I was visiting from New Jersey and needed a piece for my piercing. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and did everything to solve my problem. Their kindness and generosity is beyond words. I would definitely visit again and %100 recommend. Lots of love.

My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon while vacationing in Sedona. Eric and Adrian were so helpful and accommodating. We had a fantastic experience getting our tattoos done there. We will be back again!

Absolutely awesome people! Took the time to help me with the stencil of a face tattoo. Down to earth and an awesome tattoo shop, highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I visited for my 38 birthday today for a cactus sunflower mountain wrist tattoos. Eric was phenomenal and they are the only place that use red dirt vortex ink. I also bought a canvas print from Eric of a flower of life orb in space.

This place is THE BEST!!! Adrian took me and my friend as walk ins and gave us both beautiful tattoos. They were exactly what we were looking for and even better. It was my friends first time and he was so encouraging and awesome. My tattoo is a true work of art, way better than the images I provided. The line work is perfect. We are both SO psyched and I am local so I will be back for more.Service, artistry, and aftercare instructions all excellent. Would highly recommend to any one living here or visiting!

We started our 40th girls trip getting tattoos. Eric was incredible from start to finish! He helped guide us to the right choices for us by explaining everything from how the tattoo would age to the different red rock options. My girlfriend and I have both gotten multiple tattoos. While in Sedona for a vacation we decided to get spur the moment keepsake tattoos to remember our vacation. After a negative experience at another shop, we walked into Physical Graffiti. Eric was super welcoming and helpful. He squeezed us in the following morning. Both of us are thrilled with our tattoos and had a wonderful experience with Eric. We both got the sense that he not only cared about his work, but also about his customers. No hesitation giving 5 stars.

Eric is not only incredibly patient but also has a very light hand. The 3 of us all wanted the same general tattoo idea but in different styles. Eric was able to beautifully translate each of our differences and requests seamlessly. The shop itself is amazing. I read about the Red Dirt Vortex Tattoo this studio offers and during my recent trip to Sedona, I had to have one!! Adrian and Eric were both friendly and engaging. I went in knowing what I wanted and where I wanted it. I didnt hesitate which Vortex red dirt to choose from. Hubby and I hiked Boynton Passe that day, so that was the one! Eric was the artist that gave me my tattoo. He was professional and really good at what he does. I have a small and basic tattoo on my outer forearm and I love it! Its been a while since my last one, so I welcomed the adivice he offered. Especially the Telfa covering. I definitely recommend this studio.

No I left one star because of your bad attitude and how you spoke to me when I walked in. I have adequate ID!! I didn’t bring her birth certificate and had you spoke to me in any respectful manner, and told me I needed it instead of scoff at me that I didn’t have it, I would have went home and grabbed it. But instead you were a jerk and questioned whether I could prove to a government official that she is my daughter. I’m surprised you get any business with the way you talk to people and how you leave these snarky little replies on all your bad reviews. There’s a reason you have so many bad reviews!! I went home and got her birth certificate and found someone else who was amazing & I’m so happy we didn’t give you our business. I’ll tell everyone I know not to go to your place for any tattoos or piercings unless they want some jerk to treat them bad when they walk in. Not to mention in front of a waiting room full of people. I hope you lose all of your business because you’re a complete jerk!!!

The artists were awesome. They were able to take us as walk-ins during our visit to Sedona. They were a lot of fun to hang with and so far my tattoo hasnt fallen off which is great.

I stopped on in here on a whim one sunny day in between running some errands with the intention of getting my belly button pierced. (Which I have gotten once before at a different place but they didnt do a good job and I had to take it out) So I was slightly nervous and also eager to be getting it done again. But there was no need to be nervous because everything Adrian did from start to finish was clean and professional. I have very tough skin on my belly button but he managed to get the piercing perfectly placed and with very little pain. Since I was so happy with the belly button piercing, I decided on the spot to have him add another piercing to my ear which he did just as nicely as the belly button piercing. His pricing is very reasonable and I will be returning here for all of my piercings from now on!

