Deadicated Tattoo & Piercing Studio

We made last minute plans for a tattoo. We ended up at Deadicated after seeing good reviews. I think it was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. This was #6 for me. Kayo (I think) was awesome. He helped me design my tattoo and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable . Everything was clean. Really enjoyed our visit too. I cried when I saw the completed work. I’m very happy!

Where do I even begin. I walked into the shop, and the dude was throwing things everywhere and shoving things onto the floor in a fit of rage. He was extremely high and his eyes were bloodshot red. I had originally got a cartilage piercing done incorrectly so I came here in hopes they could fix it, but oh boy was I in for an experience. First, he tried to shove a new earring several gauges too big into the hole which caused excessive bleeding and pain. Then, when he finally decided it wouldnt fit he pierced my cartilage multiple times because he kept misplacing it. I went home with blood all over both sides of my face and throbbing ears. It has been 2 months and both ears have huge lumps and I have discovered from a reputable piercer that they were done very badly with cheap unsafe jewelry. Not only is the actual piercing service terrible, but he dropped my jewelry on the floor several times and the entire place is very unsanitary. And if you ask questions or complain you will get yelled and cussed at by the employees on drugs.

Very professional. Clean shop. He got me in and out and did Amazing on my tattoo. Would definitely recommend.

David was great! Gave me free samples of piercing cleaning kits to try out, pierced my friends stud, and even helped me put in and heal my infected navel piercing. Definitely would recommend this shop good vibes all around.

David helped me design and applied my tattoo. He was fast and an excellent artist. The shop was very clean and professional with great prices.

Super chill and inviting. Was able to play pool and relax on nice couches while I waited. Super clean!! I was amazed at the attention to detail. Exceeded all my expectations. Was welcomed when I first walked in and everyone working was very friendly and informative. I dont think 5 stars is enough!

Today I went to get my nose pierced and it went so great! David was great and really excellent in making the environment feel welcoming and comfortable! Answered all my questions and definitely will be coming back.

This being the SECOND time I have visited Deadicated Tattoo, and I must put out there that this place is the best decision you will make not only in regards to the art or tattoo or type of piercing you want, but also best decision made for your comfort and budgetary I will be making Deadicated Tattoo my main place to get tats!David is an amazing artist! And very fast artist! You think 5 hours, nah its probably 3. 😂 I absolutely LOVE it. Let this place be your first choice!

I had an appointment scheduled with David for 10 AM in the morning.The morning .of the appointment ,I had an unexpected hospital visit, but did get in contact with David and advise him that I was going to be running a little late but that I was still coming in for my appointment.David then responded with a thumbs up (witch I assumed it meant that was ok.The whole time this was going on,I stayed in contact with David ,and even told him that I was on my way to his shop.Never did he say anything about not being able to do it or anything of that nature .once I arrived to his shop ,I checked in with the receptionist at the front desk and advised her that I had a appointment with David for a tattoo.After waiting 10minutes David then rudely tells me that he has other appointments to do before he can do my tattoo.I attempted to explain that he didn’t mention that when we were texting that morning.I did not get a apology or any accommodation.I will not go back to his shop and I will also never recommend him to anyone else.

Took my daughter in for an ear piercing. David and his team were super sweet and answered all my concerned questions. Will definitely go back.

David did an amazing job & was very helpful in the process of getting a tattoo . We got a cancer ribbon not only for our brother but in remembrance of his son & I think the cause he does the cancer ribbons for is truly inspiring . Go check him out if y’all have the chance

WOW, what an awesome job guys. My daughter got her nose pierced August 5, 2023 for her birthday gift. Well long story short her blanket ended up pulling it out and her nose piercing closed. So we went back yesterday 02/01/2024 and got it redone by the owner and let me tell yall they are the bomb. Best place ever hands down for them. Great job.

I went to David today for some work after stumbling across the shops Facebook page. He worked really quick and doesn’t have a heavy hand at all! He was done in under and hour and it’s EXACTLY what I wanted. Extremely satisfied.

