I very recently just went to laser away at the Scarsdale location and had a really good experience! I went in for a consultation and was greeted by Amy who was very professional and knowledgeable. I had my consultation with Alexa who went over everything with me and explained to me how things would go during our appointment. She was also very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel like I was in good hands. During my appointment she went over things with me again, took her time and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job! I love my results . Yeah absolutely will be returning and going to Alexa again for sure! I highly recommend. 🩷

I would highly recommend Laser Away in Scarsdale to anyone looking for an amazing customer friendly experience. From the time you speak to the schedulers, Desi and Ali, all the way to the actual treatment. Alexa was a very caring technician who made you feel very comfortable when working in the most vulnerable area of your body. Great job Laser Away in Scarsdale. Your team is awesome!

Great experience and worth the money. For someone who has PCOS and has the side effect of facial hair growth this was one of the best investments I’ve made for myself. I noticed results within the 2nd session and I’ve found myself rarely ever having to shave my face even after a few months after completing all my sessions. I def will be looking into other services down the line.

This place is definitely 5 star worthy. Its like laser treatment version of European wax center. Prices are great and numerous services are offered. The people who work here are super sweet starting from the front desk ppl to the nurses/aestheticians. Areina did my service today and she was very informative and answered all my questions and always made sure to see if I felt comfortable I definitely recommend her

This company makes it so complicated to try and find out the prices for their services which is super shady to me. They want to force you to do a soft credit check before even telling you how much their prices are. They literally refused to tell me the pricing over the phone. Why would I ever show up somewhere for a consultation not knowing the price for something that your company already has set? Such a scam, i’m so happy I went somewhere else. I saved so much money andtime.

TLDR: LaserAway is 100% a scam and waste of money !!!! (But the staff at this location was friendly)*im a male* It’s been 3 months since the last of my NINE sessions on my legs.When I signed up, it was because the sales team had me convinced that this would remove the hair permanently. Nothing would come back, EVER. They made plenty of false claims. (I didn’t have a lot of free time to check into their claims, and they cold called me after I accidentally left my phone number)At about session 3 or 4, this LaserAway location told me majority of the leg hair would remain gone, and I’d only have slight regrowth over time. (Let me emphasize, OVER TIME)After the 7th session, they mentioned that I’d need to get a touch up at the 6-8 month mark.By the time I finished my last session (again, session 9. Not 8) they were already trying to book me for a touch up and when I asked why, I was told that you need a touch up every 3-4 months.Here we are, 3 months following my last treatment and I’m seeing about 80% regrowth already.Every aspect of this has been a lie and I would never refer someone to go there.If you want laser hair removal, please,,, GO SOMEWHERE CHEAPER!!!

I had my first treatment with Ashley today and she was AMAZING! Very sweet and knowledgeable and she made me feel right at home and welcome. The place is super clean, cute and lots of parking in the front so super convenient! I was initially taken aback as they had me do a call first and payment up front but I am SUPER happy I did not let that deter me. If anything it makes the process more efficient. They are very professional and I can’t wait to go back for more treatments. I loved my experience with Ashley and highly recommend.

I am so happy this location has opened! First the front desk staff are amazing! They always greet with big beautiful smiles! They really helped me book my appointment when needed and they are always so helpful! Ashley was my tech today! She’s one the best techs I ever had, she was very Very patient with my laser treatment. She made me feel very comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about the services! She worked her magic on my lips! I can’t wait to see her again in 6 weeks!

I have tried a few other injectors before I found Vanessa at laseraway and i have not tried anyone new since. She is amazing very talented so cute and kind she’s honest consistently does amazing work. I am always happy with my results she never tries to push or do too much I always feel I look “natural”…. But better.

Went to laseraway from the time they opened. I came here for láser on my face. I purchased a not so cheap package and started my treatments. After My first treatment I left with a frown on my face. I was asked, how the treatment went?. I replied, I dont know I didnt feel anything and my face is like if nothing happened. I was told that it was the first treatment they start low to see how my skin takes it etc. I made my next appt.Second treatment same scenario....moving along treatment number 6 still no results. I express my concerns and even arrived with the visible hair and the person that did the treatment agreed that I had a lot of hair and she expressed to me and told me Im going to be a bit aggressive because this shouldnt be like this this far along. I felt a bit good. At this point I only have about 3 treatments left if not 2.Towards my last 2 treatments they were very aggressive in the treatments and I would leave with redness on my face. Something that never happened with prior treatments. Went to my last treatment and I was more than disappointed.I was instructed that would be needing additional treatments and they tried to sell me another package. I politely declined.Its been 2 months since my last treatment. I had a total of 10. My chin hairs are still the same. Only see about 20% reduction.I spent a lot of money for nothing. Personally I am not satisfied with the service.The facility is clean. The workers are friendly and inviting.I feel that they tried to be aggressive at the last minute and they shouldve done it from the 2nd treatment.Would I return? NoI will try a different clinic.I also want to point out that as I was receiving treatments I was informed that I can write a review every month. And for every review I write I would get 50.00 credit. I never wrote a review because I wasnt satisfied at the moment and I was trying to see the end result.Not a satisfied customer......

