My artist did an awesome job! The placement I got was new to me and he talked to me about it and gave me a little run down of what it will more than likely feel like which was awesome! He was clean, professional, very detail oriented! He didn’t rush through even tho it was a 7 in GWYG. The entire shop was awesome! Definitely coming back next time I’m in town! Thanks Jon-Doe!

Love this wonderful shop!! This family was welcoming and answered all questions with so much knowledge. Jon had a very light hand. His wife Brittany is an artist also and so nice. Cody at the front was very welcoming. Definitely coming back here for more tattoos!!

This is a must stop in and get a tattoo for fun if you’re ever coming to Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Stopped in bright and early at opening and was seen right away for the Claw of Destiny! Josh was our artist (of 3 people in our group)! Not only an amazing artist but someone very kind and patient. He was also was great to talk to, have a few extra movies on my bucket list and it was nice not having awkward silence moments like some other artist I’ve been to in the past have done. He was also super patient with our 5 year old! “Let kids be kids” is the first thing he said when he met our son, thanks for understanding kids need to be kids!! The whole group at this establishment is very kind and helpful. Just amazing vibes around. Much love from NY!

Awesome people, great atmosphere, loved the shop. But... For two small, simple ghost tattoos that took them 10 minutes to do, I really dont think it was $200+ worth of work. Ive had a LOT of tattoo work done, and for the price we paid here, it would be a whole section of my arm, not just 2-3 inch ghosts with very little detail work. The $100 shop minimum would be understandable if that $100 was for both of us (me and my wife). I live an hour and a half away from here, so prices shouldnt be that much of a difference. Compared to the work I had done to the top half of my forearm for $250-300 (picture attached) to two of the little ghosts for $250 with tip (picture attached) is... a little nuts.Edit: we overheard you tell another group of people that came in what the shop minimum was, but we werent told specifically that the small tattoos we wanted would be $100/each. For couples tattoos, most shops include both tattoos into one price. We did really enjoy the atmosphere, and I guess thats what you pay for up here in Pigeon Forge.

Front desk Cody is a cool dude, very friendly & helpful. Our artist, Joshua, was amazing. He definitely understood what my wife was wanting and knocked it out of the park. Great personality and cool dude. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! From the service, to the tattoo art, to the items they sell in their shop… everything is great. You won’t walk away in happy that’s for sure!

Absolutely AMAZING!!!!! We had such a great experience that we ended up going back... multiple times, actually! Joshua and DJ both did great work! The whole vibe of the shop is incredible, Stacy is soo fun.... and who can resist the Claw of Destiny?! Obviously not us!!!! Ohhh, and I got a second nose piercing while I was at it! She was amazing also!

This is a really relaxing and inviting environment to get tatted! Shop seemed clean and well kept. Brittany did a great job on my tattoos and piercing. It’s apparent she is extremely experienced and helps clients to feel at ease. Great vibes in the shop. Only downside was a young man with a bit of a snippy attitude when I was confused during the payment process. I have 4 sons, so I know they have their attitudes but that was my only complaint. Great service overall :)

IDK what that heavy set dudes name is but he was giving me and my girl weird vibes when we were in the shop. I caught him just staring at my girl while she was looking at some coffee that was on display. Its a little disrespectful when you come in to see about some tattoos, and have one of their artists drooling over your significant other. That being said, the place was decorated cool and had cool stuff, a little over priced for the stuff they were selling, but a cool place. We did not get tattoos tho since big dude was being creepy

My hubby and I did the claw of destiny and it was such a fun experience. If you go on the weekend, have your patience ready as it is a decent wait. Jaded is a clean shop, professional shop with talented artists. Highly reccomend

Josh was amazing! My daughter got her first tattoo, then me and her also got matching tattoos. He does fantastic work and is a great conversationalist on top of it! Will definitely be back!

We did the “Get What You Get” claw of destiny… so exciting and lots of fun!! Jon Doe tattooed the two of us and was phenomenal!! Definitely recommend the claw and most definitely recommend coming here!!

