Hands down the best tattoo experience that I ever had. The atmosphere and overall energy in this shop is absolutely amazing. Kristin took her time and delivered exactly what I was looking for. It’s perfect and I couldn’t be happier. The quality and attention to detail in Palo Santo’s work is unmatched. First off, the atmosphere of this shop is incredible! I love everything about the decor and mood of this place. Kristen is an outstanding tattoo artist. Her line work is perfect and her technique is flawless. If you want an amazing tattoo....go here!

This whole place is a vibe. You can tell Kristen really cares about her place and keeps it clean and authentic to who she is.Shannon gave my 4 friends and I matching tattoos. She dealt with us for several hours and did such an awesome job. She was honest about placement/sizing and truly listened to what we wanted. We all appreciated her honesty and professionalism. All 5 of us are happy and plan to use her again. Thanks again!

If you are thinking about coming here, do it. just do it. i travel from states away to come here and it is worth it. the shop is beautiful, clean, and the work i leave with is hypnotic. Kristen & Shannon are incredible people, artist, and tattoo artist. i recommend this place to everyone, even those who aren’t local (like i am) from states away. if i could give more stars i would give the celestial skies.

Kristen did an amazing cover up for me! She turned something I immediately regretted into a piece of art I love more every time I look at it. She took my cut and paste design concept and turned it into a beautiful piece that is contoured perfectly with my body. And there is no sign of what was underneath. Despite her incredible talent she is very humble and collaborative. The studio has a very comfortable welcoming vibe. While I was there I saw some drawings from the other artists at the studio who are also very talented. I highly recommend Palo Santo Tattoo whether it is your first or 100th tattoo. Or if you made a mistake like me and want to transform it!

Absolutely love this shop. Kristen is a total pro, makes you feel super comfortable, and takes her time making sure youre totally happy with your tattoos! I went in March for my first appointment with her and already scheduled to get my ribs done next cause Im so obsessed!

I have received 3 tattoos from Kristen so far and have already booked my next appointment. I have had both black and grey and color tattoos. Where I work I see new people all of the time, and people consistently comment on how amazing my tattoos are. 6 members of my family have received tattoos from her and will continue to only use her. To say I was nervous about getting another tattoo is an understatement. Its been a long time, years. In fact, since Ive gotten my last tattoo. And the piece that I wanted was an extremely detailed polynesian tattoo. The first time walking into the shop meeting Kristen was reassuring. Kristen is extremely professional and an amazing artist. She took the time to go over every little aspect of my half sleeve polynesian tattoo. Yesterday was my first Session and I left extremely happy with the detail and the intricacy of this tattoo. Im excited to see the next stage.Sitting there for hours getting the tattoo I even watched her apprentices and their professionalism with their clientele basis. You can tell everybody working in the shop. Loves being there and is excellent at what they do.If I can give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend Palo Santo!

I have been going to Kristen for 10 plus years now for my tattoos. Her talent well exceeds my expectations with every piece that she has done for me. I’ve recommended her to all of my friends who not only have gotten tattooed by her, but rebooked for bigger, more detailed pieces.The shop is unlike most tattoo studios you ever been to. Not only is it clean and sanitary , but the atmosphere is beautiful. It has a rainforest/oddity/rustic cabin feel with plenty of open space to breathe. Id give this place 6 stars if I could ✌🏼The picture I’ve attach to my review is of my mother ( who btw hates all tattoos ). When she saw her portrait on my leg she weld up with tears. She also made it her profile picture on FB 😊. Seriously, true story.

My experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Kristen was quick to respond to all my inquiries and concerns prior to my appointment. Her confidence in providing me and my brothers the tattoos we wanted completely put my mind at ease. From the moment I arrived, I was completely impressed with the vibe of the shop and how friendly everyone was. This was completely different from past tattoo experiences I have had at other shops. Everything was clean, explanations on the process were given, and Kristens warm and caring demeanor made the entire 4.5 hour session fly by. You can tell how much she loves what she does and how proud she is of her work and accomplishments. I am in absolute love and completely blown away not only by the beauty of the work but the intricacies as well. The details are just amazing!! I did not hesitate immediately booking my next appointment while I was there. Cannot wait! Thank you again Kristen, you are a true artist and an awesome person!

This shop is absolutely amazing and bewitching!!! Not only is it a very warm atmosphere but there is also the presence of professionalism. I’ve personally been seeing Anastasia for a couple years now. I’ve trusted her to tattoo my entire chest, leg and arm. She’s a kind hearted and wonderfully talented woman that you can trust to bring your visions to life. Kristen is also extremely talented and very kind, it’s always a pleasure to see her! One of the coolest shops I have ever stepped foot in and one I will continue to give my business.

Kristen, Phil, and Anastasia are all incredible artists. I have been tattooed by both Kristen and Ana and the experience with both has been amazing. Kristen & Phil put so much work into creating the environment here - the energy and vibe in this studio is something you need to feel to understand, but I love it. It’s a place you really want to keep coming back to. I cannot recommend the shop enough, and Kristen is hands down one of the best tattooers on the island.

Kristen is an incredibly talented artist. She has done 3 tattoos for me already and each one is amazing and special in its own way. Phil is equally as talented with great vision. Such a great vibe when you enter the shop. Wouldnt recommend any other shop then Palo Santo, you will not be disappointed when you leave.

Absolutely one of my best tattoo experiences, Anatasia is such a professional and down to earth person, she performed above and beyond what my already high expectations were. Any anxiety or qualms will be set at ease as she is able to carry out her work on you all the while keeping your mind occupied with not only friendly but genuinely interesting and thoughtful conversation. She couldn’t have explained the process and aftercare any better than she had. I recommend not only this artist, but this shop to anybody looking for the next place to get work done.

Was really excited to come here after hearing how exceptional one of the artists were, she failed to follow up with me for a week after i tried to get in contact with through email and phone calls to confirm our appointment. i tried to call and email again the morning of but still never got an answer until the night after and I was told i missed my appointment. very disappointing that they couldn’t check their phone or email for a week. artist continued to blame me and wasn’t even trying to find a compromise, lost my deposit and won’t ever be referring anyone here ever again.
