I booked an appointment online for my daughter to get her ears pierced for a 10th birthday gift. She was very nervous, but everyone was kind, reassuring, patient and helpful. Shania pierced her ears and did a great job of walking her through the process and coaching her to take deep breaths. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience getting my first big piece! They were very professional and super clean!! And Tracy was amazing also funny too made the whole experience so much better - he has lots of jokes too lol, I’d highly recommend this shop 100% I had the pleasure to have Lexi around too and they make you feel right at home and it makes it all the better! they also gave me some free stickers and a magnet and made sure to go over how to care properly for my tattoo! Tracy, you rocked it! This was my 8th tattoo ever, but 1st one at this shop (and my first retouch). I’ve never had a tattoo heal so smoothly and easily. Skin wasn’t overworked, almost zero color loss, and the results were just like the consult prep on his iPad. Absolutely going back and will be recommending, especially for those who are new or nervous.

Months ago, I had previously visited the shop as a walk-in to get two lobe piercings re-pierced after they had closed. The shop was down-to-earth but sterile and well kept, and the staff were all personable and knowledgeable. I had absolutely no trouble healing afterwards, and I believe I owe it to their sterilization/sanitation practices as well as their choice of products and aftercare instructions. I had such a breezy time healing that when I decided I wanted some more advance piercings, I immediately scheduled a consultation with Tracy and Shania. It turned into an hours-long appointment where I got six brand new holes, including a prince albert. The experience was memorable, and I hope theyll remember it as fondly as I will!

I’ve gone to FTA for over a year for all my tattoos and piercings and I always come out loving every one of them, some of the most fun people to work on me and gives me exactly what I want. Always continue to choose this shop for any kind of body mods :)

The ONLY place in the entire St Charles area that I found that said they could do my dermal in the place I wanted it! Tracy did a fantastic job it was such a quick and less painful process and the price was so inexpensive compared to every other shop I called. Tracy (the owner of this amazing business) did my second nose piercing. I’m terrified of needles and pass out around them. He made me feel comfortable and did my piercing under 5 mins.

Tracy Eastman is nothing short of an expert. His work is exceptional and professional. Ive had over 15 hours of work done by him, and it was always fun conversation to make the experience enjoyable (hes okay with you being quiet too, but I talked his head off). He always makes sure the client is comfortable throughout the entire process. On top of all of this, he even identified previous work I had done by a different tattoo artist that was done incorrectly (the guy dug in deep on my first two tattoos which caused scarring and I thought thats what all tattoos were supposed to be like until talking to Tracy). When he did my tattoos there was a significant positive difference. I highly recommend From The Ashes Body Art Piercing & Tattoo and am definitely going there for all future work.

I went a few days ago to get some piercings done and they were so great. It was a super great environment. Tracy was super nice and super knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained everything as he went. I totally plan to come back the next time I want another piercing or a tattoo.

I had a sleeve tattooed here. These people were friendly , professional . and they were fun to be around for all five sessions. The premises were clean and hygienic and there was lots of reference pics for anyone in doubt of what they wanted for a tattoo. I can highly recommend anyone their service. The sleeve I had done was in a watercolour design which is difficult enough for any artist to manage never mind do a superior job. I was treated with respect and cared for while I spent hours there. ..And my tattoo was unbelievably AWESOME ! BTW.. Im back in Ireland now and I get compliments from even non tattooed conservative Irish ( a feat in itself ) Thank you guys !! I will come back some day for sure.

Such a great experience at From the Ashes.. The entire experience was great. Cleanliness and professionalism was top notch. Lexi is amazing! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. This is the first time I have ever been able to relax( actually fell asleep on and off) while getting a tattoo without being in pain. Her passion for her craft is evident, the pride she has for the finished product is wonderful. If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely love this shop. I’ve gotten ALL my piercings and ALL my tattoos done here. I have about 9 tattoos and about 14 piercings. The shop is so clean and it’s such a calming space. Their work is always amazing and I’ve never left feeling disappointed or dissatisfied. Very clean a neat place. Took my kid there to get a tattoo and Tracy was very knowledgeable and explained the process. The place is small so they didnt allow guests to go back and watch but was able to watch a live video of it during the whole process which was cool.

Got my nose pierced here. Everyone is personable and its a relaxed, clean environment. They didnt have a lot of gold body jewlery. They can paint over any metal, but its a real dull gold. BUT they can order basically anything for you. Id recommend.

I went in to get my third piercing in my lobe, and my tragus done, and my friend went to get both her doubles, triples, tragus, AND helix done! Shaina was extremely professional, she let us pick out the jewelry that we wanted, and was very creative with how to get the perfect aesthetic on our ears! The shop was extremely clean, more so than most doctors offices Ive been to, and we were made to feel so comfortable that we were having a good time while she did her work. She is the most thorough professional Ive ever had pierce my ears (and I had eight piercings prior). My friend and I are already trying to figure out what piercings we want next so we can go back! 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants a piercing.

