Had a walk-in and the owner pierced me herself! It was such an amazing experience. I was nervous but she walked me through the whole process and didnt judge me for wanting to try different placements over and over again. The studio was SUPER clean and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend a thousand times over!

Came here for our daughters eighth birthday. She was a little nervous, but was made comfortable by staff. They had my daughter help Pierce a stuffed teddy bears ears first. she got to keep the stuffed animal and loves it. this made my daughter excited for the process. Loved the recommendations, kindness and professionalism. I understand why this place is the number one piercing studio in Southern Utah. Great Job!

I absolutely love my visit I came in 4 weeks ago to get my ears repierced they did a better job than the first time I got my ears pierced. It was so calm and inviting.They spent a good minute making sure I liked the placement. They also had a great selection of jewelry. One of my earrings fell out early and I was able to go back and get a replacement earring. just overall a great experience. I will be coming back for future piercings.

I loved my experience! The shop itself is beautiful the decor is amazing! The staff was nice and even though it was busy kept everything running smoothly. They are size inclusive which is a huge plus. The piercing was quick and easy. Theybhad a wide selection of jewlery options. They were very clean and over all great! We took our young daughter here to get her ears pierced and we have had such a good experience. When we have come in with questions, everyone has been so helpful and kind to my daughter and they take such good care of her. I feel confident in the staff and very welcome there. Im not typically one to write reviews, but Medusas is hands down the best piercing experience Ive ever had! I have tried to get a double piercing on my lobes 3 times now. The first time, they were a disaster, and uneven, and so far apart. The second time they were still farther apart than I would have liked, but better so I didnt really care. Finally I went to Medusa, hoping they could give me a third set of piercings in between the two I already had (or just anything to fix my ears and make them not look so odd. The owner was SO helpful! She was patient, and honest and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about our plan, and not just pressured to get more piercings I would regret later. This is the first time I love how my piercings look!! She completely fixed everything and they look better than I ever expected! Not to mention the best pricing Ive ever seen from a piercing studio. 10/10 recommend!!

I had the best experience here getting my 7 month old’s ears pierced! The entire staff was so kind. We worked with Jenelle and she was great with my kids and very knowledgeable. It was very clean as well! 10/10 recommend!

I took my daughter there to replace a set of earrings that were all but impossible to remove (from a different place). The owner of the shop took great care of my very sensitive-eared daughter. I was SO impressed with the place and wished we werent just traveling through, because I would definitely have gone here for my own piercings and those of my other daughter. I went in spur of the moment to get my seconds done, and it was a great experience! Rio was great, and she paid a lot of attention to detail. She made sure I was happy and thought about any future piercing I might get so it would all look good. I would definitely go again!

Ive been coming to Medusa for awhile now and Ive been happy with my experience every single time! I love that they allow walk ins especially when you just need a jewelry change, down size, etc. They know their stuff and they dont charge ridiculous amounts for their service, please see them for all your piercings/jewelry needs. Dont listen to any negative reviews, if you have a problem or concern with your piercing they are always more than happy to help you!

They’re so amazing! Probably the best piercing studio in all of Utah. They’ve pierced every one I’ve had except my firsts (8! Including septum, daith, and helix) and are so kind and professional and caring! Go here if you can! Love yall!

Super quick and welcoming towards walk-ins. Great for those who might not know what they want to get. Provided plastic pieces so I could visualize the piercing which was super helpful. Definitely my new piercing place.

Sam and Genial were so great with our brave 7 year old. She was a little nervous to get her lobes pierced but it was a clean/friendly environment. They let her pick the earrings and color. I went and got my two daughter’s ears pierced here. I am beyond pleased!!! They took so much time to help my girls understand what was happening and feel like a princess. This is seriously the best place in town for littles to go. They went above and beyond and worth every penny. They are so professional and kind and know just how to treat children to help them through this experience.

Fantastic experience with Miranda and Genial when I had the daith pierced in each ear.The studio is clean and inviting. Two customers can be helped at the same time. A common waiting area for Medusas and the other small businesses has padded chairs and benches if you arrive a few minutes early.Miranda walked me through the process of what to expect during the piercing and what she was doing during the procedure. Genial provided assistance and aftercare education.Titanium jewelry is provided and is part of the piercing price. Prices are reasonable.The ladies help clients of all ages adjusting their interaction and instructions to be age appropriate for the person being pierced.Fabulous choice for piercing studio.