I had a fantastic experience at Physical Graffiti. I stopped by earlier today to see about getting a small piece with the vortex ink done to commemorate my time in Sedona, and Eric was able to get me in the chair same day! I am absolutely stoked at the quality of the tattoo, but as great as Eric’s artistry is he’s an even better human. Enjoyed every minute in the chair chatting with Eric while he worked his magic. The owner is a BIG sweetheart!I went in for a nose piercing removal, so I could have a medical procedure. He removed it, at no cost to me.He took all the steps, so I felt comfortable with safety and sanitation and made sure I was comfortable through the very quick process.It pays to see an expert...even when they dont charge!Ill be back for some graffiti on my arm.

Really great experience here! My father in law (James) and us have been coming to Sedona for some time now and he wanted a tattoo on this vacation as a way to remind him of his strength through his healing journey as he is getting older. He wanted a way to incorporate Sedona into the tattoo as well and when we found out they had “Vortex Ink” made from the rocks at different vortexes- it sealed the deal! He got a skull with a headdress on it and the coloring on it is from the cathedral rock vortex ink, thank you Angela! She was an amazing artist from start to finish. James said she’s the best artist he has ever worked with. We will be coming back for tattoos next year. Y’all rock!

I went here with my mom and sister to get matching tattoos. We worked with Eric Lynn. He was patient, creative, flexible, understanding, funny, and fair. He is a wonderful artist and helped us design a meaningful image. His work is amazing! I could not recommend him and the shop more highly!

I recently got my nose pierced here, and it was excellent! They took me as a walk in, they were very kind and courteous, and of course the piercing itself went great! Everything felt very hygienic and organized, and I felt very safe getting my nose pierced. The pricing was very affordable as well, I highly recommend coming here for any piercings or tattoos! :)

Was a huge fan of the tattoo I got here. I had Eric do my first tattoo with the Red Rock ink on my ribcage. He was able to squeeze me in on the first slot available with a 2 day notice. He was extremely personable and walked me through his process. Any line smearing was due to aftercare (or lack there of). Id recommend they provide aftercare instructions for the newbies like me, but overall, would definitely use this shop again.

10/10 experience!!! If I ever make my way back to Sedona I 100000% will be getting another tattoo from Eric!!! He is so talented and very kind!!

Eric made an insultfull remark towards a current tattoo of mine. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I cannot speak on his work but his customer service is horrible. Part of getting a tattoo is feeling comfortable with your artist and this was not the case for him. I strongly do not recommend.

Stopped in by recomendation from a worker at the Bike and Bean next door. The minute we walked in my wife and I felt like we were a bother interrupting the guys phone call. Showed him my fading tattoo to see what could be done to clean it up. Wasnt offered any creative ideas as to how to fix it. Didnt seem like he would want to bother. When asked about how much it might cost to have two words added to the inside of both my wifes and my arms, was told they design before giving a price. Understandable, but wasnt prompted at all with any questions as to what we might want, what their process is for designing or suggested a way to move forward with next steps. Basically, we just felt like we were a bother eventhough the place was empty. Before leaving, we looked through the sample book and frankly didnt see anything that would justify the air of arrogance we felt. For a place like Sedona, you would expect people to understand how important the energy a person puts off plays in having them tattoo your body. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the call he was on was some bad news. Unfortunately not a hard decision to take our business elsewhere.

Great shop! Very professional. Took my mom to get her first tattoo, my third and the artists were great. I had inquired for an appointment a month in advance and got a quick response and confirmation. They listened to what we wanted and made sure we were comfortable. They also required masks which made us feel even more safe. Will definitely return when in the area!

I scheduled a session with Eric prior to a trip to Sedona, they were easy to work with to get on the books. I was able to meet up with him prior to our session to go over my thoughts and ideas, but did ask that he make the work his own as well and man did he go above and beyond.The shop was clean and the experience overall was the best Ive had yet in regards to getting tattood. Eric was amazing!! Not only a good artist but a very positive person! The experience was one that anyone wanting a tattoo should definitely make an appointment with him!

