Sam was my artist. She did an amazing job. Keen attention to detail. Very kind and friendly. She had tattooed my daughter before my daughter passed away. I wanted the same tattoo, with a small addition. When I explained what happened while setting up the appointment she went through the trouble of finding the original stencil she had used on my girl. When I arrived for my appointment she gave me the stencil! I immediately cried and plan to frame it. How incredibly thoughtful. She did an excellent job and has a warm, welcoming vibe. The shop is professional, clean and has a friendly staff. I’ll definitely be back.

Since coming to the Saraland area, I was referred to Jeff and team to finally get the work Ive been wanting done. I am extremely pleased with how my tattoos have come out. A very talented team, big thanks to Jeff, Nate, and Zena!

The whole staff is super friendly! My mom and I were walk-ins wanting a couple of tattoos in Arabic. Those who assisted us made sure they got our tattoos right to our liking and we were tattooed by Jeff who was so nice prompt and professional! He gave us exactly what we asked for they look perfect! The entire shop is a vibe and they are super clean and again so friendly and welcoming. They definitely got two new customers everytime we are in town! Arson was incredible! They did an amazing job on my bridge piercing, were so sweet the whole time, very professional and thorough, and even had some great tunes playing. Already cant wait to go back for another stab wound soon!

I got a tat here about a month ago. I contemplated for years what to get. I still wasnt 100% sure when I finally went in but Josie understood my vision and it turned out perfect! If I have anything else done it will be here! Update: over a year later and still like new!

The atmosphere was welcoming, the piercer, who was not only skilled but also friendly, wasted no time getting to work. I emphasized taking the necessary time for precise placement, and she exceeded expectations.one aspect I took note of was the presence of apprentices actively learning in the shop, it reflected a sense of professionalism to me. throughout the process, the piercer maintained a clean and sanitary environment, leaving no room for concerns like blood or untidiness.what sealed the deal for me was the reasonable pricing; the total came out to $50, and I gladly added a $10 tip for the exceptional service. its worth mentioning that the total satisfaction prompted a well-deserved 5/5 stars. highly recommend this establishment for both the expertise and the friendly atmosphere.

Nice and friendly professional staff plus I was a walk-in as well. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I got a nose piercing the Tech. that I had went over the procedure very thoroughly before and taking care of it after. Thank you 😊🎉💕

Went Saturday (Aug 26) to get my first nose piercing. I was nervous when I walked in. The young lady at the front desk offered to hold my hand. The young lady who did my piercing was AWESOME; she explained every step to me and she made me comfortable. Im definitely going back to get started on my tattoos.

Super friendly staff!! But Im so very pleased with their piercer Artison! We took our 5 year old daughter there to get her ears pierced. She went above and beyond to make sure our daughter was comfortable with everything she was doing and done her best to keep the needle out of sight to keep her from freaking out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to get their kids ears done!!! Artison was so gentle and friendly with our girl and I think that helped put her at ease. Thank you guys so so much!!!

I bought a bunch of jewelry and it was all super cheap, but quality jewelry. I have 5 facial piercings and they were all $4 and $5 a piece. Jeff gave me a really good deal on the “butterfly knife”. I’ll definitely be going back anytime I need jewelry!

Highly recommend Exit 13, especially for piercing. Arson is fantastic! She’s professional and very personable, made me feel very comfortable with both of my sessions with her, did a double conch piercing and also re-pierced the “girls” for me.

Arson was an amazing piercer! They definitely made me feel comfortable and confident in my choice and made the whole process easy and light hearted. They also offer free jewelry changes once it heals.

The young lady, Arson, I believe is her name pierced my daughters and step daughters ears and was amazing! She was so patient and kind to them and spoke softly to them and kept them both from getting upset. Would only recommend her for anyone getting any piercing.

If i could give 0 starts i would!! I visited this location more than once in the past & had good experience i got my first belly ring done here. I went a few days ago to get my second belly piercing & the new piercing lady at the front desk was horrible!! I called to see if they had a wait time the lady responded no, When i got there i waited an hour without being serviced. She clearly had me sitting there an hour & was going to serve two cus that came in after me before me. I addressed her in a polite manner & she looked at me crazy after the customer stated that i was there waiting before them. Very unprofessional!! Ill never be going to them again! They need Sky back in there Asap she was amazing!!

I got my septum pierced and the lady was very nice and walked me through it. was done in less than two minutes

Busy but very friendly and helpful staff. The ladies were really nice and welcoming. Mask are not required but we wore ours and when the young lady got ready to see us she put hers on. I really appreciate her for that. Their hours vary so you may want to call and or book ahead. Online hours are completely off.

My daughter got 3 new ear piercings. They were professional and fast for what all she got. Definitely recommend them for piercings

Sky is a fantastic piercer, I really enjoyed how she treats her customers. She took really good care of me when I got my septum done i was super nervous and she helped me feel comfortable and less anxious about the whole thing and when I got a little nauseous she helped feel better. 10/10 would recommend and I plan on going back for any other piercings in the future!!

I got my tattoo from Erin, she kept her station very clean. She was super kind, gave me the opportunity to get up and stretch multiple times, and provided a beautiful tattoo. Everyone in the shop was very kind and it was clean. It was a wonderful experience.

I’ve had multiple piercings but Arson just set the bar SO HIGH. She’s the sweetest, and guided me through the whole process with her angel voice AND words of encouragement. Can’t wait to come back and see her for more piercings in the future!

