I purchased a laser hair removal package from living social. Before making the purchase I checked out the website for the location. The store does not match the pictures on the website, it was very dingy and dirty. But I went forward with the laser. I was serviced by 4 different technicians for 6 visits. One or two were good, but the others seemed pretty inexperienced. Also, the machine shoots out cold air and that wasnt working on one visit.Overall, I do see a reduction in hair regrowth, but I think it could have been better.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this facility my daughter went there the day before her vacation and they bruised and burned her severely. They never responded to any phone calls or emails

I went here through groupon and thats the only reason I continued going there for 3 sessions.First off, its not a walk in place. Its only open when the one employee is there. Shes the owner. Once you walk in theres 2 unruly children running around and no adult in sight.When the technician finally helped me the first time it took 20 minutes to get her computer to work. Then she asked for me to write down my credit card information, stating it was required even though I already paid.I went for 2 sessions of laser hair removal on my chin extended. 3 sessions Im not really seeing results, but thats most likely because I need 10 sessions.The actual place she does the laser hair removal is a small storage room in the back of the salon. Its so cluttered you have to squeeze past boxes and machines to get in.Also, this woman seems like she is really strong out everytime Ive been. Im not sure if shes on medication or its something recreational.

This place is disgusting.There is a different secretary / spa technician (yes, they do both) every time I visited. Most of the time they look like they just rolled out of bed.They offer tattoo removal, but dont tell you that the machine they use is not powerful enough for certain types of tattoos.But, of course, they will happily take your money time and time again while you see no results.

The value is great. High quality laser hair removal for an awesome price. After each session I could see more and more hair follicles that were not growing back in. This place does not go over the top with decor or anything...but the purpose is hair removal, right?

I have been going here for 4 years, Jewel is the best. Im on maintenance now and havent had to shave in years. Worth the investment.

Ripped me off. I was getting my tattoo removed. They used an old machine that barley worked. Also didn’t let me use any Groupons because I was already in the process of getting my tattoo removed. I feel slighted. People were very dishonest. They used my lack of knowledge to take advantage of me. Also the place is very dirty.

This place saved my social life!!! I had suffered with what I though was acne on my face for years when they explained to me that it was bad ingrown hairs from shaving I underwent laser hair removal on my beard and with in 4 months Im acne free :) definitely check this place out. The owner is super knowledgeable of all things in skin and dermatology!

Ive only had one session for my face and already its been a few weeks and I havent shaved in a week and I dont even really see anything coming back