Awesome experience! Great atmosphere and people. Would do again in a heart beat!!Edit: Had to take a star away. Noticed 2 days later when my bandage was removed that a small part of the tattoo was missing the green color. No biggie! It can be fixed when it’s healed. Totally get that and cool with it.My only issue was how I felt after speaking about it to them. I don’t think it was handled in the best way. Instead of just admitting the mistake and saying “come back when it’s healed- we got you!” - I was a bit pushed into believing the area was actually filled in. It really isn’t and they could have seen that if they took the time to look at it. (Photo below). That was disappointing.

We came for the claw of destiny. Brittney did our work and did a fabulous job. She was extremely personable and happy to answer any questions. Before we even left we had already decided we will definitely be coming back in the future for our next tattoos.Every employee/artist we interacted with was also great. The atmosphere in the store and shop are super chill. If you’re into out of the ordinary stuff the antique store is a must stop, too!

Brittney was amazing! She was so kind and friendly and I felt so comfortable during the entire experience. I had my two small daughters with me and they got to watch and were provided coloring books and markers to use while they waited, which I SO appreciated! She even let them pick a prize from a little treasure chest when we were finished. :,) Just above and beyond my expectations and I would 100% come back here again and will be recommending to others! Not to mention I LOVE my new tattoo!!!

Brittney Hendricks is AMAZING. She saved me while on vacation with my nose piercing not wanting to cooperate. I’m from out of town and it kept falling out. She fixed it with no hassle and she spent several minutes with helping me find another nose ring that I was 100% satisfied with.

The staff and artists are very friendly me and my wife done the claw of destiny and booked appointments with Jon and Joshua for May to get more tattoos really can’t say enough about everybody. All of the staff were very helpful. It’s such a great atmosphere.Jon and Joshua done an awesome job on our new tattoos we had done on may 17 2024. Can’t wait to come back and get more done

Went there for the first time two weeks ago. My son went to a birthday party and when I passed it from the road, I automatically fell in love!I went back the next week and purchased a few little items and an amazing wreath, that was hand made!Three days later, I was back getting a tattoo. I loved the environment, since I get social anxiety being out and around a lot of people I dont know. I felt comfortable, I felt welcomed and was happy my entire visit. The tattoo, done by Britney, turned out awesome! I couldnt be more happy about it!

My husband and I stopped by the shop one day after driving by every day headed back to our cabin. We were amazed by the whole shop and extremely interested in the claw of destiny. On the last night of our vacation we set a tattoo date.The Claw machine is worth it. Jon is an amazing artist and did a fantastic job. Everyone in the shop is awesome.Just found my new yearly tradition!

What’s not great about this place?! The vibes were great, the various pieces of art and antiques made me want to drain my savings, the people were so friendly and FUNNY, and CLOVER!Husband and I did the couples “”Claw of Destiny, Balls of Fate” get what you get tattoos. I was very nervous to trust a very randomized process, but the design that we discovered was so perfect! It really was fate 🩵 John did a phenomenal job and was incredibly friendly, professional, clean, and did a fabulous job!10/10 would forever recommend!Y’all need to go to at least meet Clover 😉

This tattoo shop is a must if you’re in Pigeon Forge TN! The atmosphere was so cool and gave you something to look at while you waited. We did the claw of destiny and got an amazing pick the very first try. We will definitely be back our next trip out there.

Came here during vacation, saw online the had a “get what you get” machine. My husband and I decided to do it. We didn’t wait long and the artist Jon Doe did both his and mine and they came out wonderful 10 outta 10 recommend.

Such a cool space, definitely worth stopping by for the oddities selection even if you arent looking at getting any work done. Were already planning our next trip out so we can get some of the amazing things we saw and hadnt budgeted for! Fingers crossed that at least some of it is still there. My boyfriend and I both got helix piercings and the vibe was immaculate. Ive never seen a shop like it before, being a multigenerational family business in the body art industry. Brittney was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient, making us feel safe and comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough, to the point that I would rather drive 3 hours to see these folks again than go to a shop closer to my home.

My husband and I stopped in here for a matching tattoo while were in the area for our honeymoon. The shop has a good atmosphere, and the artists have a good and friendly personality. Everything was clean and sanitary, something I like to see in a tattoo shop. I will definitely come back if Im in the area again.

Hands down one of the best places have ever been tattooed at. My husband & I did the “Claw Machine tattoo pick/challenge”! The tattoos came out amazing BUT the atmosphere and LAUGH made it even better!

