I have been a customer at Concord Jewelers since 2011. Tony and Jerry are the BEST!They are kind, honest, extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced.No project is too small or too big. Examples:Replacing battery watches. Whenever I have a battery replaced, Jerry will replace it and say, no charge, you have lifetime coverage. They mark the inside of the watch that tells them I had purchased a lifetime plan. Of course I dont remember which watches I had done that on. It was over 10 years ago. They are so honest!They have repaired many pieces of my costume jewelry. They have absolutely no value. They do the job as though they were worth millions.I did not know what to do with an old ring that was valuable, but had no use for it. After discussing options with Tony, he transformed it into a beautiful pair of earrings that I wear all the time.I asked Tony to restore a vintage watch that belonged to my grandmother. It was not a simple procedure. It took many months. I was hoping to have it by Christmas, to give to my mom. But it wasnt ready. Although I was disappointed, Tony communicated with me each step of the way. He needed to send the watch out to one of his watchmakers as he could not perform the task in house. He was dependent upon their expertise and their timetable. He would call me every so often to update me on the progress. Although I was frustrated, I understood and appreciated his updates. At one point, he called to tell me that the watch was just about ready. However, he was not satisfied with the final product and asked the watchmaker to redo or alter something. When I finally received the watch, I was astounded by the exquisiteness of the final product. I gave it to my mom on Valentines Day. She cried at the beauty of her mothers watch.I asked Tony to restore a vintage ring for me. The stone needed to be replaced and updated. A real stone would have cost many thousands of dollars. I then asked about my other options. We discussed imitations, quality and price. I was hoping to have it by my mothers birthday in a few weeks. I gave him a dollar amount that I was willing to spend. He called 10 days later and said my ring was ready for pick up. When I saw the ring, I was blown away. He reviewed the process he went through, finding exactly what I wanted. The cost was 1/3 the price I was willing to spend. This jewelry store was recommended to me by a friend from work who knows jewelry well and has been in the area for a long time. I went for an appraisal of my engagement ring and Tony assisted me. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, personable and thoughtful. I am glad to have found a jeweler who I can trust without any hesitation regarding quality. I will definitely continue to use them for anything and everything jewelery! I felt so at ease and relieved that I have someone I can trust with the most sentimental piece I will ever own; for that, I will never forget him.

When I was looking to get a custom class ring made, I turned to Concord Jewelers. I primarily chose them because they were close to home. I was looking to have a replica of my husband’s college ring made for me. My husband’s ring had been made in Ecuador so I was nervous about how accurate the final result would be. Not only did they replicate the ring, but the final piece was so much better than his. It was beautifully customed made for my feminine hand, which was smaller for a typical large college ring. Throughout the entire process Tony was wonderful at keeping me apprised of the status of the creation. They were so patient with my many design requests. Their attention to detail and organization with the entire process was excellent. The pricing was fair and estimated right at the beginning so there were no surprises. More importantly, they treated my husband and I like family. They are now the jewelry experts we will turn into. If you’re looking for any custom work, I highly recommend Tony and Jerry. They are true experts in their field. More importantly, they are just great people to know!

After we recently posted a negative review about our experience with this establishment, the store owner published a disparaging response that accused my wife and I of distorting the facts. That was extremely unprofessional and his statements were inaccurate. He claims he offered us a refund for repair services we prepaid but ultimately did not receive. In fact, when we asked for our watch after 4 months of not being repaired as requested, the owner refused to give a refund because he claimed the repair work was nearly completed. It was only after we posted a negative review that he offered a refund, and he insisted several times that we take down the negative review. While he had the watch for those 4 months, I would call every week or two and most of the time was told someone would call back, which rarely happened. He claims that he offered to have us pick up the watch before we posted the review. Again, this is a fabrication. After months of unfulfilled promises and failures to return our calls, we posted a review and 4 days later the owner called to say we could pick up the watch the following week (which I did today). We go out of our way to support local businesses because we value the convenience of living in a town with so many retail establishments. And we have never once written a negative review about any of them. For Concord to do such a poor job of handling this situation and then to lie about what actually happened is truly adding insult to injury.

