They have an amazing sale on right now. You can buy the three hair accessories or pieces of jewelry and get three free. The employees are very helpful. Its a fun atmosphere. We got the cutest headbands today and some adorable hair clips. they also give a military discount, which is amazing.

I love Claires. The customer service is normally great. I walked into the Claires in Sevierville Tennessee. I was not greeted, fine, I asked for the earrings for the tragus piercings. I was told I had to just look, neither cashier looked up...customer service is a big thing for me. Im not a rude individual. The service was horrible. I walked out. I will not return to this location.

I absolutely love this store! The ladies here are super helpful and friendly. They told me about their current promotions and how I can get free earrings for an ENTIRE year with an ear piercing... PLUS 20% off anything in the store (with an ear piercing). Definitely going to book an appointment to get my ears pierced here and Im thinking of getting pierced with the beautiful REAL diamonds!

My favorite Claires. A group of friends came in from out of town and we went in to find bff bracelets for fun, it was busy ofc bc its Pigeon Forge and it was vacation season lol but the way everything is so nestly displayed, everyone got to shop easily.All of their stuff is adorable and I cant wait to shop there for their Halloweennn....well, their halloween everything!! 🤣Im honestly shocked to see the negative staff reviews, Ive been in this Claires a few times over the years at various different seasons and have never had a problem. Always pleasant and helpful whenever Ive gone.

Never had my ear Pierced before, visited several locations and I either needed an appointment or the wait time was a few hours, I decided to stop by Claire’s. I was nervous as I never done this before but wanted a neat treat for Myself, Met the most nicest, patient and professional employee I have come across in awhile. Her Name was Taylor, she was very informative and provided good detail of the selections and did proper follow up on the after care process. my experience was pleasant, this is how every detail employee should be. such an amazing employee. will definitely be back!

Wish I could give a lower review than a one star. Staff was not nice and gave attitude in response to everything. I completely understand it is rough working in retail but when I did not give you attitude please don’t come back at me with attitude. Also they aren’t using the steps to follow cdc guidelines. There was far too many customers in the store which is probably why they were overwhelmed. Maybe a better system to only allow so many in the store at once could help.

My 6 year old really wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. Was a bit nervous about how itd go but we had two AMAZING girls. They made it into the best experience and did everything to make it special and comfortable for her.

The lady rolled her eyes at me when asked to get my ears pierced. The sweet girl around the age of 20, backed out as well due to their lack of skills. Did not feel comfortable having them done. Left the place. Do not recommend.

Nice, clean, and friendly. The ladies did a great job with my daughter when piercing her ears. She was so scared but said it didnt hurt a bit. She loves then and has wanted to go back and see them.

Great place for little girls. We took our daugher there on a shopping spree for her birthday and spent way less for the products then we were expecting to. My daughter loved the store and will more than likely be coming back soon.

I went there to check into nose piercing as per their advertising on Google. They dont offer that. There piercing earrings are very limited in style. Not a very interesting selection. Disappointed

I thoroughly enjoyed this little accessory shop. I bought 3 items then the lady working there told me to get 3 more items for free! Everyone loves a good deal, and the customer service was top notch friendly.

I didnt catch her name but the young lady that does piercings on Sunday August 7 is fantastic. Very professional. Very polite and nice.My daughter got a second ear piercing.

We had a great experience today with my daughter getting her second holes done. The lady talked to us and comforted my daughter during the whole piercing and my daughter didnt even flinch or get upset, she did great! We love shopping at Claires!

Wife gets all of her cousins gifts here. It is a good selection and the staff was nice. They were not too busy but if this was during the summer it would be full of teenagers.

The cashier was sitting in the ear piercing chair didnt greet us or pay any attention when I was asking her questions. I stood at register for about 4 min before she even bothered to look up and ask if I was ready to check out. I wont be going back to that location.

If there were a zero star option I’d use it. The store was like your average Claire’s, however the cashier was sooooo rude. I was highly disappointed and quite frankly offended by her attitude and tone of voice. I was on a school trip with a few of my friends and we went to buy some accessories for outfits we had bought earlier. When I went to check out my total was $1 and I didn’t have any cash on me so I used my card. She said “You’re really going to use a card for $1.” And rolled her eyes at me, I most likely will never set foot in that store again

Visited the one at Tanger Outlet in Sevierville, TN, I was searching for a birthday gift. The staff was incredibly friendly and the shop had lots to choose from.

My daughter loves this place, but pricey though.

LOVE Claires!!! The only reason for the 3 star instead of 5, is location!!! It is located within Tanger outlets & always seems overcrowded with little to no space to move.

Love the layout. Its a small store but they have made it work. Lots of good deals and friendly staff.

The manager here at Claires was wonderful. I got two new ear piercings and she did such a great job. Will definitely be back

A little girls dream. I have everything and they enjoyed them. The only problem we had was that several of them earrings broke a day or so after buying them.

We got the youngest daughters ears pierced here and the two ladies were very easy with her and helpful.

Best store in the mall. Customer service is on point and everyone is super friendly. I love going to shop with Brook.