Me and my bestfriend came to do the claw of destiny to bring in my 30th birthday! The staff are so nice and our tattoos came out so awesome! We will def be coming back in the near future! And another great thing about this place is it has an amazing Philly steak place in the same building with great people in it too! Go check them out!

I’m 16 and I got a helix on my left. Arrived around 8:30pm and didn’t get in (walk-in) until around 9:30pm, but we weren’t in a rush so we didn’t care about that. The piercing itself kinda hurt, but honestly the preparation for it and the aftermath of cleaning was nice. She told us instructions very clearly and I felt very trusting in her ability in general for both her skill and knowledge. The place was actually quite nice and funky since it had a lot of random things inside.Overall great experience! Would maybe consider it being the place to go for when I’d like a new tattoo or piercing, but we live in a different state.

This shop is fantastic, clean and everyone is friendly. Dj did our couples tattoos. It was great, and they turned out fantastic. Well be back if we are ever up here for vacation again.

DJ was so great! I always spend so much time on a design so I heavily research my artists, but had the pleasure of spontaneously working with DJ for an unexpected tattoo. He was able to work with my reference photos, make an addition after the initial drawing, and produced a sweet and simple line work piece that I will cherish for years to come! Thanks to DJ and the rest of the team!

We had the most amazing time as professional capsule snatchers getting tattoos from the Claw of Destiny. Jon did a fantastic job with our spooky ghosts!! We can’t wait to come back for another round!!!!

We were in town for the weekend and decided to get our first tattoos for our honeymoon. Joshua did our tattoos and he reassured us on everything and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. He’s an amazing artist and an extremely nice man to talk to and very respectful. I’m glad that we had such an experienced and wonderful man doing our first tattoos. If we lived close, we’d definitely come back and see him again. 10/10 experience and pretty fair pricing. Definitely check these guys out!!

I saw videos of the Claw of Destiny on social media platforms and showed them to my husband, we were going to be in the area for a TN football game so we made the drive to Pigeon Forge after the game and spent the night, the next morning we got up and got to the shop before opening time. The staff is very friendly; we got checked in and we were third in line. We had the best time with the claw machine, i ended up having to choose our ball bc my husband tried 3 times and never could get one (LOL) Our tattoos look amazing! my husband is a die hard Vols fan and told me after our trip he had a great time at the game but his favorite part was getting the tattoos. We will definitely be back!

My fiancé and I went here for the claw of destiny and it truly felt like destiny! We got the most adorable matching coffin tattoos and both of us love the coloring and detail. The whole experience was an 110/10 and any art lover should come here. Hands down the best tattoo experience I’ve had. I’d love to come back and get as many more as will fit on my body lol.

A big group of us did the claw machine & we are all happy with our tattoos, all done by different artists. Our 4yo daughter was with us too and Brittany was so sweet, letting her look over her shoulder and explaining things to her as she was tattooing my mom. She even gave my daughter a temporary tattoo afterwards :)

This is by far the greatest tattooing experience Ive EVER HAD mind you Ive been to NC, clarksville TN, FL, for all my others pieces, this place annihilates them with ease. Their kindness, homey atmosphere, all the stuff to look at and buy, let alone their skill alone truly amazed me. Me and my husband came here on a whim did not expect for such kindness and quick service. We got tattooed and the conversations were amazing. I truly cant tell you how pleased I am. I will make a 4 hour trip to just come here and be tattooed by this group of amazing people. 👏

The wife and I came from West Virginia to do the claw of destiny and we couldn’t be happier…. The southern hospitality was on point they treated us like they had known us for years… I highly recommend this place.

The staff are awesome and super nice!!. The artist Joshua was very patient with me. I wanted a vampire red rose that had an old goth feel to it and he took the time to give me an amazing tattoo that is exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love it and the color is so rich and deep!!! The people there are all super sweet and kind!!! i got my first properly done piercing (i got my nostril pierced) and all the employees were so kind and patient with me!! they made sure i was comfortable and they made sure i had all my questions answered. the vibe and place is super amazing too! i felt really comfortable and happy when getting my piercing! would definitely recommend and go back there! it was also a plus as i am on vacation so it’s a fun permanent souvenir!!

