I came here on Friday the 13th for the piercing special. It was very busy but they did things efficiently. I saw Shy and she pierced my nostril and helix! She was amazing! Even though it was a long and busy day, she was so sweet and I loved her!! It was so fast and she did an amazing job! I love my new piercings!

My 5 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Kit! It was such a great experience! Kit walked her through every step and let her know we can stop at anytime!! She was so sweet to my baby! She let her run the show and checked in on how she was feeling often! It made her feel in charge which in turn made her so brave! There was also someone at the front desk who had a daughter named Sawyer who made my little girl feel special too! She was so sweet and even came to the room with us and kept talking to my daughter about how good she was doing! They made her laugh through her tears!! It was overall a really great experience and we are so happy with the results! 10000000% recommended!

Such a good experience! KP was so great to work with. He was very patient with me as he worked my ideas into his design, and in the end, the tattoo was better than I had imagined. He’s incredibly talented. On top of that, everyone else in the shop were wonderful and a lot of fun. Thank you!

Took my daughter for ear piercings, SHY was amazing,and very honest, her personality alone made the visit awesome. She explained step by step what she was doing, made sure my daughter was comfortable, and that she understood exactly what was going to happen next. Very gentle,and careful with what she was doing. And noticed she keeps her station/area very clean which is a plus. Went back for more piercings few days after, and will definitely be going back soon.

I just got my 15th tattoo from Valen (the cactus pictured below), the first almost 3 years ago when she was an apprentice. Valen and Fresh Image have always been a clean shop and great artists. Cost has varied on the piece, but is priced very well for the quality of work. Valen, thank you for the artwork, I’m proud to wear it! You kill it every time, from flash to custom pieces, color to black and grey.Seriously don’t hesitate to get your next trad tat from one of the best artist in Dallas.

Victoria designed a cover up for a bad tattoo I got years ago. She was able to conceptualize a design I love after discussing my interests and preferences. The final result is a colorful masterpiece that shows no memory of the previous tattoo. I am already planning for my next tattoo with Victoria!

Went to Fresh Images Friday the 13th event with a friend and got a pierced by Shy. She was amazing and made me feel super comfortable during the whole process. Shes chill and I would recommend her to anyone who wants quality service, piercings, and vibes.

Kit was amazing! My friends and I came in to get piercings and she was the best! She explained everything really well and made us all feel super comfortable. Normally Im really nervous getting a new piercing but this was by far the best experience Ive had!

I just moved here from out of town and I was super nervous about finding a new shop. This place exceeded my expectations. I came in with an idea for a knee piece (more of a thought) and Victoria made what was in my head way better. I highly recommend her for sure. Shy is a very joyful person with a great personality!I had to take out my Daith earrings because of a surgery. I was a little over 2 weeks without having them put back in. I have had my piercing for about a year and a half they shouldn’t have started to close up. I had one piercing person tell me that I would have to get them redone. I went to see Shy today and she opened my hole back up and put my earrings back in. Shy did an amazing job on my ears. Shy was able to get my earrings back in for me. I already knew it was going to hurt but not like getting them done the first time. They are so friendly, very nice, caring people and the atmosphere was amazing.Glad I found this place. I just want to add I got these piercings for my migraine headaches and it really works. Go see Shy and she can do your piercings for you.Thanks so much!

A great place, very clean and the staff was friendly! We came in last minute with 5 girls for a bachelorette party and we were taken immediately without hesitation! We gave an idea and they were able to design it as well as give us an array of size options.

Kit was amazing! 💕 So patient, personable, funny & professional. My daughter got her second ear piercing, & it couldn’t have gone better. Everything was sterile & we felt more than comfortable. Kit is incredible!!! I took my daughter in for a belly button piercing and kit took such amazing care of her ! She was so kind and gentle and did a wonderful job explaining her after care instructions! Went on a Saturday as a walk in with hope and a dream, came out with a masterpiece! Shake did an amazing job on my tattoo. The colors are beautiful and the line work is so sharp. I love my tattoo and I cant wait to come back and get more already. Highly recommend this shop and Shake!

