I came into the Sandusky location on 4-13-2021 to get my daughters ears pierced. The woman who helped us was amazing.. to say the least. She was the only one working on what seemed like a busy Saturday and juggled us with all the other customers so graciously. I used to work in retail so my standards are high when it comes to customer services and honestly on a day like that I would have been quite frustrated with all that she had to do alone. She was fast, so funny, my daughter had so much fun and even kept talking about how much she liked the girl who did her piercing. I didn’t catch her name but she did say she came from the Ashtebula store.. I was just thinking how terrible it would have been if my daughter and I came and there was no one there because we had been planning this day for weeks. I just wanted to make sure I shout out this associate again I don’t know her name but my ticket number on my receipt was 26024 @3:06 pm. THANK YOU!! Again working in retail myself for many years as a multi store manager I know people are quick to complain.. this woman deserves some serious recognition for her amazing attitude and work ethic!

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PLEASE DONT GET YOUR KIDS EARS PIERCED HERE!!! Got my 2nd lobes done, and theyre about 10 cm off !!! Now I dont have room for a 4th lobe 😔

This is where I take my little princess to get here fashion accessories.My granddaughter loves this store. Every time shes in town and at the Sandusky Mall this is a must stop and shop.We always find a couple of items to buy when we visit this place. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful.I would have given them 5 stars but they dont have anything I could personally use. 😀

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Went to get ears pierced. Girl didnt know what she was doing. Talked about how tired and sick she was. Overcharged me for piercing. Got home saw they were uneven. Went back to store manager had attitude. Changed story several times about everything. Did get refund after 20 min of talking. Called 1800 number, took 4 days to hear from someone and they were no help.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR EVERYTHING!!@

Found some great Fortnite charactures for my neighbor boy, they didnt ring up. The very helpful lady working called another store and found the price for us and we got our toys.

Cute plushes just prices are a little spendy especially the beanie babys 5.99 on the new fox ty meadow on the ty website but 11.99 for it in claires. I just dont get it
