Dark Timez Tattoo and Piercing

I’ve gotten three tattoos so far from the artist Stephanie and she is amazing!! besides being super kind and accommodating, she has a super light hand and a super creative mind as most of my tattoos from her were just simple ideas I wasn’t sure of at first that she helped create & turned into amazing pieces of artwork I’m so happy to have on me forever!! My recent one from her being a matching tat I got with my two best friends

What a great experience today getting inked! Me, my daughter and her fiancé all got inked, each one had a different artist. . Stephanie did my tattoo. She was excellent, very friendly, extremely clean and outgoing made my experience worth going back for more! She has a very delicate hand! I have a sleeve of tattoos that I had done by two artists in the past and this place does not compare to them at all. I recommend this place 1000% when my daughter and her fiancé were done with theirs. They walked out all satisfied and extremely happy with their experience with their artists, John and Matt ! Great music in the back ground and a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere! Please next time anyone is looking to get inked, check them out!

I got my rook piercing done by John. He was incredible! The piercing process went smoothly until the after as I was paying and fainted. He was very helpful during the time and made sure I was okay before having me leave the studio. 10/10 recommend getting a piercing done here!!!

I’m really happy with my belly button piercing!! John and Kayla are really great people and the service is great!! The prices are fair and I was given clear instructions on how to properly treat my piercing to avoid complications:))) definitely plan on returning and would highly recommend 😊

My artist Stephanie was patient, thorough, and talked me through my tattoo making it an enjoyable experience. I love my tattoo so much and she made sure I was completely satisfied with my piece. Very nice inside, all the artist are inviting. Very professional. My tattoo artist John also the owner is awesome. Did an amazing on adding to my butterflies and fixing some things up for me :).

My overall experience was fantastic! My artisit was Stephanie and from the beginning to the end of the process, she was guiding me through every step. She took so much care into the placement and her hand was not too heavy! My tattoo was a spotify song code & precision was KEY to ensure it would scan...and IT DOES!!! I LOVE IT!! The shop was clean and well maintained. All the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Im definitely coming back for another tattoo/piercing!!

Artist did an amazing job with redoing a tattoo that I didn’t like for many years! This is now the 4th tattoo I have gotten from this shop and both artist are amazing!

I got a tattoo from John back in October of 2023. When me and my friend came into the shop, our first words is, we want small and danty thin line tattoos. I went with a friend, wasn’t 100% what I wanted, she went first and I choose my tattoo after he talked me out of my original skull I wanted cause he told me that the lines would be to thick and bleed together when healing ( then gives me a thick tattoo) , basically he couldn’t do it. John assured me that the tattoo would NOT be as thick as the template and was using as a guide. John had the tattoo machine running for 2 mins on my tattoo on my neck ! He blew out part of my B and it came out extremely thick, when I brought this up to him he agreed it came out thick and wanted me to come in so he can tattoo me again and cover it, I asked for a refund and he had no problem returning me my money, now I’m here August 2024 cause I’m having a problem with it almost a year later, it burns and stings when wet or irritated. I go to reach out to John about maybe what it happening to find he has unprofessionally blocked me on social media platforms after what I thought was a very professional conversation about the refund. Please be careful who you trust with your ink, my friends tattoos came out thin and perfect while mine on the side of my face was blown out and done to hard. Not to mention how extremely crooked he made it :(

I went there last night for the first time last night for the flash tattoo sale and the tattoo and piercing turned out great! I believe (john(?)) was the artist of mine. he was quick and smooth with it which was impressive. The place is clean and the artists and piercers were very confident in their work. I left with a nice nose piercing and a great ocean wave sun tattoo on my arm. Im so grateful for the wonderful experience. Ill be going back again! thank you guys 😊

I came in last week to get a piercing from Hailee - she did my conch with a cute little pink opal piece. It’s healing nicely and I’m very happy with it. 😊 Thank you!! It was a very chill and welcoming atmosphere and everyone is friendly. I already can’t wait to come back for another piercing when this one heals a bit more. 💜💕

Had a great experience, about 5 days post piercing and havent had any issues! Was told to call or dm if anything was wrong and Ras was very attentive to making sure i was getting and doing everything I wanted regarding the placement and type of jewelry that would best fit me.

John is a great artist that always puts his heart into what i ask him for. The shop is beautiful and clean with a relaxed vibe. He makes sure your comfortable and given me the most beautiful sentimental tattoos. I will only ever trust John with any of my future tattoos and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a beautiful piece!

This is the most comfortable and welcoming environment, the artists there are absolutely wonderful and very friendly and the apprentice Steph does outstanding work you would think she’s been in the game for years! Can’t wait to go back and get some more ink asap!

This place is amazing the owner is the most amazing person.. I took my daughter here for 2 new piercings, belly button and vertical labret. He did an amazing job . He made her feel comfortable the whole time and he is so respectful . He explains everything as he does it , also explained aftercare . We will be back for more and can’t wait to schedule a tattoo with him !