I accompanied my granddaughter in to have her ears pierced and was amazed. The woman who took her back was so kind and friendly that she put my girl at ease. I have always hated my first piercings because they are a little low on my lobe. When I came in, Genial helped me figure out to dress up my low piercings so I could feel more confident with them. She was amazing, triple checking everything and showing such care for me. I had a great experience and would highly recommend! The smallhoop is my first piercing--the other two were done by Genial (and we did both sides).

I went here to get my daith piercing done while my husband got his double lobe piercing and they were amazing! The piercers were so kind and professional, the equipment was high quality and sterile, and the studio was decorated and relaxed. They have lots of information about how to care for the new piercings plus lots of cute options to choose from for body jewelry and earrings. Overall, 100/10 experience, my husband and I are definitely coming back here next time we want a piercing done!

The BEST! I got my septum pierced and it was quick and easy. My 10 year old daughter got her second lobe piercings and they were amazing! She brought in her teddy bear and they “demonstrated” the ear piercing on her bear. We LOVED it!

I went here today to get my septum pierced and it was wonderful! they did a great job piercing me and it was quick and painless, i really think they were thorough finding the right spot to pierce and i really appreciate that! today was my birthday and on the way to their shop we got a flat tire. we ended up being almost an hour and a half late but even when i called when it first happened they were so kind and understanding. they were an awesome studio, im definitely coming back!!

Of all the piercing and tattoo studios I’ve visited, none have made me feel as comfortable about a piercing! I’ve been pierced by both Ally and Genial, and both are fantastic at what they do. The studio is very clean, and they use very sterile practices!! They are thorough with jewelry selection, and really cared about my preferences. I went here today, 01/25/24, and it was amazing!! so many jewelry options, extremely professional staff. Im terrible with names so I apologise, but the lady that pierced me was amazing, listened to me when I asked if my posts were long enough for swelling, listened to my stepmom with her concerns, walked me through everything that was going on, and opened the needles in front of me so I knew they were single use and sterile. VERY clean office and piercing area, switched her gloves for everything, I didnt see a single thing on the floor, I didnt even see dust on the paintings. 10/10 will be returning for more in the future.Im from Cedar, so if you need piercings done I would 100% recommend here. VERY fair prices.Huge thank you to the staff, it was amazing.

Oh. My. Gosh. First, the customer service is AMAZING! So accommodating. So patient. I took my 11 month twins in to get their ears pierced. The girls were so sweet with my twins. They were so patient when we gave them their sippys and snacks to help them feel calm. They kept asking if I was comfortable in the chair. If it needed to be laid back or feet up. And after they let me take the time to calm my babies down before continuing. The studio was very clean! And the piercing process was very clean as well. Afterward, they gave us all the info we needed for aftercare and some cute “I got my ears pierced” stickers. We will be telling all our friends and going back as well!!

Was a walk in to get some poor quality jewelry from a different place replaced. They fit me in even though I didnt have an appointment and they were booked. She was so gentle with my sore ears and wasnt over priced. I definitely appreciated their willingness to help a girl out.

I took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. They were so sweet to her. Genial explained everything they were going to do to her. She had brought a stuffed kitty with her. Genial did everything to the kitty and had my daughter watch. They even pierced the kitties ears. A FREE SERVICE THEY DO! My daughter was nervous but eased up after seeing them peirce her kitty. I can’t recommend this place enough! Very clean store with lots of jewelry selection. They are also VERY nice and accommodating. I brought my 18 month old here to get her ears pierced and they went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable.

I dont remember the ladys name that pierced my daughters belly button. But she did an amazing job. Was super calm with her when she was nervous.

Ive been to many Piercing studios across the US & Medusas has trumped them all. The studio itself was extremely clean & inviting. An array of inventory was neatly displayed from unique, handmade pieces, beautiful piercing jewelry, to 1st time jewelry for kids - all of which was very reasonably priced. The specialist, Genial, did a FABULOUS job with both my daughter and I. She was knowledgeable, helpful, beyond friendly & totally exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect start to a Mother/Daughter day made even better by Medusas!

I’m relatively new in town after having moved here just last summer and by early 2023 I wanted to get a new piercing. After doing some googling I decided to give Medusa’s a try. Since February I’ve been 3 times & I have another appt next month. Genial & Ally have always been there when I was there and they’re both extremely friendly, welcoming, professional & their studio is very clean. You never feel rushed when you’re deciding on what cute jewellery piece you want, or placement, which just makes you feel that extra bit more welcomed and at ease. I went in to get a daith piercing in both ears. I had previously had my left one done, seven years ago, but it was such a horrible experience, I let it close over. I was a little nervous because of that experience, but Ally was absolutely fantastic! I love that they use the numbing cream and clearly explain the after care needed to maintain a healthy piercing. I would use them again in a heartbeat!! Very clean set up and great staff.

