Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

To be fair this was a consultation appointment but that being said I’m almost 100% sure I’ll be back to book my removal. They were welcoming, friendly, and provided a ton of helpful information! I left feeling like I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision about removal. The best part for me was that after providing great information there was no pressure to make a decision or sign up for anything right away which I very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend booking a consultation at the very least if you’re looking to have a tattoo removed.

Krystl was incredibly kind and helpful during my consultation. She graciously answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I left with no uncertainty. I left my appointment very encouraged and well pleased with the whole experience. Excellent customer service!

At some point it started to be a chaos there. Always canceling my appointments because staff getting sick (that’s what they’re saying) and in other days when they work they have other appointments and they can’t squeeze me in in times that WORK FOR ME. I’m Completely disappointed because I already calculated in my head when the tattoo will be gone and have an upcoming important job that doesn’t allow tattoo. So these people actually ruining my future career. And already ruined very important job interview that I was scheduled to. So I don’t recommend it whatsoever. And if you have your schedule so be aware that your removal will take you 3 years or even more because nobody cares there. They just close the studio on regular basis, cancel your appointments and don’t care about you. Yet, I finally begged them to squeeze me in appointment in Wednesday and it’s not in South Windsor but in North Haven so I cancelled all the things I had to do that day and drive an hour to get to the studio. This is TERRIBLE. Moreover, the job interview I have is in Tuesday so I still will lose that job opportunity that I’m studying for 4 years.🤬🤬🤬

This is my first time going to a place to stay then check out the option of getting a tattoo removed. The employees were very knowledgeable and kind and made me feel very comfortable and assured in my decision to get my tattoo removed. I look forward to going back soon to start the process!

This place is extremely professional and clean. They were friendly and informative. The payment options are very flexible to suit just about everyone’s needs. My choice was quick and simpleThe women that dealt with consultation and coat / payment was great. I can’t remember her name but I’ll make sure to remember next visit. I bought a package that ensures I have as many visits as it takes for a flat rate. Love this option.Krystl was amazing! She did the actual laser she explained everything and took her time to make sure we were on the same page as far as what was being removed considering it was removing a big portion of a tattoo not jus a single piece. Plus 3 different places on my body. I’m very happy with the experience so far ! If you are looking for tattoo removal look no further this is the place!!! Will update with before and after photos when further along. I went to a few other consults at other places and don’t bother they were not friendly and way over priced. Tattooo removal is not cheap but it should not be unattainable.Thank you Removery !!! 🙂

Would recommend this company/location to anyone looking to remove their tattoos. Crystal and Tara were so nice and they thoroughly explained the process and what to do after. Crystal was considerate during the treatment, making sure it was as quick and painless as possible.

After 3 treatments, my tattoo hasn’t faded much if any. For the ridiculously expensive cost, not worth the pain. I bought the 3 treatment package and truly feel like it’s money down the drain. Don’t end up like me, highly disappointed!

I have been going to the removery for almost 5 years and I have never experienced an amazing customer service like Crystal. I never care if the person treating me ever ask how I’m doing or engages in conversations with me but Crystal made me feel like we were family. This place is awesome. Tara and Krystl are both gems. They are so compassionate, kind, and they know what they’re doing. I came here for a consult but they graciously got me in for my first laser tattoo removal treatment! I couldn’t believe it and I was/ am so thrilled. With both Tara and Krystl’s knowledgable explanation of all the steps regarding this longterm process I felt totally at ease. The facility is also pleasing to the senses with neutral colors, dim lighting, and cleanliness. I am so excited to continue my journey.

Today was my consultation. It was fast and easy. They have 3 different types of payments. One with a payment plan which is great so its makes it easy to be able to afford the removal. She explained to me the process and how long it may take. She also explained the after care which Im sure they will go over again at my 1st session. My 1st session is in 3 weeks!

Very clean, comfortable, and compassionate. Everything was explained thoroughly. This was my first treatment, and I’m confident I will have great success!

Today was my second trip doing the big package. Both times have been such a great experience due to the absolute nicest staff. Even though the process is rough I can’t say enough how much I appreciate how sweet everyone is! Krystal thank you again for being so fast and awesome, see you guys again soon!

The staff at the South Windsor location are always so friendly and patient with any questions you may have and they do their best to make you feel comfortable.Combined with the fact that the facility is new and clean and the package prices are reasonable - I have had nothing but positive experiences at every appointment and would definitely recommend Removery in comparison to other local businesses I have had laser tattoo removal at. 10/10.

I have completed my second session towards tattoo removal. I have had a wonderful experience my three times in the office, including my initial consultation. Everyone has always been friendly and professional and there is a very clean environment.

My experience with Removery has been nothing but exceptional. The facility is extremely clean and organized and all of the lasers are far superior from the rest of the places I looked into. I’ve been looking and debating tattoo removal for a couple years now and Tara and Reba did a great job of explaining every aspect of the removal process which made it a easy decision when it came time to signing up. Reba is an excellent laser tech who makes you feel calm every session. I honestly don’t think I would go to any other Recovery if Tara and Reba weren’t working.

Ive been getting a very large tattoo lasered by them. I cant believe the amazing progress. And Im beyond excited that they have a location in Connecticut now, only 25 minutes away. Makes this journey so much more convenient. And I have to say the service I got at this location was incredible. She took her time to make certain I was comfortable, focused on getting 100% of the tattoo, and used all of the right settings for the different shades and colors. I didnt feel rushed and it was a nice experience.

I had my first session today and it was night and day from my first attempt at getting laser removal at a different place. The process was smooth and they made me feel very comfortable and were kind and patient! Looking forward to getting the rest of my treatments done! The pricing was very reasonable and the facility was spotless I would highly recommend the removery from what I have seen so far!Update: About 4 sessions in and the progress is excellent the tattoo is definitely fading at a good pace. It is fairly painful but it is manageable and being able to take breaks during the session helps alot. It feels like a mild sunburn for a few days after the sessions and there is some bruising and swelling that occurs with it but clears up pretty quickly.

Best laser spot hands down! From the time you walk in until the time you leave you will feel right at home. Attention to every detail. The entire process is extremely easy going. I will definitely highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get their tattoo removed!

I just completed my first session with Removery, and this was the best experience ever!I got to my appointment late, and Tara was accommodating and understanding (this does not mean you should arrive late), but I digress. Tara explained everything to the T. Of I am a woman of color, so it made sense for her to show me results that were relatable to my skin type, which made things a lot more realistic for me. She explained all of the great outcomes as well as the bad ones if I did not follow their directions. When pricing came up, I was a bit nervous, but I was so glad Tara was not pushy or was being an obnoxious salesperson (Tara, keep doing that, lol, you’re a natural). Tara and I kicked it off well, especially with loads of laughter.Reba did the actual laser removal and was fun to be around. Reba made sure to re-educate me on the dos and don’ts, and what to expect that way, we were on the same page. During my time with Reba she was very patient and continuously asked if I was doing alright, and gave me breaks when needed. She allowed me to be myself during the process, which made her laugh. Lol, I can be a bit extra during pain. But overall, I enjoyed it. I can’t wait to see the results!

The lovely lady that assisted me in my counsel, she was very polite well mannered and respectful. Kept eye contact the entire conversation and was very thorough with the information provided. I look forward to working with this company.