Great experience getting tattooed here! Clean shop and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Austin was great about accommodating my friend and I for a walk-in. He did a fantastic job, clean lines and script, and he has a super gentle hand- closest thing to a pain-free tattoo I’ve ever gotten! Will definitely be back

We went to Dark Timez Tattoo shop to pierce our six year old daughter’s ears. Our experience was fun and tear free. The guys were great with our child. Their approach is very professional, gentle and cool. The place is clean, bright and very accommodating. The team is friendly and positive.Our little girl is so happy and her ears are looking great. My husband and I definitely recommend it ❤️

I absolutely recommend dark times tattoos and piercing to anyone who is thinking about doing any type of piercing. They’re very relaxed. They’re very equipped and they explain everything to you and go over everything with you. They’re amazing they’re quick I felt barely anything when they pierced my ears. It wasn’t amazing experience, my piercing artist was Anthony and he was absolutely great. Very satisfied with the service the staff are very nice.

Wonderful atmosphere and even more amazing artists/employees. The scenery off the bat is calm and caring. But when you get to know the artist and owner there you truly see how much they care for you and their professionalism! I will for sure be a regular customer. From artistry to hospitality they cover it all. New favorite tattoo shop! So happy with the work I’ve gotten done and the kindness and passion I see from all the people who work hard there. I got a very small detailed tattoo by the artist Named Austin. My husband recommended him since he’s done work on him in the past. We walked into the shop for the first time and we immediately felt welcomed. The owner took time to come to us and greet us and get to know us. My tattoo came out AMAZING exactly how I envisioned it. Pain level wasn’t how I expected, Austin has very delicate hands. Will definitely be back here for our tattoos in the future. I give this tattoo shop a 5 out of 5!

Had to get a scan so I needed to remove my nipple piercings and I went in there to get the jewelry put back in I couldn’t do it. John the owner was so sweet and definitely helped with the process. One had to be completely re-pierced and Anthony did a great job! Very gentle kept checking in on me making sure I was okay. 10/10 recommend I will be coming back for industrial bar and some tattoos

I had a floral tattoo representing my daughters and myself. It’s my first tattoo. I felt welcomed and the shop is clean and I felt so comfortable. There are great tattoo artists here with so much talent. I highly recommend this shop. I’m already planning my next tattoo.

So, Ive known John for as long as I can remember. I first got work done by him way way back when in about 2016/17 for a Friday the 13th special. Today Im back for a small piece on of his specials inspired me to draw. A simple monstera leaf tattoo in a vase. It turned out amazing, but no surprise there!, and I loved it the moment John put the stencil on. Hes got an easy steady hand, hes quick but very precise and his focus is like no other. I would highly recommend coming to Dark Timez Tattoo for your next piece!

This shop is extremely clean and very professional. I came here to get a piercing, Anthony and the owner were awesome. What could have been a very awkward situation was actually the opposite, it was completely comfortable and 100% professional. Great people, great personalities and amazing work!! My boyfriend and I were visiting friends in the area, I am from upstate NY. I can’t wait to go back next time we visit. Five stars all the way, thanks guys!!!! See you in the spring👍

Everyone here was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in with my daughter i was greeted with smiles and a hello. They took their time explaining what they were going to and thoroughly explained the aftercare. She has been beaming all day about her piercing! Thank you to the wonderful staff!!

John has been tattooing me for a long time now, hes very knowledgeable and does everything he can to make sure the result he delivers is something you will love forever! John has worked extremely hard on opening this new location and it shows the moment you walk in with a nice spacious waiting area which includes coffee and overall just a very nice and open layout of the establishment! The staff is very friendly and very professional and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and ensure you are happy with the quality of tge work you will receive

The owner and his apprentice were very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. He helped me resize and change my eyebrow piercing jewelry. Amazing experience and the tattoo he was doing while I was there was incredible work! :)

I went to Dark Timez Tattoo in sayville looking to get my arm piece touched up . There were a lot of areas that needed to be fixed . John did an amazing job at shading it in and fixing it to make it pop out and look beautiful. I am more than happy with my tat now and fully recommend anyone looking for a great spot to go here!!! Everyone who works there is very nice and professional . Overall great experience. 10 starrrrsssss all around

Went to Dark Timez Tattoo yesterday didn’t have any intentions on getting a tattoo but I did and even though it’s a small one I love it. My daughter and I got matching XO. Jonny the owner is awesome he is so friendly welcoming and does an awesome job tattooing his customers. William my son is the one that did mine and my daughters he did a great job. The shop is awesome very inviting great atmosphere. Planning on going back soon to get another one done.

I got a Friday the 13th tattoo they helped line up to blend with a previous tattoo I have, while there I decided last minute to get a piercing as well. The whole process was super quick, everyone was super friendly and nice. Definitely going back soon!
