman name Naomi who works there she was so nice and sweet and to help me pick out the things I want. Naomi was giving off positive energy towards me and I was so impressed with her work I just had to come on here and leave a review. I will be coming here again next time 👏👏.

I stopped by to buy a chain and pendant for my son a few days ago and Naomi was very helpful. I’d give a 5 star since banter products have lasted me even when bringing gold chains in the sauna. My issue is the attitude of the kiosk associates/manager staff. If you guys don’t want to accept returns, please advise so. I’ve never had more uncomfortable experiences like when I need to return something there at either kiosk. Again, if your kiosks do not want to take returns, just advise so. I’ve worked retail myself and understand goals for segments & conversion rates..

I got my third earlobe piercing today and my sales rep did an awesome job. He was kind, sweet and very attentive of my needs and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with my new piercing and the earrings I chose. Thank you Banter/Piercing Pagoda!

Picked up children jewelry and they had a variety of 14k and sterling silver products. Currently their promotion is by one, get up to two 75% off and the staff there are polite, kind in helping out. I never knew about this kiosk, located close to Perfumia and in the direction close to Sears.

Joanna is the best! She does perfect ear piercings. She did my daughter when she was 3 months and my nieces at a year. She is so precise and makes sure they are pierced perfectly. Also very knowledgeable of what she does. I recommend her to anyone!

Naomi and Jahad (Banter by PP at Rockaway Mall) were amazing! My two daughters and I all came together, two of us getting a second ear piercing and my one daughter getting her first. She was so nervous, tears from anxiety, and they took their time to calm her down, talk her through it and did the guns together to make it fast. Obviously she learned the fear of the pinch was much worse than the actual pinch. They had her laughing within moments. They were just as helpful and patient with the other two of us. Really appreciated their extra time and attention!

Absolutely amazing! Joanna is an absolute gem & so knowledgeable! My fiance updated my engagement ring & I was not aware of what kind of engagement ring I truly wanted and Joanna helped me find the right one! Banter by Piercing Pagoda is truly amazing.

Me and my mom were looking for earrings and Naomi helped us through out the whole process, she helped my mom find earrings she liked and helped me clean earrings that i needed to clean. She was so sweet and helpful, I definitely will come back to get a piercing done or look for jewelry!!

My DIL, myself and her mother took my Granddaughter to get her ears pierced. Jo Jo was so pleasant and professional we decided on doing both ears at 1x so Niaomi helped. My Granddaughter is 3 and she was so brave these ladies made her feel so comfortable. I highly recommend them

Jo Jo was awesome. I was nervous about getting new piercings but she helped me relax. She explained the whole process and made the whole experience very easy. .

I went with my daughter to get her ears pierced, when we went in to ask about the earrings the woman working there was extremely rude, just pointed and said “it’s in the box” in a dismissive tone. My daughter was so excited to get her ears pierced and we were so disgusted by the attitude and looks we got for asking a simple question that we decided to leave and get pierced elsewhere. Whoever this woman is should have more respect for her customers and their time, waited all week to go there and left not wanting to go back. Stay far away from the tall woman with curly hair she is extremely nasty to people wanting to spend money!! That is not what good CUSTOMER SERVICE is about! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Arrived at the Rockaway location at 11:35 on a Saturday. Website says they open at 11am. Before I could even inquire about the piercing or jewelry that I made a special trip to the mall for, the sales associate looked at me in a very bothered and condescending way and rudely informed me that they would be open when the jewelry was fully loaded. I just walked away. Poor personality and service. I was not impressed. Definitely will not be letting her touch my ears.

Wanted to share my experience during my recent visit. I was looking to buy some new earring and a necklace. I was greeted by the young lady she said she was the manager. I think her name is Jo. She was very helpful knew how to approach me and ask me questions. I was also with my daughter and its hard to shop with kids but she made that easy for me. She went and got some stickers which my lil one luvs stickers. It kept her entertained and allowed me to shop. The whole experience was awesome. The store was inviting well presentable. And the staff was also helpful. Even as she was helping me she made sure that everyone was working with clients and greeting as new clients arrived. If I could them 10 stars I would. With everything going on in the world its nice to see people enjoying their job and helping clients. Cant wait to go back. Thank you for making my shopping 🛍 experience awesome. Being a piercing pagoda customer for a few years now, shes by far the most helpful associate Ive come across to date. Im very grateful to have someone like her in the Rockaway mall location. My daughter had her ears pierced few weeks, for some reason she had to return to swap earring for a bigger one, we decided to make a phone call first, Joanna B (Manager) answered my questions she told me just come to the store and Adrenna (Manager) will take care of me. When we got there Adrenna was busy doing her inventory, she immediately drop that and provided us with the best customer service ever. Both her and Joanna B are phenominal, my daughter is beyond please with the impeccable service you provided for us.Who thought this store in a tiny spot would have such great employees and managers with such big heart.👏🏼👏🏼

David was beyond disrespectful. My daughter who is 8 months old got her ears pierced . With the promise that its impossible for them to come out. Next morning my 8 month old daughter entire face was bloody and ears were purple. Luckily she never swallowed them. Went to the store next day and was denied any type of refund or compassion for that matter. David bluntly stomped around like a child infront of both my kids. Stay away from this place. David is so disgusting and disrespectful how he works in customer service blows my mind.

Aonica was FANTASTIC!!! She was patient, kind and informative. I received 2 new piercings. One in my lobe and one in my cartilage. It didnt hurt at alllll! I recently went to a tattoo parlor and got 2 cartilage piercings and this experience was a much better experience!! I will be back and would recommend!!

Was going to give a good review because the piercer was nice and patient, but my daughter ended up with the stud embedded in her earlobe which was a high risk for infection so I’m not pleased. And for $110 and an ER bill, my daughter had to take the earrings out at the end. Lot of drama for nothing. Disappointed.

The worst place I don’t recommend this place I went to get my daughter ears pierced.The lady with actitud ask me if I made an appointment I said no. How was I supposed to know you have to make an appointment. She was so nasty o you have to make an appointment I can do it know but for the future with her actitud I am going to do it. I was afraid she does the piercing wrong and my daughter was going to suffer just because she was mad. Also her co-worker was laying in the floor chilling. They were not busy I don’t understand the actitud I strongly recommend get your daughters ears pierced another place those ladies are miserable and not good costumer service

Worst place ever! Horrible with ear piercing!! No experience my poor niece!! He could even get the earring all the way through her ear!! It had to be push through not one ear but both!! You didn’t use starter earrings he said they don’t do that anymore. Experience ever for a child do not go there!!!(rockaway mall)

This is the second time i go there and the girl is always so rude. Saw me standing there and goes uh do you have a question or? I dont know why she is always giving attitude. Like obviously i have a question if im patiently waiting for you to be done. Super rude , gives answers with alot of attitude. The first time i went she pierced my boyfriends ear incorrectly and told me i looked concerned about it. Has no work ethic whatsoever.