We did the claw of destiny. Josh was our tattoo artist, he was outstanding. Everyone there was nice and courteous. The studio was clean, atmosphere was enjoyable. Outstanding music playlist as well. For those who complain about wait times, its about getting tattoos, quality over quantity.

We had a great time hanging out at Jaded Art Collective today! It’s such a unique shop with the cutest decorations and things for purchase. Everyone was so kind! Our party got two tattoos, one larger and one small, the tattoo areas were clean, well organized and comfortable. I even got to cuddle with Clover the cat while waiting! We would gladly return again!

I called the day before to ask about appointments on a Sunday. Was told to walk in and be sure to get there by noon when they opened. I got there at 11:55am. There was already a line. I finally got in the chair at 6pm! They close at 6pm on Sundays. It would have been nice to be told that due to how many were ahead of me to come back in a couple of hours. John did an awesome job with my tattoo I just wish would he would have had time to complete the wording. Ill have to wait and add it later. The tattoo is worth the 5 star rating, waiting 6 hours in the shop was not. BUT I Will go back again when in the area.

Very professional, welcoming and friendly, the place is decorated beautifully. Me and my husband were walk ins we waited about 2 hours but that was to be expected so we didn’t mind at all. As soon as they called our names they drew up the tattoos came and got us, took us back to sit down, our tattoos took about 45 min each very lighthanded for a tattoo artist made it as painless as possible by moving quickly but precisely. A little on the high end but so worth it they are a very friendly and down to earth family with a unique style. Absolutely loved it!! Must visit if you’re looking for a new tattoo!

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. Great service from everyone and super nice/clean setup. She was very knowledgeable with after care instructions. Also purchased a beautiful hat! Will definitely plan another trip here for all of our piercing/tattoo needs!

Dad (Jon) was by far the best tattoo artist me and my husband alex have ever had!!!!!!!we chose to do the couples claw machine and roll the dice as to what ink we had put on us and we werent disappointed!!!! We both love the movie 9 and the Playstation game little big world and theses are the perfect mash up of both!!!!!! Machines are super quiet and gentle for you lacking in cahones or how ever you spell it lmao! We will absolutely be bringing our daughter back to get her ears pierced because this family knows exactly how to take care of their clients! The whole store is absolutely worth the drop in, for all of its one of a kind products! Even if Dad wouldnt sell me the raven!!!!! (Thank for trying Cody!!!!!)

My sister and I were on a camping trip and decided to get matching tattoos. Jaded Art Collective was highly recommended so thats where we went. What an amazing vibe and atmosphere!! We had Joshua Wells and he was awesome!! We didnt get anything fancy or detailed but it was exactly what we wanted and he did a great job!! We had good conversation and truly enjoyed to whole experience!! Cody at the front desk was very helpful and nice as well!!

We were in town for Christmas and my daughter wanted her second ear piercing. So we stopped in to Jaded Tattoo and Brittney took time to explain the procedure to my daughter (she was excited, but slightly anxious). After preparing her for the piercing, she did an amazing job and my daughter was surprised by how much it didn’t hurt. The shop took time to make sure we both understood how to clean and take care of her new ear piercings. They were very clean, comfortable environment, welcoming, and super sterile. We highly recommend them and are grateful we stopped in to ask questions. 5 ⭐️’s

Me and my sister wanted to get tattoos while on a family trip. We walked into this place, had 2 openings, and got us in line. We waited about 90 minutes to get in the chair but didnt mind because the store was filled with cool antiques to browse. We even saw a little cub wandering around the parking lot right before our tattoo! Loved everything about this place.

It is an amazing environment. They are really great people. Quick to offer information from tattoos to piercings. It wont let me give them five stars but this place is five stars. My wife had had two piercings by Brittany and she Is the only person that she will recommend to anyone to come see.

Great selection of goods to shop through. That tattoo claw machine was fun. The artist are friendly and do quick skillful work. I would absolutely recommend stopping in if you’re up around Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.

