Kirsten was amazing! I have had multiple tattoos done by her and every time she goes above and beyond what I ask! She is very smooth with the needle and gives breaks to make you the most comfortable as she can while doing your tattoo. When it came to placement I was unsure, as originally we had the piece further up the thigh and off center. Kirsten gave her honest opinion when it came to placement and the colors with the process and I couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out! Her line work is beautiful and shading technique is on point! Kirsten was very sweet, bubbly, and personable and listened throughly to all my input and gave so many wonderful suggestions! All of the artists at the studio were wonderful! I’ll definitely be coming here for all my tattoos in the future! The tattoo artist, Bri, was great. I’m very happy with the quality of my tattoo and the shop has an artistic yet relaxed vibe. If you’re coming to this area also check out the local bookshop next door and try the fried fish at Locals Dockside on the riverwalk.

Mike has done about half my ink in another shop, and i’ve never once been disappointed! my newest is no exception. he’s always so professional, and really knows how to make you feel comfy in his presence. this business as a whole is a clean, friendly environment, with beautiful wall art! 10/10 would recommend.

Today I got my tattoo done by Kirsten. She is definitely a talented artist and I enjoyed my experience. She really made the piece come to life and its my new favorite tattoo.

This was the best tattoo experience I have had so far! I have visited a couple of different tattoo artists and have yet to find one where I would want to return. But I will 100% be back for more tattoos! Bobby was so sweet and understanding of what I wanted. I had her change stuff a couple times and she did not complain and listened to everything I asked of her. Emailed a rough idea of what I wanted for a memorial tattoo and Bri drew up a perfect design. She is so knowledgeable and we had a great conversation while she worked. I had a great experience with Bri! She made my half baked idea into a gorgeous reality by designing the tattoo with me right beside her, continuously getting my approval along the way and offering her own ideas for how to bring my vision to life. The environment was amazing too - just the right mix of music and Bri was great to talk to! Our time flew by. I’ve gotten tattoos before, but I think this shop would be a great choice for a beginner as well - Bri was compassionate and checked in on me throughout to make sure I was still ok. I will most definitely be back! I’ll share a picture when the bandage comes off!

AMAZING!!!!! me and my best friend walked in not know what kind of look we were going for and we walked out very happyBri does more than just give you a tattoo. She makes you feel comfortable. Makes sure the tattoo you’re getting is exactly what you want and exactly where you want it placed and she will not give up till it’s perfect. Bri very professional and extremely sweet Yesterday was my first time going to Bri but it definitely won’t be my last if someone asked me where I would go to get a tattoo I would hands-down send them to her!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about this shop or about having Bri do my tattoo. I booked an appointment with Bri after seeing her work with customer-drawn designs online. Something I loved was that the designs that other clients had designed were honored. I chose to book with her and I’m so glad. It was the most calm and wonderful experience. The atmosphere of this shop is so inviting. As soon as I came in, I was greeted with a smile and Bri made sure I was informed and satisfied with the tattoo at every step of the process. If you’re local, for sure go check it out and if you aren’t, find a way to make a trip. I hope to return some time in the future.

I was thrilled to participate in the first Sunday sale they did. The shop is awesome and the artists are amazing and so talented! They kept to the 1 hour time slot and my tattoo is so cute. Bri put her own artistic flair on it and it’s a special one of a kind Sully from Monsters Inc.

My experience at Eastern sun Cosmetics was amazing!Bri took care of me and was patient with any changes I requested on the tattoo. The price for the tattoo was very fair to say the least. I felt like family as soon as I entered the door and it made the whole experience pleasant. The tattoo took a little less then 2 hours which was less than the time expected. I will most definitely be returning to get more work done and highly recommend them if you want an incredible tattoo done by friendly people with amazing attention to detail.

My husband and I did a couples tattoo session. Bri was our artist. She was so nice and and easy going. She always made sure that both tattoos we were happy with and liked. At the end of mine i felt like it still needed something so she was able to accommodate and my tattoo came out so good! Very professional while also being someone you can chat with. Wonderful atmosphere, dont be afraid to bring your kids.

I love every session I have here! Bri is working on a sleeve for me and I love working with her on designs and concepts but it always turns out amazing when I tell her, youre the artist, go with it. I can always trust her to come up with something amazing and be happy with the completed piece. Shes insightful and always helpful when im indecisive. Love the tmosphere and conversation! I always leave happy!

