Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish. Britt is exceptional at what she does and instantly makes you feel at ease and comfortable with the entire process. The vibe is so incredibly chill and everyone at the studio is equally amazing. You will be sad when Britt is finished because you genuinely would love hanging out longer! She absolutely nailed my design and I am still amazed at how vivid and real the dominoes look! It brings me immense joy looking down at my arm and remembering all the times my Grandmother would shout out excitedly, gimme 10!

Valley Roots Studios fine line training course with Britt was such a rewarding experience. I took the course in April 2023 and it was one of the best decisions I could’ve made for my new business(Bloom and Bones Studio - Mount Vernon, WA) You get more than just a training course for tattooing, but a whole community. Britt is beyond an amazing teacher and truly understands different learning styles. She’s informative, thorough and patient. I was very nervous to take the course but Britt and my fellow students made every day amazing. You sign up for a tribe for a lifetime with this course with a private FB page where we can all post our questions and share our journey with one another. New students get the help from Britt as well as previous students who’ve been on journey longer.

Britt is awesome! She’s so wholesome and friendly. I felt very comfortable getting tattooed by her. She made a custom flower design for my hip in May 2023 then a birth flower tat in March 2024. Both are so cute, dainty and delicate; just what I wanted! I’m in love with her work and highly suggest scheduling with her and her crew!

Britt is literally the best teacher ever. I took her certification in May 2023. The tattoo shown is the tattoo I did for the certification. I still can’t believe I did that after her training! It goes to show how truly amazing is her approach to teaching, her knowledge and experience. She doesn’t gatekeeper any information. Her training is super complete, you learn to tattoo and the foundations about tattooing, and you even get super valuable information on how to set up your business from scratch. I opened my studio on June 1st (Mystika Ink Studio in Lynnwood) and i pretty much got almost entirely booked for my first month right away. I always get compliments from clients in regards to how easy it is for them to book with me and the over all appointment process/experience: which is all thanks to Britt’s system.The best part is, Britt offers an amazing community, it’s like a sisterhood where we all support each other, talk further about anything that comes up. Some of us have gotten to connect with each other, even if we didn’t attend the same clases. The community aspect is truly amazing, and words can’t describe enough the value of that, which is honestly all a reflection of Britt’s amazing work m, ethics and personality.I’m not exaggerating when I say that literally thanks to Britt I finally get to peruse the dream of tattooing which I had for almost a decade and I got even more than that thanks to the community she keeps building. I thought I posted this a while ago, but apparently not: Although I had my brows done only a couple of days ago and have yet to see the final result, I can tell that I am going to be so happy with them. As someone with frontal fibrosing alopecia, I am so excited to not have to draw part of my eyebrows in anymore. I only wish I had known about this sooner! Britt made my brows look filled-in but natural, and the process was so much easier than I had anticipated. Britt was so good at explaining everything, offering options, and making me feel comfortable during the whole experience. I highly recommend Britts services! UPDATE: After the 6-week touch-up, I am still so happy with the results and the experience.

Yesterday, I got the best tattoo of my whole life from Britt. I can’t even begin to tell you how amazing this whole experience was. I got a beautiful, custom floral arm piece and let me tell you that I was blown away by the sketch and the final product just was jaw dropping. I met Britt 3 years ago when she did my eyebrows (which were amazing by the way) and since then I have wanted to be tattooed by her. I have wanted a very sentimental piece done, but I didn’t know how to put it together. Britt it made me the most beautiful piece I could ever have dreamed of, it brought me to tears and gave me some healing I didn’t even know I could experience. Very few in-person training for Fine Line Tattoo came up for Washington State. I am so thankful that I came across Britt’s training and was able to attend her August 2023 class: just in time for Fall Season! Britt’s training information was clear, direct, and consistent: dates, class agenda with detailed curriculum, in class supplies, student kit, and expectations. I appreciated that she included an extra day for practice and shading (in comparison to other trainers). Everything in your student kit is usable and pretty much all you need to get started. Britt’s price was competitive and worth it! You are also part of a FB group for continued learning and support and if needed opportunities to shadow Britt.Overall, I strongly recommend Valley Roots Studio in-person training for Fine Line Tattoo. Learning in-person is always so much more beneficial. There is so much value, including real-time experience, in-class discussions, hands-on practice, model practice, professional relationships and so much more! In addition, Britt is very knowledgeable, patient, constructive and direct. The other attending students were all very supportive of each other and made the four long days of training so much fun and exciting each day!