I tried to set up an appointment two days before, was offered a spot and then was emailed 15 mins prior to arriving that the spot was taken. The gentleman who greeted me at the desk talked down to me when I showed him the photos I emailed and when I tried to tell him about the ideas I liked. The other gentleman said well the photos you sent were blurry, I dont know what you expected us to do with that. I let them know that I was just going to leave and they laughed. Worst experience I have ever had going to a tattoo shop. It would have been so easy for them just to ask for other pictures, or to say they werent good enough when I first sent them in. Im not sure if they speak to everyone like that or just young women. I cant say that I would ever recommend this spot for anyone.

Bad vibes and energy. Didnt seem the least bit interested in performing a detailed piece or speaking to me. first shop Ive ever walked from in 20 yrs of getting work done. The employee even commented about me being 10 mins late from hitting traffic during my several hour trip. Id go anywhere in Sedona before here.

I stopped into Physical Graffiti for one of their vortex tattoos after catching sunrise in the Boynton Canyon area. Eric was absolutely fantastic. He was easy to talk to, and is clearly knowledgeable in his craft. I would recommend Physical Graffiti to anyone visiting Sedona. Thanks so much, Eric!

I had a great experience. I was travelling with my friend and we decided to get our second tattoo together. Eric was super nice, very precise and patient. I got taken here as a surprise and I wish I would have read reviews before I showed up. I can live with my tattoo but the lines are super shaky and not delicate as I had hoped. Yes I sat still. If you’re looking for an average tattoo I’d say this is your place. If you’re looking to have delicate, fine line work done go elsewhere. Could have just been the artist I had but I don’t want people to have the same experience I did.

Is what it is but wouldnt recommend personally. Im really glad the owner decided to respond back with a lie. Honestly I would make your own decisions about this shop but I should have looked at the reviews first. We all make our own decisions and I made the decisions to get a tattoo while on vacation. Believe me or believe this owner at the end of the day the tattoo can always be lightened and covered up. Like I said I would not recommend. I would also recommend to the owner looking at your files since my driver license photo was taken and I signed the release. At least I can own up to my mistake with trusting this shop and the artist. While the shop just lies in replies.

Made appt to have 1 tattoo done. My husband then decided he wanted one as well. We walked in day of appt 2 hrs early. Adrian was able to fit us both early. Clean, friendly and satisfied with the results. We both had vortex ink done. So cool. If we ever visit again we will definitely stop by. Thank you!!!

Visited Sedona for the weekend and swung in to get a tattoo I’ve had on my mind for a few months. First impression, very clean and put together, great communication and friendly. These guys take the time to work with you and give you honest feedback on tat ideas (how it will look overtime, placement, etc). Met Eric when we arrived and ended up having Adrian do the tattoo. Both artists are legit and know their stuff! I’ll definitely be driving back from San Diego area for these guys to work on a half sleeve!Also, if you are looking for custom knives, Adrian has some of his knives on display. Custom and solid.

My mom and I have 2 beautiful tattoos each done by Adrian. We have also had our nose and cartilage pierced by him. He is clearly very detailed, clean, organized, and attentive during services provided.

I wanted to rate them 1-star......Just to get your attention 😏TLDR:Heres the deal, this place is legit, and Eric and Adrian are perfect gentlemen.FULL STORY:My friend and I wanted to get a tattoo together to honor a point of transformation in each of us. Sedona holds a special place in my heart, and is a place of significance for this friend and I because we are hosting a yoga retreat in Sedona in January 2023. It seemed like the perfect location to get our tattoo, and Physical Graffiti seemed like the perfect spot. We called the morning of (it was a Saturday) and were given a few appointment times to choose from. We arrived a little before our 4pm appt. and waited just a few minutes for the previous appt. to finish. We were greeted by Adrian who was dressed really sharp and was very relaxed. Shortly after, Eric came to the front to talk with us too. They had our designs printed from the email we sent just a few hours earlier, and were ready to talk through our specific goals. My friend was much more comfortable jumping into the chair, but I needed a little more time (ok a lot of time 🫣) to discuss placement, size, etc. Eric was SO PATIENT (seriously a saint). The two guys were so wonderful the whole time, making my friend and I feel at home. As a fun fact, we were some of the first ink in the new upstairs space. The view from the upstairs was incredible... sunset in the red rocks 😍. Eric was gentle, and his technique was so much different from my other ribcage tattoo experience. Between the sunset, the nice conversation, and the gentle touch, I feel the whole experience was enjoyable and easy. My friend and I are very happy with our Sedona/friendship keepsake tattoos and Physical Graffiti.We would recommend them to anyone, tourists and AZ natives alike. And when we host our yoga retreat in January, we will recommend them to our attendees for their unique red sand ink tattoos (fun!). I will make the drive from Prescott to Sedona just to get another tattoo with them when the time comes. Thank you PG, you guys are the best.