I contacted the shop via text for an appointment. Kirsten was able to get me scheduled for same day service. I have an extremely busy schedule so this was perfect. She had prepared some font examples to show me when I arrived. She offered her professional opinion which helped me select a font that would look best. The shop was very neat and clean, I felt comfortable. During the session Kirsten was friendly and had very good attention to detail. Kirsten was quick yet excellent when it came to placement and technique. I will be back soon. Thank you so much! I love my new body art!

Bri is absolutely amazing. It was my first tattoo and she told me what she was doing each step of the way. Talked to my mom in a professional manner, talked to me like Ive known her for years. Very comfortable environment, I recommend coming here.

Loved the tattoo experience in this shop! They responded quickly to an inquiry on their website. It felt very inclusive and I really appreciated that there was not heavy metal music blaring out of speakers. Bri did a fabulous job for my wife and I!

I had a great experience with Bri! I have definitely found my new go to tattoo artist. I asked for a simple little tattoo behind my ear and she nailed it! I was so excited when I found out st marys had a female artist and I booked soon as i could! I had to reschedule my first appointment due to work and Bri was understanding. My whole experience was Great, and once I left and was already in my car I looked up to see Bri chasing down the sidewalk after me because she forgot the after pic! All we could do was laugh. Yall.When I say this was the most fun I have ever had getting ink, I mean it. I came in with 8 tattoos, and I left with 10. Bri and Jena both did pieces on me today, AND two on my husband as well. We literally only planned on one a piece and wound up with two. The shop is absolutely clean, their artwork is amazing, and their personalities are the BEST. I come to the area one a year, and am already ready to go back!

Bri, Jena and Dennis are amazing! We met with them at the conclusion of our vacation for some new ink! Bri took the time to clean up my attempts at drawing designs for mine and my husbands tattoos, and stayed true to exactly what we were wanting. We wound up getting two more tattoos in addition to the ones we had already planned! Jena worked extremely meticulously on a detailed mermaid for my arm, and Bri knocked out my husbands idea to represent the stage in life he is in. They are friendly, hilarious, and are very thankful and appreciative of their clients. We are already planning for next summers tattoos.

Update: this is my 5th black ink tattoo, my most important, and my 1st that has been blown out. I wish that rather than rushing to get us in for an appointment, we had been told to wait for the artist who specializes in line work. My wife and I both have blown out tattoos and will have to pay to have them fixed elsewhere.

I contacted eastern sun on Facebook asking about a walk-in appointment. They offered to open up their shop on the day they were closed just for us. I have never been treated so well in a tattoo shop. Bri was so sweet and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be back!!

I was referred to Bri by a friend and I’m so glad I went to Eastern Sun. Bri took her time with measurements to ensure my brows would be symmetrical and suit my face shape. She uses a numbing cream that was pure magic, it didn’t hurt! I’m more than satisfied with my experience and would reccommend Eastern Sun to anyone!

I got a beautiful piece by Bri. She was completely understanding when I was having a full blown angry breakdown over something that was happening at home as I was in town visiting. I feel so bad because I had being angry and I’m sure it came off like I didn’t love it, but it’s honestly my favorite piece. I choose to not get it colored to come back and have more work done by Bri. I can’t wait for my next trip to schedule my appointment. And yes I did travel from Phx,AZ and get a tattoo. It was worth it.

Jena was amazing! She went out of her zone and smashed it! First ever band tattoo and it turned out great! The atmosphere and artists were all friendly and bonus points to the owner for being from my home town!

Bri’s drawing are incredible definitely get the drawings. Bri is an incredible artist. That being said. She has a looong way to go on her tattoos. Her lettering is messed up, her lines arent straight. it’s pretty obvious she focused on being a owner not an artist.The only reason she is getting 3 stars is the potential in her tattooing if she focus

Dennis was like a mind reader when it came to the style I wanted. I presented him with an idea and within 20 mins he had drawn up exactly what I wanted. Everything was clean, professional, and the process was smooth.Tattoos are fun but they are a big deal since they are with you for life, Im glad I found this place. Scheduled an appointment but they took a walk in during my scheduled appointment time while i was there waiting. I was still waiting an hour and a half after my scheduled time spot. The person scheduled before me was my friend. They got done with her and took a walk in when it was already 30 minutes after my scheduled time.