If I could give 1M stars I would. I mean honestly I came here because the reviews were amazing and my experience definitely seconded that ! Tracy was amazing from get go . He was super patient when allowing me to browse through their HUGE collection of body jewelry. While on the topic I love the fact that they allow you to pierce with jewelry that you choose and that’s what makes the experience so unique. I got my nipples re pierced with having huge faith they would be done the correct way. Not only did he do them correctly with grace but had a female colleague in the room to assure I felt comfortable and that this experience would go smoothly. Overall this met over my expectations and I can’t wait to go visit again to purchase new jewelry!!! Best there is honestly.

Got my nose pierced here, and it was absolutely an amazing experience. This place is very clean and mindful of being sanitary with their piercings. They are also very knowledgeable about finding the best location for your piercing, and advising if a piercing might not be suitable for you. I was drawn by the Halloween special today. I was very pleased to see that the shop had all 5 star reviews before I went in, and I can see why. The owner, Tracy, did my very first tattoo and a second helix piercing for me right after. He did a wonderful job on both and I left a nice tip. I’m visiting from western Washington state but I would come here again next time I visit!

My 17 year old daughter and I found this place after we were rudely told at another, her passport was not an acceptable substitute for her birth certificate as a form of ID. From the moment we arrived here, Shania and Tracy made us feel welcome and they managed to fit my daughter in the same day for 2 piercings and her first tattoo. I took my 9 year old to get her earlobes pierced and was beyond impressed. Tracy performed the piercing and he was incredibly friendly, professional and calm and made my kid feel so comfortable with the whole process. They used a needle which is what I had been hunting for and it was a night and day difference to places like Claire’s where my other child had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

Piercings. Having gone to other studios in the area, I will honestly never go anywhere else. The knowledge, huge selection of jewelry, and prices are amazing. The studio is bright, upbeat, not dark areas like theres something to hide. Other places talk hygiene, FTA practices it. Aseptic with surgical scrub? Seriously? I have NEVER seen so much safety practiced. Then to find out another studio in St. Peters (Self Inflicted) used jewelry no longer allowed to be used on me? FTA is beyond 5 star.

I got my nostril pierced and i could not recommend this place more. I got a quick appointment, same day plus i was in and out in 30 minutes! Shania took great care of me, and i definitely will be back when it is time for another piercing. Thank you guys for the great experience!

Tracy is the best in town! I first visited his shop to discuss a tattoo fix or even possible touch-up. I was all over the place with what I wanted to do and he not only helped me narrow down a few ideas, he also took the time to draw each and every idea we had BY HAND. Not only was his dedication to creating something new very impressive, when it came time to actually get the tattoo, I was blown away.His attention to detail, transparent approach, and helpful staff made the experience wonderful. Every artist there does a fantastic job and is very reasonable with pricing. They are all very professional and do great work. Tracy has done my last two tattoos and did a great job doing them. Im the type of person that likes to stick with one tattoo artist so as long as I love their work. Tracy is my knew tattoo artist as well as Bo. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else.

So for one, we traveled all the way from South Carolina just to get to this particular studio because we heard nothing but good things about it but when we came, it was a complete nightmare we sat and waited Two hours just to be told that a Person who missed their appointment yesterday is going to be seen before us When we explained to them that we had an appointment, they told us that they’re not gonna honor our appointment When we tried to get a understanding, they were rude they raised their voices. I would not recommend this establishment to ANYONE especially if you are a person of color.

I just stopped in to browse jewelry on my way home from errands and the gentleman (owner, I believe) who helped me was lovely and patient and willing to talk about the various things they had. I ended up leaving with a new shiny for my nose piercing and its very cute!I did not get tattooed or pierced here, but the facilities I saw looked clean and well kept and they seem to have private rooms for all that work.

When I walk into the studio I feel welcomed. The shop is incredibly clean and calm, the music isnt too loud. Its a nice and relaxing environment, and the work done here is absolutely amazing! The owners, Shania and Tracy, are incredibly welcoming and friendly!

We called ahead and asked if they take walk-ins for body piercing, they said they had some open times today, so we headed in. I was greeted by Shania, she was extremely knowledgeable, which was great, because this was my first body piercing other than my ears. She went through all the options for nose jewelry with me and was patient while I made my choice (I’m super indecisive). She made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. After the piercing was in, she had me stay laying down for a few minutes since it had been a while since I last ate. During that time she took the opportunity to explain the care, do’s/don’ts, and what to expect during the healing time of a nose piercing. When checking out, she gave me a printed copy of the care, as well as a suggested time frame to stop back in and have them make sure it is healing properly. I was very impressed and happy with the professionalism as well as how personable Shania was. Will absolutely be visiting them again for any future piercings.
