Lady in the store wrongfully accused my friends of shoplifting while looking at squish mellows, and proceeded to tell us we had to “beat it” because the store was closing soon.

Itd be crazy if the hours shown on Google reflected the store hours.....came on a sunday when it says opens at 11am but most definitely was not. Thanks for that waste of my time...

Very mad! My sister and I were going to get our ears pierced, we checked to make sure they were open and it said they were. We drove all the way out there just for them to have the gate over the entrance. We called and called. No one answered. Horrible service!The store hours were open. Lights were on. They were balloons on posters, music playing, cash register clearly booted up. But no one there.

Ran over to the mall just to get out and about for a bit with my daughter since summer just began. A typical stop for her is Claires, while browsing she reminds me that ear piercing is free with the purchase of the starter kit, and next came the reminder that its almost her birthday (during summer break) ha! to me now. Well she looks at the options; the staff is quick to assist and super friendly. So we get all set up with paperwork and prep, the nice young lady was very thorough (BTW) interacting with my daughter to ensure she is clear on the follow up instructions. This is the second set of piercings in each lobe, that my daughter has been wanting for some time now. Marks were placed and redone several times to ensure precision with confirmation including my view and approval, along with the hand mirror for my daughter to take a peek and approve as well. I stood with my daughter and watched the whole process. The piercings were placed with precision at each mark, done quickly, and my daughter said it was only a pinch, not bad at all. The woman again confirmed the cleaning process while completing the cleaning process with my daughter immediately. Well done and thorough assistance through our entire time in the store. The staff provides you with the paperwork and offers you to feel free and follow up with them at any time for questions or clarification while even ensuring you can re-contact the actual employee who performed the piercing. The topper truly was, as soon as we were finished with the process, which included a new set of earrings for the original piercings she already has [remember birthday is coming ;) which will not matter, by the time it gets here she will get spoiled by family anyway], I looked at the time and noticed it was 45min after the hour. The young lady who assisted us, I am certain stayed to complete the entire experience with us, rather than handing us off to the another employee who showed up while doing the piercings but before we finished shopping. Kudos to customer service and spending the extra few minutes to complete the entire interaction with us. That was very welcomed and appreciated by both of us.

I cant believe how rude the manager was to my daughters only 11, she brought her to tears. I would not give her any stars but it will not let me post without it.

Its an amazing place. Just got my ears pierced and the young girl was very polite and patient with me. She got me in and pierced my ears and all the stuff I needed while continuing to help other customers. I would recommend this place