I got a piercing here and the service was fantastic! Everyone welcomed us and got to us right away. The owner, David, made my friend and I feel confident about the piercing process because we were nervous. He definitely is great at his job and the piercing went fast and easy! 10/10 recommend

Went to see David about a hood piercing. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and professional. They will answer any and all of your questions no matter how many you have. David made things quick and easy and great at what he does. Highly recommend these guys for your tattoo and piercings. I have gotten 3 amazing tattoos from CJ. The time and effort that he puts into drawing the design that you want is fantastic. He takes his time and puts in a lot of passion, especially with custom designs And his prices are very fair. I also got my nipples pierced by him and he was so patient with me, walking me through the whole process. When one of my nipple swelled I was able to go in and he change the jewelry for me so it would heal properly.David did my nose piercing and he was very quick, efficient and walked me through the process.The shop was clean and had great vibs.Definitely my go to for tattoos and piercings

CJ is the man to go to for really sensitive placements and fickle skin. He was great about breaking up my piece into several sessions so to ensure my skin, and therefore, my tattoo, looks great for years to come! Shop is super clean and all the staff are super friendly and eager to hype you up if youre nervous.

Will not go back again!!!! Artist had rushed my tattoo and it looks absolutely nothing like what I had asked for. He seemed pretty pleased with his work, but clearly was a rookie with not alot of experience. Line work is way too choppy, wavy, and not even solid in alot of places. Ended up going to someone else to get it done right as best as they could. Do not reccomend at all

Brought my niece to get our noses pierced as her graduation gift. Bruddah was super chill and gave her a graduation discount! Went in for my first tattoo and couldnt have had a better experience. I was nervous, but CJ was very reassuring, relatable, patient and kind throughout the whole process. We talked a lot while I was getting it which made it hurt less and go by quicker and he guided me through how to take care of it afterwards. He put a stencil on so I could make sure I wanted the tattoo and that it was going on the right place. As soon as I saw it all my nerves melted away. If I decide to get another tattoo Im definitely going back to CJ.

Best place to get a piercing.💕 They are so caring and really know what they are doing. I had my piercing get stuck but after they took care of me and made sure I was okay before I left. I dont remember his name but he was amazing. 10/10 would and j am going back again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I got my septum piercing by David, and he was flawless. The whole process was quick & clean. He’s very professional & good at suggesting what looks good on your type of nose. I don’t think I’ve ever given my energy to a review, but I just had to for this guy.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS!!! My roommate and I came in for septum piercings and the piercer botched it BAD. He pierced through my hard cartilage, way too high up, way too far back. I was screaming and shaking, and he tried to play it off. My roommate was pierced differently but theirs was way too low. The piercer did NOT use clamps when it was obvious he needed it. Not worth the price, not worth the pain. DO NOT COME HERE.

I went to Alchemy tattoos originally to get my daughters name done. I was so upset with how it came out that I contacted David and he fixed it that same night! He was absolutely amazing, fast and amazing with little details. The atmosphere was also super comforting and the shop was amazingly clean. The picture shows a before/after. It still needs a little touch up once it’s healed but it definitely looks a million times better than the joke at Alchemy that did it. Thank you David!

SO AMAZING!!!!!! I had come in for a nose piercing and they helped me pick out the correct size, placement, and jewelry. The person doing my piercing was so fast with it and it felt like nothing. i ended up having to go back because it came out and he got in back in perfectly fast. thank you!

David Flores did my memorial tattoo for my son that passed away 1 year ago today. His work is excellent. I would recommend him for him tatto work. He also did my wifes first tattoo today it is awesome

I’ve gotten two nose piercings, a belly piercing, and two tattoos done here. I love the atmosphere and all of the services are great. 😁 The staff is very good about giving you aftercare instructions, and all of the prices are reasonable. The shop is clean, and David is awesome!! Also they offer discounts to ASU students!!

Took my daughter to get her bday piercing and as soon as we got home, she was cleaning it and it came out! I immediately called asking what to do. Most places would probably make you pay again and come back the next day, as it was close to closing time. Not David! They said come on back up here and we will get it fixed, no problem! Went back up there, he got it back in, didn’t charge and stayed open for us🖤they are AH-MAZING!

If you are looking to get a tattoo or piercing then definitely go talk to CJ. Most of my work has been done by him. He’s professional and courteous. Fair prices as well.