I have had a few tattoos done by Adrien.Two completely original and beautiful pieces and he has touched up other pieces where color faded or I needed to fix up some art.Adrien has always been so kind and open to my ideas. He offered a complimentary touch up on a piece that I struggled to communicate my vision with initially and didn’t seem annoyed at the changes.Being able to communicate openly to an artist, and not feel bad or uncomfortable about it, is huge.I wish this let me upload photos of the beautiful art I’ve received at this studio.Also the other artists, Eric specifically is very talented and has been responsive with appointment setting even when it wasn’t for him. Adriens wife and Chopper the dog, are always so good to see.I read some of the other reviews and anyone who has had an issue with customer service, probably just don’t get it.These artists are talented, focused and take their work seriously.✌️Nic

Yesterday I took my daughter in to downsize her snake bite piercing And I believe it might have been the owner of the shop very professional did take the time to help us understand why at this time we should not downsize he did assist with putting nicer jewelry in.The overall experience was perfect we were a walk in client and was treated perfectly. My girlfriend and I stopped in at this shop while on vacation in Sedona. The greeting we received by the staff was a bit unwelcoming, and I felt a bit rushed. I was tattooed by Eric, and my girlfriend was tattooed by a female tattoo artist (cant remember her name, sorry). My girlfriend was disappointed with her tattoo (she left her own review, and yes she really was a customer unlike the owners response indicated). I like mine, but healing has been a bit worse than past tattoos (I have over 12 tattoos, all of which healed fine). I got the Airport Mesa vortex ink, so maybe its the difference in ink that is making the healing more difficult.

If you are looking for professional artists with authentic talent, you definitely have to check this place out. Adrian did my first tattoo four years ago and I now have 4 beautiful pieces. He recently completed a mural on my side that gets compliments from people who dont even like tattoos. I highly recommend Physical Graffiti. It is a clean, chill environment and I fly all the way from California to get my work done there. This shop is the best that the Verde Valley has to offer.

I got my first tattoo on a recent trip to Sedona. This place was great. Tattoo looks great. Adrian was awesome. I will definitely stop in again the next time were in Sedona. Maybe next summer for our 25 year wedding anniversary.

He created a beautiful body design for me with gorgeous colors and the right fit and flow for my body. I love the energy of the shop and I absolutely love my tattoo. My daughter getting her nose pierced felt faint after the piercing, and they took great care of her to make sure she recovered well. No rush, just excellent service and care. If there was a no star option I would pick that. This place deserves not even one star. The six of us walked in and wanted red dirt vortex tattoos. Online it says they provide ideas for the tattoos, so we went in to see the designs they said they would display for walk-ins. We walked in and were not greeted warmly at all, super rude and uninterested. We mentioned the red dirt tattoos & he said what do you want & looked at us like we were aliens. We asked to see some designs & he was very rude with us and finally he came over with a small booklet. We also asked how much a tattoo would be & he said he didnt know, he had to draw it up. Which is peculiar because Ive been given prices previously at other tattoo parlors without hesitation or issues. As it should be! Adrian, the owner was definitely unwelcoming & unhelpful. We really wanted to get red dirt vortex tattoos but the customer service from Adrian was disgusting. I have no idea how this places stays open with such atrocious customer service. He seemed aggressive & inhospitable to the nonwhite people we were with. DO NOT GO!!!

