5 stars ain’t Enough!! I got a portrait of my 2 fur babies that passed away that will forever hold a special place in my heart. I almost did a cartoon version of them because I was scared of the horror stories you see of portrait tattoos but Crystal surpassed all my expectations!! She did such a great job and I have had so many people stop to ask me who done this tattoo and tell me what an incredible artist she is and I 100% agree. This tattoo literally makes me tear up because she did such an amazing job at capturing their features it’s unreal. I am SO in LOVE with this tattoo!!My daughters and their friends have also gotten tattooed and pierced by Tori, Crystal and Jasmine. You can’t go Wrong here! Great people, relaxed environment, professional, clean, and great at what they do! What more could you want.

Christopher did an absolute amazing job on me and my daughter in laws tattoo! We got matching tattoos for her birthday and Christopher was so friendly and created a comfortable atmosphere! Definitely will be back on our next trip to North Carolina!!

10/10 Recommend Christopher! My husband and I came in on 6/28 to get our very first tattoos, plus a couple more for me. We were vacationing from Ohio and everyone in the shop were so kind and fun. They were very welcoming, and explained the process to us very well. The shop itself was super cute and clean. They gave us exactly what we wanted. Special Shoutout to Chris for freehanding my husbands Tree ring and being able to incorporate a halo for our angel baby. Absolutely loved our experience!

Got matching tattoos with my friend there and absolutely loved it! Great tattoos, great service, amazing atmosphere! Jasmine did my friends nose piercing and was amazing with walking her through every step! Tori was her artist and I had Mel. Both very sweet and talented! Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future!

This was by far the most fun tattoo experience I have had! Christopher was my tattoo artist and he was so kind and attentive. His line work is the best I’ve ever gotten! The rest of the artist were also super nice and funny. We will definitely be coming back!

Tori was absolutely amazing! I love my tattoo. She knows what shes doing. It was nice chatting with her during my session. Its crazy the signs the universe places in front of you when you are going through stuff. This tattoo was very special for me & the experience I had made it that more special. I had a great experience getting tattoos here with my aunt and niece. Mel did a wonderful job and the detail is perfect. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We made an appointment a few weeks earlier and I’m glad we did as it was a busy shop.

Christopher is the artist that did my tattoo, he was very professional and made me feel comfortable. I am absolutely blown away with the healing process. Hands down best healing I have ever had with a tattoo, picture is 6 days post tat. No peeling no scabbing nothing but a beautiful tattoo. Will be returning for more work in the future.

Crystal and her team are no less than amazing! They make everything simple from booking a reservation, design/placement, payment and aftercare. I originally came to Crystal for assistance with a cover up from an outside shop. Through her consultation she designed the perfect tattoo! Since the cover up she has worked on 5 other tattoos Perfectly executed all of them! I highly recommend this shop!

Down for a quick girls weekend and we all decided to get tattoos. So glad we did. I had Mel and she was great. Was my first and she was very careful to tell me what to expect each step of the way. love love love her. One ofmy friends had Mel and the the others had Tori. She was extremely quick and very detailed. We all got fine line tattoos and ages were from 40-55. They made us feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I spontaneously decided to get a tattoo last week. I called Ocean Isle Ink and was so pleased at how professional the receptionist was. She placed us with Mel and WE LOVE HER! Shes so nice and easy to talk to (which most of you will know is uncommon from a lot of artists). Her skillset is impressive and we left with 2 tattoos that were proud to show off! The atmosphere is exactly what we were looking for. Everyone was so nice and took the time to speak to us even though we were not their clients. Were already planning our next tattoo with Mel! Thank you to Mel and all of the staff for making our time with you a great experience!!

Got my very first tattoo here and I absolutely love it! Mel was my artist and she was super patient with me and walked me through the whole process. I was very specific that I wanted fine line and she was able to create the perfect design for me. The shop is woman owned and operated so the vibe was amazing. I will definitely be going back the next time I’m in town!

Crystal is my girl foreverrrrrr. She took such good care of my wants for my half sleeve. I have to do it in secessions because Im just a cry baby. Anyways she was so patient with me and really showed me how much she cared about my after care. Ill be back again to update this review once my full sleeve is completed. I have FIVE more lion cubs to go 😮‍💨😮‍💨

If you are looking for a great tattoo, this is the place! These ladies know their stuff! Tori is hands down amazing. We just finished another tattoo a few weeks ago and as per usual already working on another one!

