Adam was awesome from start to finish. This was my first session of two with him and I had never been to him before. Im new to the area and he came highly recommended from a friend. My friend was right! The shop environment was friendly and laid back, but Adam took every precaution to make sure I had a great experience. They were super clean and professional, while being fun and easy going. 10/10 would recommend this shop!

My friend got her nose pierced and I got my ears pierced here. Janessa was AMAZING!! The best piercer I’ve ever had - talked us through it and addressed every concern we had. She made us feel very comfortable and it was overall an amazing experience. 100% recommend!

Had an amazing experience! Called and had a same day appointment for both my husband and I. We were greeted right away with a big smile from a blonde haired beauty 💛 Brittney came over and helped me customize my tattoo with a variety of pictures that I had. She was wonderful and so sweet. My artist was Houston, and he did outstanding work. Super chill, and very detailed oriented. Precision at its finest. Very clean, relaxed environment and I will definitely be going back to them for my next tattoo. 10/10 Recommend!

I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had my nose pierced by Janessa, and I was not disappointed. She is such a sweet person. She was very informative, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her as a piercer!

I went to this tattoo shop for the first time 10 years ago after going to a different shop in town for my first tattoo and I never looked back. Empire is the ONLY shop I will go to now and it will continue. They make you feel at home and loved all while getting the best pieces of art on your body that you can imagine. I’ve had probably a dozen session with Adam in the past two years we’ve been back in town. I now refuse to go anywhere else and Empire is my second home. Anytime I need anything I go in and get exactly what I need all while I feel like I’m hanging out with family. Honestly the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere! My tattoo artist was so sweet! Everyone there treated me and my husband like family! My husband and I are always extremely pleased with our ink art!

I saw Kelsey for my first ever tattoo on Wednesday. Not only is she an amazing artist, but she made me feel comfortable and talked to me as though we had been friends for years! The other staff members were also incredibly friendly and Ive NEVER felt like this in a business. Kelsey made me feel safe and comfortable during our session and Ive already recommended her to multiple people in the area.

I’ve been going to Empire since I was 18! I’ve gotten 4 of my tattoos done here. 2 by Adam 2 by other artists and have never been disappointed. Adam and Hali are absolutely amazing and their shop is such a great environment they treat everyone like family and it’s always a good time around them. I knew this was the right place as soon as I walked in the door. This was my first tattoo. I needed artistic input and someone who was confident giving it. Adam did the work. He is so talented. I watched him and was in awe. I gave him the idea and he customized to make it my own. I couldn’t be happier. The business was a wonderful mix of very creative people, a hairless cat and a sprinkling of well behaved, intelligent children. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

First off this was Hands down best tattoo work I’ve had done! Great atmosphere you’re comfortable and have a good time which is pretty hard to do while getting jabbed with ink all over the ribs for hours, but empire tattoo pulls it off effortlessly. My friend and I came to this shop to get a new piercing, after talking with Janessa, who was a great help in selecting the right piercing for me due to size constraints on what I originally wanted, I was able to get a highly recommended piercing that I enjoy and feel looks great! I went in for a Blue Jay in honor of my cousin who I just lost. I also asked for a cover up and extension of my current tattoo. Houston was phenomenal. He exceeded my expectations and I’m completely in love with his work.The entire staff is warm and funny, I was laughing the whole time and felt at home. Super nice and friendly people. The shop is nice and light and airy. Family run and they will make you feel like family. While I was getting my tattoo done the owner and his wife went around separately to check on the artists to see if they needed anything and to compliment their work and also chit chatted with my friend and me for a bit. It was so nice. The little conversations can make people feel so welcome and invited. I cant say enough good things about this place. We have a small family business here in Upstate NY (Stump City Brewing (shameless plug LOL)..Come see us!) and Im so happy I was able to support another family owned small business. If Im ever down visiting again and looking to get a tattoo Ill def be going here again. Janessa was AMAZING! I went in to get both my nostrils pierced (well, one repierced since it had closed recently & the other side pierced) and she was fantastic! It was quick also. I’ve had multiple tattoos done here and will continue to stay here for future tattoos! What started as a spontaneous thigh tattoo turned into 5 sessions later that ended up covering from my thigh to my ribs! I’m OBSESSED! I went in and seen Kelsey to get a tattoo. The shop is very clean and everyone was very professional. I am in love with my tattoo and cant waitto go back for more. This was my 9th tattoo and one of the best experiences I have had getting one.

I’ve been going back and forth about getting my nose pierced. Well I had a little time to kill so I decided to just go for it. Janessa Did my piercing. I was worried about the pain. Well Janessa explained everything she was going to do. I felt very comfortable with her. I like the fact she was very friendly and carried on a conversation not just about the piecing. Anyone looking to have a nose piercing I would definitely go to her.

This was my first time visiting this shop. Since Im fairly new to the area I read the reviews for a couple of other shops. The previous reviews from many satisfied customers got my attention and sealed my decision to come to Empire Tattoo. I immediately felt comfortable, everything was very clean, and Adam was very gentle while he was doing my piece. I plan on coming back. Adam is a truly wonderful artist! He has done amazing tattoos for me and is great with cover ups. The atmosphere is so friendly and makes you very comfortable. He is very easy going and light handed he is already working on my 3rd tattoo and he will be my only tattoo artist from now on!