The piercing experience was a breeze! 2nd visit for piercing and we went with Shy! OMG she made it so much fun. She is such a cool energetic cat. She is so lovely and gives such great advice on your piercings. LOVE this lady!! Thank you Shy!! First time we went with Kat made my daughter feel so comfortable as well but the experience was much better with Shy. If theres a wait no problem! Theres a coffee shop next door with plenty of sitting and a brewery across the street and shops all around to visit while you wait. The shop is nicely kept staff all very warm and sweet. Highly recommend this shop!

We brought our 8-year-old and 11-year-old to get their ears pierced. Shy was amazing. She was overwhelmingly personable and even tolerated our five-year-old son who is super curious. To quote my 11-year-old “ You were 1000 times better than Claire’s”. If you are looking to get your kids ears pierced for the first time, I can’t recommend this place enough.

A girlfriend and I went to get some last minute piercings on Saturday night and Shy was the absolute BEST! She made the whole process stress free and kept us laughing the whole time. When I say she is GREAT at her job I mean it! Go see Shy for all your piercing needs.

Walked in to get a double helix and daith piercing, the place was cute and everyone was so nice! My piercer Shy was the sweetest and i was in and out in 30 min! Prices were also good, definitely going again :)

Got my first piercing here, the process was easy and straightforward. kit was great throughout it, finished my piercing in no time without any issue. my friend came with me to get an earlobe set, and he is prone to fainting with needles, but he was taken care of well throughout his piercings. definetly a good experience all around

I’ve gotten tattoos from both Brettany and Hannah multiple times in the last year and I could not recommend them more! Both artists have been incredible to work with. Beyond amazing work and a supportive relationship, Brettany in particular has been an absolute gem of an artist to work with. Every session she takes the time to listen to my thoughts/ideas and helps create true art out of them. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and feel supported during the entire session.The shop as a whole has been incredibly welcoming and I always feel at ease coming in the shop (an experience that I have felt extreme anxiety over in other shops). Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so nice and encouraging. This is truly one of the best shops I’ve had the joy of using and I cannot wait to go back for many more sessions!

My son and I visited yesterday. I got my nose pierced with Kit. She was amazing. She calmed me down and it was so quick. She talked about after care and explaining everything to the T. I got an eyebrow piercing by Kit and she was amazing! She comforted me and before I knew it, it was done! She did it in no time and the prices were affordable! Definitely will be back for a second piercing.

I got a 2nd nose piercing by Kit and she was amazing! Not only was her personality the sweetest, she lined my nose piercing up perfectly with my left nose piercing! It didn’t hurt! She helped me take it like a G! She also examined my nose and told me what size jewelry to place in it! She was so knowledgeable! You can tell she is passionate about what she does!

Had no plans of getting a piercing. Kit told me about the anti-tragus, and decided to go for it. This is my 3rd piercing from her & she never disappoints! So sweet, clean & talks you through it all. 10/10 recommend!

This was the first time Ive ever gotten my ears pierced, and I was pretty nervous. I was prone to passing out due to a fear of needles, so it was a pretty scary thing to get into. The process, though, was great. I let the artist know that I was prone to passing out, and I was taken care of very well. After the first ear, I let them know that I might pass out and they put the chair back and talked to me to get my mind off the nervousness. As someone scared as all hell of needles, I highly recommend the place if its your first, second, or even your fifth piercing. Thank you to the artists and Ill be back for my third piercing soon!

Great, friendly receptionist at the front desk. Called before I arrived and she gave me great feedback and what I would need to bring with me. My daughter got her 2nd ear piercing by Kat. Kat was sweet and personable. She did a great job at calming my daughter and prepping her for the piercing. Also, the facility was nice, clean and welcoming.

I just had the absolute best experience getting pierced with Kit Kat. She took the time to go over everything before and after, and helped make me so comfortable. Im so glad she was there when I walked in! I love this cool little shop, everyone was so friendly. Definitely go see Kit Kat if you are wanting a piecing!

