I am so very impressed with the artist Dalton. I had an idea of what I wanted and sat down and talked to him. He took my idea and came up with a design that I could not be more proud of. He gave me everything I wanted in my tattoo. I would 100% recommend him to ANYONE wanting something special done. Extremely talented. And he was super easy to talk to for the entire 7 hours I was there, great vibe and awesome atmosphere!!

My wife and I were going to dinner and a movie and decided to turn it into a dinner and tattoo instead.. just wanted something simple, easy, and spontaneous.. we walked in with no expectations and was told they did have an artist available… he proceeded to talk my wife out of it.. kinda ruined the whole vibe and wouldn’t stop talking about money and you get what you pay for and told us tattoos are forever .. we are 40+ I think we know what a tattoo is.. for reference I have my entire back done along with multiple other tattoos. We didn’t want complicated we wanted fun and easy. We left with no tattoos and went to another shop that understood the assignment. Tipped our artist $100 on 2 hours of work just for saving the night.

Big fan of Jason and his shop. Stopped in for a 2.5-3 hr piece and the other guy, Dalton, did a lil piece for my ol lady. Dalton laid down arguable the cleanest VERY SMALL linework I have seen someone do. Also really funny and professional. Made my ol ladys experience very pleasant and comfortable.Now Jason? That dude 96-97 Michael Jordan with a tattoo machine. Hes got a gentler hand when it comes to tattooing, does it just enough to properly deposit the ink without destroying your arm/leg etc and giving you ink blowout. Nobody wants ink blowout. Great eye for design as well, also extremely professional.I will say that while they do offer very reasonable pricing and IMO affordable for tattoos, you have to understand you get what you pay for and with these guys, it is 100% worth the money. You can rate shop and find somebody that might do it cheaper, or you can pay a reasonable rate and have this shop do your work and rest assured it will come out great. Will definitely visit again after lake season to have them do a half sleeve, and certainly looking forward to it.

Absolutely love my memorial tattoo! I have to go back for color but Dalton was just the best! Awesome conversation, good vibes. He took 4 different pic I wanted and turned it all into one. theresa was amazing too

Jason and Theresa was very curtious and professional. The shop is clean and organized. Their prices are very reseonable. Great people all around, and i will not be going to anyone else for my ink work.

I called last minute and due to a cancellation they were able to get me in. The co-owner was super nice and accommodating. Her daughter (Nikki) was the one to do my tattoo. It was a simple design but she did amazing. She also gave me tips on what would look best and what wouldn’t. I appreciated the feedback. I will be back and I will recommend to others! Awesome place!

I had a wonderful experience, my husband and I both got a tattoo today. Justen was amazing and he did such an awesome job! I will continue to go back here. The lady at the front desk was just so sweet, made my experience that even more enjoyable. Thank you Justen for our amazing tattoos! :))

I gave 1 star only because 0 was not an option. With our upcoming wedding we left the courthouse and on a whelm pulled into the tatoo place to get wedding ring tattoos. I was super stoked, followed by a ton of stress and an overwhelming amount disappointment.it started I had one design picked out but I asked about getting a dermal when I was told yes I went for a simple band , a simple black horizontal line, when we left we were told just walk in tomorrow. We came and was told lets make an appointment. Show up to the apartment after being told on the phone after all of this a dermal in the finger was not a good idea and that she would add some details to my tat but when we got there she said were not doing nothing tonight made another appointment and 1 hr before this appointment (that I rescheduled 2 things for to say that they werent going to tatoo on a fresh tattooed area its been 4 days completely healed and should have considered it when you scheduled the appointment. So my husband told them he was getting tired of the Bs and just wanted to get it done so we can part ways she says come up here and get your full cash refund but because my husband snapped (can you blame him?) No refund just more wasted gas no money no added details . my husbands tatoo was done in the wrong color ink no big deal he wanted green but was ok with the black. So we obviously didnt get there standard treatment if this reviews are real, can someone please explain to me why we didnt get a 4 or 5 star experience too? Thanks for ruining what was supposed to have been a beautiful life experience.

The most awesome experience Ive ever had while waiting and getting the tattoo. The people were very nice and made me feel comfortable and my new tattoo is AWESOME. After the experience I had in Adkins, at that tattoo shop, and I never made it back to get the tattoo, it was much needed. Thank you guys and gals and I will be back 😍

I recently had my first ever tattoo done at this place the woman at the front desk was very helpful in the process of getting it started and she made me less nervous about getting my first tattoo. The artist who did the tattoo justen Roberts is one cool dude if youre looking for a tattoo this is the place to be and I highly recommend you ask for Justen Roberts. I get all kind of compliments on the work he did.

Sean at Big Country killed it! I put a deposit down in May of 2020, right after my dad passed away and then COVID shut everything down. Over a year later they honored that deposit saying, we dont want to haggle with people over money, we want to tattoo people. I finally got the tattoo in tribute to my father and I love it. Down to earth folks, nowhere near rude or unprofessional. Great environment, great conversation and oh yeah Bada$$ TATTOOS! Thanks!

I have 21 tattoos, all but 1 done in LR. I went in the shop before hand to see their books and hand writing. It all looked good so I booked a time. The owner did the work. He was very rude, no friendly talk. I had a simple “from darkness comes light” and it looks like a 10 yr old wrote it. Maybe I was use to the place I always went. I’m ready for another but won’t be here!

They have a nice location on main street. The building is comfortable, the staff is polite and helpful. Havent had a tattoo there so I cant speak to the artists personally but they do good work judging by pictures. If youre on the market for a piercing or tattoo then stop by and chat with the staff a while.

My artist wasn’t very friendly with me, didn’t really acknowledge me and seemed almost irritated. Session felt rushed. Got a simple outline of a diamond and the lines are uneven and squiggly. Didn’t bother going back to have it fixed because the only way to hide the uneven lines would be to make them thicker and I don’t want that. They’re already thicker than I wanted anyway. Won’t be back.

Clean, good atmosphere. My piercing took a bit to do, Im not sure if my nose just didnt cooperate or if the lady didnt know what she was doing. Will definitely come back!

Wife got a small piece, did great, now I am in process of designing full arm here, would definitely recommend, of course Im letting work on me and my wife so how could I not recommend?

Walking into BIG COUNTY TATTOOS. After paying a deposit the week before. Their was confusions about my tatto in general and size. They already scheduled tattooz for the hr, 30 mins after I got their and should have got started.. only to be told no one thought about my tattoo and the schetch wasnt even drawn up. I was asked to reschedule. After I left and though about it. I deciced I would just get back the deposit I paid and go to a shop that would give me more of a professional feel. I learned I could not get my deposit back. So I lost that money. Plus the money I could have made pulling a double at work today, which I asked off for.However Losing that money will be worth it once I find someone who is as interested in the challenge that my cover up will take.With that being said I have seen some of the work done their. Ive never seen anything majorly wrong with any of them.This is just my experience.

Went in got a sick crying virgin peace on my arm it was outlined horribly back home in a garage and he completely transformed it the shop experience was great friendly people indeed def getting more work done