Just had my appointment with RN Vanessa today, a great experience! She was patient and thorough, and really made sure I was comfortable and knew every step of the way. I’ve been to other laser hair removal places over the years and LaserAway is by far the most professional in my experience. The facility is clean and organized, and the ladies at the front took time to answer all my questions. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

So happy and pleased with my experience at laser away. I love this place and the staff as well. I’ve had several treatments, Clear & Brilliant twice and a Thermage. Ashley was my nurse for both procedures and she is phenomenal! So pleasant and knowledgeable! I am looking forward to more visits in the future.

Having been a loyal customer for years, driving from Westchester to Manhattan, my experience with LazerAway’s Scarsdale location has significantly dwindled. Initially, the service was impeccable – a notably polite and helpful front desk was a hallmark of their customer service. However, since a change in staff, I’ve encountered a series of mismanaged appointments, mixed-up timings, and inconveniences that required me to make return trips due to their scheduling mistakes.Ive experienced being put on hold for an excessive duration, even surpassing 15 minutes, just to reschedule, resulting in me hanging up out of frustration. One instance that stands out is a 30-minute drive I made to the location, only to be informed upon arrival that despite having a scheduled appointment, I couldn’t be seen as the nurse was going out for lunch in 10 minutes.The pinnacle of my frustration was during my filler appointment. I was seen 10 minutes late due to their oversight and was left seated by the bathroom with numbing cream applied, waiting an additional 15 minutes for a room, while witnessing a steady stream of people walking in and out of the bathroom.The decline in organizational efficiency and customer service at this location has been truly disappointing and frustrating, detracting significantly from the positive experiences I initially had.

The staff went above and beyond. Even the woman I spoke on the phone with during my consultation of laser tattoo removal, every single person was genuinely kind and caring. I am so happy I decided to choose LaserAway for my services.

EDIT: i hate to leave a negative review because i love the staff so much and it does feel very luxurious. at first i was seeing results but now the sessions have been way less thorough and rushed. the last few times i have been unhappy. a lot of areas were missed even though i followed the pre and post care directions. it was very rushed and sloppily done the past few times. i have no chance to say can you please get this spot too and i am also kind of shy. the staff is very friendly and i enjoy going there it doesn’t hurt but i have been very disappointed considering the money i pay for this. also i was told that if i left a 5 star review i would get money off my bill and i did not get any discount and got no response when i reached out about it. i am really sad. maybe the next few sessions will be different and i will speak up but i am so sad and disappointed and i feel like my money is wasted.Ashley and the rest of the staff provided a very pleasant experience for my first ever laser session yesterday! They are extremely sweet, professional, and warm. First, you speak with a nurse to make sure the process is safe for you. Then, Ashley walked me through what to expect and answered all of my (sometimes awkward) questions with the most comforting smile. I haven’t gotten to see a difference in anything yet since it was the first time, but they say each time is about a 10% reduction of hair loss. Also, Ashley was very knowledge about PCOS and what to expect from this given I have that. They also didn’t try to push other services on me which is huge because I have a lot of anxiety and I am impulsive, so I felt comfortable asking about the services without feeling pressured to sign up for it. Thank you guys!! I am so excited to see the outcome!!!

I had laser hair removal before and was in need of touch ups but the place I had been going to closed during COVID. I didnt want to go just anywhere for my touch ups because its a delicate procedure, so I did a lot of research to find the right place. I found Laseraway online and they were very professional and reassuring during my consultation phone call. The facility was spotless when I showed up and the front desk staff could not have been nicer. Everyone who works there is lovely and made the entire process so easy. I felt very confident in getting laser from here since a nurse would be performing the service. Nurse Alexa performed the service at my appointment. She was wonderful and patiently answered every question that I had. The laser was also way less painful than the treatments I had experienced in the past. I am really glad that I found Laseraway.

I went there about 2 weeks ago for arms wings and abs and this location is very convenient and welcoming! This is the latest location of LA, and the staff is very friendly. My technician was Gabriella and she was very dedicated in explaining everything and even brought me some snacks as my session was on the long side (my choice)! I would recommend it - the only cons compared to the city is that their TV does not have Netflix or other streamline apps so you need to bring your own device if you want to watch a movie!

Vanessa is great. She is very experienced, been doing this for 5-6 years. Informative, very nice, patient and-answers all questions and provides recommendations. Legend and Ahani are easy to work with for scheduling. I highly recommend this business.

OMG! I was so beyond nervous.! The space is very clean and comfortable. When I arrived a very pleasant gentleman checked me in and offered beverages (coffee, tea, water) he was also very pleasant after my visit. Im glad I booked and very happy to have been scheduled with Gabby! Im sure I was a bit annoying because Im hypersensitive but she was extremely patient and kind. Gabby, shes fantastic! It doesnt hurt but its a tiny bit uncomfortable, thankfully they use something called Zimmerchill to help and does its job. I truly appreciate that Gabby talked me through my anxiety and was constantly reassuring me that all was well (Im a big baby). Im not sorry I bought my package and take comfort that Gabby will be there for my next session.The staff here is great. Book your appointment, ask for Gabby, you wont regret it.

I’m currently going through the laser hair removal process on my neck and so far it’s been good. I haven’t had any lasting skin effects. The person that does it is also nice which does help the process run smoothly in my opinion.