This studio is full of the most wonderful people, they make you feel like a close friend, the vibes are comforting and the energy of the whole place screams welcoming. I just had some trouble with my piercing from my own mistake but they were completely aware of how to handle the situation and knew exactly how to help, they made the situation 1000X less stressful. This is forever my go to place in town for any piercing.

I absolutely adore Genial and this piercing studio! I’ve gotten 3 piercings from her so far and she always does such an amazing job. They are healing so well! She makes sure that I have the jewelry that I want and that the positioning is perfect on my ear. She always takes into account my wants, ear anatomy, and makes sure that I am so comfortable. It’s truly no wonder this shop has such a high star rating. Genial was so incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I love the placement and hardware of choice for each of my new (and old) piercings. I came in with a group of 3 other girls and we each left with huge smiles on our faces. I was a little nervous picking somewhere to get my piercing done since I was on vacation and didnt know much about any shops nearby. I found medusa and looked and the reviews which drove me there. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. I was very impressed that the piercing price had jewelry included (although i upgraded). Had I got the included jewelry my helix wouldve only been $50 which is so cheap comparatively! I got my conch done somewhere else and my jewelry alone was $50. Ally did my piercing and she did a great job. She made me feel very comfortable and walked me through exactly what she was going to do and when. She also checked for any big veins so she wouldnt hit them. The piercing was such a tiny pinch it was nothing. I havent had any problems or pain since I got my piercing. I followed her directions to clean twice a day and keep dry and it has been working beautifully. Easily the best experience I have had anywhere. They even took the time to look at my friends ear (she wasnt getting pierced) to see if she had the right shape to get an industrial. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will definitely go back.

Got my 7 yr Olds ears pierced by Genial today. Loved that she sterilized everything in an autoclave with us there, at the beginning of our appointment. We had my daughters ears pierced when she was a toddler, there was no sterilizing done right in front of us and her ears got infected following the appointment, so we had to take them out. So cleanliness was very important to me this time around! She explained everything to my daughter first so there were no surprises. She drew the placement dots and was great about repositioning until I liked where they were. Cute little piercing studio. Would definitely recommend.💜

I came in back in November for a conch piercing. Everything went great at the appointment and as advertised on their website, I was told the earring put into my ear was the surgical grade titanium. Fast forward 3 months and my ear was still bleeding and oozing despite cleaning it every day with the solution they advertise on their website. One night when I was sleeping, the earring fused to my pillow from the amount of liquid still coming out of it so when I woke up the next morning, the earring completely ripped through the back of my ear. I went to another piercer to have my ear checked. Upon showing him the earring, he told me immediately that the issue was the cheap earring that was put in my ear. He said the low quality metal caused my hole around my piercing to expand and that’s why it was able to rip through my ear. When I asked if we could just change out the jewelry, he said he could not in good conscience put something else in because I was so poorly pierced (he said the direction the piercing was facing was strange and was why it wasn’t healing) and strongly urged me to let the hole grow in and repierce in the future. I’ve contacted the owner with no response. Do not trust, they falsely advertise.

Medusa’s piercings was very professional and friendly! They made my daughter feel very comfortable and talked her through every step! It was a comfortable environment and great experience! They made sure any questions we had were answered and that we were taken care of! She is so in love with her piercing already and we will be coming back for more in the future!

I booked a piercing party for three or more people with some friends. Ally and Genial were so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Pricing is SO affordable and they have a wide variety of jewelry and services. Genial even took the time to look at the bump on my cartilage due to a past incorrect piercing. I had the BEST experience with a most painful reason for going in. My back dermals were infected and after 7 years of pain I went in on a whim and was taken in IMMEDIATELY by Geniel. Not only was she kind and understand but fast and absolutely amazing! She was able to take them out in ten minutes! No sweat! Many many thanks to her and for her time! This is truly a great place to have any piercing done ( or removed) we will be back in the future!

Medusas is one of my favorite piercing shops ever. They are super sanitary and will sanitize everything in front of you. They all are medical professionals and make sure you feel comfortable! Both Sam and Genial made my experiences amazing. I had some issues with a piercing so they fixed it and made sure everything was up to their standards. I came in with an irritated conch piercing. I had never been to Medusa’s before but they have been so so awesome. They’ve given lots of options to fix it and as of right now we changed my jewelry to start to heal it. I definitely will be keeping in contact while in the process and coming back for any other piercings I get. The staff are awesome and so so helpful!!

