Stood and waited a half hour without being acknowledged and other people walked up and were greeted and told they would be helped before me. Was ready to spend some cash, but didnt want to wait any longer while others were helped ahead of me.

I left a frustrated review the day my daughter got her ear pierced a few days back. However, I had a wonderful customer service experience with the manager today. I was really impressed with her kindness and proactive approach to resolving my complaints. We will be going back for the other ear later this week.

I took my 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced recently. She was excited, but also so scared. There were two women working and they were AMAZING. So patient, so kind, so non-pressuring. We sat in the chair for probably close to 40 min before my daughter was ready, and the entire time, they were patient and encouraging. Thank you so much for hanging in with us because afterwards, my daughter was SO PROUD that she did it, but it could have been a different experience if not for your patience and caring!

I bought a ring from here over a month ago and after one week 3 of the stones were missing so I took it back. The lady said they hadnt got the new shipment in yet. They said they would call me the following week when the shipment came in. They didnt call so after 2 weeks I went back and again they didnt have a replacement. The lady called another store and found it. She said she would again call me when it was delivered to their store. Ive waited again for 2 weeks and still no call!. I wont do business with this store again and I surely wouldnt recommend them.

We had a great experience on the two occasions I had my childrens ears pierced. The staff were equally friendly and professional with both my 5 year old and my teen. We went first thing in the morning and also just before closing and were greeted right away. The whole process was very speedy. Especially now that you can sign permission online instead of having to fill out paperwork. Only the parent or guardian drivers license was needed. There were two staff members present, so both ear piercings were done simultaneously and lined up perfectly. Prices are very reasonable and they had a promotion to get another pair of earrings for 1/2 off.

Had an excellent experience getting my 14yr old’s ears pierced! Would recommend and would definitely use them again.

I live 2 hours away, and I bought 2 chains. Approximately 5 minutes after I bought them I realized that the chains didn’t fit correctly and I wanted to refund them. I came back to the kiosk and asked to get a refund and they told me they were closed and I couldn’t get my refund even though all of their workers were still there and the lights to the kiosk were up. Non-friendly customer service.

Honestly- not great. I got my ears done here about a month ago and not only did the piercer pierce them unevenly from one side compared to the other, the earring are so tight and near impossible to get off. I understand new piercings need to be tight but this one absolutely has no give which is painful for me as an adult. I can’t imagine this for a baby.The earrings are also so small that they constantly fall into the earring hole.... and I can’t remove them to put a hoop in because they’re so tight.Don’t go here, go to a real piercing shop with actual professionals. I could’ve done a better job at home.