Adam is an awesome dude. He interacts with you and try’s to get to know his clients. By far the best tattoo artist I have ever been to. To some he may be a little on the pricy side but to me he is priced really well. He also has another guy that’s really good as well. So if Adam is busy and the other dude is free don’t hesitate for him to give you some new ink as well. He is booked out until December 2020 if that tells you anything.

Honestly, the very best shop if you are looking to get a tattoo. Adam, Hali, and their team make you feel comfortable and listen to your wants. The atmosphere is amazing and you just feel overall accepted no matter what. Adam explains the tattoo before he starts- but his free hand is my favorite! He is just amazingly talented period and uses your body to make the tattoo instead of just putting a tattoo on you. I love his passion to have true artistry and his willingness to just be authentic. Adam did my first tattoo and made me feel super comfortable. I was kinda nervous, but him and his wife are so chill that they made the experience super comfortable. I got a Harry Potter tattoo. A Phoenix outstretching it’s wings from a deathly hallows. Great price. Just went back today because I finally had the time. Joe (Adam’s apprentice) did mine and my best friends today. Was super chill, did a good job and I’m really pleased with the store as well as the quality of the tattoos.

My wife and i have both gotten tattoos at empire and it is by far the best shop i have been too. Gonzo does amazing work and gets better every time. Rose did some work on my wife and it was absolutely fantastic. I have gotten to witness adam free handing some work on a client and it was a site yo behold. Complete mastery of the craft. I went into this wonderful shop just to get a quote on a Tattoo that my husband & I had been wanting to get for a while. I was greeted by Hali, Adam & Joe as soon as I walked in the door. Right at that moment Joe sketched the tattoo within a couple of minutes & My husband & I left the shop with the Tattoos we had wanted a quote for. A couple days Later I went back for another Tattoo. And about a week later I got another piece. All in a month I got 3 tattoos from this shop, because of their wonderful customer service and I was extremely pleased with the outcomes of the work that Joe did for me. Now here it is January & I will be getting a bigger piece for my Birthday. I highly recommend this shop.Thank you again Guys 😊

Went to Janessa with a friend to get our noses pierced. I have 12 other piercings but was still nervous! Janessa recognized this and was extremely reassuring. It was quick, painless, and looked perfect! She is extremely skilled and knows what shes doing. The place was clean and they took extra precautions to make sure everything was extra sterilized. This place is awesome. Its not a super well known place, I found it by Googleing and I saw the sign when I passed by. Ive only seen Adam but he is amazing. Very skilled at what he does. His FB page has lots of pictures that prove it. Im so happy with my piece and he did a wonderful job putting all of the things I wanted together. Everyone was very nice. Theyre in it to give you the best quality so theyll make sure to put you with the artist that will give the best work. Honestly Empire Tattoo is amazing. Adam and Gonzo touched up a back piece i got somewhere else about 6-8 months ago and it’s still vibrant and looks as new as it did that day i got it. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Adam and Empire. When I was visiting Camden, my family and I went to get Friday the 13th tattoos from Empire due to their reputation. We were not disappointed. My MIL came on break at work and they were able to get her in and out so quickly with amazing quality. I was unsure of what I wanted, so Adam and his staff helped me generate ideas based off my interests and other tattoos. I received the perfect one from Rose! I highly recommend booking an appointment here. I will be back.

Got my daughters foot prints on me as my second tattoo and it didnt hurt as much as my first. Considering I hate needles. I plan on going again to get another tattoo soon. The environment is very comfortable. Very family friendly. My husband was able to hold my daughter in the shop while I got my tattoo. I absolutely loved it!!! The owner and his wife are very cool people. I definitely didnt feel like I was getting the cold shoulder like most shops and Adam helped come up with the idea of my tattoo since Im not creative whats so ever. I have been recommending him to anyone down here that I know

I’ve been tattooed by Adam a few times. I love his line work and how open is he to creating your vision with his genius. He isn’t heavy handed and all my tattoos from him have healed quickly and so nice. I keep saying that was that one but I’m ready for another :)

I purchased a gift certificate for my husband for our 15 year anniversary. Hali was so helpful with my 1,000 question. Adam was quick to pre book my husbands appointment. The tattoo parlor was so welcoming and had art work that was drawn by Adam, Hali and their kids, which I thought was so cool!

Everyone at Empire is incredible! However, I was referred to Houston. He created a cover-up that did everything I was hoping for. I go back in 3 weeks to get it completed, Ill upload pics once its a finished piece. But service, and prices are on point and affordable.

Very personal not the average tattoo artist Adam is easy to talk to and a great guy. He is appreciative of the fact you came to him for a tattoo, and doesnt have the you owe him something for him giving you a tattoo. He has a light hand when tattooing and heals fast. He did a great job with a coverup, and I look forward to getting more work done from him. The shop is also family oriented.

I went in on my birthday wanting a sharks tooth tattoo and My Girl Rose!!! Delivered!! She asked me if I had something in mind or if she could free hand it. Never been in a tattoo parlor before today. I had to get some new daith piercings put in, as I had to remove my others for an m.r.i. Janessa was such a doll to work with. She is kind, knowledgeable and compassionate.The parlor is clean and kid friendly; as the owners had their adorable little man there. Just took my daughter for her ears to be pierced. Incredibly clean, like hospital clean. Extremely freindly and knowledgeable people. Ill take her back for any and all percings and may even go back for a tattoo for myself after seeing this parlor.

Online needs an update because it says they’re open until 5 on sundays but they’re definitely closed before 4 possibly all day Sunday. Shop looks nice from the outside though!