Kit Kat did a great job with my nose piercing. She was patient and helped me choose which side would look best. About a week after getting it done the top fell out and she helped me put it back. Would highly recommend!

I have snake bites and had gotten them downsized the day before by a piercer that was not my regular piercer. They both fell out and by some miracle I was able to get them both back in. I went into the shop and Kit helped me right away. She is always so friendly and takes care of her clients. Definitely recommend fresh image, and specifically Kit for all my piercing needs.

Kit was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING for my vertical industrial. She was honest and told me a horizontal wouldn’t work with my anatomy, and came up with a solution for me. I am absolutely obsess with the work she did, and she made a very painful piercing seamless and easy for me. I highly recommend Kit to anyone wanting a piercing. You can see her passion and drive in everything she does. I adore Kit and will only get pierced by her from now on!

I went the other day to get an ear piercing. The staff was so nice and welcoming, and the place was very clean and well kept which is important to me. Kit was who helped me and she was amazing, you can definitely tell she knew what she was doing! Highly recommend this place. 10/10!

I’ve gone to Valen at Fresh Image 3 times now and picked designs from her flash book. i always have such a great experience with her; not only is she an incredible artist, but she works fast, makes sure i’m comfortable, and checks on me throughout the appointment. the atmosphere is great, they play good music, the shop and equipment are very clean and i always feel welcome there. 10/10 experience!

My husband & I went in for some tattoos & had some great work done by Kris & KP. I also opted for a septum piercing, which was done by the lovely Kit & her apprentice, Serenity. Everybody in the shop was so friendly (despite having no AC) & we def will be back for our future needs!

Got tattooed with Valen here about a week ago and for it to be my first tattoo I had an incredible experience. She made sure i understood the whole process and even helped me with placement when she felt my original placement wouldnt have been the best for my specific tattoo. It is healing wonderfully and I truly couldnt be happier, I am obsessed with it. Would definitely recommend to other and go back myself.

This shop is the best - two badass piercers here!From 1/1/24. Kit did an amazing job in my rook piercing! She educated me on the placement based on my ear anatomy first & is clearly a skilled piercer because it was significantly less painful than I had imagined! Thanks, Kit!

I got my ears pierced here and I 10/10 recommend coming here. I got both my upper lobe piercings and a helix. Kat was super helpful. She gave great advice and was very knowledgeable about piercings. She knew the metal percentage and how it can be irritable for some people and offered alternatives if you are sensitive. I am so I got threaded titanium. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very friendly. She talked to me the entire time keeping me distracted from the possible pain or just nervousness of a piercings so again I definitely recommend going to her for all ages especially if you’re younger or taking your child she is the best!

I had the best piercing experience I could’ve hoped for with Kit! Her and her apprentice Seth made me feel very comfortable and a lot less nervous than I initially felt coming in! When we came in we were given such a warm welcome by the girl at the front desk! Zero complaints about anybody there, everyone had such a good vibe! Shy was very nice and very professional. Has great energy. Went initially for another piercing. She gave her honestly professional opinion *which I appreciate. So I opted for a nipple piercing instead. Ill definitely be back! I thoroughly enjoyed my experience!

I hate to say this bc i dont like leaving bad reviews but Ive gone here about three times and every time it did not go well. The first time was for an double helix piercing and the girl was super nice but she hit a vein in my ear dead on and the next day i woke up drenched in blood. The second was for a tattoo and the lady (who has quit i believe) was not great. She was incredibly late, did the design day of and made us wait despite the fact shed had what i wanted weeks ahead. She did not tattoo me deep enough so it looked faded so i went back about three weeks later and found out she quit. The new lady who did my touch up (which i was told would be free and it was but because she was a different artist she didnt know and was obviously very upset about it) wasnt very nice and did not touch up the areas i wanted, and she only glanced at what i had wanted. I dont think this place is terrible but if your getting a tattoo id be a bit wary.