I got my first tattoo today (at the age of 70). Mel was my tattoo artist and she did my tattoo perfectly. This a great place to get a tattoo. Every one I encountered ( including the other patrons) were nice and friendly making it a very pleasant experience.I would highly recommend Ocean Isle Ink and Piercing and especially Mel and/or Tori for any work you want to get done while you’re at the beach!!

I got a forward helix, helix, and daith piercing done here and it went so well. Jaz helped me go over what I wanted, what options would be best with my ear, and also showed me how different things would look on my ear. She was super helpful and sweet and makes you feel comfortable. She did a good job explaining how the piercing process would go and it was a good experience I would go here again.

These ladies do the BEST work around and are the sweetest souls. Tori has done the majority of my work, and she always takes my ideas and turns them into a perfect piece of art. I’d recommend her to anybody 🖤

Got my very first tattoo here and they’re incredible! Mel was an amazing tattoo artist and helped me through the tattoo process, from placing to design to the actual tattoo itself. They have such a friendly environment and make you feel comfortable throughout everything.

Jasmine did an AMAZING job with my 4 year old and my family. We all got painless ear piercing that was quick, super clean and, affordable! Definitely will be coming back for any piercings or tattoos! 1000x recommend especially for little ones.

We had a big group of 10 and Tori was fast and efficient, great service, it was my first tattoo and she made me comfortable and relaxed and even let me ring the bell. She allowed us to be ourselves. Would definitely come back! 10/10 definitely recommend! WE LOVE TORI!!!!!

The shop itself is cute, clean, inviting and easy to find. The owner, Crystal is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met and she is very talented at what she does, a preferred black and grey artist but don’t let her fool you, she does amazing color too! She has done 3 tattoos for me and will be my go to artist for years to come. Tori is also a very talented color artist and is getting ready to do a large leg piece for me. I highly recommend this woman owned and operated shop. They are professional, talented, cleanly and reasonably priced and if you’re like me and like a wide genre of music, you’ll be pleased with that too.What are you waiting for?! While on vacation I took both my daughters to get their nose pierced. Jaz was awesome! She really took her time to explain to the girls what and how she would be doing it. The shop was near and clean and again, Jaz was awesome! If we lived in the area we would be regulars. Highly recommend!

Tattooed,pain veteran here from nc , Jaz was THE absolute best piercer and human Ive ever met. She spent an hour on what couldve been a 10 min interaction. She learned my body and has a method to her madness. She pierced my nipples and did phenomenal. I refuse to get another piercing unless shes behind the needle. Period !

Great experience. I got two flat/cartilege ear piercings today and the pain was a 0-1/10 for each. Piercer was extremely friendly and considerate. Great prices as well. Theres been virtually no pain the entire day, and the piercings look clean and are placed perfectly. I will definitely be going back to this location for more body art in the future!

This was my 2nd tattoo I’ve had done by Tori and I’m so happy with it. This was a cover up tattoo and was completed in a little less than two hours. Tori is always so nice and professional and I will be going back to visit a few more times!

Four of us stopped in last minute for tattoos, although it was close to closing time, Crystal, Mel, Tori and Jasmine welcomed us into the shop. They were very helpful with designs and placement. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All the way from Maine, I’ll be back!

We called last minute to see if they could fit 4 of us in while we were visiting from up north. They were more than willing to fit us in at the end of their day and stayed late for us. They were so kind & did an amazing job! Would HIGHLY recommend coming to see this group of amazing gals, can’t say enough!

Jasmine is so sweet and professional. I came in as a walk-in to get my nose pierced and she took me right away. Everything was clean and beautiful in this place. I’m only in the area on vacation, but I’ll definitely be back for future tattoos I have planned.

Jazmine and Tori were great and very helpful. Me and my friend came in early on Thursday right when they opened and they were more than happy to get us in. This was very spontaneous but well worth it with very fair pricing. The screw on jewelry they have is also quality.

I got a helix and an industrial piercing here. The staff made the piercing a great experience— they told me what they were doing, had me approve the placement, cleaned the piercing well, and thoroughly explained aftercare. The place is also very sterile and they do a great job answering questions and making you feel comfortable. Definitely recommend.