Genial pierced my nose and did a fantastic job. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. She made me feel comfortable and included me in the details of the process. This was one of my best experiences with piercings. Genial was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She listen to my past experiences having my daith pierced and told me that she would be with me through the whole healing process. I got my eyebrow pierced here and my roommate got her septum done, and it was such a great experience! It was my first real piercing and I was kind of nervous but Genial had such a good vibe and put me at ease instantly and talked me through everything. Had to get a CT scan & they didn’t inform me my ear piercings needed to be taken out (should have asked but it totally slipped my mind). Didn’t want to have to reschedule so the radiologist helped me take out my rook, two helix, and daith piercings. Needed help to get them put back in after so I did a quick search and swung by Medusas not realizing it was by appointment only. At the risk of being rude and imposing (don’t be like me lol) I waited for the current client to be finished up and explained my situation. Genial was SO nice and graciously offered to put everything back in on the spot. As she was doing so I explained that I had an issue with the sizing of one of my helix rings for which she was able to quickly determine the correct size and replace. On top of that she humored me by checking to see if my two tragus and three forward helix piercings that hadn’t had anything in them for 8+ years were still open and to my surprise they were. She gave me a couple of options for types of jewelry and kindly let me browse the nice selection available. Above and beyond accommodating. HIGHLY recommended this studio. Cute & clean shop with a very friendly & courteous owner.

I’ve been to this shop 3 times now and I am obsessed! The staff is so wonderful and caring and talk you through everything. The jewelry selection is incredible and being able to mix and match makes it even more personalized. At my most recent visit I had an anxiety attack and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. I can’t wait to come back and 100% recommend this shop!!

Amazing place, got my first ever piercings done here and it was super quick and welcoming for someone like me who didnt really know anything about piercings, best of all it was also by far the cheapest place in town. It may seem a little sketchy with there only being 12 reviews (at the time of writing), but trust me, they are all 5 stars for a reason. 10/10 would go here again.

I am so glad that I chose to go to Medusa’s piercing shop. They explained every step of the process which made me feel so comfortable and informed. They even went out of their way to fix an old piercing of mine that was crooked. I was also very pleased with the professionalism of the piercer and the cleanliness of the space. Genial has done almost all of my peircings. She is fantastic at peircing and finds the best placement for your anatomy. Shes accommodating and does my peircings with me lying down cause I have passed out before during peircing and this way I dont. The studio is inviting, and clean. I continue to come back for more peircing and wont go anywhere else!

I honestly dont know where to begin. I went in to Medusa piercing studio about some weeks ago. I will start with why I went there, I went there to get my jewelry changed becauseI wanted a new jewelry for my smiley. I had my smiley pierced in December by a professional piercer and it never got infected. I was baffled by the fact that I had to tell the lady to wear gloves and wash her hands because she wanted to lift my lip up with her bare hands. I put a pause to that real fast. So then she put gloves on. what made me more worried was that she changed my jewelry out 5 times before finding a right gage that would fit me. I thought to myself maybe she just doesnt have my size in gage. So then we finally settled on one gold ring for my smiley that looked good but then a week went bye and my smiley hurt alot and I thought the pain was normal because it was sore from being changed out so many times. So I cleaned it out with sea salt solution and thought it would get better. Then another week went by and green pus was coming out and blood and it was so sore I couldnt eat well. Im on antibiotics now due to an un-sterile parlor. I see alot of 5 stars Im not doubting your piercings arent great. I just want to make aware my experience was awful and sad. Also piercings are sapose to be taken seriously and with care. Going to someone cheap doesnt always mean they are gonna sterilize everything. Im only happy I had to change out a piercing jewelry and not get a piercing.

Cutest little piercing shop, got pierced by Ally. Not only was she super sweet, she’s also really knowledgeable! Took her time to make sure the earrings were right where I wanted.Shop is clean as well and you can tell they strive to keep it that way. Will be visiting again soon!

I have been wanting to get my septum pierced for the longest and came across Medusas Piercing Studio. At first I was iffy because they didnt have many reviews but decided to give them a shot and let me tell you, I had a really good experience. My piercer was Genial and she was so freaking cool. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable. She gave my lots of options as far as what type of septum jewelry I wanted and what size. I was so scared of it going wrong but I was surprised with a little pinch that was quick and easy and painless. My husband was even surprised by how professional and fast Genial completed the piercing. I do want more piercings and know where the right place to go now. She also provided me with aftercare tips and gave me her information in case I needed to ask her something after. I love my septum piercing and Im so glad it was beautifully done. Definitely the best piercing shop I have ever gone to. If youre wanting to get a piercing I definitely recommend this place 100%!!! You will not be disappointed !