Absolutely love this studio!! We have been a couple of times now and the young lady at the front is very sweet and professional. It is a small entry, but you are greeted and helped from the moment you walk in. We worked with Shy and have used her for multiple piercings. She is sweet with a great sense of humor and personality that puts you at ease. She is very thorough and goes over all questions, makes sure the piercing is understood from a health and hygiene standard as well as an aesthetic view to determine piercing location. She makes sure everything is perfect and her work area is immaculate and she takes her time when checking marks and confirming that placement is perfect before doing the piercing. We love Shy and will be back!!

For my birthday, I wanted to get my first tattoo. Hannah was my tattoo artist and she did an amazing job while also putting me at ease! I just recently got a tattoo from Valen and I love it so much!! She drew up the design based on my grandmothers clown dolls and I couldn’t be happier with the results :)) She made the whole process super easy and throughly explained to me each step she was doing, which made the whole experience that much more enjoyable! I loved my visit so much! I got my daith pierced on my left ear, and got a third hole in my left earlobe. Shy was very knowledgable, gentle (as much as she could be), and FUNNY!! My friend and I both got ear piercings, and we stayed for over an hour just to enjoy her company. The price was very fair, and so far my new piercings are healing fine. I highly recommend going to Shy for piercings, shes such a cool person.

My wife and I stopped in and chatted with the staff and I talked with Bobby, who became my artist.The entire staff are friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, talented. Ive always wanted my nose pierced. While visiting my sister in Texas, I decided to take the leap and get it done. Kit did my piercing and she was AMAZING!!! I was very nervous and kept my eyes closed the whole time but Kit put me right at ease. She told me step-by-step what she would be doing. It was quick and she took so much time telling me how to care for it. Check this place out!!!! I highly recommend them!!!

Do not go here. Paid a deposit to get a tattoo. The artist sent a text 2hrs before the appointment saying she was sick. Then was ghosted for a few weeks. Finally I text her saying I want my deposit back and she replied NO because they have a no refund policy. She also stated that she did not cancel. This artists name is Julie. I called the shop and they also would not budge on the refund, because of the shops policy. Julie continues to not reply to my text. Would not even reply after I gave in and asked if the deposit could go into a different tattoo. The deposit was only 60 dollars, but it is the principle of the situation. Julie please do not do this to anyone else. It is clearly thievery. Anyone could clearly understand if the customer canceled on the appointment; however, not the so called artist. This was supposed to be a birthday gift and needed to be done at a certain time.OK, now I understand the situation. Half of what you replied back with is a complete total lie. You are all crooked I guess. Its sad when grown men and women grow up with no integrity. Yall just keep the money we have already forgotten about it. Some peoples kids.

I walked in without an appointment, Hannah was amazing! I told her what I wanted & she worked with me to create exactly what I was looking for. It was a very small tattoo and she made it look so beautiful. I will definitely be going back to get more tattoos with her!

Mea was our Tattoo Artist, she was very sweet and extremely down to earth. She was very clean and knowledgeable on her craft. She cared if we were comfortable and even allowed us time to look in the mirror once she was complete. We will use her services in the future for sure! Thanks Mea!

I’d been thinking about getting my helix pierced for awhile, but kept having cold feet. So, last Friday when I decided to go for it, I was super excited but also nervous. However, Shy was upbeat, friendly and chill, which made me feel more comfortable and it went by quicker than I thought it would. She was willing to answer any of my questions (but they had escaped me in the moment due to my nerves, hah). She suggested I use NeilMed Sterile Saline Wound Wash 1-2 times a day. I owe a smooth healing process to her recommendation. It’s been one week, and my ear is way less red and tender. I’d highly recommend Shy. If I ever decide to get more piercings, I’d definitely see her again!