By far the best place Ive EVER gotten a tattoo!! They made the tattoo I wanted even better and more realistic than the picture! Never met a tattoo artist so nice and made the time go by so quickly! Whenever I am down in Texas I have found not only the tattoo shop, but also the tattoo artist Im going to. I give them a happy 5 star, would be 100 stars if possible. I had a walk in session with Aaron yesterday to get a tattoo (images in my g+ profile photos)- he not only made it personal and helped me out with creating something perfect, as this is a very special piece to me. My tattoo took a couple hours, but I enjoyed it totally. Aaron is the kindest, most down to earth and cool guy you could hope to have do your tattoo. Really awesome guy, not only that but as an artist he did an exceptional job for me I feel and HIGHLY suggest anyone wanting a tattoo done right to check these guys out.

Honestly it should have been zero my friend n I went there to get a tattoo. After waiting an hour of waiting I left and went downtown and literally paid half of what the artist quoted.

I got an excellent tattoo for an excellent price. I took a picture of what I wanted and made an appointment to come back later in the day. When I returned my design was tweaked to make it look even better and more personal. I love it!! I will return for my next tattoo

Great service!! I had my nose piercing done here and they were quick and friendly. Not only that, they repierced and cleaned my piercing when it fell out after a couple of months free of charge! I highly recommend their business:)

I wanted a specific look with my cover up. Showed pics and waited for the results from the artist. When I got to see his design I asked him for something closer to what I showed him, he threw a tantrum saying no one is on the same page and when we get it together he will come back to start the work, and also how after over 20 years of tattooing he has made everyone happy with what he has designed for them. I was also told the idea of what I actually wanted wouldn’t work to cover up properly. Okay no big deal, then I go ahead with his design he drew for me and it’s not what I want but cover ups aren’t always easy so I know I cannot be too picky. After further review I can still see the old design through the “cover up”, it’s not what I wanted in the first place, and when trying to talk to the artist about it he could not even articulate to me a reasoning in a manner that is becoming of an adult.

Definitely 💯 percent would refer going here for a tat. Customer service was excellent and the artist is badass. Thanks David Flores for the art piece.

Went to get my daith pierced and had to wait for 30 minutes for the piercer to even show up. She was rushed and acted like I was putting her out. Fast forward two weeks and my ball has fallen out 3 times. Finally called today to try and get in to get it fixed or replaced and had the male piercer yell at me over the phone because he “wasn’t even supposed to be in today and didn’t wanna see anyone until tomorrow, that he couldn’t magically put my ball in over the phone and that my earring wouldn’t budge at all, and that he didn’t have time to deal with me” I have never experienced customer service this horrible before! I’ll be going to a different parlor to get my piercing fixed and will never recommend this place to anyone!

I visit San Angelo twice a year and I decided to get a tattoo. I looked on Yelp to look at the shops in the area. I knew that Dedicated was down the street from where Im staying and assumed they would be on Yelp. I decided to go to Dedicated and check it out. Chico was at the counter and he assisted me, somewhat disinterested. We looked at what I wanted and agreed on the size and price. The only day I could have the tattoo done would be either Monday or Thursday or Friday of that week. Chico said that another client was coming in on Monday and he would call me on Monday for a time, we agreed. Monday came, never received a call. I assumed that maybe the other client cancelled. If Dedicated had good customer service Chico should of called me on Monday or even Tuesday to reschedule for Thursday or Friday. I guess theyre door is busting down with customers and the dont need the customers. I mentioned this to some family members who live here and both had gotten tattoos at Dedicated. As I looked at the work, I was so glad I didnt get a tattoo at Dedicated. No wonder theyre not onYelp, they would have a lot of bad reviews. I did some research, visited several of the shops and decided to go to another artist (Chadbourne Ave.). I am very happy with the work, it was better then expected. I will definitely be back to see this artist. If Chico would of been more customer oriented maybe I would have gotten my tattoo here. Chico, Customer is King treat them as such or youll continue to lose business. Dedicated has now lost hundreds of dollars from a potential customer(s), me and my family members and their friends. If I get a good tattoo and I like the artist I will return not to mention the word of mouth and/or social media mentions that will hurt Dedicateds bottom line. The other artist was a bit more in price, but well worth it. Quality, customer service are just two things Dedicated should work on. Certainly wont ever be going here.

I went in the other day to get my very first tattoo done and although I did have to wait a while before I could get my tatto started it was well worth it, David Folres did a great job with the tattoo and was very patient with me whenever I took a few breaks, I would definitely go back Deadicated to get another tattoo in the future
