Went in for my first laser treatment yesterday. Alex, Alisha, and Karen helped me out and they were great! I got this tattoo April of 2018 and it has faded a decent amount over time but I was ready to finally get rid of it. I’m very happy with the progress so far just from one session! Next session is in December 😁

I had my consultation yesterday and had a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and the check-in process was quick and easy. Alisha took me back and she was kind, patient, and informative. We discussed the cost and many options to pay it, what the process looks like and how it works, and she offered to fit me in with the nurse for my first session right there. I felt confident and well-informed going into it. Karen grabbed me next for our session. She made me feel at ease and explained what the machine did and what to expect pain-wise. I appreciated that she started slowly to gauge my response. It hurt a bit but the cold pack she used to numb the area beforehand and the cold fan she used during really helped to make it manageable. It was done within a few minutes then she went over aftercare and answered any remaining questions. Overall, great experience and would recommend.

Visited Removery to have my old eyebrow tattoos removed. The environment was very professional, clean and modern. Felt welcomed from the moment I entered. The RN that does the removal is very cool…so cool you almost don’t want to look like such a baby in front of her, but she’s quick and super friendly. Overall love myDecision to come here. Alisha helped me through the consultation and was very informative on how the processes is. she assured me my skin would not be scarred or worse than my natural skin after the tattoos are fully removed which was my biggest fear. Karen was the one to do the laser treatment and she was so accommodating to make me feel comfortable. the pain was 2/10 and felt less painful than getting a tattoo in my opinion. Both girls were so sweet and attentive. i’m so excited for my journey and can’t wait for my next session already!

Been her 3 times for a removal of a heavy lined tattoo. I like coming here. The staff is welcoming and the place is clean and decorated nice. Bathroom is well cared for. My tattoo is almost gone.

Everyone here has been very pleasant and my treatment is fast and easy.Biggest complaint is the PRICE of tattoo removal. Gosh dang, a tattoo that cost me $200 to get takes almost $2,000 to remove. Makes you think before getting another.

I have tattoos covering both arms and have been looking for a fresh start, so have been looking around in and off for the past few months of places to go. After completing some consultations with other providers, I didn’t feel comfortable with their overall process and didn’t have good feelings about having my removal done there. When I went for my initial consultation with Removery I was greeted by Alisha. Alisha guided me through everything and explained the process very thoroughly. It’s clear that there is a lot of care and compassion here from the staff. Alisha was also very attentive to the questions I had and is very knowledgeable. My only regret is that I didn’t find this spot sooner. After signing up for a package for the removal (which was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive then the lowest quote I got elsewhere), I was onto my first treatment with Alex, who is the RN who administers the laser removal. Alex is another amazing human being at this spot who also clearly cares about her patients. She as well walked me through the steps before getting started and made the entire experience less nerve-racking. Alex is great to to talk with, and before you know it the treatment is over. I know everyone is different, but overall the actual treatment itself I found very tolerable and my arms are covered in tattoos.I’m so glad I made the choice to come here for my removal and I can’t wait for my next treatment. Alicia did my intake took measurements of my tattoo .. which is most of my uppper back . We went over a removal plan she was very clear and listened to my goals the the removal . And was very clear about the payment and the sessions I needed.. I came in for a consultation, but was able to start my removal process that day. I was taken back with Karen now she went over how she was going to ice my back and how if I needed to take a break and if I was uncomfortable in anyway she just explained the whole process to me. I was actually surprised it wasn’t as bad as I thought she was quick. It hurt a little bit. I would say it hurt mostly that hour after but I went home. I had some food. I lay down for a little bit but now I have zero pain. I’m so excited to go back in 10 weeks the process and the progress I can already see and I’m excited for it. Thanks Karen and Alicia.

My tattoo is fading so nicely, each time only takes 1 min. Its bit painful but so fast.Also the price was the most affordable, I have gone asked from few places.They have the latest technologies for tatto removal

So grateful for Removery and their team. I was so self conscious with my microbladed/tatooed brows that I hated taking pictures. After one session much of that madness was removed. So much happier and able to take selfies with my kiddos without dreading seeing my brows. I just came in for my second and hopefully last session and excited to see that last bit come off.