We were referred here by a friend, and came here from Abilene. Our original artist wound up having a family emergency, and the shop QUICKLY found a solution for us! Everyone was so sweet and friendly. Kit did my piercing and she was amazing and made sure I had everything I needed for aftercare and even offered to check my local shops for a reference when time to change my jewelry out! Hannah did both our tattoos on the fly and she did such an amazing job and stayed super late to make sure we both got finished ❤️ highly recommend both the artists and the shop in general!! I came in to change out my nose stud to a hoop, it was packed when I walked in, but Shy was really quick to not only take care of me, but other people. She took time to listen to what I was wanting and even though she was busy she changed my piercings out and did a fantastic job. She also hyped me up afterwards making me feel confident. My then six year old daughter wanted her ears pierced, and after doing some online research, we decided to have them done with a professional piercer as opposed to the traditional ear piercing gun. There were LOTS of reasons for our decision including contamination, tissue trauma and healing times. We showed up right before the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year to get our girl’s ears pierced. This is the first time we met Kit. She laid down the rules right away - while we were there, our daughter would be in charge. There would be no sneak attacks, no bribing and no threats. If she decides that she wasn’t comfortable getting her ears pierced, that was her decision. Once we got settled in, our daughter started having second thoughts. Kit was very patient, explained the whole process in a manner that our six year old understood, and answered every single one of her questions without any hesitancy, no matter how crazy they were. After 45 minutes, the decision was made that she wasn’t quite ready, and Kit invited her back to try again after 6 months if we wanted. We offered to pay for her time, and the gesture was refused. Fast forward to April of 2023….our daughter is now seven, and had been asking for about six weeks if she could try again, so we finally agreed to take her back to see Kit. The process was the same as before, but this time, we were able to get it done. Kit and the rest of the group there were so sweet and made our girl comfortable. It has been two weeks and these are the cleanest piercings I’ve ever seen. Very minimal initial swelling, no redness, no fights when cleaning. We are very happy. If you have a little one, six years or older that is ready for ear piercing, I highly recommend Fresh Image Tattoo.

I recently got a tattoo done by Brettany. I had an awesome experience here without a doubt. I wanted to wait until the tattoo had healed before I wrote a review, took a little longer than expected but no issues. Anyways she did a great job, did fast work for a great price and my half sleeve turned out killer. I had her finish up the background on a ship and lighthouse piece I had already started and it is super clean. I’ll be going back to her to finish the rest of the sleeve.

I came to change my jewelry on my septum I had just got pierced hours before at a different place (the original hoop was too small and had to be changed) Shy took me in and helped me out. She was amazing and took great care of me. I had bad trauma response for getting it pierced a few hours prior and ended up passing out twice on Shy. She caught me both times and held me till I woke back up then she gave me some glucose tabs and water immediately. I felt welcomed the whole time and was very taken care of! Thank you Shy!!

Came in here because a different piercing shop pierced my belly button too high, leaving it to start rejecting. Kit was super helpful in removing my jewelry and informing me on different navel shapes, jewelry types, and why the piercing didn’t work out from the other place. GO HERE! The Staff here is AMAZING! They were super friendly on the phone before my visit and even nicer in person. Our technicians name was Shy, and shes anything BUT! She was SO friendly, caring, and informative and she totally disarmed my nervous 10 yr old and got her smiling and excited to go through the ear piercing process. We had a horrible experience her first ear piercing go round with another company that shall remain nameless (Claires), and the people at Fresh Image totally erased that nightmare! Pricing is transparent, fair and upfront! Im not a person who normally writes reviews, but if I dont do this itd be a disservice to Fresh Image AND others who need to know where to go to get their tattoo and piercing needs met! Also, the shop is bright, clean, and had awesome music throughout!