I always get nervous before getting a tattoo, but Josie was extremely professional and reassuring that everything was going to be fine and she was right. She took no time drawing it up and before I knew it, I was in the chair. She educated me on future work and talked me through the tattoo she was doing. Shes very light handed and her work was nothing short of AMAZING!!! The entire staff gave positive vibes and the store was spotless!!! I will return and telling everyone I know to come also.

Erin was absolutely wonderful! Brought my wife in for a small but sentimental tattoo, and not only did Erin do that one for her, but she also fixed a mistake that was made at another tattoo shop. We will definitely be seeing her again

I recommend anyone wanting work they can be proud of to stop and talk to Jeff. He is a talented artist who surpassed my greatest expectations. The shop is clean with a friendly feel. Jeff was able to take an idea that I had and turn it into a beautiful cover-up. I will definitely be returning to have more work done.

My husband, both children, and myself all have tattoos from several places in/around the area, so I speak from experience! We have been to Exit 13 on two occasions and have been pleased with every aspect of it, so far! My first experience was our son getting his first tattoo. Exit 13 was very professional, helpful, and attentive to his desire. Our second trip consisted of him getting his second one, with them helping him tweak his picture into his own tattoo without acting put-off. Mine was two pictures of two ideas that they literally drew into one idea on my wrist over and over until we got it right, the artist even erased it when we thought it was ok because he wasnt 100% happy with the way it looked!! The lines,shading, pictures, etc...are awesome!! The cleanliness of this place is outstanding!! The equipment is kept in a manner you know are clean and sterile! Again, I will reiterate the professional manner this shop is run; some places we have been in people didnt care who was around, talking and saying whatever they wanted (filthy) and that has never been our experience with Exit 13. I could go on about them, but I think you get the drift... Thanks Josie, Heather, and Jeff for a great experience so far!!! (The other artist in there work looks great, it is just these three we have personally dealt with!)

We called and spoke to the piercer, she said that she didn’t have any customers she had just finished with one & no one was in her chair…make it to the shop just for them to not acknowledge us for atleast 6 minutes even tho they looked at us when we walked thru the door….anyways the employees continued their conversation before one of them asked if we had been helped then goes on to say they’re not piercing after 9:30 she then asks if we called before we came….once we told her we spoke to the piercer she changed her cut off time to 9. I guess she forgot she had just said 9:30 even tho we called at 8:54. The piercer NEVER said it was a cut off time over the phone. So at this point the place is giving RACIST vibes. POINT BLANK PERIOD ! If this is not the impression you would like to leave your customers then you should be very clear of your policy when your customer call and speak to you over the phone !!! I made it very clear that we were on the way over the phone she never said anything about a cut off time for piercing .

I got my nipples pierced there by Arson and they were so great!! They talked to me and walked me through everything and made the whole experience comfortable. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

Ive been going here a long time, all of the artists are quality and the shop has a cool vibe. Make an appointment if at all possible. They do walk-ins but they fill up QUICK. Dont expect to just waltz in and get inked whenever, but thats the way it is with any good shop these days.Cant recommend enough!

I had my first tattoo done tonight, and I was very nervous. But the girl who done my tattoo was able to keep me calm and told me that it wouldnt hurt that bad. She was able to price all the pieces I wanted done on the spot. She was very professional and very sweet. They were clean and was an overall friendly environment for me given I hadnt ever gotten a tattoo before. I will be going back to Exit 13 for all my future tattoo needs.

If you come to Mobile AL and you want a tattoo and you ask around, you will most likely hear of exit 13, and thats for a good reason they are professional in the way they do their business. I recommend going here. My tattoo was done by Ajay theyre a good artist, and I recommend them. Also fwy if you want an anime tattoo, they also do good anime tattoos

Months after my Birthday but got my first tattoo. I searched numerous shop before my decision to visit Exit 13. Staff was very friendly and answered whatever questions I asked about getting a tattoo. Was made to feel welcome and I was smiling as I were leaving. Very, very clean and professional. The Artists make you feel at ease.

I highly recommend Jeff at Exit 13. He did a cover up of an old tattoo I had that looked like a prison tattoo. I gave him an idea of what I was looking for and he had some suggestions. He drew up a sketch for me and it was exactly what I wanted. The shop is very clean and the people are very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I drove over from Baldwin county and it was well worth it. I will definitely be back.

The girl there kept on putting us off all I was trying to get was a tung Ring and a nose ring but instead of coming to help us with our purchase she kept telling us to hang tight she will be right with us well about 20 or 30 minutes later she still hasnt come to help us she kept on going doing other things and putting us off so we left and havent been back there since

Wanted some work done to an existing tattoo. My tattoo artist worked very hard to understand my desires and spent a long time listening and researching the best way to approach adding to my design so the overall effect would look seemless. He not only achieved the look I wanted but enhanced the original tattoo (per my request) by correcting the color. Now it finally looks complete. I had gone to two other tattoo shops in Mobile before this one. One person said the job made them nervous... another suggested relocating the tattoo altogether. I guess I just needed to find the right shop! 10/10 would let them ink me again.

The place is nice and clean . They explain everything before they do anything on you .. no matter if its a tatto or a piercing . The tools are cleaned in front of you so you know that they are clean . The people that work there are super nice and will answer any questions that you may have and they will give you a straight up answer .
