My Kid begged me for a helix ear piercing two years ago. They let us do a walk in and a young lady pierced her right ear. For the first several weeks it was horribly infected, inflamed, and bloody, and just kept getting worse over time. We found out that it had been pierced incorrectly and bc she recommended the loop earring instead of the bar earring, the chance of infection was significantly higher. It developed a hard nodule and constantly fills up with blood/pus and has to be cleaned out. Two years later, it’s ugly and still painful and the skin keeps trying to heal over the hole. It’s a fight to keep it open and clean. Just an overall negative experience. Wish we had done our research and never gone here!

I got my 2nd and 3rd holes pierced on my ears and theyre healing really good! No infections or complications and the pain went away after basically a day. This was my first time in a tattoo shop getting a piercing and they made me feel very comfortable and welcomed there. I cant remember the guys name who pierced my ears but he had black hair and guages. He was super cool and nice Id def recommend him!!

I just got my septum pierced here and its crooked. Do not go here for septum piercings even though the chick that did mine had hers done! I bet she trusted the person doing hers to do it correctly 🙄😡

I know I’m going to spell his name wrong, but Kendyl did my Jack and Zero. I couldn’t be more happy! I’m going back in 6 weeks to finish it. He’s quiet and reserved, but he’s an amazing artist. I can’t remember what the guys name was that did my sons tattoo. He did a good job, but I really think he overcharged my son. I paid the same and look what I got versus what he got. My son is only 19 and when the guy asked him what limit he had, my son messed up and said he had no limit. So they guy instantly knew he could ask for whatever. This is my opinion only and I could be wrong. This is simply based on how myself and my son feel.Anyways, I’d recommend Art Fusion to anyone! I would have given them 5 stars, but because of the guy overcharging, I’m giving them a 3. Sorry Kendyl (however you spell it)

Absolutely love art fusion, they have done 3 of my tattoos and 3 of my piercings. I already told them I’ll be back for more tattoos and piercings

Very “fun” environment. I heard some inappropriate things being said about a coworker who was also getting some things done. Wasn’t too fond of that. Other than that, the owner of the shop is the one that tattooed me and I’m a little disappointed. He kept trying to push tattoo ideas on me and when I finally found one that he wanted to do and I was ok with he wouldn’t let me change my mind. Charged me $300 for a tattoo that scarred up way more than any of my others. It took 45 minutes and it felt like he was in a rush because he was going deep. Go at your own risk but he talked about how he charges clients more who talk about having money or charging the professional athletes he tattooed and how he charges them more just for being famous. Anyway, enter at your own risk but the whole place gave me a bad vibe.

Let me just say if you didn’t get your tattoo done here, you missed out. The staff is so friendly and the establishment is very clean. Let me give a special shout-out to Mudd, that man is a Beast with that ink. I absolutely love my leg tattoo and he was quick with it as well. I’ll be back soon.

Just went to get my nose pierced and had a great experience! Friendly staff and i was taken straight back with no wait, he didnt even charge me. I would recommend them highly for all your piercing and tattoo needs. I definitely will be back!

After doing a lot of research and checking around. We drove to Saraland today because I promised my daughter to get her septum pierced. The staff was VERY nice and professional. The lady talked my daughter through the entire procedure and aftercare. Thank you to the entire staff for making my daughter happy.

Im the type of person that gets very anxious and has a lot of anxiety. When I go into a new place and dont know anyone. Everyone was very welcoming And very impressed by the atmosphere and absolutely love. The work I had done today couldnt be more happy. 😁 Highlyrecommend.

I went here because my cousin got a tattoo here and spoke highly of the establishment. As a walk in they were able to get me, my brother, and my cousin all taken care of. Mud did my tattoo (pictured) and did an amazing job. I will be returning to get more work done!! Highly recommend this place!!

Septum piercing. the environment in the shop was very off putting, it didn’t seem very welcoming. we went in and the service was fine. the piercing itself was horrible, the piercer was kind of stand-off ish to begin with and she literally pierced the septum crooked. when we walked in she was vaping in our faces it seemed very unprofessional. we even left the piercer a tip. the right side of the piercing is way higher in the nose than the left side is. she also did not go into the aftercare methods as she should have. i have worked in a tattoo shop before and i have experienced many people and piercers and how they operate, she has been my least favorite so far. i knew how to care for the piercing even considering the fact she really didn’t tell us much so it ended up being fine, along with the fact that they didn’t even have any saline solution or any cleaning methods to sell to customers. we talked after we left the shop and my boyfriend and i both agreed that our experience was very unprofessional and we did not enjoy our time there, nor we will be back.

Kendyl was the tattoo artist that worked with my hubby and myself. He was young, very patient, professional, and friendly with us as an older couple. The overall staff was cordial, but not overly friendly. It was a laidback type of day. The shop was clean and organized, but upgrades are needed. I would definitely recommend others to this establishment. We will return to Kendyl for additional tats for my hubby and 2 older tats color enhancement for me.

