Got recommended to Charlies for a sweatshirt by another shop owner. Samantha who was working the front cash register and I believe Danny who was working the back gave us the most hospitality Ive had in a shop in a long time. The customer service was Amazing! During our interactions with Sam Danielle walked in the shop and asked if our needs were met and talked us through some products that were are coming soon. We were even Blessed to have a conversation with The Man Charlie himself. We went there fora sweatshirt on a referral from another shop owner. We ended up leaving with that sweatshirt, a jacket, 2 shirts, and 2 hats. Would definitely recommend this shop.SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!

I came in for a septum piercing and Daniela was amazing! Super quick and she was very informative about everything I asked her. Great experience!

They had a really good customer service and welcomed me when I came in due to a bad done nose piercing. It’s been months, and thanks to their service, my piecing healed! I will definitely be coming back again.

Today (2-3-2024) I went to the store expecting to buy some vinyls, the store has plenty and a grand variety of music.The person that was there helped me find them and ended up buying 14 albums. The lady gave good deals. I was very happy with my purchase. Thank you very much, see you soon.

Honestly I’m so disappointed in this place. I had purchased some items at their store. And they overcharged me for everything by quadruple the price. They are such scammers so disappointing when a store takes advantage of a customer.

Went in for a piercing, the staff was super cool to get me hooked up. Danielle did the piercing in a private area, super clean, super fast, explained detailed aftercare, answered all questions. Kinda wanted to hang out with the cool kids more. The shop is gorgeous. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Perfect! Thank you!!

I enjoyed myself at first looking for nose piercing, I was directed to another different set and I took my time picking only to have been mislead and they dont fit me at all and I cant return them. Im upset I took my time and Erick was helping me pick the right size. I made sure to take the number cause I wanted to come back for another set that was missing studs on them. Overall Im disappointed in there customer service, I was really relying on proper advice. They also were low on supplies to clean the jewelry that cost 42.00 might I add.

Love this place! Here is where I get any supply I need for tattooing. Theyre stuff is of decent deal quality and brand name supplies are cool but some things are overpriced! They also sell custom skateboards and are stocked with everything a tagger might want/need!! Paint markers, spray paint, etc

I went there on Friday to get my piercing and the vibe was mad chill i absolutely love them all front desk dude was chill lol my piercing came out fire , i will for sure be going back for the rest of my piercings!!

Came from up North and stumbled upon this shop. The people were friendly and comfortable to be around. Went in for two helix piercings. Daniella did a great job and talked about aftercare, what to do, and what not to do. Definitely recommend!

Nice staff and clean friendly environment

Great staff service, they were polite. Got my septum pierced today by Danielle very friendly and communicative! It cost me $35 because of friday 13th special. Original price was at $70.

Went in the other day to get a whole tattoo kit and they hooked it up! Samantha helped me and gave me a crash course on needles and inks and was also able to answer all my questions. Cant recommend this place enough! Left a happy customer and also with more confidence to start learning how to tattoo.

Got a helix piercing done yesterday and was talked through the whole thing. Came as a walk-in during opening and Ryan was gracious enough to take me aside and handle the piercing himself. Didnt hurt much at all and now Ive got a cool new piercing!

I went yesterday to get my nose piercing and I was so nervous but once I went inside the girls there were so nice to me and that made me feel more relaxed. After getting the nose piercing they gave me alot of info on how to take care of it. I wasn’t feeling so great after getting I felt dizzy and they brought me a soda to feel better. You guys should come here it’s a great place to get piercings and tattoos love the people here very friendly.

Got my eyebrow piercing here, 10/10 super fast, clean, and painless. It healed so well, didn’t even swell or hurt! They take walk-ins too which is great.

This was my second time coming here and this time Ryan pierced my upper helix, and he did an amazing job. There was confusion about my appointment, but he took care of me. I’m super happy with my new piercing and I will definitely be back if I choose to get more.

I do not recommend this place at all. I went in to buy a new septum jewelry piece& have it put in and the girl who does piercings here, who also claims to be the “owner” of the joint, was very unprofessional and extremely rude. She was very rough when putting the piercing in, then when I asked her if she could separate my septum piece a little so I could flip it up easily she told me “nope I already threw away the clamps.” So the next day I called in to speak to the manager and she said she’s the manager, then I asked for her boss and she told me “I own the joint” in her own words. Then I told what the problem was and she said “Well first of all I was doing you a favor by putting the jewelry in” and I said how are you doing me a favor if it’s your job and I’m paying for it, and she hung up the phone on me. Again, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ive gotten a few tattoos done here. Some have been as a walk in other by appointment and Ive always been happy with their work. Edgar did my last tattoo and Ill definitely be going back to him for the next one. Super chill atmosphere.

My mom & I went to get our nose pierced & Danielle helped us out , great personality, vibed with her very well she gave us instructions on how to keep our piercing clean . she also gave us her personal number just in case we needed it. cool lay out , definitely coming back !

Absolutely loved it here! One of my nostrils is bigger than the other & she explained that because of this it would b difficult to find the sweet spot but she did it on the first try with hardly any pain & the place and people are so friendly & very artistic!!

Dannie pierced my daughters ears at 2 months old and they healed perfectly. She also pierced my tragus and Ive had no issues with it. & Her brother Charlie did mine and my sisters tattoo and we both loved them!

Great products, good prices, terrible customer service. The lady was extremely rude, rushing me, I stood there for 15 min waiting for help and was ignored.when we finally were being helped she stopped and had started helping another customer instead of finishing our transaction. It appeared as if she was on drugs and acting as if I was just a burden on her. She was not knowledgable about the products or at least didnt seem to care enough to answer any questions that I had asked. I will never return and tell fellow artist to avoid shopping based solely on the customer service provided to me by the blonde short overweight woman with the face tattoo.

Id like to personally thank everyone at Charlies for being open during these troubling times and having everything a shop needs to stay supplied with professional equipment! All the products that Ive purchased at Charlies have been up to par with the tattoo industries standards. They are affordable and they have everything a tattoo artist needs to keep busy during this pandemic. All cartridges sold here are sterile and checked with eo gas. They also sell all the necessary germicides, gloves, salves, stencil papers, machines by bishop, and anything else you can ever want and need for tattooing. I highly recommend Charlies for your shops supply needs.

I came here for a super simple tattoo (a stencil tattoo) and the guy who did it was very shaky and my tattoo came out very ugly. They charged me 80 for a tattoo smaller than quarter that took all of 10 minutes to do.

Solid choice for doing any business with these folks.

Relaxed atmosphere, one of those shops you could get what you need and go. And yet you could get hypnotized and browse for an hour. All in all good shop good people.

This place had exactly what I was looking for and I couldnt ask for better service!!

Very weird situation. I called and they hung up on me then i called again. A little kid answered. I asked for an adult and the lady had a tad bit of attitude. Not sure if its a place id want to get anything done at.

I went in to ask for pricing info and was told $60 & then went i went back to get the tattoo 30 minutes later it changed to $70. owner was extremely rude and gave me lots of unnecessary attitude.