My boyfriend and I got tattoos done by Eric! We are from Mesa. It was my first, and my boyfriends first Vortex tattoo. I was so happy with the service and the quality of my tattoo, and my boyfriends came out amazing, with ink created from Catherdral Rock! Eric was so awesome and wonderful to talk to! It was a great first experience for me, and I am more than willing to make a few trips back for more tats! To celebrate our 15th anniversary, where we honeymooned and have often vacationed, my wife and I each got sun variations using the vortex ink. It was a great experience! Both artists worked with us to make sure it represented what we wanted and matched our taste and style perfectly. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget...One of the best and most fun things Ive ever done and my tattoo was done with the Red Rock dust from Sedonas rocks!! I will go again whenever I am able to get back there..and will get another tattoo if possible..Eric was a really great guy and very gentle with his work!

I was in contact via email with an artist from here about getting a tattoo on my calf. They were slow about getting back to me but I didnt think too much of it. They asked if I could come in at 1 on Monday and I said it wouldnt be an issue. I didnt hear back but figured I would stop in at 1 anyway. We got there at 12:45 and there was a sign on the door (under the on open sign) saying be right back, no big deal figured they were at lunch. Waited until a little after 1 and the shop is still closed. Waited until 1:15 and 1:30 and called both times - no answer. We walked back over at 1:45 and it was still closed so we decided to find another shop. Ended up going to Avail Tattoo in Flagstaff and got fantastic service. I still havent heard from Physical Graffiti and my appointment was supposed to be hours ago. I don’t know how they expect to stay in business ignoring potential customers but I happily spent my money elsewhere. There are plenty of great shops surrounding Sedona, so I’d recommend avoiding this place if you value being treated well.

I was going in for surgery and had a few piercings I couldnt remove myself. I called Physical Graffiti and they said to come right in, happy to help. They were super nice, extremely professional and had them out within minutes. Highly recommend.

I came from DE to visit Sedona for the first time. I always wanted a tattoo and knew my first one would be in Sedona. Physical Graffiti came highly recommended. I sent my ideas to the owner and he said that was fine. It did take some time to get an appointment scheduled but they got me in on 4/15.On 4/15 Eric was the one that worked with me on the outline of the design and getting the font right for the quote I wanted. Everything was placed perfectly on my left forearm. The outline is of the red rock of Sedona placed around the quote. The font is clean, easily readable and should age well. I am glad I got my first tattoo in Sedona. What a fantastic experience. Thank you, Eric. I’ll be back for more!

My Husband and I were on out honeymoon and I wanted to get a very special tattoo! Not only did Adrian fit me in on a busy evening but I walked in with an idea I had and he was able to replicate it exactly! It was the cleanest most organized tattoo shop I had ever walked into- and I Ive on the east coast(close to NYC where shops are everywhere)! I wish I lived closer because I would go there every time! Every time I’ve gone in here they have been extremely helpful. I’ve received 3 piercings here and they all are great. Today my nose ring fell out and I couldn’t get it back in on my own. I went in and just like that Adrian helped me out and put it back in for me no charge and I was out the door. That’s the kind of service I look for and these guys are great.

My family of 5 had a reservation to get tattoos as a souvenir while on our trip to Sedona. We had initial questions about placement as well as options to cover up a tattoo. The second we (my dad and I) walked into the store we were not greeted by the gentleman behind the booth (Eric). Once we introduced ourselves as some of the family members with the reservation and stated we had questions, Eric did not seem to care at all. He continued to look down at his desk and resume what ever task he was doing instead of attending to our needs. Once we left the store a different member of my family entered the store to ask a question about her tattoo needs (we only had 2 masks and they’re required) just for her to hear Eric and another coworker belittling and talking poorly about our family and our tattoo ideas in front of other customers. We have since cancelled our reservation and are extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the negative experience we received with Physical Graffiti Tattoo. We will be taking our business elsewhere !! Editing this for the business, it’s about time yall stop deflecting every bad review. My ability of determining artists has nothing to do with the fact that we had a horrible experience and instead of trying to fix it you are deflecting, if it wasn’t you Eric, FIX YOUR STAFF! editing once again bc quite frankly i was never told a price because your “amazing artists” can’t determine a price by looking at a piece of work and not only that.. i was told my tricep was not too small which he proceeded to tell his other employee that it was because my sister heard it as she walked into the store. your establishment is unprofessional INCLUDING you and you deflect every bad review. you clearly need the help. there’s a shop in Jerome that does amazing tattoos for anyone wondering! The store was literally empty, one man was sweeping one man was sitting and the dog was under the desk. nobody was in the shop getting anything done.