I’ve been going to Removery in Santa Anna for a while now and even though a location has opened up closer to me -I still do the drive out because Alexandra is truly the best! She is so patient and kind, plus funny :) I love our laser sessions. Even if a Removery opened up next door to me, I would continue to do the hour drive to have Alexandra laser me :) And ohhhhh the progress we have made on my tattoo removal :)) Best life choice I ever made was finally getting rid of the tattoos I hate & making room for ones that I’ll actually be proud of :)

Her vibrant and kind personality as well as friendliness always eases the process for me and makes it feel a lot less painful. She is very gentle and has made a once very anxiety inducing process for me extremely tolerable and easy. In fact, I look forward to my appointments as it means I get to talk to and work with Alex. I am so appreciative of the ladies at Removery. I went in for a consultation regarding my cosmetic tattoo that was done over 20 years ago. 20 years ago, I had a botched eyebrow job done and I could never completely cover them. You could see a greenish/gray color above where my natural eyebrows were. I literally looked like I had an eyebrow above my natural eyebrow. I could never cover them completely, and I hated that I always had to wear makeup to try and cover them. I had reached out to a few places that told me the color I had was not going to change, and there wasnt much hope to get rid of them. I decided to do some research, and that led me to Removery. I went in for a consult, expecting to hear the same discouraging news. Imagine my joy when 20 minutes later, I had my treatment done and the color is completely gone. I have no grey or green color, and you cannot tell I ever had my eyebrows done in the first place. For the first time in over 20 years, I finally look normal. I wish I had taken a photo. I keep looking in the mirror and I cannot believe Im finally rid of these ugly eyebrows. The ladies at Removery were so professional, and they really cared about my issue. They never once made me feel like they were in it just for the money. Everything was discussed up front, and I knew exactly what my cost would be. They provided me with clear and precise aftercare instructions, and they included some ointment for me to use once I left. I have another tattoo that Im going to have removed in the near future. Absolutely 10/10 experience. Clean facility. Welcoming staff. Alisha was very thorough during my consultation. Explained everything step by step and broke down my payment plan clearly. Alex also made me feel very comfortable during my first tattoo removal session. I also really appreciated the fact that she took her time to explain to me that people of Asian descent tend to get an allergic reaction on their skin if they get multiple big tattoos removed at once.. basically it’s a immune response and your immune system can freak out because it’s trying to heal so many places at once. Being filipino, she warned me about this because I wanted 9 tattoos removed at once. I trust her medical advice and it just shows that she cares/wants her clients to have a smooth healing process during their laser removal journey. Let me tell you all something… if you have ever gotten a tattoo and you are currently conducting research on the best possible solution for removal, use this review as your sign to schedule your consultation and first session with Removery. For so long, I contemplated removing this name tattoo but it just seemed like such a lengthy process. I have had countless consultations, but I didn’t feel comfortable because the results were never guaranteed and I had to pay for each individual session. Like, are you kidding me? This concept seemed rather unrealistic. I even paid for one session with a tattoo removal center, and the nurse told me that the results may not be very drastic because of my dark skin. I continued to research and stumbled upon Removery. I went in for my consultation, and I was so comfortable with the information I was given and the pricing that was offered. In fact, I decided to start my first session that same day. I did purchase a complete removal package which gives you unlimited sessions for as long as it takes to remove your tattoo. Isn’t that incredible? I have referred so many friends, and we are all completing this process together. In August, I’ll receive my ninth treatment. The name was no longer visible after session five and it hurts less and less each time. I paid for unlimited sessions upfront, but they offer financing options to fit your budget. I’ve been coming to Removery for 3 sessions now and I’ve got to say I have already seen significant progress with just the last 2 times of going. I’m really happy with my results each time. I have one on the side of my left hand, one on my chest and one on my lower back. The chest is the least painful. The one on the hand is second most painful and the lower back is the most painful. I try to not take any breaks to get it over with as quick as possible. Service is great and the staff is professional. I definitely would recommend going here vs any other tattoo removal place.