While visiting Pigeon Forge I was looking to get some art work done at one of the local tattoo shops. After researching a few spot I found Jaded art collective. It was the only 5 star review shop in the area. As soon as I walked through the Door I knew why. Everybody was so friendly and made me feel right at home. What an awesome place and friendly staff. Great family atmosphere! When I asked if my kids could come in they were so accommodating! If you don’t know that is rare in a tattoo studio. Love love this place and definitely will be going back even if I do have to drive 4 hrs. Thanks to Joshua for the work and the great conversation. Thanks to Brittany for making up a fresh hoodie for me when they didn’t have my size. Who does that? They do that’s who! All of you are amazing!!!!!

I saw a tiktok about this amazing place a few months before my wedding,showed my fiance and he said yes we could go. So the last day of our honeymoon trip we headed in and let me tell you they did not disappoint. ☺️☺️☺️ My now husband and I did the claw of destiny with the balls of fate and loved the first design we got. Our artist was very polite,patient,and the whole process and shop was very very clean. Absolutely perfect way to end our honeymoon.

Sadly, Im updating my original review of this place. While we ended up having an enjoyable session with the whole family, it got off to a rocky start.We had booked our appointments with Brittney and Jon a few weeks before our vacation for the entire family. We asked them to come up with a design that the family could all get our family vacation.Everyone was excited when we first arrived but as they were putting together our design, we found out that Jon had been double booked and wasnt able to start tattooing the group when the design was ready.We had a large group that included a few children that were prepared to sit for the day with two artists but trying to have 6 people run through a single artist was going to take a while. My wife spoke with Brittney to figure out what was going on and we learned of the double booking. The great news is that Brittney and Jon did a good job working with us and knocked out some quality tattoos.Initially, we were upset about the double booking but loved the customer service, the quality of ink we received, and the overall vibe of the shop.Given all of the positives, I originally posted a 5 star review. I did come back to update my review because of my wifes tattoo combined with the lack of customer service post tattoo session. Everyone received a very similar tattoo from both artists except my wife. Her tattoo was clearly lacking quality and detail when compared to the rest of us in the group.Our hope was that this was related more to her being the last one to get a tattoo in the group but suspect it was more related to the fact that she is the one that raised the concern over the double booking. On its own, my wife received a quality tattoo, but it was clearly less detailed then the rest of us in the group.We tried reaching out to understand if her tattoos lack of detail was intentional or an oversight but have not yet received a response.I will say that aside from these negatives we did enjoy the experience and like the tattoos we received overall.

I went there yesterday with my two daughters. The place was huge! The cleanliness was superb and everyone was so friendly! Joshua did all three of us and he was wonderful. His touch was super light like I could have done a sleeve in one sitting with no problem. Our tattoos were exactly what we wanted and he was extremely helpful in the decision making process! During our recent family vacation, my kids wanted a tattoo of our last name written by their Dad. Back and forth from our cabin we kept passing Jaded Art Collective. After some research, we stopped in and we were so happy we did. The whole crew was fantastic, the shop is so nice and we had the best time. Next time we are in town, we will be stopping by again. Josh did both of our tattoos and we absolutely love them. Our first date was in 2020 and we unironically wanted kind of matching tattoos. I wanted a moon and he wanted an astronaut. We unfortunately couldn’t go to any of the shops around us as walkins due to Covid so we’ve put it off. We called their shop today, our last full day on our honeymoon and they were so kind and told us to come on in. The conversations with every person we interacted with were so genuine and kind. We both were in and out within an hour and a half and we LOVE our little tattoos. Josh was so personable and provided good conversation (and a light hand when tattooing which was nice) 100% will be back for Josh to tattoo us again. Thank you all for such a genuine and fun experience.

When we went we were 5th on the list with bout 1 1/2 hr wait. As we were getting tattooed. We heard the que was up to 32 people.Overall awesome experience and cant wait to come back.

Is there a way to give more than 5 stars?!? 10/10! My best friend and I were on vacation with our families in the area and have been talking about getting a small tattoo to commemorate our trip. We knew we didn’t want a “tourist” spot and did some digging and came up with Jaded Art Collective. We didn’t even think about making an appointment and walked in expecting it to be too busy. They were very communicative that they couldn’t promise us a spot but would do their best to squeeze us in. We shopped in the store (SO COOL) and waited for a bit. They were able to get us in between appointments and we LOVE the work. We didn’t get any shade for the cliche mountain outline 🤣 and everyone was so awesomely nice.