If you go here , go to Patt! He is so nice. I was so scared and he was so easy to talk to . I was instantly comfortable after sitting in the chair and communicating. The tattoo did not hurt as bad as I expected . He was really understanding about everything from price to being scared. I’ll add another photo later

I recommend Kendyle! He did an amazing job on my bestfriends tattoo! now mine i got mine done by jessie. I am extremely disappointed. my friend and i got matching tattoos just with different colors incorporated. yet i have NEVER gotten a tattoo here before all my previous at Exit13 with never any issues. I have never bleed in the past during tattoos also never had a difficult healing process either! Well with the tattoo i have gotten i bleed extremely bad through the entire session & healing has taken some time for sure. I have done everything recommended and have not done anything different from my previous tattoos during the healing process. I feel as if she went too deep because i sure am going to need a touch up but i sure wont be coming back to her…. sorry you guys! altogether experience in shop was great! everybody is so nice, clean, & very friendly!

Super friendly group of people! Very down to earth and professional.My tattoo is absolutely beautiful. We had the privilege of working with Josh and he did an OUTSTANDING job. We will definitely be going back when we are down this way again.

The men in there were very nice and respectful. We drove 2 hours to get a nose piercing we called in advance and they said they were able to do it. We got there filled out the sheet, in the process the young lady Cynthia had an attitude very horrible attitude and stated “I don’t have anymore piercings for the nose” with the worst look on her face. So we were like okay one of the men then stated we drove two hours which he was just stating she then had a “so what” look and rolled her eyes. I would never recommend going. I don’t know if she had a bad day or what, but you don’t treat “PAYING” customers that way.

The team there was so friendly, they pierced my nose and my mothers nose during the summer. They were a big help through any bumps we had in the healing process. Overall Id recommend them to anyone who asks me about where to get body mods, and have done so since I got the piercing. My friend also got a tatto done there and it came out beautiful. Go here if youre looking for tattoos or piercings, theyre amazing!

Joe, Mud, and Jesse are amazing. They treat every one like family. The atmosphere is always upbeat and friendly. I always feel at home when Im there. I go for ink or sometimes just to hang out. Either way I always feel welcome.

My husband has had more than one tattoo done by Mudd and they are amazing . The price was very reasonable for the work done and quality was great. Super friendly , I cant wait to go back and get mine.

My mother came in to get a belly piercing and after a few days of cleaning 2 times a day and making sure not to mess with it much, it started turning red but she did research and it said it would be red for a while and eventually go away but it never went away and she’d call me crying saying she wants to take it out and saying it’s hurts so bad so I looked at it and it was a deep red color and was infected and started spreading up her chest so now she at the hospital and they said if she came any later it would have spread to her heart which it crazy it’s a belly piercing.

The lady that pierced my septum had no idea what she was doing!! They only have 1 size of septum piercings 1 color and 1 style and she made the septum crooked!!! Needless to say I took it out cause it looked too long and was crooked I also got my eyebrow done she didnt ask where I wanted it and I had to tell her and on top of that she clamped down way too hard!! And dropped the jewelry and jerked away while still clamping down I could feel a slight tear and it hurt so bad! Also place was dirty and unprofessional I will never come back!! Also didnt give me any decent advise on how to clean the piercings

Mud is one of the nicest people i know and he is a great tattoo artist. If you want a great tattoo Mud is definitely the guy to see. The shop is awesome and everyone makes you feel at ease.

Go see these guys for all ur new tattoo needs. Mudd and another artist there worked together to come up with a great cover up tattoo and incorporated another tattoo Mudd did about six months ago. Mudd did the cover up tattoo to cover something I got about 12 yrs ago. Next sitting is to finish the new tattoo up. These guys are awesome.

Got a suicide awareness anchor/semicolon with my wife and were both very happy. A bit of a long wait, but the artists there made sure to let everyone know where they were in line and even took down make and model of vehicles and came to the parking lot to call you in for your appointment.

Very clean shop and awesome staff! Went and got my first piercing done today (monroe) and will definitely use them again. Great prices also.

Life is an endless void of intolerance, pain, and betrayal. Id like to think that eternal sleep will cure the unsolvable question of why bother? But I know better. It will provide no answers. Just void. So really, that proves that knowledge in itself is useless. There will be none waiting for me at the end. All in all Art Fusion provides me great service and enjoyable company. Well I tired to upload the picture. But me an my boyfriend got his an her tattoos . The lines in my tattoo aren’t finished. My boyfriend supposedly had shading around his worst thing I’ve even seen. Hands down worst tattoo on him. The tattoo simply said her beast ! I don’t understand how it could turned out to look so horrible. The lines are awful on his as well. The girl keep saying we do free touch ups I would rather pay someone to complety redone my boyfriends tattoo before I let her touch his arm again. Think twice before you allow the women in art fusion tattoo on you.