It’s always a quick in and out process I never have to waste time or wait around my sessions are always quick and fast which I love since I never have to wait around or waste time and I already see the results and love it. I’ve been wanting to join the military for the longest. My tattoos held me back from every branch and I was ready to give up until my wife sent me a link to this place. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and was immediately help. I’ve always been hesitant to go to a tattoo removal place cause of my finances but this place really helps you out. Alisha and Alex were very nice and very helpful. They have a great payment plan available and they help out a lot for people trying to join the military. They even gave me my first session after I was approved for the payment plan. 30 minutes from walking in to walking out after my session. Amazing service and care. I am about 3 o4 4 sessions in...cant remember. Consultation with Alisha was clear and concise on explaing how the process works as well as adding in a veteran discounted rate. Alex is knowledgable and explains everthing through the process. I’m very picky with the places I go, especially since I used to sell laser tattoo removal treatments (with the PFD patch) but the girls were not only very welcoming but extremely informative and knowledgeable as well. I originally made my appointment at their LA branch but was so thrilled they opened an office in OC which is closer to where I live. Transferring the appointment was super easy and pleasant. I went in late Dec for my first session. The ladies working at this office are so friendly and professional! Definitely felt at ease when the nurse Joana explain step by step the process and after care. I had a large back tattoo (black/grey) that I wanted to tidy some blow out and lighten some areas. It was a lot of small complicated areas but we go through it! When I got home, I noticed a few areas were missed. When I asked what to do about the area, she was so sweet she asked me to come back the same day to take care of it. I bought the 3 session package and can tell the areas are faded after the first session. Cant wait to see the completed result!

This place (Santa Ana) is great! Alex and the rest of the staff are very profesional and the location is state of the art. Alex gave me the rundown of what to expect and the procedure was quick (10 min) for a large upper back tattoo that spans shoulder to shoulder. The pain was much less than what was expected during the procedure and a couple hours later it feels like a slight sunburn. Would definitely recommend Removey’s services!

I had old microblading that I no longer liked. I tried three sessions of saline removal which only slightly lightened the microblading and the healing process was horrendous. After one laser treatment with Removery, the microblading is like 98% gone. I am beyond pleased. There was absolutely no down time. The treatment area was slightly red for 2-3 days, but I had no hair loss or weird color changes. I had a wonderful experience with both my consultant Alisha, and the nurse Alex. They both really listened to my concerns and absolutely did not try to pressure me into anything. I was really worried that the laser could change my microblading into a weird orange/red color which could happen, but they did a small test spot and allowed me to wait as long as I wanted to before moving forward. If you’re debating between Pico laser treatment or saline removal, definitely go with the laser!

The nurses (I think that’s what they’re technically called) are so so kind. I enjoy talking to every one of them! Always quick and easy

My husband had a consultation and was so impressed he had them call me about a tattoo on my ankle. Alisha called me right away and we set the appointment for later that same day. She was a wealth of knowledge and really made the decision easy and comforting. I was amazed at the results on their IG and website and I thought maybe for the first time this will actually be worthwhile. I got this when I was 18 and regretted it almost immediately. It’s not offensive or even all that ugly but I had to cover it for work for almost 2 decades and I’m just tired of it. Having to wear boots and pants during the summers has been such a pain in the a**. I’ve gone to several tattoo removal places over the years but each of them said there would be scaring and/or discoloration in the pigment of my skin so I just never followed through with it. It was also unrealistically priced with X dollars per session but they couldn’t pinpoint how many sessions it would take. Sooo will I pay $400 or $4,000? With Removery they give a flat price and endless sessions and that is absolutely what sold me. I had my 1st session and I’m already pleased with the results. It’ll be a long process but by this time next year I should be well on my way. The nurse, who was amazing, thoughtful and thorough did all the black outline first which took less than 2 minutes and it was over. It hurt like a ************* but by time my adrenaline kicked in she was already done. They allow 6 weeks in-between sessions for healing so I’ll write another review at the halfway point. Def recommend if you’re considering it tho.