Friend and I went in for a couple of walk-in piercings a couple weeks back. Turns out my old lobe piercings just needed to be re-stretched a bit. Piercer was clean and professional, laid back, and good at what he was doing. ✌️

What a phenomenal place, full of chill vibes and great staff. I ran in without an appointment to get my septum jewelry replaced and I had one of the most gentle experiences. This particular jewelry I was getting has always made me cry a little due to its complexity, and the staff was able replace it without a single tear shed. And on top of all of that, he replaced my jewelry for free!

Adrian gave me my first tattoo ever, and every part of the experience was great. He wanted to make sure I was 100% happy with what I was doing, sketched it and gave me options. Very very clean and sanitary. Recommend for anyone!

I drove all the way from Ohio. :-) My mission was to find a place in Sedona for a particular reason, during my very long road trip, and get my tattoo to cover a very old one on my hand. I arrived with my artwork drawn exactly as I wanted it, already sized and ready to go. Adrian applied my artwork to my hand with a greater level of precision than Id expected. I was more than pleased. And if I were to return to Sedona, I would definitely stop back in. Thank you!

Literally the worst shop i’ve ever been to, my piercer didn’t even introduce himself to me. it was the older guy with short hair. came in for a madusa, a pretty simple piercing that shouldn’t take any longer then a few seconds to preform. i myself have done this piercing on multiple of my friends and family members. but i’m not comfortable doing it on myself! (fear of it being off center) i had told him i had a little bit of anxiety and to give me a second to breathe and he made no effort to calm me down or anything, just one of the multiple red flags. when i finally said i was ready he was SUPER slow with inserting the needle. he pulled the needle out and i assumed he would be done. jewelry in and everything because it’s supposed to be that easy;) buttt i was wrong, he went back and tried to poke from the bottom. pulled it out again and i finally said i was done because i was for one very uncomfortable and it overall felt like he had no idea how to preform this piercing. he told me i was fine and said he didn’t have a needle in his hand. my boyfriend spoke up and said it was the needle. i looked at it was definitely the needle. when i said it was he laughed. i asked him multiple time to stop and he was still trying to convince me. it got to the point where he had three different people telling him to stop. when he finally took the clamps off he then proceeded to tell me “you’re just not ready” i’ve been getting body mods from the age of 13 and i’ve never experienced someone so unprofessional and rude. i’ve consulted multiple other piercers to see if i was in the wrong and every single one of them has said he did everything wrong

Adrian is so talented. This guy has a masters in art. Hes even done commissioned work. You wont be disappointed with his work thats for sure. Ive known Adrian & his work for over 15 years. His work just gets better & better. 💜

Absolutely unprofessional. My daughter and her mom drove from Phoenix to Sedona for a 12:30 appointment. They were in Sedona for a mother-daughter trip, and planned on getting matching tattoos to commemorate the trip. They showed up early for their appointment to fill out necessary paperwork, and the shop was locked up tight, except for a sign that said in a private session. Nobody answered the phone, or the door... Completely ruined their trip. Thank goodness my friend owns a shop here in town, and was able to get them both in, same day. So, they at least got the tattoos, but the unnecessary stress and unprofessionalism was something neither of them should have had to deal with. My advice: go somewhere that will honor a commitment they have made, or at the very least NOTIFY you if something doesnt work out. Talk about leaving a sour taste!

They are some real artists! Really nice people and take there time I will definitely be coming back, good prices and sanitary of course! I couldn’t be happier with my tattoos it’s perfect.