This is the cutest little shop filled with some extremely talented women. Britt has completely changed the look of my brows after having them done a few years ago by someone with a heavy hand. She was extremely kind, incredibly knowledgeable and she was so gentle while doing my brows that I fell asleep. I am so thrilled with how they have turned out and I’m so happy that the process what so easy. Britt is booked out pretty far, but absolutely worth the wait. She also has a piercer in the shop as well. Which is such an awesome addition, as I feel like we don’t have enough piercers around. Especially ones that are held to the same cleanliness standards as I know Britt would require. I appreciate this little shop so much and I plan to come back soon to support them.

I saw Britt last week for my first microblading session ever. I really appreciated the fact that my concerns about wanting a more natural look were listened to. Im IN LOVE with my whole experience at Blading By Britt! The fine line tattoo enhancements to my preexisting tattoo are executed with precision and artistic thoughtfulness ❤️. The shop is gorgeous, cozy, clean, and so beautifully decorated! I had no problem finding the businesss unit or available parking. And right when you walk in it smells like heaven on earth. The beds were comfy and she even gave me a pillow for my back/neck (something youd NEVER get in a conventional tattoo shop)! Britt was a super effective communicator and made me feel cared for from the very first minute. Her artwork is fantastic and open-ended, so we can add things on later (which I friggin love). I cannot wait to get back in her chair and watch her make more art!!! ❤️

Going into the shop was so cute to start off, it was a really loving, fun and adorable environment. When I sat down to get the tattoo I felt safe and excited. Britt is super gentle with the way she goes about it, she gave me opportunities to take breaks and take a stretch and finish up when I needed to. I got my brows microbladed by Britt pre-Covid in early 2020 and finally went back to get them redone after a (long!) couple of years.I was in love with my brows after she did them the first time, and somehow she was able to top herself at my appointment last Thurs. She was good before, but a couple years and a couple thousand clients in between and she has really honed her craft. She is deliberate in her work, fast, professional, precise. I was REALLY skeptical in general about getting my eyebrows done but after seeing Britt’s work (and learning there’s numbing creme), I knew I could trust her. Her before and after photos on her Instagram speak for themselves. She’s really good about listening to her clients worries and taking the time to understand their needs. My biggest need was making sure my eyebrows didn’t come out too dark and I had no idea what I needed done to make them look better but she knew exactly what to do. The first time I went, I went in with blind trust for the expert and I’m SO glad I did. This picture was my annual touch up so I trust the process of my eyebrows healing and looking more natural (but I also LOVE this period of having the fresh look!!).During the same visit I also got her new tattoo service done! I gave her a reference photo and she talked to me about the size (she printed a reference so I could double check I liked the placement and size). I’m super happy with how it turned out since it’s perfect. :) I’ll definitely be coming back to her ASAP with a new idea!The studio is super clean and so adorable. She wiped everything down before seating me and her work space is very tidy. She wore a mask the whole time and it felt like the space had good air circulation.

Britt is so talented and kind. I recently moved back to the area and was in need of getting my eyebrows re-microbladed after having them done a year prior. I reached out to a few salons and was brow-snubbed, no seriously - I came across 2 artists that refused to touch by brows because they had been originally done by someone else and they didn’t think they were “perfect”. I’m so lucky to have found Britt, she took my previous microbladed brows and made them even better! She was really patient, and went through the whole process before, and during, explaining every step. I told her what I wanted, but I am so happy I let her do her magic in a way she thought would make me look best.
