Ive been coming here for about 8 months for my back tattoo removal, and I couldnt be happier with the experience! Initially, the pain was tolerable—like the sensation of snapping rubber bands repeatedly. Bonsai is very professional and informative about the tattoo removal process. I have only completed one session and can already notice my tattoo starting to disappear. The process is self is not nearly as painful as people make it seem, even in the hand it was very bare-able. I have my second session coming up soon and I’m excited to get in and see what happens!!

I have had two sessions on my tattoo far with bonsai! Currently healing from my second session. Both have been 10x better than the single one I had while I was in OK. I feel comfortable talking and asking questions regarding my tattoo and the healing process as well. He is very knowledgeable and patient with the whole process doesn’t make you feel unwelcome. So far so good! I have had 4 previous sessions with other laser removal companies. Bonsai has faded my tattoo more in 2 than the others combined. The staff is very professional & know quite a bit about the process. I was surprised to see that they keep detailed notes on everything, as I can’t keep track in-between sessions. I bought an additional 3 session package and hope to be back soon. Wish they were closer to the southern DFW area!

Daniel was absolutely amazing. I have several tattoos I would like removed but we started off with my exhusbands name on the side of my left hand. My left hand is my dominate hand and I am so tired of seeing the name of the man who put me through so much! Wow! Is all I can say! I’ve been wanting to get my tatoo removed for years now and finally took that leap! Was generally nervous about it to begin with, but Daniel was absolutely AMAZING! He made me feel soo comfortable, and was so informative about the entire process! The office was nice and comfy, he was so nice and knew all the ins and outs, and when the time came to finally start my process of removal it could not have even taken 5 minutes! I was nervous it would hurt, but not even that! I highly recommend this place! I know Daniel will take extra care of anyone who walks in that door and will exceed satisfactory needs! Also you really can’t beat his prices! So if you were looking for a sign to get that tatoo removed! Do it! You will not regret coming to this place I give a 20 out of 10! I feel like u just CANT beat this place!