Excellent and professional service. My mom and I came in for some tiny tattoos and we were greeted with great customer service. The artists did a wonderful job and we are very happy with our permanent art work :)

Whos sweeter, Adrian or Chopper? Adrian is definitely a better artist. Seriously, this shop is amazing...clean, professional and authentically cool. Adrian does great work, have had a few tattoos from other artist but being on our honeymoon we just wanted to get tattoos and can honestly say it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to get a tattoo!

THE KING OF COVER UPsOnce again i had the honour of getting tattooed by Eric. I was very annoyed with one of my previous tats and he offered to do a cover-up. I wouldnt have guessed it to be possible but i already had great tattoos from him in the past and completely trusted his judgment.After 4hours of Peacefultattooing :-), a masterpiece was born !I liked it so much that i came back a couple of days later in order to realise the other elements i wanted to do. My girlfriend and I came to visit Sedona for our anniversary and last minute decided to go and get tattooed. We found Physical Graffiti and we will 100% be driving back sometime soon to visit again! This shop gave me my 2nd tattoo it was a spruce tree, I was very pleased with the out come. Adrian didnt stop doing my tattoo once he started even with the phone ringing and what not. so to those people saying you left messages for him emailed him Yada Yada why dont you come in and talk to them hell tell you when its a good time to come in and you can do so. I saw it happen to three people while I was getting mine done. Just because he cant answer the phone the first few times doesnt mean it should get the shop a one star and I feel bad for those people who didnt give this shop a shot they do wonderful artwork and my father is planning his own tree design to go back today! saying a tattooist is bad because of his lack of availability is the most absurd thing Ive heard.

I LOVE MY TATTOO!! The vortex ink is the coolest thing ever. My mom and I went to Sedona and climbed cathedral rock, and had the most magical day… Naturally, we had to get matching tattoos (WITH THE ACTUAL CATHEDRAL ROCK INK!!) to remember the experience- we’ve never gotten tattoos before, and honestly we wouldn’t go anywhere other than here for any more in the future! We are Canadian but we’ll still be back:)

Im not much for reviews, however my experience at Physical Graffiti was noteworthy- not only was the shop appearance inviting and professional, it also held a comfortability that impacted my over all experience. Stopped by since Im local to check out the artwork. I was not impressed, bit not bad flash for the most part. I asked about the price of hourly work. To which I assume the tattoo artist replied, we reserved that for large pieces like sleeves or back. I responded that I would like a chest piece, and got silence. I will never come back to a shop that ignores a simple question.

Came in to ask about an idea for a tattoo that I had, that I was thinking of getting done here. Eric borderline laughed at me, and condescendingly explained to me why the tattoo wasnt a possibility. Felt very patronizing. I understand its his craft but I was just wanting to get something to remember my trip in Sedona, and he didnt give me any other suggestions or options to go off of...kinda disappointed

We arrived at the tattoo shop to the open sign blinking and a be right back sign on the door. After waiting for about 15 minutes I called the number on the Artist wanted sign and the man who answered said hed be right there. I asked about how long and he said he was 20 minutes away. I a little aggravated, but we bummed around for the 20 mins and drove back by and the BRB sign was still up. We drove around some more and called to see if he was there, he was so we went inside. Upon entering I let him know it was us who called and he just said ok. No thanks for waiting, sorry for not being here, nada. I asked to see his portfolio and the minimum price on his work. After taking a look I tried talking to him about what I wanted and he looked at me like I had 3 heads. Ok, can I have a piece of paper to show you. He gave me a scrap piece of paper and sketched it out and he stiller looked at me like I grew another head. My mom was having trouble getting her phone to work to show him her ideas and asked if he had wifi so she could pull them up. He avoided the question and when she asked again he said that his wifi password was too long so she was basically out of luck. Well, needless to say thanks but no thanks. I dont know how you run a business with that poor of customer service skills but good luck to you.

Was a walk in with my wife - with an idea for a tricky design. Adrian spent some time coming up with a great image and then when we came back executed it perfectly - he is an artist.

My best friend and I have gotten our tattoos done by Adrian and he is amazing he did both of my tattoos and my friends first tattoo I would recommend going to him.

I loved my tattoo but after 7 months the ink faded so bad. Now it’s been a year and look at how bad it looks. I guess the special Vortex ink disappears.