Wow! I cannot rate this place highly enough! After another piercing studio allowed me to change my nose stud to a ring way too soon, I was in a lot of pain and couldn’t get the ring out myself. I walked in to fresh image with no appointment and they sorted me out really quickly. Reception staff were so friendly, and Kit, the piercer who took care of me was just amazing! She was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. Even though I was super nervous, she calmed my nerves and she changed out my piercing really efficiently and quickly, causing minimal pain. Had my nipples pierced by Kit. This was a birthday gift. Kit was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I experienced a vasovagal response after the second piercing was completed. This is a natural biological response to the piercing and not due to the skill of the piercer. What I was extremely impressed by was Kit’s immediate recognition of what I was experiencing and her fast response. I was unable to communicate what was happening, because of the extreme nausea and fighting passing out. Kit knew without me even speaking what was going on and how to tend to me and comfort me. I quickly recovered in large part due to having a true professional working on me. Kit did my nipple piercings and also an industrial bar on my daughter. I highly recommend this location and specifically Kit for any piercing for an adult or minor. Very, very clean and sterile!!!! Excellent after care instructions. Follow them! It is nice to think that your piercing will go without any issues, but it is worth the money to make sure you have a real professional taking care of you if something does happen. Very happy with the experience and my nips look awesome. Thanks Kit!

Unfortunately, just a year after getting a small, three word tattoo done, it is extremely faded and raised. Upon consulting with another shop, I was told that it was due to negligence by the artist. For the amount I paid (which I have come to find out was higher than it should have been), I should not be dealing with this problem. Take your money elsewhere.

It was super busy for the Friday the 13th flash (as expected), and I’m sure they were stressed and swamped, but every single person I interacted with was so incredibly kind. I believe my artist’s name was Enler, and even with the long and growing waitlist, he didn’t rush at all and took his time. It was also actually my very first tattoo, and it was difficult to feel nervous in such a welcoming environment. I loved it here and absolutely plan to come back, and recommend you pay a visit as well :-)One of the piercers, Kit, was running the line for most of my wait time. Super kind and great with clients, and did a great job of keeping the wait times accurate and quoting them so people weren’t waiting super long after the time stated. At the very end of my time in line, she switched with the other piercer, Shy, who came out to run the line. Though I didn’t directly interact with her, Shy had such a lively and joyful personality. Both seem like wonderful people and you could tell they both love being piercers. I hope to get stabbed by them at some point!

I came here last minute yesterday as my 5 year old finally decided she wanted her ears pierced. I wanted to hurry along the opportunity as we know toddlers change their minds and wanted her to stay “Brave”. She convinced me to pierce my ears (3rd hole) as well to show her it’s easy peasy… well what made it so easy was our piercer, Kit. She was patient, explained things well, really cared about experience and def cared about my making my 5 year old comfortable. She set expectations from the beginning that it was my daughters choice and if she can’t handle it or was uncomfortable for any reason, that she would stop and we were welcome back to try again.She also ended up teaching my very curious daughter about crystals (she loves rocks and was interested in Kit’s decor). After we got her first ear done, she was nervous for the 2nd and asked to hold one of her crystals. You can tell these crystals meant a lot to her and without hesitation not only did she agree to let her hold it, she also ended up gifting it to my daughter and explaining to put it on window for the moon to hit. It’s one of the happiest times I have seen my daughter.I have no need for anymore piercings but just may have to just to see Kit again- if you and/or esp your young kid are wanting this, please consider her.

Took my kid in for a septum piercing and ended up getting a tattoo for my self. From the moment we entered the shop everyone was very friendly. The shop is very clean and organized. Tyco did did an archive job with my tattoo! I would definitely return.

Our tattoo artist, Brettany, did an AMAZING job with mine and my wife’s tattoos. She made the experience relaxing, fun, memorable, and enjoyable for both of us. She did a fabulous job on both of them! I really look forward to using her again for a lower half sleeve!

Shyyyy omg shyyyy she was the best I was so scared to get my piercing she was patient with me from beginning to end !! I came back within to the next 2 days and got another piercing . Her vibe was amazing . I love herrr !!!

I got my septum pierced by shy, and it went really well! Even though I was nervous, she explained it step by step beforehand and made me feel very comfortable with the whole thing. Overall, it was a great first piercing experience.

Steph did my piercings today. My nose and my nipples. She has this relaxed confidence that makes you feel at ease. It was so quick and easy, little to no pain for both piercings. If you’re looking for a place to get pierced or tattoo, I highly recommend. All the staff are great here and do the best they can to make sure you have a great experience. Great job team. Will come again if I’m ever in town!