Concord has had a watch of my fathers for 4 months. He passed away in January and I thought it would be great to have his watch repaired. Now, 4 months later I still don’t have it and I can’t even pick it up to have, still broken, on Father’s Day. They say it is at a watchmaker and I can’t have it until next week. Again, it has still not been repaired. They said the watchmaker needs time to put it back together. How will I know what was put back or not.I left a valuable item and paid in advance based on reviews. My husband has called every week or two and they keep saying a few days or a week. I would never recommend this store to anyone. I’m brokenhearted because it appears they have been lying for months and I don’t believe I’ll ever get watch back. Unfortunately I cannot leave zero stars.

This is the only jewelry store I would ever use. The owner Tony is an old time highly skilled jeweler. He has changed numerous batteries in some of my very expensive watches,designed custom jewelry, and made a beautiful engagement ring for me. This is the best jewelry store anywhere.

Recently, my wife and I, had three gold family keepsakes, which we were no long wearing, melted down and asked Tony to recast the gold into three necklaces for our granddaughters. They are beautiful! Concord Jewelers is the best. My family (4 generations) for over 30+ years have purchased gorgeous jewelry from Concord. I just purchased a beautiful necklace for my daughter for Christmas. Once again, another gorgeous piece. I travel from a distance and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have about 30 watches with lifetime batteries. I now live in Wantagh but lived in Rockville Centre before recently moving. . Every time I have gone into the store (I still use them even though Im in Wantagh) a new battery is replaced when needed! This has gone on for the last 10 years with no hassles, no questions asked. They are a wonderful store with friendly, honest people! Highly recommend.

I went into Concord Jewelers with a friend who was looking for a ring. I decided to have Tony look at the broken lock on my tennis bracelet. I left it with him and it was cleaned and ready within a few days. When I put my bracelet back on Tony asked why I was wearing it so big. I didn’t realize that was the case. It was a gift 10 years ago. I put it on that day and rarely took it off. Tony suggested I size it down and use the stones to make a ring. What a great idea! He took the bracelet back and sized it. When I went to pick the bracelet up Tony had written down some ideas for a ring. He didn’t know I decided to include my original engagement diamond which was sitting in a drawer not being worn. He was happy to help me pick another setting to include the center stone. We had one final meeting before the ring was made. I picked it up the other day and I couldn’t be happier! PLUS he made me 2 diamond bands out of diamond hoop earrings I had and couldn’t wear because they hurt my ears! I can’t believe I have 3 new stunning pieces created from diamonds I had sitting in a drawer! Tony is a sweetheart and his pricing is extremely reasonable!

He not only is knowledgeable with all aspects of jewelry, He has created several pieces for me that I designed in my head, one more beautiful than the other.He is also so invested in the community, He does ear piercing for no profit and also designed a watch battery with his special logo, If you pay the first time every time you need a battery it is free of charge. Just left the store & it’s a joke! I paid for a life time battery a year ago, man says they don’t carry batteries for that watch & then sells me a lifetime battery again! I had no time so I paid again! I recently moved to RVC & I know cause I’m colored & successful maybe they are intimidated by me! I laughed & said god bless you & good luck to your business! I’ll keep a good ❤️ & mind & keep working hard & living a good life! I bought the lifetime battery again so he can see my face every year & he can lie & rob me for $20 over & over so he can feel like a winner! Lol

Ive lived in Rockville Center over 10 years and Ive never knew about this place I had to repair a watch and I googled it and I went in there and the guy was so friendly the staff is so nice and they actually have some cute parakeets you could look at definitely would recommend this place The only thing that I could say negative is the parking situation was a little bit annoying cuz its a very busy area and its annoying to find parking
